여성 인플루언서의 SNS 바디프로필에 나타난 신체표현 이미지의 기호학적 분석 연구 (A Study of Semiotic Analysis of Body Expression Image Shown in the Body Profile of Female Influencer's SNS)

  • The purpose of this study is to interpret the semantic actions of body image symbolized in body expression images shown by micro-influencers body profiles to understand the body profile phenomenon of the MZ generation. As a result of collecting body profile data from micro-influencers, the body profile image types of female influencers on SNS were classified into four types, Athletic, Slim body, Natural, and, Glamorous. Images representing each type were analyzed using the Roland Barthes' Myth model analysis frame. As a result of the semantic analysis, influencers were found to be very active and bold, emphasizing certain body parts according to the type of body image they pursue. Fashion is strategically used to emphasize these aspects. It was found that the ideology of a 'subjective modern woman' was commonly expressed through emphasis on visual signs. This study is meaningful in that it can indirectly lead to the understanding the fashion culture expressed by the MZ generation and provide consumer information and essential data that can be used for communication strategies in the fashion market.

Oxygen flooding에 의해 왜곡된 SIMS depth profile의 보정 (Correction of Secondary ion Mass Spectrometry depth profile distorted by oxygen flooding)

  • Oxygen flooding을 이용한 Secondary ion Mass Spectrometry(SIMS) 분석에 있어서 표면에 산화막이 있을 때 발생하는 SIMS depth profile의 왜곡현상에 대한 원인을 분석하고 이를 보정하였다. 이러한 왜곡현상은 표면 산화막에서와 Si 매질에서의 sputter rate이 다른 데서 발생하는 깊이 보정 오류와 상대감도인자(relative sensitivity factor, RSF)가 다른 데서 발생하는 농도보정 오류로부터 발생됨이 밝혀졌다. 깊이보정 오류를 바로잡기 위하여 $N^a+$ 이온을 산화막과 Si 매질의 계면에 대한 marker로 사용하였으며 산화막 두께는 SEM 및 XPS로 측정하였다. 산화막과 Si 매질에서의 sputter rate 및 RSF의 차이는 주로 oxygen flooding이 유발한 산화막 형성시의 부피팽창에 의한 것으로 해석되었으며 이를 보정한 depth profile은 oxygen flooding없이 분석한 경우와 거의 동일한 결과를 보여주었다.

질석화가 진행된 풍화단면에서의 광물조성과 주원소의 변화 (Mineralogical and Chemical Variation in Weathering Profile on Ultramafic Rocks During Vermiculitization)

  • Several vermiculite deposits occur as the alteration product from phlogopite in ultramafic rock, in the Hongseong and Cheongyang area, South Korea. Some quarries show well-defined weathering profile. Samples collected from those quarries were examined by XRD and chemistry to define a vertical variations in mineralogy and chemistry of the weathering profile developed on ultramafic rocks. The analysis by X-ray diffractometry showed that mineral compositions changed continuously as depth of profile increasing, the vermiculite-the phlogopite/vermiculite interstratified-the phlogopite. Chemical analysis of bulk samples in altered zone revealed that regardless of composition and kinds of mineral in the rock, there are significant increase of MgO, CaO and $H_2O$, and decrease of K as depth of profile decrease reflecting the characteristics in vermiculitization. Also, there was a tendency that weathering indicies of each sample horizon change gradually with increasing depth. This tendency can be explained as variations of degree of vermiculitization. The regular changes of mineralogical and chemical composition in vertical profile suggest that weathering is the most important process in vermiculitization in this area.

  • 본 논문에서는 전보에서 창성된 인벌류우트-원호합성치형기어에 있어서 Hertz 식에 의하여 치면접촉응력을 구하고 유한요소법에 의하여 이뿌리응력을 계산하였다. 그리고 같은 제원의 표준 인벌류우트 치형기어와 비교하였다.

Emotional Intelligence Profile and Employee Attitude

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify emotional intelligence (EI) profiles according to the sub-factors of the ability EI model, namely, self-emotional appraisal, others' emotional appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion. In addition, this study aims to reveal whether there is a difference in job satisfaction, affective commitment, and turnover intention depending on the profile. Research design, data, and methodology - For the study, 536 survey responses were analyzed using SPSS 22 and MPlus 8.4. Result - The analysis identified four EI profiles. These were 1) middle-low generalized EI (all sub-factors of EI were slightly lower than the average level), 2) middle-high generalized EI (all sub-factors of EI were slightly higher than the average), 3) low generalized EI (all EI sub-factors were much lower than the average), and 4) high generalized EI (all EI sub-factors were much higher than average). Furthermore, significant differences were found in job satisfaction, affective commitment, and turnover intention according to each profile. Conclusion - This study expands the EI theory by revealing the profile of EI. In addition, this study investigated the impact of EI profile on job satisfaction, affective commitment, and turnover intention.

개인-동료 간 OCB 프로파일 유사도가 무례경험에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of OCB Profile Similarity between Individual and Colleagues on Experienced Incivility)

  • Purpose - Studies have been continuously carried out by researchers so far to clarify the factors influencing employee's incivility at work. However, the behavior of employees who are the target of incivility not much has been revealed which behavior affects the experience of incivility. Among them, it is interesting that the effect of OCB, a representative of employees' positive behavior in the workplace, on their experienced incivility has not been investigated. Therefore, this study attempted to clarify the relationship between OCB and experienced incivility that previous studies have not yet discovered. Design/methodology/approach - In the process, the concept of profile similarity was introduced and based on this, it was assumed that the OCB profile similarity between individual and colleagues, not the absolute level of OCB, would affect the experienced incivility and demonstrated this. The analysis was conducted by applying the survey data obtained from 205 employees to hierarchical regression analysis. Findings - As a result of the analysis, it was examined that the absolute OCB value used in previous studies did not significantly affect the experienced incivility, but the higher the similarity level, the less experienced incivility. The implications obtained based on this and future research directions are discussed together in the conclusion. Research implications or Originality - This study is the first one that considers OCB's profile similarity as a antecedent of experienced incivility. OCB profile similarity concept was only treated as a theoretical issue even in very early stage of OCB research stream, but this study examines the significant effect of OCB profile similarity. Moreover, behavioral antecedents of experienced incivility has not been identified well, but this study finds out that OCB can be a behavioral antecedent of experienced incivility.

전송 채널의 불규칙적인 PDP의 특성에 따른 OFDM 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance analysis of OFDM systems considering irregular PDP characteristics of propagation channels)

  • 본 논문에서는 실측 데이터를 기준으로 9가지의 다양한 모델을 제안한 JTC(Joint Technical Committee) 모델을 전송 채널 모델로 채택하여 채널의 PDP(Power Delay Profile)의 불규칙성 따른 OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 통신 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다 전송 채널의 불규칙성은 Main profile의 길이, Peak 위치, Echo profile의 지연 시간, 그리고 Echo profile의 강도로 분류하여 각각에 따른 PDP를 설정하여 각 모델에 따른 OFDM 시스템의 성능 분석을 하였다.

파형 분석을 위한 멕시코 모자 함수 응용 (Application of Mexican Hat Function to Wave Profile Detection)

  • This paper presents the results of wave profile detection from video image using the Mexican hat function. The Mexican hat function has been extensively used in the field of signal processing to detect discontinuity in the images. The analysis was done on the numerical image and video images of waves that were taken in the small wave flume. The results show that the Mexican hat function is an excellent tool for wave profile detection.

반응표면분석법을 이용한 VTR Deck 캠의 최적형상 설계 (Optimum Cam Profile Design of VTR Deck Using the Response Stuface Analysis)

  • In this paper, and optimum profile of a cam being used in a VTR Deck mechanism is designed by the response surface analysis. The objective function of the design is to reduce driving torque of the pinch roller system that is used to compress video tape to the capstan motor axia. The pinch roller system that will be designed is modeled using the general purpopse mechanism analysis program DADS. The computer model is compared with the physical system for reliability. A model function to represent relationship between design variables and the objective function is estimated by the response surface analysis. Once the model function is reliably estimated the optimal design is carried out using the model function and each design variable's boundaries. To verify improvement of the pinch roller system, a prototype for the pinch rooler system is made and tested. From the test result, an optimum cam profile to resuce driving torque of the pinch roller system is verified.

CPT-based lateral displacement analysis using p-y method for offshore mono-piles in clays

  • In this study, a CPT-based p-y analysis method was proposed for the displacement analysis of laterally loaded piles. Key consideration was the continuous soil profiling capability of CPT and cone resistance profiles that do not require artificial assumption or simplification for input parameter selection. The focus is on the application into offshore mono-piles embedded in clays. The correlations of p-y function components to the effective cone resistance were proposed, which can fully utilize CPT measurements. A case example was selected from the literature and used to validate the proposed method. Various parametric studies were performed to examine the effectiveness of the proposed method and investigate the effect of property profile and its depth resolution on the p-y analysis. It was found that the calculation could be largely misleading if wrongly interpreted sub-layer condition or inappropriate resolution of input soil profile was involved in the analyses. It was also found that there is a significant influence depth that dominates overall load response of pile. The soil profile and properties within this depth range affect most significantly calculated load responses, confirming that the soil profile within this depth range should be identified in more detail.
