  • Expert system is a practical application part of the artificial intelligence and can be generally described as a computer-based system designed to simulate the knowledge and reasoning of a human expert, and to make that knowledge conveniently available to other people in a useful way. Expert systems consist of three major components, knowledge base, inference engine and user interface. In this paper, it is aimed to construct a prototype system to design the horizontal-typed pressure vessel. To do this, a representative artificial programming language, Turbo Prolog, was employed, and the knowledge representation was mainly done by the production rule such as "If(condition), than (action)" style and by the predicate logic. In the developed system, it was quite easy to represent the knowledge of "If(condition), then (action)"style and by the predicate logic. Though this expert system is by now small and incomplete, it is possible to expand it to a larger and refined system later.rger and refined system later.

도지부(度支部) 건축소(建築所)(1906-1910)의 기록물 관리와 현존 기록물에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Records Management and the Existing Architectural Archives of Architectural Bureau(建築所, 1906-1910) in Korea)

  • Architectural Bureau(建築所, Kunchukso) that Imperial Japan set up in the Dept. of Treasury (度支部, Takjibu) executed many construction works from Oct. 1906 to Aug. 1910. In the meantime, this bureau produced many architectural records. But they were hardly preserved. Because Imperial Japan disposed the architectural records which had the historical value in according to the legal and administrative criteria. Nevertheless, it is important to inquiry precisely the architectural records considerating that the buildings that Architectural Bureau made were the products of government initiated construction and its activities influenced those of similar architectural bureaus after 1910. The results are summarized as follows : First, Architectural Bureau put through all processes from plan, design, executation to examination. Second, Architectural Bureau were producted many architectural records which cotained not only drawings but also various types of documents. Third, Architectural Bureau applied the preservation method at the first time in order to control buildings. Therefore, we can verify many informations that the drawings didn't give by analyzing the architectural records. In conclusion, we can establish the foundation that clarify the facts of buildings under the rule of Japan Imperialism and grasp the meanings if we raise the value of records and draw up the use plan by seeking new the architectural records and dividing them into the several groups on the production organizations.

  • 본 논문에서는 ISO 8879(Standard Generalized Markup Language)에 근거하여 문서의 논리 구조를 정의하고 있는 DTD(문서형 정의부 : Document Type Definition)를 자동 편집하기 위한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. SGML DTD는 문서의 논리 구조 유형을 정의하는데 그 구조가 복잡하여 일반 텍스트 편집기로 작성하기가 쉽지않다. 그러므로 일반 사용자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 그래픽적으로 윈도우 환경하에서 트리 형태로 표현하여 직접 조작함으로써 복잡한 DTD를 쉽게 작성할 수 있는 DTD 자동 생성 및 편집하는 시스템에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 SGML을 중심으로한 문서 구조를 분석하고, SGML 문서처리 모델을 연구하였으며, SGML DTD를 구성하는 엘리먼트(element), 앤티티(entity), 속성(attribute), 표기법(notation), 주석(comment) 등의 논리 구조를 윈도우상에 트리 형태로 표현하였다.

LCC 분석을 이용한 중앙공급식 공동주택의 수축열식 지열원 히트펌프시스템의 적용연구 (Application study of heat storage type GSHP system in Apartment building with central cooling and heating facilities using life cycle cost analysis)

  • The present study has been conducted economic analysis of heat storage type ground source heat pump system(HSGSHP) and normal ground source heat pump (GSHP) and central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility which are installed at the same building in the shared an apartment house. Cost items, such as initial construction cost, annual energy cost and maintenance cost of each system are considered to analyze life cycle cost (LCC) and simple payback period (SPP) with initial cost different are compared. The initial cost is a rule to the Government basic unit cost of production. LCC applied present value method is used to assess economical profit of both of them. Variables used to LCC analysis are prices escalation rate and interest rate mean values of during latest 10 years. The LCC result shows that HSGSHP (1,351,000,000won) is more profitable than central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility by 86.7% initial cost. And SPP appeared 8.0 year overcome the different initial cost by different annual energy cost.

흑판모델을 이용한 일정계획 전문가 시스템 (A Blackboard-Based Scheduling Expert System)

  • Scheduling jobs effectively under consideration of actual loads on machines is one of the most complicated tasks in production control. The complexity of the finite capacity scheduling often makes the conventional methods of industrial engineering fail. As an alternative, Knowledge-based approaches to job-shop scheduling have been evolved recently. This paper presents a blackboard- based scheduling expert system which combines knowledge-based scheduling with interactive scheduling. It is shown to be possible to generate the feasible schedule within a reasonable time. Flexible reaction management is also possible while keeping the changes in the generated schedule to the minimal and adjusting the schedule to tardy operations or working environmental changes. The system is equipped with a rule base with heuristics for handling conflicted event. A case study applying the implemented system is described.

  • Demeclocycline 생산균주를 세포 융합하여 얻은 변이주를 이용하여 demethyltetracycline을 생산하기 위한 발효조건에 대해 연구한 결과, 발효 최적온도는 $25^{\circ}C$였고, 초기pH는 6.7였으며 발효기간 중 pH를 일정하게 조절하면 생산성이 저하되었다. 또한 식균량이 많을 수록 초기 당 소모와 점도가 높았는데, 이는 식균량이 증가함에 따라 발효가 급격히 진행됨을 나타냈다. 식균량은 5(v/v)일 때 생산성이 가장 높았으며 전배양 시간과 전배양 pH가 중요한 요인임을 밝혔다.

메뉴북의 제작과 역할에 대한 이론적 고찰 (The Theoretical Study for Rule and Production of the Menu)

  • Though the foodservice industry in Korea has developed in the aspect of quantity, it has left behind in the aspect of quality compared with other foreign countries. Previous researches has just indicated that the menu should be built through mutual consent between a menu planner and a menu-book designer without defining the concept of menu. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a theoretical basis about the menu-book, showing quality of the foodservice industry in Korea. First of all, a menu planner's understanding to the menu-book should be changed and also a menu designer should understand positively the foodservice industry. Therefore the utility of menu-book can be maximized as a communication and marketing method breaking from simplicity and aesthetic. Both food items and design have a common feature to explain emotion, history and culture of a people. Menu planner and menu-book designer should undertake a role of solving one of the most important human desire by distinction and creativity. And they should play a role as a cultural creator through designing the menu-book which can spread out traditional food culture to the world.

개선된 쌍 검증 방식을 이용한 지식 검증 시스템 (Knowledge Verification System with Unproved Pairwise Checking Method)

  • 생성 규칙의 지식 표현 방식은 많은 장점에도 불구하고 일관성 유지가 어렵다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그런데 지식의 일관성 유지 여부는 지식을 기반으로 한 추론 결과의 신뢰도에 직결되므로 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 일관성 검증 시스템이 필수적이다. 일관성 검증 방식 중 가장 많이 사용되는 쌍 검증(pairwise checking) 방식에서는 가치 있는 규칙이 생략될 수 있으며 규칙의 수가 많은 경우에는 검증 시간이 많이 걸리는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 확실한 특성의 리스트와 가능한 특성의 리스트를 사용하고 검증단계를 개선함으로써 쌍 검증 방식의 단점을 보완하여, 구조적 및 의미적 오류도 제거한 수 있는 검증 시스템을 제안하고 구축한다.

모나드를 이용한 비결정적 컴파일러 구현 (Implementation of Nondeterministic Compiler Using Monad)

  • 본 연구에서는 Haskell의 모나드 기법을 이용한 명령형 언어의 컴파일러 구현에 대해 논의한다. 이 컴파일러는 한 생성 룰이 입력 스트링의 파싱을 실패할 때 다른 생성 룰로써 파싱하는 backtracking 기능의 비 결정적 Recursive Descent Parser를 포함한다. Haskell은 파싱에 필요한 우수한 기능들을 가지고 있다. Haskell의 대수적 타입은 추상구문트리를 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있으며, 모나드 파싱을 적용한 프로그램 코드는 매우 간결하여 가독성이 좋고, 타 언어에 의해 구현된 것에 비해 코드의 양이 획기적으로 감소된다. 이 컴파일러의 목적 코드는 스택 머신을 기반으로 한 Stack-Assembly 언어로서 이것을 위한 코드 생성과 어셈블러 실행 환경에 대해서도 논의한다.
