성찰일지를 통한 상담전문가 발달 경험: 융합적 교육방법의 상담실습 중심으로 (A Study on Counselor's Professional Development Experiences of Undergraduate Students Through Reflective Journal Writing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성찰적 글쓰기를 통해 예비상담자인 대학생들이 전문가적으로 성장해가는 경험을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 6명의 대학생으로 상담실습 수업 수강을 완료하였으며 이들이 작성한 성찰일지를 질적 연구방법의 하나인 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 3개의 범주와 11개의 하위범주가 도출되었다: 상담에 대한 인식과 지식 확장, 상담자로서 미숙하여 고민과 좌절함, 전문 상담자를 향해 좌절을 극복하려고 노력함. 이와 같이, 대학생들은 상담실습 수업 중 성찰적 글쓰기를 통해 전문가적 상담자를 향해 발달과 성장을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담전공 대학생이 경험하는 전문가적 성장의 경험을 드러내 주었다는데 의의가 있으며 추후 상담실습 프로그램의 개발에 필요한 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

A Study on Overcoming Disturbance Light using Polarization Filter and Performance Improvement of Face Recognition System

  • The performance of the facial recognition system is determined by many technical factors. Further, most of the technical factors have been realized or are still in continued research. The recognition rate has a great influence on performance not only by technical factors but also by other factors. However, researchers are trying to improve the recognition rate by focusing only on technical factors. The mechanism of recognizing is to compare a face image obtained by photography to an already stored face image and determine the score of the similarity. However, if the photographed image is damaged by external light, even a system with a good algorithm will fail to recognize it. Therefore, it is important to prevent the disturbance of light entering from the outside, so it should be blocked, but the camera will not work without light. Thus, it is proposed that a method to secure the external light but block the disturbance of light that affects photography. A method of blocking disturbance light is to use a polarization filter. There are three polarization methods: circular polarization, linear polarization, and elliptical polarization. In this paper, an experiment was performed to overcome disturbance of light using only a circularly polarized filter. In addition, a lighting system that reproduces disturbance light was provided for the experiment, and light of varying intensities and angles was installed to affect the face recognition camera. As a result of actual application, it was determined that a very improved recognition performance in various disturbance light environments.

  • This paper is a longitudinal study, comparing survey results between two time periods. A previous survey was conducted in 1999. After 10 years of the first survey, the second survey was conducted while utilizing the same questionnaire. A list of membership of Korea Institute of Heallthcare Architecture was used as a sampling frame. At the first survey in 1999, questionnaires of 27.3 percentage were returned, and 15.5 percentage in the 2008 survey. Healthcare design is one of the highly specialized design types in architecture. In addition, it is demanded highly specialized knowledge to solve healthcare design problems. As a professional service firm(PSF), architectural firm utilizes knowledge assets to provide design service to clients. Specialized knowledge in question is one of the core assets of PSF. The knowledge generates competitive advantages and plays an effective role as a marketing tool for PSF. However, empirical studies dealing with the knowledge characteristics of specialized design(healthcare) firms were hardly found. Thus, this study aims to trace the professional architects' perception of knowledge demands for task performance and architectural knowledge assets. The results can be used as a reference when a specialized firm in healthcare design initiates to build knowledge assets in it.

A Review on the Relationship of Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene

  • Objective: The objective of this paper is to examine the scope of ergonomics in relation to the discipline of industrial hygiene. Background: There has been increasing recognition of the importance of ergonomics in the practice of industrial hygiene. As a result, quite a number of ergonomics-related research articles have been published in major industrial hygiene journals. And the professional engineers in industrial hygiene have conducted ergonomics-related activities. Method: This paper reports the results from the literature review of the ergonomics papers published in major industrial hygiene journals for the last 5 years, and the certification of industrial hygiene and ergonomics. Results: It was found that 7.7~13% of the total published papers were about ergonomics, and the number of the professional engineers in industrial hygiene is almost double of that of ergonomics. Conclusion: It should be understood that the work of ergonomic is complementary to industrial hygiene and not in competition with it. Application: Some suggestions were proposed hopefully helpful to colleague ergonomists for future research.

사서직의 전문직 요건과 수행업무에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Librarians' Professional Criteria and Works)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서직이 전문직으로 인식되지 못하는 이유와 개선방안, 그리고 사서들이 수행하고 있는 업무와, 이들의 업무가 전문직의 특성을 어느 정도 반영하는 가를 조사하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 대구가톨릭대학교(구 효성여자대학교) 도서관학과를 졸업하고 도서관에서 근무하고 있는 사서들에게 설문지를 보내서, 그 응답을 분석하였다. 그 분석의 결과를 근거로 사서직의 전문성 확립을 위한 노력에 일조가 될 수 있는 방안이 제시되었다.

  • This research is studied for investigative purposes of preparation status for healthcare telematics service enforcement via making an analysis of understanding & expectation effect about healthcare telematics introduction. The study is investigated with two groups, professional medical persons (doctors, nurses, pharmacists) and medical demanders (customers), to analyze the recognition difference between two groups. Questions are carried in face to face interviews by using structured questionnaire & Delphi technique. The survey result shows medical demander's expectation level is higher than the other's at all items such as social changes, medical service provider, medical service users, national and government agencies, medical system suppliers.

연구부문의 연봉제 도입에 관한 탐색적 연구

  • This paper explores desirable features of annual salary system a corporation can adopt to design it for R&D personnel or staff. This research, in particular, purports to examine how effective the money compensation is used to motivate R&D personnel and some differences with respect to their research areas, educational backgroudns and professional positions. In addition, the paper analyzes the motivational effectiveness of non-money compensation by comparing the preference level of the money and non-money rewards such as recognition, autonomy and responsibilities, etc. The response of R&D personnel as analyzed in this paper would provide a helpful reference for designing an annual salary system in R&D group.

한국노인요양시설 구강 위생 현황과 일본 노인요양보험법 비교를 통한 치과의사의 역할과 전망 (Analysis of current nursing homes in Korea and to assess the role and prospect of dentists in comparison to Japanese long term care insurance system)

  • 문제제기 : 2007년 4월 '노인장기요양보험법'이 국회를 통과하였고 노인수발행위에 치과의사의 참여가 확정되어 2008년 7월부터 법이 시행되면서, 고령화가 급속이 진행되고 있는 한국사회에서 치과분야가 담당해야 할 역할은 커질 수밖에 없다. 목적 : 본 논문은 한국의 두 노인시설에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 일본의 노인요양보험법과 비교를 통해 앞으로 시행되는 노인장기요양법의 구강위생서비스의 역할 및 방향을 수립하는데 기여하고자 한다. 연구재료 및 방법 : 2005년 한국의 두 노인요양시설에서 책임 있는 직무자 또는 실제 간호의 내용을 파악하고 있는 분을 대상으로 15개 항목의 설문조사를 시행하였다. 결과 : 두 시설 모두 각각의 특징을 살려 매우 기능을 잘 하고 있었으나, 구강위생 및 이에 대한 직원의 인지도는 낮았으며 정기적인 진료나 관리는 소홀했다. 고찰 : 일본에서는 2000년 노인요양보험이 도입 후 체계화된 방법론을 기초로 시행되고 있다. 현재 '노인장기요양' 법안에 치과의사 참여가 보장된 것과 관련하여 앞으로 치과의사의 적극적인 참여가 필요하고, 시설 및 재택 방문 진료가 가능하도록 하는 법정비용을 통해 치과분야의 진료영역을 넓힐 수 있는 움직임이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

주택정보요구에 관한 연구 - 부산.울산지역 아파트 거주 주부를 중심으로 - (Types and Sources of Housing Information in Pusan and Ulsan)

  • The purpose of this study are to examine the types and sources of information used for housing choices and to figure out the related factors. Data are collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consists of 396 households in Pusan and Ulsan. The purposes are accomplished through descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses. Based on the results of analysis, housing information are divided into four specific types : economic. technical, housing unit, and neighborhood information. It is found that housing unit information including housing quality and economic information such as housing prices are identified as the most important ones for current and future housing choices. The most useful sources of housing information utilized for current housing are friends, relatives and neighbors. In addition, model house, real estate office, newspaper and adverizement are the another useful sources for housing information. Among them, the model house is the most helpful one for variety of housing information. Young households and those with a head whose occupation is professional/managerial tend to have higher recognition of the importance of housing information than do the other groups. The households currently living in small apartment and with a young eldest child are likely to have higher recognition of the importance of econimic information. Tenure type, the occupation of the household head, the age of the eldest child, and length of residence are the significant explanatory variables of the recognition of the importance of housing unit information.

  • 본 논문에서는 고객의 불만관리 및 상담원의 상담품질 관리를 위한 고객센터 자동 모니터링 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 제안된 시스템에서는 평상/화남의 2가지 감성에 대한 음성 감성인식 기술과 핵심어인식 기술을 사용하여 상담내역에 대한 보다 정확한 모니터링이 가능하고, 욕설, 성희롱 등의 언어폭력을 일삼는 고객에 대한 전문상담 및 관리가 가능하다. 서로 다른 환경에서 구축된 이종 음성 DB를 이용하여 불특정 고객들의 질의 음성에 안정적으로 동작할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 실제 고객센터 상담내역 데이터를 이용하여 성능을 검증하였다.
