IT기술을 이용한 전문 전시회의 효용성에 대한 연구 - 온라인 초청 관람객을 포함한 관람객을 중심으로 - (A Study on Utility of the Specialized Exhibition Using IT Technology - Focussing on Attendees including On-line Invitation Visitors -)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 매체를 통한 전시회 참가의사를 밝힌 참관객의 행동 조사를 통해 전시 관련업체 도움의 목적으로 실시했으며 온라인으로 사전등록을 마친 후 모바일 쿠폰을 소지한 관람객을 포함한 KOREA PACK 2015관람객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 IT기술을 이용한 전문 전시회의 효과와 관람객의 만족도를 조사, 분석하여 전문 전시회의 기획에 도움을 주고자 실시하였다. 관련한 많은 선행 연구가 전시회 주최자, 전시 참가 업체를 중심으로 이루어진 바, 모바일 등의 IT 융합 기술을 이용한 전문 전시회에서 관람객의 관점에서 조사, 분석한 연구를 하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전시회에 참관한 관람객의 참관동기에 IT기술의 온라인 홍보 경로의 유용성에 대한 설문을 포함한 그 관람 행태와 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하여 전시회의 효과에 대한 실증적 규명을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 특정목적을 위해 전시회에 참관하는 경우 전시회 관련 정보를 능동적으로 탐색하고 있으며, 전시회 참관 동안 적극적인 정보수집 행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 구매의 가능성이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 적극적 관람객의 경우 구매결정력을 지닌 경우가 많다는 것을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 전문 전시회에 참관하는 관람객이 구매를 결정할 수 있는 권한과 책임을 지닌 경우가 많다는 것으로 참가업체는 전시회를 통하여 자사의 제품과 기술 경쟁력을 효과적으로 홍보하여 판매를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 셋째, 특정 목적을 지닌 관람객은 그렇지 않은 관람객에 비하여 관람 전시회에 대한 높은 만족도를 보였으나, 제품이나 기술관련 정보제공과 저렴한 구매의 기회 제공보다는 상담이나 직원 태도, 시설에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 이를 개선해야 할 필요성이 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

산림기반형 한방치유 관광상품의 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Research on Consumer Preference for a Forest based Korean Medical Healing Tourism Product)

  • 본 연구는 산림기반형 한방치유 관광상품에 대한 수요자 욕구와 선호를 파악하여 향후 보다 표적화되고 차별화된 산림치유 관련 정책 수립과 한방치유 관련 프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 실시되었다. 서울에 거주하는 30대 이상 성인남녀 400명을 조사대상으로 성과 연령별, 거주지역별로 비례할당 표본추출법을 사용, 인터넷조사(CAWI)를 실시하여 총 317부가 최종 분석에 이용되었다. 산림기반형 한방치유 관광상품에 대한 이미지는 '산림욕, 숲속 걷기, 나무'가 다수(61.5%)를 차지했고, 선호 의견과 이용 의향은 각각 72.9%와 67.5%로 긍정적인 경향이 높았다. 단지 조성에 적합한 지역으로는 수도권이 53.6%, 강원도가 38.8%로 나타났다. 이용목적은 '스트레스 해소와 재충전', '산림휴양활동', '건강 유지 및 체력 증진'의 순이었다. 선호 치유요법은 '트래킹, 산책 등 걷기요법'이 가장 많았으며 '피트니스, 기체조 등 운동요법'이 그 뒤를 이었다. 상품선택 시 주요 고려 요인은 '이용 비용의 적정성', '음식과 이용 식자재의 적절성', '의료진 및 직원들의 친절성' 등으로 나타났으나 이용편의성과 의료서비스의 질, 관광활동 관련 요인 등 전 요인에 걸쳐 높은 점수를 기록하여 상품에 대한 수요자의 높은 기대수준을 보여주고 있다. 또한 인구통계학적 세분시장 별로 이용관련 요인들에 대한 선호에 차이점을 보이고 있어 관련 상품의 기획과 운영 시 차별화 되고 세분화된 수요자 욕구를 반영하는 것이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 본 연구는 상이한 수요자 선호를 파악함에 있어 인구통계학적 세분 시장만을 규명함으로써 가장 기초적인 단계에 머무른 한계점을 지니고 있어 후속연구에서는 다차원적이고 복합적인 수요자 욕구에 대한 보다 정교화된 규명이 요망된다.

  • 본 연구(II)에서는 전 연구(I) 수행과정에 직무교육 훈련을 받고 있는 도로분야 건설기술자들이 질의했던 현안사항에 대하여 추가로 설문조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 미래지향적인 건설정책 대안을 도출하였다. "건설사업관리(CM) 용어가 2가지로 분리된 점에 대한 의견"을 묻는 질문에 응답자의 45%가 선진외국과 같이 '건설사업관리'로 단일화하자고 답했다. "CM전문가 육성 방안"에는 많은 응답자들이 민간교육기관에서 일정기간의 교육을 수료하면 CM전문가 자격을 얻을 수 있는 방안을 선호하였다. "설계 시공 및 품질관리 특급기술자의 역량지수(ICEC) 등급을 75점 이상에서 78점 이상으로 상향 조정(안)" 질문에는 '당초(안)처럼 75점 이상으로 하자'가 52%였다. "CM제도의 적용이 아직도 활성화되지 못하고 있는 이유"에는 응답자의 62%가 공공건설사업 발주기관 담당자들의 CM도입 의지가 부족하기 때문이라고 답했다. 건설사업의 아웃소싱을 기반으로 하는 CM제도의 활성화를 위해서는 국토교통부 본부의 조직 개편 방안이 선행되어야 한다.

간호 업무 실태 분석 및 합리적인 병실 관리 개선 방향

  • An analysis of nursing activities in a in-patient ward and its management was observed in order to assess necessary number of nursing hands and find out reasonable work management with them. The study was performed with two wards of St. Mary′s Hospital, Catholic Medical Center, for the period from July to December 1970. The results and conclusions were as the following 1. The role of the nurses are determined by doctor′s order in 57.7% in kind, 80.0% in amount. and by nurses decision 20.0% in amount. 2. Works related to patient care are found to be 20.6% in the internal medicine ward and 20.4% in the surgical ward while works related to treatment are 4.7% in the former and 27.2% in the letter. Medication occupies 40.0% in the internal medical ward while 26.6% in the surgery ward, and observation occupies 34.7% in the former while 25.8% in the letter. These can be said to reflect characteristic differences bet ween the two wards. 3. When nursing functions were evaluated by importance "A" level in the amount of works to be done occupied 67.6% in the surgical ward and 62.8% in the internal medical ward. In the kind of the important works, "B"level is found to be most frequent with 50% while "A"level 43%. When evaluated by difficulty, "B"level was found to be most frequent in amount in both internal medicine and surgical wards (52.6%, 38.2%). 4. Works needing professional knowledge and skills occupied 92% in the both wards while unprofessional works 2.8% and 4.2% respectively. There are indications, however, that unprofessional works have an increasing tendency. 5. When evaluated by the amount of works, the surgical ward has 11 nurses less and the internal medicine ward 3 nurses less then the necessary number of nursing staffs. There are shortage of 12 and 6 nurses respectively when evaluated by the number of patients and 18 nurses in the both wards when evaluated by the medical regulations of the Government. 6. The ratio of the nursing staff to patient was found to be 1:11.5, 1:23.0 and 1:34.5 in the morning, evening and night turn in the surgical ward. In the medical word the ratio was 1:9.4, 1:22.0 and 1:33.0. 7. The deficiency of necessary equipment and tension accompanying management of those equipment were found to lower the effective functioning of the head nurse who is a junior manager of the ward. They also consume much of the time and energy of the nurses at work who are over burdened in most of the cases. 8. The high rate of the number of nurses who leave the job impairs the functioning of team work which is considered to be most important in the effective performance of nursing activities and thus contributes to lower the efficiency of nursing functions.

대학도서관 조직건강성 진단에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Diagnosis of the Health of University Library Organizations)

  • The environment of the modern library is changing rapidly with advancements in information technology, massive increse in information, and with the changing needs of users for information in order to keep up with developments in science and technology. The library should also be in a constant state of change in accordance with the changing environment. But the current situation is that library organizations in Korea do not show any change. Here arises the need to diagnose the health of these organization. Organizational innovations can be achieved either by change in the organizational structure or administrative methods or in personal attitudes. In making organizational innovations, however, it is not sufficient only to change the organizational structure or the administrative methods without changing personal attitudes. The purpose of this thesis is to diagnose the health of university library organizations in Korea and to suggest prescriptions based on the results of this diagnosis, by means of organization development theory. In this study, the action research model and the diagnostic model were developed for the health of university library organization in Korea. The action research model consisted of 3 steps: diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. The diagnostic model comprised diagnostic criterion and diagnostic indicators. The health of an organization was selected as the diagnostic criterion. Diagnostic indicators were divided into 3 levels: personal job-satisfaction at the individual level, cohesiveness at the group level, and the organizational climate at the organizational level. Both the interview and the questionaire were used as diagnostic methods. The questionaire form was designed according to the Likert typle 5-point scale. For the investigation, 10 university libraries were selected from the private universities in Seoul, and questionaire sheets were sent to their 156 librarians and responses were received from 116 persons. An interview was carried out with a selected chief of departments of the library concerned. The results of the diagnosis show that the average personal job­satisfaction was 3.57, the group cohesiveness was 3.15 and organizational climate was 2.93, and accordingly the comprehensive health indicator was 3.22. The health of university library organizations in Korea was generally on the decline at all 3 levels. In particular, the organizational climate was in a very weak state. Most problems concern dissatisfaction with personnel policy, communications and non-professionally qualified directors. As the prescriptions, the following was suggested: institutionalization of the staff meeting for resolving problems with communication, appointement of professional directors, performance appraisal, conferring faculty status for librarians, and a suggest system. And for the improvement of the organizational climate, managerial grid training was suggested as one of the educational strategies for organizational development.

임상 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 대인갈등 해결 전략 및 직무 만족도 (A Survey on the Work Stress, Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Strategy and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurse)

  • This descriptive study was designed to measure the degrees of work stress and job satisfaction and use interpersonal conflict resolution strategy as an attempt to provide clinical nurses basic data to develop strategies releasing work stress and improving job satisfaction. These data were collected from 367 clinical nurses working in 9 hospitals nation-wide from May 1, to June 30, 1998. A structured questionaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire included Kim and Koo's work stress scale, Lee's interpersonal conflict resolution strategy scale and a Minesota satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was done by the use of the SAS computer program with descriptive statistics, t -test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach - ${\alpha}$. The results were as follows 1. The mean score of work stress for the subjects was 4.34(SD=0.64). The highest scored reasons for work stress were 'inadequate com pensation' 4.93(SD=0.86), 'lack of professional knowledge and skill' 4.70(SD=0.92) and 'unsatisfactory relationship with superior authorities' 4.63(SD=0.97). The lowest scored reasons were 'unsatisfactory relationship with inferior staff' 3.72(SD=1.02), 'inadequate mechanical environment' 3.72(SD=1.11) and 'interpersonal problems' 3.85 (SD=1.06), The work stress in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on the hospital type (F=4.00, p=0.0082). 2. The clinical nurses used compromise(45.1%) as the best interpersonal conflict resolution strategy. The second was collaboration(32.8%), the third accomodation(14.2%), the forth avoidance(4.2%) and the fifth competition(3.6%). 3. The item score of job satisfaction of the subject was 3.00(SD=0.43), The job satisfaction in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on age(F=5.67, p=0.0000), marital status(t= -1.89, p=0.0511), academic career(F=5.84, 0.0001), official position (F=7.38, p=0.0001), and work career(F=6.33, p=0.0001). 4. The result of the analysis of relationship between work stress and job satisfaction was significant(r= -0.34, p=0.0000). In conclusion, it was found that work stress was very high in clinical nurses. They used interpersonal conflict resolution strategies to release their interpersonal problems and to increase their job satisfaction. Therefore, adequate stress management for clinical nurses will provide them with higher job satisfaction and hence lead to more qualitified nursing care.

영화 연기와 연출을 위한 훈련 프로그램 방법 (Method of an Effective Training Program For Film Acting and Directing)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 영화연기와 연출을 위한 훈련 프로그램의 필요성과 그 대안적인 방식을 소개하는 것이다. 우리 한국에서 영화나 방송의 최근 연기경향은 생활연기가 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 연기교육은 여전히 연극 전문가들에 의해 이루어지고 있고, 그로인해 연극 훈련프로그램에 의해 연기를 교육한다. 또한 영화감독들의 연기연출에 대한 교육도 거의 없다. 그래서 영화연기와 연기 연출을 할 수 있는 훈련 프로그램이 필요하다. 이 글은 필자가 실제로 영화연기 훈련 프로그램 개발을 위해 실시한 단편영화 워크숍 <생활연기의 힘>과 <연기연습>제작과정을 다루고 있다. 이 훈련 프로그램은 이미 스타니슬라브스키가 연극 연습을 위해 활용한 에쮸드를 일부 응용하고, 리 스트라스버그의 액터스 스튜디오에서 체계화된 영화연기 훈련법인 매소드 연기법을 참조하고 있다. 무엇보다도 이 프로그램의 핵심은 기존 연기훈련법에 카메라 활용이 들어간다는 것이고, 배우뿐 아니라 영화 감독과 스탭들이 같이 참여해서 완성한다는 것이다. 이 글에서는 실제로 두 단편 워크숍을 통해 그러한 훈련법의 실험이 객관적인 성과를 이루었음을 입증하고 있다. 본 훈련 프로그램의 교육은 아마추어와 준 프로, 그리고 프로 연기자에 따라 달리 적용해야한다.

Lifestyle modifications in an adolescent dormi­tory: a clinical trial

  • Purpose: Childhood obesity is an increasing public health issue worldwide. We examined dietary patterns among adolescents in a dormitory school, identified obese adolescents and tried to intervene to improve food habits and physical activity. Methods: We conducted an experimental prospective longitudinal study based on 36 obese (body mass index $[BMI]{\geq}95th$ percentile) adolescents (aged 12-18 years) compared with controls (healthy children: normal age-appropriate BMI ($BMI{\leq}85th$ percentile). Six months' intervention included lifestyle-modification counseling (once a week by a clinical dietician), and an exercise regimen twice a week, 60 minutes each time, instructed by a professional pediatric trainer). Both groups underwent baseline measurements at the beginning of the study and 6 months later (arterial stiffness, blood pressure, pulse, weight and height, hemoglobin, creatinine, liver enzymes, highly sensitive C-reactive protein and complete lipid profile). Results: Twenty-one participants completed the study. Low compliance from participants, school staff and parents was observed (participation in planned meetings; 71%-83%). BMI significantly decreased from $32.46{\pm}3.93kg/m^2$ to $30.32{\pm}3.4kg/m^2$ (P=0.002) in the study group. Arterial stiffness was not significantly different between the 2 groups and did not change significantly after 6 months' intervention (P=0.494). No significant changes in CRP and lipid profile were observed after the intervention. Conclusion: Making lifestyle modifications among adolescents in a dormitory school is a complex task. Active intervention indeed ameliorates BMI parameters. However, in order to maximize the beneficial effects, a multidisciplinary well-trained team is needed, with emphasis on integrating parents and the school environment.

전국 토양오염실태 및 공공택지개발지구의 오염토양 관리 (Soil Pollution and Contaminated Soil Management of the Public Housing Agency in Residential Land Development)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전국의 토양오염실태를 토지용도별로 조사하고, 공공주택개발지구의 토양오염 처리실태를 분석하고자 한다. 환경부가 매년 조사하고 발표하는 토양오염실태 자료를 근거로 지목별 토양오염 변화 추이를 살펴보았고, 공공주택기관이 발주하는 대규모 택지조성 및 주택 도시개발 사업지구에 근무하는 토양오염 관련 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 21가지 유기 및 무기 토양오염물질(예, 카드뮴, 구리, 비소, 수은, 납), 크롬, 아연, 니켈 등)은 전반적으로 토양오염우려기준보다 낮은 반면 산업활동 지역에서 일부 오염물질에 국한되어 비교적 높은 수준의 유해물질이 측정되었다. 한편, 공공개발사업지구 실무자를 대상으로 한 설문조사에서 응답자 상당수는 오염토양에 관한 업무 처리기준이 명확하지 않아 외부 전문 업체에 의한 처리방식에 의존하고 있어 오염토양 발생 직후 신속한 대응, 합리적인 전략에 관한 명확한 가이드라인이 제공되어야 할 것이다. 또한 대부분의 실무자들은 오염토양 처리에 대한 경험이 많지 않아 그 처리기술에 대한 전문 지식을 습득하고 이해하기 위해 정기적인 교육이 요구되었다

항공사 브랜드 진정성이 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향 : LCC와 FSC의 차이를 중심으로 (The Effect of Airline Brand Authenticity: Focus on the Difference of LCC from FSC)

  • Purpose - Nowadays the competition between companies has been intensified in the aviation industry. It is hard to maintain successful market share in challenging managerial environment. Not long ago, a Korean major aviation company had faced social condemnation cause of managerial staff's immoral behaviors. That company suffers great losses in company brand value in terms of authenticity as an aviation company. This research tried to show the effect of brand authenticity in the aviation industry. First of all, this research tried to define the dimensions of the brand authenticities based on the former researches. This research suggested the airline brand authenticities as three kinds of dimensions. The dimensions of authenticities consist of performance aspects, symbolic aspects and moral aspects. And this research also tried to show the relationships between brand authenticities and consumers attitudes. Research design, data and methodology - The empirical research design is based on the experiments with six types of advertisement prototypes. The advertisement prototypes were based on three types of authenticities' characteristics. The prototypes were made of core statements about each authenticity. And the advertisement prototypes also were based on the aviation company types. The types of aviation companies could be divided into FSC(full service carrier)and LCC(low cost carrier). So the whole experiments were performed with six kinds of advertisement prototypes(3 brand authenticities X 2 aviation company types). The age of participants were from 20s to 40s. The proportion of participants' demographics are as follow. Age proportion is 50% of 20s and 50% of 30s and 40s. Gender proportion is 46% males and 54% females. The experiments performed through mobile devices. Advertisement prototypes were exposed to the participants through their mobile devices, and they answered the questionnaires. All the process of experiments were performed by a professional research firm to maintain the quality of data. Results - This research suggested some important outcomes as follow. First, brand authenticity had an important role to make a positive consumer attitude on the aviation company. All the three types advertisement of authenticities had a positive impact on the consumer attitude for the aviation company. Second, the three types of brand authenticities in the performance aspects, symbolic aspects, and moral aspects had a major impact on the consumers attitudes. The performance authenticity had the biggest effect on the consumer attitudes. Third, the types of aviation companies like FSC and LCC had a different correlation with types of authenticities. All the types of authenticities affected on the consumers attitudes in the FSC case. The symbolic authenticity had the biggest effect in the FSC case. But the performance authenticity showed the most striking effect in the LCC case. Conclusion - From this research, we can get a conclusion. The brand authenticity of aviation company should be managed carefully to maintain a positive brand image and consumers attitudes. And airline brand authenticities can be consist of three type dimensions. All the types of authenticities affects on the consumers attitudes positively. The symbolic authenticity affects more in the FSC case, and the performance authenticity influences more in the LCC case.
