The purpose of this study is to measure the outcomes of a program provided by a public library using the evaluation framework based on Logic Model. A reading program for children which was operated by a public library in Seoul was selected. The outcome evaluation was started with the analysis of the reading program process including planning, operation, and evaluation. Based on the analysis, a logic model framework for outcome evaluation was developed. For evaluation, user, bibliography, and circulation data were collected from the library KOLAS system. Additionally, the participant information were extracted from the final report drafted after the program. The research results show that the number of circulation of program participants was increased after the program. In addition, the range of reading topic was expanded. These findings indicate that the reading program is an effective program for promoting children's reading habit and that outcome evaluation might be a valid tool to measure the effectiveness of public library programs.

Data logger is generally needed for gathering field information automatically(or manually), using various sensors. However it, currently used in the county, is produced and developed by overseas. It is difficult to upgrade related program due to developed system and limited user in terms of environment it is used. On the other hand, several companies developed and sold unique data logger based their technique expertise in the country. But enhancement and practical use of related technology has much difficulties because feasibility, marketability and demand for technique are uncertain. In this study, it is the main purpose to offer basic information to select equipment suitable for field characteristic through analysis and comparison with features about method of information collection, operating program and process technique data logger which is used primarily in geotechnical engineering in both domestic and international.

This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

Recently, several large-scale Mega-Projects are being conducted. For these urban revitalization projects which requires many complex functions, the existing project management system based on single project level is limited in application. Therefore, our main objectives of this research are two 1) Develop a brand-new program management system(Prototype Ver 1.0) for mega-projects where various facilities are combined both horizontally and vertically. 2) Develop management strategies(Prototype Ver 1.0) based on the program level that enable the comprehensive management of a multiple various projects. The subtitles of this Research are i-PMIS(Program Management Information System) Development, Standardization & Optimization of Construction Life-Cycle Process, Comprehensive Project Cost & Process Management Technology, Effective and Optimized Integrated Performance Management Technology, and, we suggest to optimize the whole life cycle process, predict and respond to various risks, predict and control the process, the cost and the schedule, achieve maximum return on investment to the participating parties, and provide a brand-new Program-MIS including the visual-based web-portal platform to respond the changing business environments and decision making.

During the early stage of radioactive disposal programs, important issues related with quality assurance of data sets, methodologies, R&D procedures are recognized as important ones. This paper focused on the development of web-based workflow standards for the QA procedures of the radioactive waste disposal programs. The flow of process was analyzed based on workflow concepts proposed by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). QA system is based on the principles of T2R3. T2R3 Workflow was used to standardize and restructure the business and/or work process in the industry or organization. The WfMC has identified five functional interfaces to a workflow service as part of its standardization program. They are composed of process definition interface, worklist handler, application program interface, interface between workflows, and system management. The task flow and QA program were defined based on the workflow ideas. QA procedures for the R&D results of radiation disoposal were analyzed following the reference model of workflow. In addition, six program run list were created and implemented. The creation, revision, and approval of the test data were designed to be inplemented on the web environment. Through this system, R&D procedures such as planning, research, documentation, internal review and future independent peer review processes could be well organized and stored more systematically on the database and knowledge base. This will encourage the usage and data sharing between interested parties through it's clear and transparent workflow standards.

This paper describes a C-API (Cryptographic-Application program Interface) mechanism that can serve cryptographic service to one or more application programmers in an open distributed computing system. Generic cryptographic service, provides application Programmers with cryptographic algorithms and interfaces which can be shared so that the programmers can program distributed applications containing security services even though they have no detailed knowledge of cryptographic algorithms. Therefore, in this paper, a generic C-API mechanism is designed that can be used independently from various application environments and basic system structures so that programmers can use it commonly. This mechanism has the advantage that allows application programmers be able to use some cryptographic services and key management services not considering of the application program and operating system.

There is not enough knowledge on how to use, build, and apply ubiquitous technologies such as the ubiquitous sensor network, GIS, statistic analysis system, mobile GPS system etc. Also there are other questions such as, how should the knowledge information resources be managed and web decision making system developed for national park management. The purpose of this study is to propose a framework for the national park integrated management system based on ubiquitous information technology. This study will include followings: 1) this study explores what ubiquitous information technologies are needed for national park management, 2) this study proposes building strategies about the spatial and attribute database using ubiquitous information technologies, and links methods among geographic information system, analysis program, sensor network, etc. The results of this study will contribute towards deciding a direction for national park policy in preparation for the ubiquitous computing oriented society.

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) offers several advantages in dynamic routing, flexible programmable control and custom application-driven network management. However, the programmability of the data plane in traditional SDN is limited. A network operator cannot change the ability of the data plane and perform complex packet processing on the data plane, which limits the flexibility and extendibility of SDN. In the paper, AP-SDN (Action Program enabled Software-Defined Networking) architecture is proposed, which extends the action set of SDN data plane. In the proposed architecture, a modified Open vSwitch is utilized in the data plane allowing the execution of action programs at runtime, thus enabling complex packet processing. An example action program is also implemented which transparently encrypts traffic for terminals. At last, a prototype system of AP-SDN is developed and experiments show its effectiveness and performance.

These Program have some problem in management, poor performance analysis skill and had not diverse data. But for the IT industry and company, these program is very good opportunity. Different from traditional development methodologies like waterfall model, the CBD (component based development) methodology relies on a building block approach in the design and development of information system. The audit procedure and checklist for the traditional IS development methodology are required to be modified to be suitable for CBD. This research reviewed IS audit guidelines for the existing development process and analyzed multiple projects that employed the by component based development process. For the purpose of this study, we chose a governmental project and a next-generation IS project of a financial agency as sample cases. By comparing existing IS audit checklists and items actually reviewed in audit projects, this study identified appropriate check items for the CBD-centric audit program. New items were proposed as additional items such as project control in management phase, usage case and conceptual model establishment, component evaluation and design, in implementation phase, and so forth. The result of the research provides new guidelines for the audit CBD projects for the purposed of increased efficiency and qualify of application development projects.
