This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Korean rehabilitation treatement for patients with post-TKR. The medical records of inpatients undergoing Korean rehabilitation treatment after TKR from 2016.01.01. to 2021.12.31. during the admission, were analyzed retrospectively. The effect of treatment was evaluated by using a numeric rating scale(NRS) and range of motion(ROM) of knee. Statistical analysis was done using the IBM SPSS statistics 26 program. If the period of hospitalization was within 7 days or change of NRS and ROM was not recorded properly, the case was excluded. All inpatients received acupuncture treatment, Electro-acupuncture. Soyeom pharmaco-acupuncture were used at a high rate. Blood letting cupping therapy, dry cupping therapy, Interferential Current Therapy(ICT) continuous passive motion(CPM), cryotherapy were used at a high rate. A significant improvement was noted when comparing the NRS and knee ROM results at the time of admission and discharge. Korean medical rehabilitation can be effectively used for patients who have undergone TKR, to relieve pain and enable returning to daily activities. It is expected to be helpful in future studies of post-TKR in Korean Medicine. Also It can be used for medical treatment of post-TKR in Korean Medicine Hospital and clinic. However, further research with a high level of evidence is necessary to support this finding.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of online practicum based on action learning on self-directed learning ability, academic self-efficacy, and cooperation ability of nursing students. Similar experimental study of single group pre-post test design was used to investigate the effects of this online class. A total of 47 nursing students who were junior grade from one college participated in this study and self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed by frequencies, paired t test using the SPSS/Window 21.0 program. The result of this study showed that the improvement after online practicum based on action learning was significant in self-directed learning ability(t=3.832, p<.001), academic self-efficacy(t=4.258, p<.001), and cooperation ability(t=3.853, p<.001). These findings imply the value of online practicum based on action learning to enhance competency of nursing students. In the future, more studies should be conducted in the same group including control group and blended learning method using action learning to validate the effectiveness.
Competency cannot be transformed as knowledge, so the operation of competency-based curriculum requires support from the extracurriculum that gives many opportunities practical experience. Therefore, many universities establish the own extracurricular courses by using much financial, human, and physical infrastructure. However, it is doubtful whether the extracurriculum is effective on cultivating competencies, what kinds of programs is useful to nurture right abilities, how to assess the outcome of implementing of the extracurriculum. For these reason, the accreditation system, that awards to student who accomplish certain programs based on the given standard, has been used as the tool to manage outcome achieved by the extracurriculum. This study aimed to investigate the outcome of the accreditation system of K university in order to verify its effectiveness for cultivating competencies through the extracurriculum. Through the analysis of prior research, it could be inferred that students who achieved the accreditation system would be able to cultivate relevant competencies, improve major abilities, and instill a positive image of related administrative departments while participating in various programs. Thus, this study collected data of those who achieved the accreditation and did not by participating at least once in extracurricular program from March 2020 to February 2021 to compare their results of the diagnosis of core competencies and student circumstances, and survey of educational satisfaction and interpreted interviews of 10 students, excellent certifier. As a result, it was verified that the more evenly participating in various programs to achieve the accreditation system, the more diverse competency was obtained, and the satisfaction with the student support department and major education was improved.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.
In Yugoslavia, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is one of the important national health problem, but no vaccine has been used to prevent HFRS. Since first HFRS case in 1952, sporadic cases of HFRS occurred every year and over 4,000 registered cases with $1{\sim}16%$ mortality so far. We performed a prospective, randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the effectiveness of $Hantavax^{TM}$ against HFRS in 3,900 healthy adults living in the endemic areas of Yugoslavia. 1,900 people were given 0.5 ml of Hantavax subcutaneously twice at one month interval and a booster shot at one year after. For controls other 2,000 healthy people were given 0.5 ml of physiolosical saline as a placebo. We investigated HFRS cases in both the vaccinated and nonvaccinated groups by monitoring the program for patient registration in the areas from 1996 to 1998, and the effect of vaccine was analyzed epidemiologically. No confirmed case of HFRS was observed among 1,900 Hantavax vaccinees, while 20 confirmed cases were observed among 2,000 nonvaccinated control group. There were no remarkable side effects among the vaccinees either locally or in general after inoculation of the vaccine. The Hantavax vaccine showed statistically significant protective efficacy against HFRS among Yugoslavian people.
This study identified the degree of self-worth and college life adjustment of students in the department of paramedicine, and analyzed whether there was a difference according to the presence or absence of religion and the intimacy of family members. An online survey was conducted on 183 students in department of paramedicine students attending a university, and the subject's gender, religious affiliation, and intimacy with family members were analyzed by frequency and percentage. Self-worth and adjustment to college life according to the presence or absence of religion and intimacy with family members were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, there was a difference in self-worth according to religion status and family closeness. According to intimacy with family members, there was a significant difference in academic adjustment among the sub-factors of college life adjustment. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to consider the existence of religion and intimacy with family members in setting up a counseling strategy tailored to the factors of personal self-worth improvement and college life adjustment. It is proposed to develop a college life adjustment promotion program to improve various self-worth, apply it to department of paramedicine students, and verify its effectiveness.
A polystyrene phantom was developed following the guidance of the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA) for gamma knife (GK) quality assurance. Its performance was assessed by measuring the absorbed dose rate to water and dose distributions. The phantom was made of polystyrene, which has an electron density (1.0156) similar to that of water. The phantom included one outer phantom and four inner phantoms. Two inner phantoms held PTW T31010 and Exradin A16 ion chambers. One inner phantom held a film in the XY plane of the Leksell coordinate system, and another inner phantom held a film in the YZ or ZX planes. The absorbed dose rate to water and beam profiles of the machine-specific reference (msr) field, namely, the 16 mm collimator field of a GK PerfexionTM or IconTM, were measured at seven GK sites. The measured results were compared to those of an IAEA-recommended solid water (SW) phantom. The radius of the polystyrene phantom was determined to be 7.88 cm by converting the electron density of the plastic, considering a water depth of 8 g/cm2. The absorbed dose rates to water measured in both phantoms differed from the treatment planning program by less than 1.1%. Before msr correction, the PTW T31010 dose rates (PTW Freiberg GmbH, New York, NY, USA) in the polystyrene phantom were 0.70 (0.29)% higher on average than those in the SW phantom. The Exradin A16 (Standard Imaging, Middleton, WI, USA) dose rates were 0.76 (0.32)% higher in the polystyrene phantom. After msr correction factors were applied, there were no statistically significant differences in the A16 dose rates measured in the two phantoms; however, the T31010 dose rates were 0.72 (0.29)% higher in the polystyrene phantom. When the full widths at half maximum and penumbras of the msr field were compared, no significant differences between the two phantoms were observed, except for the penumbra in the Y-axis. However, the difference in the penumbra was smaller than variations among different sites. A polystyrene phantom developed for gamma knife dosimetry showed dosimetric performance comparable to that of a commercial SW phantom. In addition to its cost effectiveness, the polystyrene phantom removes air space around the detector. Additional simulations of the msr correction factors of the polystyrene phantom should be performed.

This article aims to identify the characters and theme shown in dance costume and utilize them from an educational perspective by constructing digital museum archiving, which can be systematically collected, classified and stored from dance costume. It deals with definition of digital museum archiving as theoretical background and examples of how to create digital museum archiving as research content. The role that archiving plays in digital museum and effectiveness have been demonstrated. Archive is a term used to indicate extensive material and its storage and referred to as an integrative model of display in the computer-generated space. When it comes to producing dance costume as a form of digital museum, the museum is to be made in the computer-generated area of dance costume. The museum shows each division of major, medium and minor classification. The major classification divides genre of dance performance into Korean dance, modern dance and ballet. The middle involves choreographers, costume designers. The minor categorization includes newspaper, interviews, performance pictures, and programs. Digital museum has the value of space utilization, creation, culture, utilization of multiple educational programs, offering of digital museum content, two-way communication, and program development of the new display form.

The complexity of software products led many manufacturers to stitch open-source software for composing a product. Using open-source help reduce the development cost, but the difference in the different development life cycles makes it difficult to keep the product up-to-date. For this reason, even the patches for known vulnerabilities are not adopted quickly enough, leaving the entire product under threat. Existing studies propose to use binary differentiation techniques to determine if a product is left vulnerable against a particular vulnerability. Despite their effectiveness in finding real-world vulnerabilities, they often fail to locate the evidence of a vulnerability if it is a small function that usually is inlined at compile time. This work presents our tool FunRank which is designed to identify the short functions. Our experiments using synthesized and real-world software products show that FunRank can identify the short, inlined functions that suggest that the program is left vulnerable to a particular vulnerability.

Background: This study was carried out to determine whether non-face-to-face physical therapy would have similar exercise effects to face-to-face physical therapy. Hence, we developed an approach for patients, unable to visit hospitals due to circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic, to conduct physical therapy comfortably at home. Objects: This study aimed to compare the effects of a face-to-face and a non-face-to-face physical therapy treatment on improving a rounded shoulder posture. Methods: The participants with rounded shoulders were randomly divided into a face-toface group (n = 15) and a non-face-to-face group (n = 15), and each group performed exercises for four weeks. The exercise program consisted of the bare hands exercise, Thera-Band exercise, and foam roller exercise. The participants in the face-to-face group came to a designated place to perform their exercises, and those in the non-face-to-face group performed the exercises at their own home using Google Meet (Google). Acromial height, total scapular distance (TSD), shoulder pain and dysfunction index (SPADI), and pectoralis minor thickness were measured. Data analysis was performed using the R Statistical Software (R Core Team), and a normality test was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk test. Results: There were no significant differences between the face-to-face and the non-face-toface groups (p > 0.05). When comparing the differences before and after the exercises, both the face-to-face and the non-face-to-face groups showed significant differences in acromial height, SPADI, and pectoralis minor thickness (p < 0.05), and both groups showed no significant difference in TSD before and after the exercises (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study support the results of previous studies reporting that shoulder stabilization exercise and pectoralis minor stretching training improves round shoulders. In addition, this study revealed that both the face-to-face and the non-face-to-face physical therapy treatments had therapeutic effects.
