데이터베이스와 응용프로그램 사이의 인터페이스 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Interface between the Database and the Application Program)

  • DOS 환경하에서 개발된 기존의 대부분의 응용프로그램들은 ASCII 형식의 파일을 직접 읽고 씀으로써 외부 세계와 정보를 교환한다. 수많은 단위 모듈로 이루어지는 종합적인 패키지는 모듈 각자의 입출력뿐아니라 모듈 사이의 빈번한 자료교환을 수행하여야 하므로, 모듈의 수가 증가할수록 ASCII 파일을 통한 입출력은 비효율적이고 정확성도 결여된다. 본 논문에서는 용용프로그램이 필요로 하는 모든 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 패키지의 각 모듈이 데이터베이스와 직접 정보를 교환할 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계하고 이를 실제 구현하는 과정을 보이고 있다. 개발된 인터페이스를 기존의 프로펠러 설계-해석 시스템에 적용하여 데이터베이스와의 정보교류가 원활히 수행되고 있음을 보였다. 이상을 Unix 환경하의 워크스테이션이 아닌 Windows95 환경하의 개인용/휴대용 컴퓨터에서 구현함으로써 프로펠러의 설계-해석을 시간적 공간적 제약없이 수행할 수 있음을 보였다.

임상연구 동의서 교육 시행의 효용성 검증 (Validation of the Effectiveness of Education for Obtaining Consent in Clinical Study)

  • Purpose: To validate the effectiveness of obtaining consent education on errors in the consent process and to develop the education program for researchers. Methods: From February 2019 to February 2022, a 30-minute, 1:1 face-to-face consent education developed using the ADDIE model was conducted on 78 nurses as principal investigators. An informed consent audit tool, which includes 6 items developed by Asan Medical Center Human Research Protection Center, was used to analyze errors in obtaining informed consent process. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS ver. 25.0, and the Mann-Whitney U-test and χ2-test were utilized to verify the difference in errors between the experimental and control groups. Results: The participants consisted of 42 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group, with no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups. Both 2 groups showed the highest frequency of documentation errors, followed by format errors, errors related to a suitability of investigator, participant, or participant's legally acceptable representative, witness and confidentiality issues. After education, there was a significant decrease in both format errors (p=0.002) and documentation errors (p<0.001) in the experimental group. The proportion of participants without any errors in all items was higher in the experimental group (35.7%) compared to the control group (5.6%), and this difference was statistically significant (p=0.001). Conclusion: The obtaining consent education program was found to be effective in reducing informed consent errors. This study emphasizes the importance of education, suggesting the need for its expansion and accessibility, as well as the necessity for all researchers conducting clinical studies to receive the obtaining consent education.

산업장 근로자의 건강증진 프로그램 요구도 (Need Assessment for Worksite Health Promotion Program)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the kinds of health promotion program which workers want, worker's intention for participation, proper method, time, duration and manager. A self-administered questionnaire method was used to collect data from 412 employees of 3 worksites in Chungpook and Kyungkee. This survey was carried out from Aug. 10 to Aug. 20, 1998. The results of this study are as follows: 1. In male, among health promotion programs, favorite ones were physical fitness(32.2%), periodic health check-up(24.6%), and stress management(18.0%). In female, among health promotion programs, favorite ones were periodic health check-up(26.0%), physical fitness(22.0%), and body weight control(19.5%). 2. The more young subjects are, the more they like physical fitness program, and the female like body weight control program regardless of BMI. Manufacturing worker preferred back pain prevention program to clerical worker did. In female, drinker preferred stress management program to non-drinker did. 3. The more old subjects are, the more they like back pain prevention program, and non-smoker preferred body weight control program to smoker did. 4. In health promotion program format which the subjects wanted, learning of self-examination techniques was 41.1%, worksite screening was 3l.0%, availability of pamphlets and audiovisual materials was 20.0%, presentation of worksite educational sessions was 7.9%, and the most wanted manager for the program was medical doctor and then nurse, physical trainer, psychological counselor. The favorite health promotion program duration was less than 30 minutes(49.6%), and the favorite time was before work(49.6%). 5. Among respondents, 48.5% was smokers, 81.8% was drinkers, 39.9% engaged in the regular exercise, 68.2% engaged in regular diet habit. In vaccination, 50.2%, if possible, wanted to be vaccinated and 37.6% never wanted to be vaccinated. 6. Ex-smoker, ex-drinker, the subjects in the regular exercise, and in the regular diet habit responded they were in good health. There was a significant difference between exercise and health status. Need and intention for participation of health promotion program were high in ex-smoker, ex-drinker, the subjects in the regular exercise, and in the regular diet habit. According to results for this study, if the favorite programs, exercise, periodic health check-up, stress management program, are operated at a proper time and with managers they want, this programs can really raise the participation of employees. And as employees want to learn self-examination techniques if worksite educational sessions are performed, health promotion program can effectively be operated.

자동 기상관측 자료를 이용한 건축물 에너지 분석 (Analysis of Building Energy using Automated Weather System Data)

  • EnergyPlus is a whole building energy simulation program that engineers, architects, and researchers use to model energy and water use in buildings. Modeling the performance of a building with EnergyPlus enables building professionals to optimize the building design to use less energy and water. This program provides energy analysis of building and needs weather data for simulation. Weather data is available for over 2,000 locations in a file format that can be read by EnergyPlus. However, only five locations are avaliable in Korea. This study intends to use AWS data for having high spatial resolution to simulate building energy. The result of this study shows the possibility of using AWS data for energy simulation of building.

Repetitive Delivery Scheme for Left and Right Views in Service-Compatible 3D Video Service

  • This paper introduces a novel repetitive delivery scheme for the left and right views in service-compatible (SC) 3D video that provides full backward compatibility to a legacy DTV system while retaining HD 3D visual quality without additional bandwidth or a codec over the legacy broadcasting channel. The proposed SC delivery scheme transmits individual view sequences of a 3D video in interlaced form, that is, a left-view sequence of a 3DTV program to be used repeatedly is transmitted first and stored locally, and the right-view sequence of the 3D program is then transmitted. This paper specifically describes the signaling, synchronization, and storage format methods used to validate the proposed SC delivery scheme. The experiment results show that the proposed SC delivery scheme can be effectively applied for an SC 3DTV service without degrading the DTV quality using only legacy DTV platforms.

자질 기반 구 구조 문법을 위한 문법 개발 환경 (A Grammar Development Environment for Feature-based APSG)

  • 본 논문에서는 자질 기반 구 구조 문법 형식의 자연어 문법 개발에 필요한 환경을 제공하는 GrammE를 소개한다. 문법 개발 단계에서는 텍스트 형식의 문법을 인터프리트하여 구문 분석을 하기 때문에 문법 수정 후 바로 문법을 테스트할 수 있어 문법 개발이 용이해 진다. 일단 문법 개발이 끝나면 GrammE에 포함된 문법 컴파일러를 이용하여 C++로 쓰여진 구문 분석기 프로그램을 생성할 수 있다. 이렇게 해서 만들어진 구문 분석기는 구문 분석을 필요로 하는 여러 가지 자연어 처리 시스템에 활용할 수 있다. GrammE는 언어 독립적인 시스템이며, 현재까지 한국어 문법과 중국어 문법을 개발하는 데 사용되었다.

R&B 투자에 대한 경제성 분석의 사례연구 - 초전도 한류기 개발을 중심으로 - (A Case Study of Economic Analysis on R&D Investment)

  • Although each company is trying to develop an economic analysis model with its own particular style or format, the appropriate method is not yet developed because there are many problems to be solved such as uncertainity of outcomes and intangible benefits of technology. The purpose of tris paper therefore is to suggest an economic analysis methodology, which reflects the complexity and the risk of R&D investment, through a case study on the development of a superconductor fault current limiter. A self-developed Monte Carlo simulation program utilized as a main tool in this paper was very useful for risk analysis of R&D investment which could not be solved in the previous DCF(Discounted Cash Flow) model. We also introduce learning effect to consider the intangible benefits such as Know-How obtained from R&D execution. The expected value and its probability distribution for R&D investment can be obtained by combining the Monte Carlo method with the decision tree approach. This result is helpful in judging the priority and the resource-allocation of R&D projects. It is however necessary to develop more precise model for quantifying the technology stock and the simulation program using the continuous probability distribution in expected values to improve the reliability of economic analysis on R&D projects.

  • Recent AEC industry, is introducing BIM based design process which mainly focuses on collaboration and integration. Since BIM has characteristic of utilizing several design libraries in various fields across the AEC industry, obtaining BIM libraries are essential for introducing and applying the BIM successfully. Thus, creating BIM libraries and guidelines for various fields are needed. BIM libraries can be categorized into disciplines such as architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical industries. Especially, companies in mechanical industry possesses design data for creating BIM library. Due to the fact, we standardized the property information for BIM libraries. And for BIM library production, we have developed a program which uses neutral format to convert 3D MCAD data designed by $NX^{TM}$ into $Revit^{TM}$ Family. Finally, we developed a program that merges property information to Revit Family file.

  • 현재 법원에서의 디지털저장매체의 압수방법과 관련하여 형소법 제106조제3항에서 제시하는 "원칙적 선별압수, 예외적인 매체압수" 방식은 실제의 수사현실을 무시한 것이며, 이것을 준수하여 집행하기에는 압수목적달성에 어려운 점이 많다. 이에 현재의 압수수색방법의 문제점과 새로운 첨단 환경하의 디지털증거의 바람직한 현장 압수수색방법과 개선방안을 제시한다.

Application of IFC Standard in Interoperability and Energy Analysis

  • In this research, a new methodology to perform building energy analysis using Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard has been studied. With the help of Archicad 14 modeling software, a 3D test model is generated and then exported to IFCXML format. A ruby code program retrieves the building information from the resulting IFCXML file using Nokogiri library. An INP file is created and gets ready for next energy analysis step. DOE 2.2 program analyzes the INP file and gives a detailed report of the energy cost of the building. Case study shows when using the IFC standard method, the Interoperability of the energy analysis is greatly improved. The main stream 3D building modeling software supports IFC standard. DOE 2.2 is able to read the INP file generated by IFC file. This means almost any 3D model created by main stream modeling software can be analyze in terms of energy cost Thus, IFC based energy analysis method has a promising future. With the development and application of IFC standard, designers can do more complex and easy-to-run energy analysis in a more efficient way.
