  • With the rapid development and introduction of digital technologies, both everyday human life and technological processes of any production are changing, which stimulates the transformation of the economy and education. Digital technologies are not only a tool, but also a living environment of modern human, which opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, the ability to form individual educational learning trajectories and more. However, the digital environment requires teachers to take a modern approach to the organization of the educational process, the formation of new skills and abilities to work in the digital educational environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the system of vocational education should provide training for masters of industrial training who have a high level of digital competence. The purpose of the article is to single out, theoretically substantiate and determine the level of formation of structural components of digital competence of future masters of agricultural training. The structure of digital competence of agricultural master was analyzed on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists researches. Systematized research results indicate that digital competence consists of four components: motivational-value (combination of internal and external motives for the use of digital technologies in future professional activities), cognitive (a set of theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of future master of industrial training to effectively build educational process with the use of digital technologies), activity-professional (expansion and deepening of knowledge, skills, necessary skills for effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process) and evaluative-reflexive (ability to analyze and self-analyze own activities and its results taking into account professional characteristics, self-realization in professional activities through the use of digital technologies). These components are comparable with the indicators that describe the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the future master of industrial training to organize the modern educational process. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the levels of this competence formation, which allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the level of formation of all components of digital competence of future masters of industrial training in agriculture. The results of the study can be used as a basis for the development of disciplines that form the special competencies of masters of industrial training in agriculture and programs of advanced training of teachers.

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of family share ownership on the value of family companies and differences in the value of the firm - a family firm managed by family members and a family firm managed by non-family members. This research is also related to agency problems, namely share ownership and professional management can increase company value. This research uses the firm value as the dependent variable that is measured using Tobin's Q. Meanwhile the independent variable in this research is family ownership, and firm size is the control variable. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample for this research. The object of this research is 78 family companies listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple linear regression analysis which meets the analysis requirements test or classic assumption test. The results show that majority family ownership does not affect the value of the firm and there is no difference in the firm value of family firm led by family members and the firm value of family firm managed by non-family members.

  • The purpose of this study is to construct a value-oriented sizing and cost estimation model for system integration projects. In particular, this study is to build a system architecture design and integration cost model, and a network design and implementation cost model. Unlike software development projects, system integration projects include knowledge-intensive professional services on system architecture and network design areas. Because of these work's high invisibility, the cost of these services is hard to estimate and measure. Therefore, we need to develop value-oriented cost models. This study presents 6 value-oriented cost models, and tests statistical significance of these models with real system integration project data. The results show that cost factors on these models are valid, and models are statistically significant. Future work is needed to integrate various cost models and apply the whole model to field projects to increase model's prediction accuracy.

  • Objective: This study aimed to compare differences in biomechanical factors according to distance changes in relation to approaches during a round of golf to obtain basic data on golf swings. Methods: The research subjects were 8 KPGA-affiliated professional golfers who performed approach shots that put a ball into a circle of 8 feet in diameter from distances of 30, 50, and 70 m. Data were collected by using six infrared cameras and a ground reaction force device, which were applied to calculate biomechanical factors by using Kwon3D XP. The calculated data were subjected to one-way ANOVA by using SPSS 20.0, with the significance level set at p value of 0.05. Results: Elapsed time, stance width, clubhead position variation, clubhead synthesis speed, and cocking angle significantly differed according to distance change during the approach swing. Clubhead speed was positively related with stance width and clubhead displacement. Ground reaction force significantly differed according to distance change during the approach swing. Factors before and after showed differences in other states, except in the impact state. Conclusion: In the present study, we drew several conclusions regarding biomechanical factors and ground reaction forces according to distance change in the approach swing of professional golfers. According to these conclusions, we suggest that distance control with swing range is more important than power control in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of golf swing and is the most important mechanism of golf swing.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between family CEO and firm value as well as the moderating roles of external corporate governance mechanisms. Design/methodology/approach - Our research model was tested employing a sample of 717 companies listed on the KOSPI securities in South Korea. Family CEO was dummy coded if a family member of the controlling family serves as the firm's CEO. Firm value was measured by Tobin's Q. Findings - A company run by a family CEO has a lower Tobin's Q value compared to its counterpart run by a professional manager. In addition, the negative effect of family CEOs on firm value was alleviated as the level of foreign ownership increased. Similarly, for companies subject to the government's regulations, the negative effect of family CEOs on firm value was found to be mitigated. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to expanding the existing literature by examining the negative effect of family CEO. In addition, by investigating the moderating effects of external corporate governance mechanisms, it was revealed that the negative effect of family CEOs is alleviated depending on the different types of external corporate governance mechanisms. Based on these findings, theoretical and practical implications are presented.
