Purpose : Nursing profession has been rapidly changed due to the development of bioscience and the change of medical service environment. Nursing profession that has been focused on only care giver's role like mother's in tradition, is required careful reflection new nursing role to cope properly to the change of medical service environment. In nursing profession, the concept of the role was used without an accurate definition, as a results, the concept of the role was mixed with the concept of the "activity", "job" and "function". Therefore, concept analysis of the role in nursing profession is needed to remove conceptual ambiguous and make confirm the true meaning of the role. Concept analysis is a strategy that examine the characteristics of a concept. It is a formal linguistic exercise to determine those defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concept in theory, and propose operational definition which reflects the theoretical base of the concept. Method : In this study, the concept of the role in nursing profession which was analyzed based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant(1988). Results : The attributes of the concept of the role in nursing profession are : 1. Basic factors to construct social structure. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Perceptive attitudes, values, behavior patterns in order to social interaction. 4. Acquiring through continuous communication and learning. 5. Not fixative but changeable. The antecedents of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The social status and position which is possessed by a person. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Acquiring through continuous interaction, communication, and learning process. And the consequences of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The role maintenance and the role expansion as a positive consequences. 2. The role conflict and the role loss as a negative consequences. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of the role in nursing profession is defined as As basic factors to construct social structure, person's attitudes, values, behavior patterns which are expected from other social members according to person's social status and position, and perceived and acquired through continuous interaction, communication, and leaning process.

This study is a descriptive research to understand the degree and relevance of profession value, self - esteem, and sociality of nursing college students according to voluntary service activities. The results showed that the formation of profession values according to the general characteristics was related to religion (F = 4.79, p = .003) and major (F = 3.75, p = .011) and self esteem was related to grade (F = 4.84, p = .002). The profession values according to the characteristics of voluntary service activities showed a significant difference in volunteer time (F=18.70, p<.001), volunteer duration (F=18.87, p<.001), volunteer organization(F=3.41, p=.001), volunteer motivation(F=8.08, p<.001), participation path(F=3.63, p=.002), participation field(F = 2.13, p = .031). The profession value was positively correlated with self-esteem(r = .327, p <.01) and sociality(r= .248, p <.01). Self-esteem showed a statistically significant positive correlation with sociality(r= .327, p <.01).

Using a qualitative multimethod approach, this study was to discover integrated factors to construct a substantive theory about occupational socialization of librarians. Through theoretical sampling, 42 participants were in-deathly interviewed at three studies, i. e phenomenological, ethnographic, and grounded theory approach. These data were analyzed and finally integrated using grounded theory approach. Emerged integrated factors were: Sharing values of the profession in education, Striving to overcome the peripheral perception, Lack of understanding about the profession, Inadequate conditions, Shared work values, Social changes, Perception about users, Organizational culture of library, Human relations in organization, Continuing education and exchange, Seeking the professional, Strategies for work, Strategies for human relations, Strategies for surviving slump and crisis, Strategies for enhancing oneself, Coping strategies for lack of understanding, Self congruence with the profession, Non-self congruence with the profession.

Objective: During the physical therapy education, if we can understand the student's attitude then we can make valuable suggestions with respect to the teaching in the universities and professional employment in the country. The aim of the current study is to develop a questionnaire to test the physical therapy students' attitudes towards their education and profession and to test its test-retest reliability and content validity. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: A total of 47 physical therapy students who were in their final year were randomly selected to participate in the study. After the making of the questionnaire, it was given to 6 professional experts teaching in the field of physical therapy to obtain their responses for each question with a 5-point Likert scale grading. Their answers were used in making the content validity of the questionnaire. Afterwards, the physical therapy students were asked to fill the questionnaire. Instrument reliability and test-retest reliability were also assessed by having the students complete the questionnaire after one month of taking the questionnaire. Results: The content validity index was 0.71 for the whole scale and values of individual subdivisions were ranging from 0.69 to 0.75. Instrument reliability measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.86 for the whole scale and subdivision values were ranging from 0.32 to 0.86. Test-retest reliability was assessed by intraclass correlation coefficient, which was 0.71 for whole scales and subdivision values were ranging from 0.38 to 0.70. Conclusions: This questionnaire, which assesses the physical therapy student attitude towards their education and profession, has good content validity, instrument reliability, and test-retest reliability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences and perceptions of nursing students related to their cadaver practice through an integrative review. Methods: An integrative review was conducted using Whittemore and Knafl's framework published in 2005. The key words, "nursing students & cadaver" and "nursing students & anatomy" were used to search peer-reviewed publications in six databases. Among 373 searched articles, 15 articles were selected after excluding articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria. The literature quality was moderate (levels C and B). Results: The results from the 15 selected studies were integrated and classified into seven themes: "anxiety and discomfort," "gratitude and respect for donors," "dignity of the human body and life," "acceptance of death," "getting closer to the nursing profession," "enhanced understanding and memory of the human body" and "enhancement of learning motivation." Conclusion: In conclusion, cadaver practice provided an opportunity to form values about the dignity of life and death, helped nursing students understand the human body, and motivated them to approach the profession of nursing. It is suggested to develop integrated cadaver practice programs that incorporate bioethics, spiritual nursing, and the vocation of the nursing profession.

Respect for human life and respect for human rights are basic values which the organized nursing profession has urged its members to adhere to in their service to human beings. This study was designed and carried out to identify ways to reconcile often conflicting basic values in practice. This study focused on ethical dilema experienced by nurses who were caring for political offenders in prison. Concrete case study was presected to show solutions to the problems.

The present study aimed to identify predictors of Youtube creator's Willingness to work as a profession. This work is notable, given its prevalence in preference as an occupation due to the development of information and communication technology. In the present work, a survey study was utilized and respondents' perception of job values, interest, self-esteem as well as willingness to work were measured. The results from a multiple regression analysis indicate that, realistic type (-), artistic type (+), corporate type (+) job value and job interest were significantly predictive of willingness to work. This study discussed implications including the need to establish career support services for YouTube creators as a profession and further for differentiated approaches based on job values or individual tendencies. The result from the current work is important, in that this study identified the willingness and influential factors of YouTube creators from a professional perspective, reflecting the recent growing interest in YouTube creators.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods of analysis. The importance of the issue of professional training of a specialist in a preschool institution is proved, along with an increase in the general and professional culture of a teacher, his readiness to work in alternative institutions for preschool children, it is necessary to develop creative pedagogical thinking, independence, motivational and value attitude to the profession, readiness for further self-education. Based on the results of the research, the key aspects of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students were determined.

It reviews key concepts from the professionalism literature and scrutinized professional commitments and exclusive privileges, which are two sides of the same coin. In this study, we tried to investigate the relationship between the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction and the professionals by analyzing the effect of the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction on the beauty professional hall. Research Results It was found that there is a correlation (p <0.001) between the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department and the beauty professionals (p <0.001), and the satisfaction of the department is "specialty" t = 4.625 (p =). .000),'Occupational recognition' t = 3.152 (p = .002), major value is'specialty' t = 2.330 (p = .021),'professional activity' t = 2.438 (p = .015), 'Occupation recognition' t = 4.843 (p = .000), university student activity adaptation is a subordinate factor of the cosmetology profession, "professional activity" t = 2.746 (p = .006), "occupation recognition" t = 4.303 ( Appearing as p = .000), it was found that the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department has a significant effect on beauty professionals. For cosmetology college students, major satisfaction not only leads to satisfaction with the university and department, but also to self-satisfaction and cosmetology job confidence, allowing them to adapt to social life with a positive impact, and cosmetologists are hair With the values and attitude toward the beauty profession, you will be able to become a professional officer when you are a university student majoring in cosmetology. Through the research results, the formation of a positive professional hall for college students majoring in hair beauty and the satisfaction of the major will be enhanced, and the self-development of students, as well as professors and educational relations, will be established so that beauty professionals can be established through correct theory and practical education. Education and continued guidance on the professional ethics and values of the person is considered necessary.
