부산, 울산 및 경남 소재 물리치료(학)과 임상실습 프로그램에 대한 만족도 조사 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Physical Therapy Students with the Clinical Training Programs in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyongnam)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to establish effective clinical training programs by identifying various factors that influence the satisfaction of physical therapy students with those programs. Methods: The study subjects were 205 students from six colleges (two 4-year and four 3-year colleges) who participated in clinical training programs. The colleges have physical therapy departments and are located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeognam. A survey consisting of 75 questions was conducted between March and December, 2003. Survey responses were analyzed through a frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and the multiple responses approach, and correlations among the questions were analyzed using a chi-square test. Results: The level of satisfaction with clinical training programs did not differ according to the school system or the size of the clinical training institution. However, several factors led to a higher level of satisfaction, including more active participation of students in the clinical training, more intensive instruction from school professors, a larger number of subjects to complete before the clinical training, and a higher level of student perception that their institution's clinical training program was systematic Conclusion: This study surveyed physical therapy students located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam who attended selected schools and training institutions that have their own individual characteristics; therefore, this study may have limitations for comparative analysis. However, if more extensive studies are per formed regionally in the future using the approach taken here, clinical training programs could be developed that can satisfy both schools and the industry.

An Analysis of University Students' Needs for Learning Support Functions of Learning Management System Augmented with Artificial Intelligence Technology

  • The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.

저영향개발 기법의 효율적인 적용을 위한 전문가 인식 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Experts' Perception for Effective Application of Low Impact Development)

  • 전 세계적으로 도시내 물관리 정책 적용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 국내에서는 대상지의 자연적인 물순환 기능을 유지할 수 있는 저영향개발에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 이를 정책적으로 활용하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Q 방법론을 활용하여 저영향개발 기법의 이용 현황과 정책적 접근 방법, 개선사항 등에 대한 전문가적 견해의 인식 유형을 분석하고자 한다. 표본을 추출을 위한 전문가 심층 인터뷰는 31명의 LID와 관련된 공무원, 실무자, 연구원, 교수를 통해 이루어졌으며, 모든 응답자는 28개의 Q-sort 진술문에 응답하였다. 수집된 응답 결과는 QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 도출된 유형은 해당 진술문의 성격에 따라 다음과 같이 4개로 구분되었다: 정책시행 중시형, 전문가 이해 중시형, 매뉴얼 중시형, 그리고 실효성 중시형. 본 연구에서는 유형별 특성 분석을 바탕으로 국내에 적합한 저영향개발 기법의 적용을 위한 정책적 발전 방향을 논의하였으며, 저영향개발 기법의 적용 확대 및 효율성 증대에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 그러나 본 연구의 방법론 특성상 정량적인 연구결과 해석 시 연구자의 관점이 개입된다는 점이 한계로 지적될 수 있으므로, 향후 정책 의사결정에 있어 유형별 타당성을 검증하기 위한 상호 보완적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

문헌정보학 교과과정에 대한 현황조사 및 인식조사 연구 (A Study on Status and Necessity of the Curriculum for the Department of Libraries and Information Sciences in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국 문헌정보학의 교과과정 현황과 전공과목별 필요성에 대한 인식을 조사·분석함으로써 문헌정보학의 교육과정의 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 문헌정보학과의 교육과정을 전수 조사하였고, 조사된 교과목을 기반으로 필수·선택과목에 대한 의견을 전체 문헌정보학과 교수들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 문헌정보학 총 개설과목 수는 최근 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 필수과목과 기초과목의 비중이 축소되고 선택과목의 비중이 늘어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 정보학은 중요성과 비중이 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 빅데이터 및 프로그램밍, 데이터 분석 등 새로운 과목의 신설 요구가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 도서관·정보센터 경영학은 전체 교과과정에서 차지하는 비중은 다소 감소하고 있었다. 하지만 여전히 기본 영역으로 중시되고 있으며, 세부과목의 증설·심화에 대한 필요성은 높게 인식되고 있었다. 넷째, 서지학은 점차 비중이 축소되는 것으로 조사되었다. 다섯째, 기록관리학은 전공필수 과목은 아니지만 선택과목으로서 비중이 증가하는 반면, 어학 과목은 필요성에 대한 인식이 거의 사라진 것으로 나타났다.

유전자재조합식품에 대한 관련 식품위생공무원의 인지도 조사 (A Survey on the Perception of Food Sanitation Officers Toward the Genetically Modified Foods)

  • 유전자재조합식품과 관련된 담당 공무원 및 기타 전문가들의 인지도를 조사하기 위해서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답자들을 근무년수별, 소속별, 업무별로 분류하였으며 설문지의 각 문항에 대한 결과는 위 분류별로 통계분석하여 빈도수 및 응답률로 나타내었다. 조사 결과, 유전자재조합식품에 대해 들어본 경험은 $95\%$이상으로 나타났으며, 유전자재조차식품의 혜택은 식량난 해결이라고 가장 많이 응답하였다. 유전자재조합식품의 표시에 대해서는 '$90\%$ 이상이 표시해야 한다' 또는 '가급적 표시해야 한다'로 응답하여 식품위생공무원 및 기타 전문가들은 유전자재조합 표시를 절실히 필요로 하고 있었으며 학력 수준 및 전문 수준이 높을수록 구입하여 먹을 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 응답자 대부분은 근무년수별, 소속별, 업무별 구분에 상관없이 기본적인 지식은 있는 것으로 나타났으나 시$\cdot$도공무원 및 국립검역소 그룹은 다른 전문가 그룹에 비해서 유전자재조합식품에 대한 정보가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 유전자재조합식품에 대한 안전성 인식은 대체로 안전하다는 견해를 가지고 있었으나 20년 이상 근무자와 일반 행정 업무자는 다른 그룹에 비해서 안전하지 않거나 불안하다는 견해를 더 많이 나타냈다. 식품의 안전성을 위협하는 가장 큰 요인은 식품취급 부주의 및 취급 불량으로 응답하였으며, 유전자재조합식품이 위협요인이라고 응답한 사람은 매우 적었다($4.4\%$). 결론적으로 유전자재조합식품 관련 공무원 및 기타 전문가들은 일반시민들에 비해서 섭취나 안전성에 보다 긍정적인 견해를 나타냈지만 생물학 지식에 대해서는 그룹별 차이가 있었으며 유전자재조합식품에 대한 민원업무 처리에 어려운 점을 겪고 있는 것으로 보아 관련 전문가들에게도 교육 및 홍보가 필요한 것으로 파악되었다.가 가능하다는 사전 연구 결론을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 낮은 pH인 음식물 쓰레기를 처리시 산발효조를 거치지 않고도 혐기성 처리가 가능하였으며, 높은 농도로 존재하는 유기물 및 고형물의 처리효율은 매우 양호했고 또한 인의 제거율도 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 전국 음식물쓰레기(11,398ton/d)를 대상으로 에너지를 산출하면 Braun에너지 환산계수 $5.97kwh/m3(60\%\;CH_{4})$를 적용할 때 우리나라의 1일 음식물에서 발생되는 에너지 총량은 6,727MWh로 환산될 수 있으며 이는 유기물(COD)당 발생되는 메탄 가스량을 에너지원으로 사용하기에 충분히 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을 증가시키지 않으면서 영구적인 신경학적 합병증을 일으키지 않았고 좋은 혈관 개존율을 보여주었다. 따라서 동맥 도관을 이용한 Off pump CABG는 관상동맥의 협착의 정도에 따라 효율적으로 시행 시 좋은 임상결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.였다. 그러나 심근 기능이나 좌심실의 리모델링 경과엔 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 결과 실제 실험 값들은 예측된 값들과 유사한 수준의 결과를 보였다

실시간 화상 수업에서의 사회적 실재감 탐색 : 기독교교육 수업 사례를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on Social Presence in Synchronous Distance Course : Focused on the Cases of Christian Education Classes)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 19로 인해 기독교교육 전공 수업을 실시간 화상 수업으로 실행한 후, 학생들이 인식한 사회적 실재감의 정도와 여기에 영향을 끼친 요인을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 사회적 실재감 향상을 위한 수업의 설계, 운영 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 실시간 화상 수업과 사회적 실재감과 관련 있는 연구들을 문헌연구를 통해 정리하고, 사회적 실재감을 측정하고 영향 요인을 도출하기 위해 경기도 소재 A 대학교 기독교교육 전공 수업 3강좌의 수강생 58명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하고, 6명의 학생과 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 실재감은 보통 수준이었으며, 하위요인별로는 정서적 유대감이 가장 낮았고, 개방적 커뮤니케이션, 공동체감이 보통 수준이었으며, 상호지원 및 집중이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 사회적 실재감에 긍정적 영향을 끼친 요인으로는 조별 활동, 자기소개 활동, 적극적인 수업참여, 교수자의 강의 중 질의응답이나 동료학습자의 의견에 대한 반응, 질문, 피드백 등과 같은 상호소통, 적은 수강생 수가 도출되었다. 사회적 실재감 인식에 부정적 영향을 끼친 요인으로는 사적 대화 부족, 저조한 수업참여, 상호소통 부족, 주의 집중의 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 부정적 요인들의 원인은 줌(zoom)에서 발생한 기술적인 문제와 한계, 불편함과 산만한 주변 환경, 시간 부족, 심리적 어색함 등 이었다. 연구결과를 반영하여 실시간 화상 수업에서의 사회적 실재감 향상 방안으로 친교 활동, 효과적인 실시간 화상 수업에 대한 오리엔테이션, 원활한 의사소통 방법 지도, 교수자의 학습 촉진 역할 강화, 조별 활동 및 학습자 중심 활동 강화, 적은 수강생 규모를 제안하였다.

간호사 국가시험 과목 통합을 위한 간호관리학 영역의 방향 (The Direction of Nursing Management Domain for Nursing Personal Licensing Examination Board)

  • Purpose : This study was to provide a meaningful framework for establishment of the direction of Nursing Management area to get ready for Nursing Personal Licensing Examination Board. Method : Using methodological and descriptive research method, the research process was as follows: a preliminary work list which was performed by New Nurse related to nursing management area was made of such key information as the domain of nursing management work, the element of that domain, and the detail work content, by means of a broad review of literature related to nursing management on Licensing Examination for the new nurse. After this preliminary work list sought to obtain examination, consensus, and modification of expert group in the nursing management field, research instrument which was the work list performed by new nurse within nursing management area was to developed. And next, it was to survey various of the importance and the frequency of that work performance by registered nurse, nurse manager, and the professors to take responsible of nursing management. Finally, the educational content for nursing management at the level of baccalaureate was proposed by various analyzing of research results. Results : The work list which was performed by new nurse related to nursing management area consisted of 9 domains, 24 elements, and 80 detail work contents. After it was examined into such various analysis as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, mean range, and so on, of the importance perception of the work and the frequency of work performance, the educational contents for baccalaureate in nursing management which consisted of total 65 contents made up of 18 core contents and 47 essential contents, which new nurses have to necessarily know and perform within the nursing management area. Conclusion : The results of this study will contribute to identifying the work list of new nurses performed in nursing management area and also proposing the educational contents that was taught at the level of baccalaureate in nursing management area based on doing actually in nursing unit.

일부 치위생과 재학생의 학과선택 만족도 및 취업의식변화 (Satisfaction with Department Selection and Changes in a Sense of Employment Among Some Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze motivation of entrance into the college, knowledge prior to the entrance, satisfaction with their major, and a sense of employment after graduation among students majoring in dental hygiene at some colleges and subdivide them by grades for comparative analysis to determine the progress of changes in general characteristics, department satisfaction, and a sense of employment among students majoring in dental hygiene for the recent three years and provide basic data for improving dental hygienic education. Questionnaires were distributed to 520 students majoring in dental hygiene at some college in South Chungcheong, South Jeolla, and North Jeolla Provinces, followed by explanation of the purport of the research and the content of the questionnaire; after completion, 513 copies were used for analysis with exception of 7 copies with insincere responses. The analysis of the data examined resulted in the following conclusions: First, Changes in Department Satisfaction among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene As for motivation of entrance into a college, less and less students chose the department of dental hygiene through recommendation by parents or seniors while more and more students chose their major due to easy employment. Less and less students obtained information on the department from a college application guidebook while more and more students obtained it through Internet. There was also a gradual increase in prior knowledge about the department and in satisfaction with their major. More and more students had no will to change their course. Second, Changes in a Sense of Employment among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene There was a gradual decrease in the number of students who would follow friends' or their own decision in selecting workplace but an increase in the number of those who would follow their professors' opinion. There was a gradual increase in the number of students who wanted to be employed in workplace with good social perception; many students wanted to be employed in a personal dental clinic, a general hospital, or a public health center; and more and more students also wanted to be employed in a school dental health center or to become a government official or an educator.

국내 뜸 요법 임상 실태 파악을 위한 면접조사 (An in-depth interview for use of moxibustion therapy in Korea)

  • Objectives : Moxibustion therapy is one of the most popular oriental treatments in Korea. In this study, we operate the in-depth interview for use of moxibustion therapy in Korea. Methods : Survey questions were developed based on consensus of acupuncture professors. The list of the Korean medical doctors with experiences more than 10 years is provided by the Association of the Korean Oriental Medicine. The in-depth interview was conducted in 30 Korean medical doctors who answered in the previous telephone survey that they use moxibustion therapy for more than 30 % of patients everyday. Interview survey with them were conducted by the well-trained interviewers of Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine in medical researcher from 22th May to 28th June 2007. Results : Korean medical doctors prefer to use the moxibustion with moxa stick (83.9%). The most common treatment disease was musculo-skeletal disorder (28.9%), gynecology (14.1%), digestive disorder (28.6%). The most common treatment area was the abdomen (35.3%), back (22.5%), lower extremity (15.8%) and upper extremity (16.9%). Indirect moxibustion’s was as frequent as 73.5% of moxibustion method. The most common instrument for treating was mini-moxa of manufactured goods (39.3%). Most Korean medical doctors (48.8%) took up the position that bring symptom relief following good treatment area. 'High preferences of patients' (32.7%) was one of moxibustion strong points but 'Lots of smell and smoke' (54.7%)' was a weak points. The most common side effects was the 'slight burn' (34.9%), 'skin rash' (22.5%), 'skin pruritus' (23.8%) Conclusions : This survey provides unique insight into the perception of the Korea medical doctor at moxibustion therapy. Future research needs to provide more in-depth insight into doctor views of the experience.

일부지역 치위생과 학생들의 학사학위 취득을 위한 학점은행제 요구도 조사 (A study on the needs of dental hygiene students in a region for the credit bank system for a bachelor's degree)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the needs of dental hygiene students at a lifelong education center of a three-year-course college for a credit bank system. The subjects in this study were 200 dental hygiene students at a college located in J, which offered courses of a credit bank system. A survey was conducted from May 19 to 23, 2008, to gather data on the acquisition of a bachelor's degree and the credit bank system, and the answer sheets from 184 respondents(92%) were collected. After the collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 12.0 program, the following findings were given: 1. In regard to an intention of taking a bachelor's degree, the largest number of the students investigated(74.5%) intended to do that if they had any chance. As for the reason, 55.6% wanted to get the degree in pursuit of their own personal development. 2. Concerning how to win a bachelor's degree, the largest group that accounted for 63.0% preferred the credit bank systems of college lifelong education centers. 41.8% got interested in the credit bank system mainly because their acquaintances informed them of it. It shows that colleges should reinforce publicity activities if they want to offer the credit bank system. 3. The quality of educational programs and cost had an impact on the choice of an educational institution when they planned to get a bachelor's degree from the credit bank system. Therefore excellent educational programs should be provided, and the government should provide learners with economic help and fund educational institutions. 4. As to comparison of a regular college and the credit bank system as a way to get a bachelor's degree, that was considered to be helpful for finding a job(a mean of 3.39) and for the development of sociability(3.22). That was also deemed to be of use for the improvement of practical job performance, to win public recognition and to be helpful for being well-cultivated, though not many students had those opinions. They took a different view according to academic year(p<.05). 5. Regarding the expected effects of getting a degree from the credit bank system, the greatest group expected it to step up their personal development(3.85). The second largest group expected it to boost job efficacy(3.30), and the students whose academic year was higher had a better opinion. 6. As for future directions for the credit bank system, the largest group put emphasis on the improvement of social perception through intensive P.R. and the enhancement of the qualifications of professors and lecturers(4.02). These opinions were more stressed by the juniors than by the sophomores and seniors, and academic year made a significant difference to their views(p<.05).
