Objectives: This study was performed to suggest the roles and professional competencies of health education specialists to improve the efficacy of health promotion activities in public health organizations. Results and Conclusion: Based on the advanced cases of utilizing health education specialists in international and domestic public health organizations, five key roles of health education specialists were proposed. They included developing and applying behavior change strategies necessary to begin and maintain health behavior practices, analysing the needs of the priority population in a systematic way, organizing multiple health behavior change programs and multilevel intervention programs, and doing research on health determinants and scientific evidence of health promotion programs, In order to improve the quality of health promotion services in public health organizations, professional competencies of health education specialist should be developed and strengthened.

Objectives: This paper reviews the activities of health education specialist in public sector and the professional skills needed to perform the role. Results and Conclusion: Health education specialist is professional who educates individual, group, and community to practice voluntarily deeds beneficial to health and promotes to make healthy environment. Health education specialist works in public health center, hospital, workplace, and school to solve health problems. And also he can serve in health departments at central and local government. To do this, in addition to the basic skills health case management and health counseling skills are required. Health education specialist conducts health assessments on all aspects of life, and if necessary professional skills makes the connection. Ultimately, the main roles of health education specialist are primary health counseling related to living healthy lives and health coordinator.

기록전문직은 소속된 기록관의 모든 기록물 관련 업무를 담당하는 전문직으로서, 기록관리 환경의 변화에 따라 기존의 기록물을 보존 관리하는 전통적인 역할을 포함하여 그보다 더 확장된 역할 수행을 요구받게 되었다. 이러한 사회적 요구사항을 해결하기 위하여 재교육프로그램 과정은 기록전문직의 전문성 향상을 위한 필수적 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 국가기록원에서 제공되고 있는 재교육프로그램의 경우 분야별로 개략적인 이론교육 위주로 구성되어있으며, 기록전문직의 전문성 향상을 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 유형과 내용으로 구성된 프로그램 제공이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가기록원과 국내 외 재교육프로그램의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 현직 공공기관의 기록전문직을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그들이 실무에서 필요로 하는 요구사항과 변화하는 기록관리 업무 환경을 반영하여 국가기록원의 재교육프로그램을 개선하고자 한다.

This paper presents several important status and strategic rotes for APEC Engineer Framework. Every technologies and engineering services are opened to the world and freely competed under WTO system after 1995. Most developed economics have been organized and coordinated each other within the common economic zone, such as EU, NAFTA for the mutual recognition agreement for professional engineers . Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Engineers ( APEC Engineers) has been organizing to proceed the mutual recognition agreement for professional engineers among the Asia and Pacific economic including Korea from 1996. Therefore, Korean government and civil organization, such as KPEA must monitor and investigate the activities and managements of APEC Engineers.

The concept of empathy was examined In the professional caregiving relationship and its application was extended to the context of informal caregiving. Using the Lazarus and Folkman model, the influence of empathy on the caregiver's experience in the caregiving relationship was illustrated. The effects of the caregiver's empathy on his/her own caregiving outcomes were investigated by examining the relationship between empathy and burnout experience and life satisfaction. Empathy increased emotional exhaustion while increased personal accomplishment and personalization, indicating conflicting relationship between empathy and burnout. This conflict relationship between empathy and burnout can be explained by suggesting the distinct roles of two dimensions of empathy emotional and cognitive. The needs for more research to support the critical roles of empathy in informal caregiving context and to examine the definite roles of two dimensions of empathy were suggested.

Purpose : This study explores the professional status of Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) in Korea, who, despite being legally certified, face instability in their professional standing, including their scope of practice and compensation. Method : The study uses Flexner's professional characteristics as a framework to analyze and project the future trajectory of Korean APNs. Results : First, to ensure social accountability, professional bodies need to establish uniform nursing policies related to job roles, and healthcare institutions must adhere to these policies. Second, nursing leaders should spearhead the creation of nursing knowledge essential for the profession's advancement, aiming to establish it as the foundation for nursing practice through a consensus process within the nursing community. Third, the curriculum for APNs should enhance the quantitative and qualitative aspects of practice in response to societal needs. Fourth, professional bodies should formulate consistent nursing policies based on a thorough analysis of the healthcare environment and legal considerations, and guide their implementation in clinical practice through a consensus process within the nursing community. Lastly, guidelines should be established for professional standards suitable for the Korean context. Conclusion : Based on this review, it is recommended that all APNs adhere to the professional standards set by their respective organizations, actively participate in personal quality improvement initiatives, and fulfill their duties and roles as members of these professional bodies. Furthermore, these organizations should devise practical strategies to solidify the APN system and should spearhead a systematic consensus process that garners the agreement of all members within the nursing community.

Security and Secretary Service is the man who maintains safe condition of boss', following him during all daily schedule and help the boss display his supreme business abilities, settling various affairs The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Security and Secretary Service. To understand the role of Security and Secretary Service, interviews with Security and Secretary Service's. synthesizing records inquire and interviews with present workers, was analyzed. As results of the study, the open coding of grounded theory was 85 categories, 22 lower categories, and 13 upper categories; 7 roles of Security and Secretary Service types out of 13 upper categories were attained. Based on this, from the axial coding a paradigm model related to categories was produced and selective coding the core category, story line development and type were analyzed. Therefore, Security and Secretary Service plays roles: Office manager, Training manager, Information manager, Customer relations manager, Facilitator, Health manager, and Safety manager. Compared with Office secretary, It is said that Health manager, and Safety manager are distinguishing roles. Through the coding process based on grounded theory. For this, based on the writer's theoretical sensitivity and constant comparative analysis, theses as well as writing in each field, data from serial publications and others, the statements of interview subjects were constantly compared and analyzed. Based on these analyses, this study suggests the following: First, the intimidate sample survey is need. Second, professional educational content during the training process of Security and Secretary Services should be strengthened. Third, to expect a more professional role of Security and Secretary Services. the systematic support will be required.
