Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the productivity innovation partnership program and propose the method for improvement. We investigated 90 companies which are sub-contractors of Samsung Electronics, LG electronics, POSCO and so on. Methods: We developed and carried out a survey and analyzed the results of the program. The interviews are also performed. Results: This study shows that the partnership program is a effective method for improving quality and productivity of sub-contractors and it is necessary to extend coverage of this program. Conclusion: We suggested some improvement points of the partnership program and they are to be applied in the next year. The results show that the suggestion is helpful and valuable.

There are considerable reports that the expression of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) is related to ovarian regulation and oviductal development in poultry. Korean Native Ogol Chicken (KNOC) have been inbred to keep a pure line so that there has been limitation in the improvement of egg productivity by genetic studies. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the early egg productivity of KNOC pre-selected by IGF-Ⅰ expression. (omitted)

In this paper, we deal with a problem improving the productivity of a discrete production line for filling a printer cartridge with toner. We develop a new technology for controlling the weight of toner which must be filled in a cartridge and reform the current line based on our new control technology to result in more than 35% improvement of productivity as well as the control accuracy. In detail, first, we find a bottleneck process, the toner-filling process which gives the current production cycle times. Second, we divide the processing time of the bottleneck into several work elements and find the rotation time of an AC servomotor to be further reduced. Third, in order to reduce the rotation time, we develop a mathematical control-time model for determining the rotation time. Finally, we reform the current line partially as required by the change of the new control method.

The objective of this study is In develope on productivity improvement program, which named PPM(Participative Productivity Management). This program consists of 3 stages which are Goal setting and sharing. Productivity measurement and evaluation, and Gain sharing. Each concepts of NGT(Nominal Group Technique), Objectives matrix method and Gain sharing was applied to form this frame. This program rewards members of an organization for their contributions to improve business results. It also fits perfectly with today's participative management philosophies. Furthermore, the company and its employees could be partners a win-win situation, and one more barrier to a high-involvement culture should be eliminated.

철근공사는 거푸집공사와 더불어 건축물의 구조적 안정성과 내구성 및 공기에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 공사이다. 그러나 국내 철근 콘크리트 공사는 철근현장가공조립을 주로 하고있어 낮은 생산성을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 생산성 향상을 위해 철근현장가공조립 프로세스를 부가가치 생산성향상을 위한 낭비요소를 분석하였다. 낭비요소 분석은 비가치창출 작업으로 인해 발생하는 요소로 철근현장가공조립의 가치분석을 통해 부가가치를 극대화 하고자 하였다. 그 결과 가치창출작업들이 비가치창출 작업보다 월등히 적다는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 본 논문에서 낭비는 불필요한 작업 단계와 인력, 장비, 자재, 시간 등에서 낭비되고 있었다. 또한 흐름생산이 되지 않고, 과잉생산을 하고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 가치의 변화가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에서는 부가가치 생산성 향상을 위해 프로세스 상에 내재되어 있는 낭비요소를 분석하여 부가가치를 창출하는 가치창출 작업을 최대화하고, 비 가치창출작업을 최소화하는데 목적이 있다.

본 논문은 카네이션의 생산성 향상을 위하여, 펄스 전원을 활용한 소형 저비용 방전관형 오존발생기를 설계 제작하였다. 펄스 전원의 출력전압, 원료 가스인 모의공기의 유량과 오존발생기의 작동 개수에 따른 방전관형 오존발생기의 방전 및 오존생성특성을 연구 검토하였다. 방전관형 오존발생기의 방전전압 및 전류는 펄스 전원의 출력전압에 비례하였다. 방전관형 오존발생기의 오존생성농도 및 오존발생량은 펄스 전원의 출력전압 및 오존발생기의 작동 개수에 비례하였다. 방전관형 오존발생기의 최대 오존생성농도 및 오존발생량으로 각각890[ppm] 및 59.7[mg/h]를 얻을 수 있었다. 방전관형 오존발생기를 카네이션 재배 하우스에 사용하였을 때, 카네이션 꽃대 길이와 굵기가 균일하여 품질 향상과 대기 토질 개선을 통한 카네이션 생산성 향상의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

It is critical that all companies improve productivity in order to maintain their international competitiveness. The productivity can be explained as a measurement of effectiveness that is calculated by "the ratio of what is produced to what is required to produce it". The goal of this paper is to enhance productivity for a small fast food company mainly through work analysis. This work analysis will help the company to downsize by improving efficiency via motion analysis and by reduction of losses via facility improvement.provement.

The contributing proportion of the increase of port productivity is more increasing concerning not only the port industry, but also all the informations of container crane which is the representative equipment by the rapid increase of the volume of freight of port. The basic of rapid service is the improvement of the productivity, the information of operation as to the productivity of crane for the quick handling within yard and especially the informations of breakdown and to handle breakdown as soon as possible has a great effect on the increase of productivity.

본 연구는 중소기업의 ESG 경영이 조직 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향에 관하여 2022년 10월 15부터 10월26일까지 설문 410개를 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, ESG 경영의 하위영역인 추진의 명확성, 내용의 타당성, 방법의 효율성, 직원의 우호성과 생산성 향상의 하위영역인 근로복지, 직무만족도, 조직 관리간의 직원 "우호성, 근속 태도"를 제외한 모든 영역에서 상관관계가 있으므로 ESG 경영의 하위 변인들을 적절히 조절함으로써 업무의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다. 둘째, 상관 관계를 통해 조직에서 생산성 향상을 위한 우선순위 선정에 도움이 될 수 있으며. 인과 관계 분석은 추진의 명확성(β=.342)과 내용의 타당성(β=.276)이 가장 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ESG 경영에서. 추진의 명확성, 내용의 타당성, 방법의 효율성, 직원의 우호성과 조직관리 간의 상관 관계는 .719로 높은 상관관계를 보이며 인과 관계 분석은 방법의 효율성(β=.455), 직원의 우호성(β=.217)이 조직관리에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 방법의 효율성(β=.455)을 높이기 위해 인사조직관리가 필요함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 ESG 경영과 생산성 향상의 관계에 있어서 ESG 경영성과의 인과 관계를 밝히는 데 연구의 의미가 있다.
