생산현황통보는 국내 기록관리의 주요 성과이자 특징으로, 전 세계적으로 유례를 찾아보기 힘든 한국적 기능이다. 1999년 "공공기관의 기록물 관리에 관한 법률" 제정 당시, 법률에 생산현황통보 제도를 포함시키기 위한 여러 노력이 있었고, 2006년 법률개정 이후에도 여전히 그 기능이 존재하고 있다. 그러나 생산현황통보에 대한 시스템, 서식 등의 업무적 지원이 미비할 뿐만 아니라, 형식적인 기능으로 변질되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생산현황통보 제도의 제정목적과 함께 현재 실무 현황 및 업무지원을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 우선 생산현황통보 제도 전반을 이해하고, 취지와 목적을 확인하기 위해 법률 제정 관계자와 생산현황통보제도를 집행하는 영구기록물관리기관 관계자와의 면담하였다. 제도를 실무 현장에서 수행하고 있는 현장의 기록물관리 전문요원과의 면담도 수행하였다. 이를 통해 생산현황보고에 대한 전문가 집단의 견해와 함께 상호간의 의견 차이를 확인하였고, 시스템을 통한 실무지원이 가능하도록 현재의 기능을 평가하고, 향후 개선점을 제안하였다.

A Smart TV device is either a television set with integrated internet capabilities or a set-top box for television that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary basic television set. In recent years, there has been a popularity rose up on Smart TV (Smart Television) usage at home. This paper present the intelligent production status boards using features and functions of smart TV in shop floor. With the proposed status boards, we can reduce installation and operating costs of the existing production status boards. In addition, This article present the system that can line monitoring without equipments as CC TV.

The purpose of this study carried out to analyze production status, pricing trend and distribution status of landscape plants, so that it could predict the demand of landscape plants for the balance of supply and demand. The production amount of landscape plants made constantly increased. The annual output of shrubs increased more higher than that of trees. The prices of trees have raised consistently, but shrubs were susceptible to price fluctuations. And there were still many problems in the distribution structure. The landscaping work has focused on the metropolitan area. And large-scale nationwide projects were scheduled for coming years, so the demand of landscape plants was expected to expend. However, the lack of increase in production amounts of landscape plants, it is cause to supply problems. So, demand forecast was necessary to control the production of landscape plants.

The combined effect of tumbling marination methods (vacuum continuous tumbling marination, CT; vacuum intermittent tumbling marination, IT) and effective tumbling time (4, 6, 8, and 10 h) on the water status and protein properties of prepared pork chops was investigated. Results showed that regardless of tumbling time, CT method significantly decreased the muscle fiber diameter (MD) and significantly increased the total moisture content, product yield, salt soluble proteins (SSP) solubility, immobilized water component (p<0.05) compared with IT method. With the effective tumbling time increased from 4 h to 10 h, the fat content and the MD were significantly decreased (p<0.05), whereas the SSP solubility of prepared pork chops increased firstly and then decreased. Besides, an interactive effect between CT method and effective tumbling time was also observed for the chemical composition and proportion of immobilized water (p<0.05). These results demonstrated that CT method of 8 h was the most beneficial for improving the muscle structure and water distribution status, increasing the water-binding capacity and accelerating the marinade efficiency of pork chops; and thus, it should be chosen as the most optimal treatment method for the processing production of prepared pork chops.

In the shipbuilding industry, since production processes are so complicated that the data collection for decision making cannot be fully automated, most of production planning and controls are based on the information provided only by field workers. Therefore, without sufficient information it is very difficult to manage the whole production process efficiently. Job status is one of the most important information used for evaluating the remaining processing time in production control, specifically, in block assembly shop. Currently, it is checked by a production manager manually and production planning is modified based on that information, which might cause a delay in production control, resulting in performance degradation. Motivated by these remarks, in this paper we propose an efficient algorithm for identifying job status in block assembly shop for shipbuilding. The algorithm is based on the multi-layer perceptron neural network model using two key factors for input parameters. We showed the superiority of the algorithm by using a numerical experiment, based on real data collected from block assembly shop.

이 연구는 PP(방송채널사용사업) 현황을 진단하고, 특히 독립 PP의 실상을 구체적으로 파악하고자 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 14개 독립 PP를 선정하여 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 독립 PP의 문제를 경영, 제작, 콘텐츠의 세 측면에서 분석하였다. 연구결과 독립 PP는 MPP에 비해 경영, 제작, 콘텐츠 모두에서 열악한 위상을 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 독립 PP의 경영 구조는 매우 취약하였으며, 제작 환경도 좋지 않았다. 독립 PP들은 콘텐츠 제작 및 구매도 어려운 환경에 놓여 있으며, 지상파 재방 콘텐츠에 의존하는 등 제작보다는 유통에 치중하고 있는 실정이었다. 이는 PP시장의 불균형을 심화시키고, 궁극적으로는 한국의 콘텐츠 산업의 발전에 부정적인 결과를 초래하게 된다. 따라서 독립 PP의 위상을 높이기 위한 방안이 강구되어야 한다.

본 논문은 제조설비의 자율제어와 상태판별 알고리즘을 위한 시멘틱 모델링 기술에 대해 소개한다. 디지털 트윈 기술과 스마트 팩토리의 다양한 ICT 기술의 발전으로 제조업은 새로운 생산 관리모델이 구축되고 있다. 발전된 스마트 제조기술을 바탕으로 상태판별 알고리즘은 자율제어와 공장 내의 설비 문제를 빠르게 파악하고 대처하기 위한 방법론으로 제시되었다. 그러나 기존의 상태판별 알고리즘은 사용자 또는 관리자에게 그리드 맵을 통해 주요 정보를 알려주고, 이에 대처하는 방향으로 제시되었다. 하지만 스마트 제조기술의 고도화와 방향성은 유연 생산과 소비자 니즈에 맞춘 생산등으로 다변화 하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 시멘틱 기반의 Linked List 자료구조를 이용하여 공장을 설계 구축하고 그래프 기반 정보를 통해 사용자 또는 관리자에게 필요한 정보만을 제공하여 관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 기술을 소개한다. 이러한 방법론은 유연 생산과 다품종 소량 생산 등에 적합한 구조로 활용될 수 있다.

우리나라의 공공기관은 '공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률'에 따라 생산의무기록물을 생산하고, 매년 국가기록원에 생산 현황 통계를 제출하고 있다. 그런데 지방자치단체에서 실제 생산하는 의무기록물 현황과 기록원에 제출한 현황 통계에 차이가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 생산의무기록물의 생산관리 제도에 대한 문제점을 찾아서 그 개선안을 제시하였다. 문제점은 생산의무기록물에 해당되는 범위가 모호하며, 업무 담당자의 이해도 부족하다. 그리고 특정 업무 중심의 기록물만 생산되고 있는 실정이다. 개선안으로는 지방자치단체의 생산의무기록물 대상을 분명히 정하며, 업무 담당자는 이에 대한 이해를 해야하고, 자치단체의 생산의무기록물의 생산과 관리에 대한 조례를 제정한다.

Litterfall dynamics in forests are assessed by estimating biomass production and decomposition. However, there have been few studies on how litter dynamics impact the health and management of ecosystems. Here, a new approach to measure and assess ecosystem function is presented based on conventional methods using littertraps, litterbags, and the mass on the forest floor. To assess the status of litter dynamics, the decay rate (k) was estimated from a litterbag experiment, and removal rates ($k_i$) were determined from mass balance on the forest floor at 21 sites on three mountains in South Korea. The $k_3$ (organic mass ratio of $O_i$ and $O_e+O_a$ + A horizons in November) values in an equilibrium state in South Korea were within the range of $k{\pm}0.174$ when considering the annual variation of litterfall production. This study also suggests that sampling sites for these types of studies should be in the middle, not at the ends, of steady slopes on the forest floor.

The actual status of production, management and export of 96 traditional food processing companies which supported by the government in Kyungpook province were investigated. Governmental support contributed to the increase of farmhouse income, employment and depreciation of agricultural products a bit, but it was supported mostly to unexperienced party. Technologies for food processing developed in institute and college were little. 42 percent of packaging design was developed by service commission, but the agency was very limited. Total export price in 1996 was 2.3 billion Won, but it was decreased in 1997. The responce to the prospect of traditional food processing work, 37.5 percent replied that this work can bring up as exportable product, but ambiguious response was a little. To settle a weakness of farming food processing work, the establishment of special marketing comapny was required and this company should accomplish marketing advertizing and exporting business.
