The purpose of the study is to empirically investigate the effect of suppliers' environmental consciousness on environmental information sharing and management performance and to conduct the mediating effect of environmental information sharing between the environmental consciousness of suppliers and environmental management performance. The scope of environmental consciousness was extended from the consumer perspective to the organizational perspective and proposed a variable called environmental information sharing to explain how environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance. The research model and hypotheses were established based on previous studies. After collecting 295 samples of effective responses from suppliers, an empirical analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The findings show that suppliers' environmental consciousness affects environmental information sharing and management performance, and such sharing has a mediating effect on the relationship between suppliers' environmental consciousness and environmental management performance. The fact that environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance indicates that environmental consciousness is not just a concept of values such as the firm's belief or will, but a part of the firm's actual goal of performance. Therefore, suppliers have difficulties in reality such as a lack of professional manpower or guideline, but it is necessary to enhance the importance of environmental consciousness and promote environmental information sharing.

The purpose of this study were to enhance the gender equality in rural area through develop Gender Equality Consciousness Improvement Education Program for rural couples. For these purposes, procedures conducted and results were as follows; 1) This study was conducted through the literature review and research data for gender equality of people in rural area. Based on the review and research data, It was developed gender equality consciousness improvement education program and evaluated sex-role complex through structured questionnaires. 2) This program was consisted of 4 sessions, namely, understanding on the concept and necessarity of gender equality, understanding on the man and woman, gender equality consciousness evaluation, and establishing on the equal man and woman role in rural community. Using program materials for educators, this program will be used effectively by professional worker in rural community.

This study aims to analyze the influences of LOHAS cuticle management, which based on LOHAS consciousness among customers using nail art shops and removes only Cuticle layer without Eponychium, on the preference and expected value of service quality. Further, it tackles how above related variables have important bearing on reuse intention. A survey was conducted only with customers over the age of 20 in Seoul, Daejeon and Daegu areas in terms of LOHAS consciousness. For the collected 389 data, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out by using SPSS 18.0 Version statistical package. The results are as follows. First, according to the results, it shows high positive correlation between LOHAS cuticle management based on the consciousness of LOHAS, and LOHAS cuticle management preference, tendency and willingness to transfer toward it. Second. it is proven that LOHAS consciousness tend to be possessed in older age groups, married and a professional employee layers and this LOHAS motivated groups showed high LOHAS cuticle management preference, inclination and intention of a change in management. Lastly, the reuse intention is mostly affected by experience and preference of LOHAS cuticle management. There is negative correlation between reuse intention and experience in blooding and pain during care service. Higher interest in preference of LOHAS cuticle management has highly influenced positive link with the repurchase intention.

The aim of this study was to identify the factors influencing the consciousness of biomedical ethics in nursing students. The study was conducted on 516 nursing students in C Province and from September $15^{th}$ to October $5^{th}$ 2013. The data was analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. The significant positive correlation with a critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept. Significant factors influencing the consciousness of biomedical ethics were the critical thinking disposition, experience of biomedical ethic education, academic grade, professional self-concept, and family members' involvement in medical related areas. Considering this result, the development of educational programs of biomedical ethics for nursing students should reflect affecting factors identified.

Due to urbanization and industrialization, urban and rural areas show differences in various characteristics such as population structure, economic level and infrastructure, but disaster safety measures do not reflect these characteristics. In this study, the theoretical review on the disaster environments of urban and rural areas was carried out, and the survey of consciousness on disaster and safety(unstructured elements, structured elements, personel elements, environmental elements) targeting the idents was carried out in order to investigate the consciousness of residents in urban and rural areas for disaster safety. Also based on the survey result, the matters to be reflected when establishing a regional disaster management plan in future were drawn.

Librarians long ago proclaimed themselves professionals. Until recently, however, librarians and information professionals gave very little thought to professional ethics, which have corne to play an increasingly important role in all areas in modern society. They have been stimulated to consider their specific domain within an ethical context now. Professional norms express obligations which include prescribing standards, principles of responsibilities, and rules of duties. Professional codes attempt to formulate the norms of professional ethics and are the basis for disciplinary measures of various kinds. This paper discusses professional properties and characteristics of libarianship with a special reference to the code of professional ethics. The codes of ethics of the American Library Association, the Library Association, and of the Japanese Library Association have been reviewed and compared. The arguments on the enforcibility of the professional codes of ethics, therefore, on their effectiveness have been discussed. Author concludes that, despite some doubts on the practical effectiveness of the ethics code expressed by a number of scholars, a code of ethics is very much required in the information professions. Properly disseminated, a code would enhance the status and standing of the profession by demonstrating concerns for the maintenance of the highest possible level of standards of professional services. It would also play an important role in raising consciousness of the clients by communicating the value of the works.

The purpose of this study was to develop an assessment scale of the profile of kindergarten teachers. The subjects were 287 kindergarten teachers. Data were collected from June to September in 1997. Construct validity and reliability were analyzed using factor analysis and Cronbach Coefficient Alpha. Factors were extracted in the order of: characteristic traits, professional knowledge, specialized function, knowledge of liberal arts, cognizance of professionalism, and occupational consciousness. The Cronbach Coefficient Alpha of the selected 30-item assessment scale was .9068.

The purpose of this study was attempted to investigate the professional perception of the public library directors in Korea, and to measure and to compare the perceptional difference between Directors that have or have not of Librarian's license. The authors obtained data through questionaires by mail to 188 directors of public Libraries. The number of respondents which become available for analysis was 188 and the response rate was 58.8%. The Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The professional perception of public Library Directors differs from the qualification for a librarian. 2. The Librarian's license made difference with regards to perceptional attitudes, consciousness of services, satisfying on job situation of Directors. 3. The professional perception of public Library Directors may have influence on each others of a school career, task work, colleague understandings on the gob situations. 4. but the difference have no significance statiscally. 5. Thus we need to study other types of organization and influencial variables for generalization of this study.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of professional self-concept and ethical awareness of dental hygiene (department) students attending a university located in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do on patients' willingness to protect personal information. Methods: Professional self-concept, ethical disposition, and patients' personal information protection intention according to general characteristics were analyzed using t-tests and one-way ANOVA. After confirming the correlation through Pearson's correlation analysis, the effect on the patient's personal information protection intention was confirmed using multiple regression analysis. Results: Professional self-concept, ethical disposition, and the patients' willingness to protect personal information all showed positive correlations. The higher the communication skills of professional self-concept and the higher the idealism of ethical orientation, the higher the patients' willingness to protect personal information. Conclusions: This study, ascertained the effect of dental hygiene students' professional self-concept and ethical consciousness on patients' personal information protection practices. The results suggest that it is necessary to develop an educational program that can enhance the practice of dental hygienists to protect patients' personal information, and to develop and conduct continuous policy development and research.
