This is a basic study for developing educational dress forms of male adults' pattern making. While examining the reality of each university's men's wear education and the production of male dress forms, this paper found the following findings: 1. Survey of Dress Forms Used by Men's Apparel Companies The men's apparel companies had dissatisfaction with domestic dress forms but satisfaction with foreign-made ones. In general, among the unsatisfied items were wide discrepancy in male Korean body sizes, unfitting domestic somatotypes, lacking dress forms for those in the 20s, and no diverse forms per body type. To be specific, unsuitable hip and shoulder parts as well as weak fixing parts were pointed out. Every apparel companies found it necessary to develop male dress forms based on Korean male adults. When they are developed for sale, they will be highly utilized in the order of fitting, pattern making, male design research, and somatotype research. 2. Survey of Education for Men's Wear in Fashion Dept. of University 61.54% of the investigated universities had some teaching as far as men's wear were concerned. Application areas of male dress forms were such as pattern making (53.85%), fitting (41.38%), and design research (5.77%). As to the degrees of utilization, 73.08% predicted them high.
This study was conducted to develop and evaluate food safety training program for employees in foodservice operations. The developed CD-ROM was consisted of 5 parts: foodbome illness, personal hygiene, food handling in food production steps, HACCP system, and sanitary facilities. It has made slides for all contents, the animation and movie to raise interests and concentrations, and illustrations and pictures to understand. The evaluation checklists were developed 15 questionnaires including understanding(5), information(3), concentration(4), recommendation(2), and the most important factor(1) and measured by Likert 5-point scale. Fifty-four dietitians in Daegu and Gyeongbuk schools, hospitals, and industries foodservice operations responded to the surveys. The results are as follows; The most important part in the CD-ROM was personal hygiene(33.3%). The total mean was $3.95{\pm}0.41,\;3.91{\pm}0.46$ on understanding, $3.89{\pm}0.50$ on information, $3.87{\pm}0.55$ on concentration and $4.29{\pm}0.49$ on recommendation. The score was significantly higher in the recommendation part than others. Overall, as the developed CD-ROM has achieved fine score, a study on the effect of education needs to be followed. Moreover, consistent and organized education by developing a variety of sanitation education methods should be conducted.

The main purpose of this research is to find out whether curriculums of industrial engineering (IE) departments meet the demand of IE graduates working in various fields. The research was conducted as an online questionnaire survey selecting IE Graduates working in industries as practising engineers. 1,324 participants were validated among 1,477 participants. 13 fields were selected and used in the survey. Those were; 1) Mathematical statistics, 2) Computer, 3) Purchase, 4) Production system, 5) Logistics, 6) Marketing, 7) Monetary, 8) Experiment methods, 9) Operations Research (OR), 10) Human Factors, 11) Quality, 12) Engineering management, and 13) Information systems. Using the 5-scale Likert rating, each education subject was assessed both in terms of its usefulness in practices and the amount it being taught in school. As a result, courses such as motion/time study, linear programming that IE has traditionally focused showed less usefulness in practices while it is taught in relatively large amount in schools. However, courses such as 6 sigma, CRM which are closely related to industrial practices showed high usefulness in practices compared with low degree of teaching in school. This was the first ever large scalesurvey conducted for IE graduates in Korea. The result of survey displayed many helpful information on current status and future direction of IE education in Korea.
The study aims to comprehend the effect of the wetland ecology education on the elementary school students' changes of recognition about wetland through the wetland ecology map program. In this study, the literary research, the experimental research and the survey methods were operated. Through the literary research, the environmental factors were extracted, and the writing item of ecology map was reconstructed based on the literary research, so the experimental research was operated with the wetland ecology map program. Through four areas of test items such as the information and knowledge, values and attitudes, development and conservation, behavior and participation, and the analysis of children's study results, the effect of the wetland ecology map program on changes of recognition about wetland was verified quantitatively and qualitatively. Wetland ecology map program would be able to be an educational approach which can achieve the 'personalization of environment' setting up predictable environmental improvement goals and satisfying the needs of spatial information of the appropriate regions from the holistic perspective that students themselves plan and participate beyond a one-time experience program. Production of ecological map through continuous monitoring is expected to improve the possibility of subjective environmental actions by operating self-directed learning. Based on the conclusion of this study, we would suggest the following. For wetland ecology map program to be supplemented and utilized, the basic education of wetland should be organized in regular school curriculum, ecology map program including various teaching learning methods be prepared actively, and in future studies, studies of ecosystem-wide wetland ecology map program including animals like birds and fish are necessary.
The purpose of this study was to assess current food-handling practices of employees in school food service settings, as well as their knowledge levels, and identify relationships between knowledge, practices, and influencing variables. The survey was conducted for dietitians and employees in the school foodservice industry in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. A total of 270 and 570 questionnaires for dietitians and employees, respectively, were distributed by mail. Response rates were $62\%$ (N=171) and $66\%$ (N=376) from dietitians and employees, respectively. Data was analyzed using SPSS Windows (version 10.0). Descriptive statistics were used to summarize data. Pearson correlations were applied to test for relationships between knowledge and practice of HACCP principles. Stepwise regression analysis was performed to examine the influence of knowledge, current education guidelines, demographic information (working experience, academic background, and certification for food and cooking), and school characteristics (food production system, service style, and number of meals). School foodservice employees were found to have a significant amount of food safety knowledge ($67.5\pm1.8$ out of 100 possible points). Proper food handling practices were not always being followed in many schools. The relationship between their knowledge, current HACCP education training, and food handling practices was not significant. These results suggested the present situation of HACCP trainings performed by dietitians were inadequate for many school foodservice operations. The number of meals in school was an independent predictor of the employees' food-handling practices. These results suggest that an effective education program should integrate endeavors that take account of social and environmental influences on food safety to support the improvement of food-handling practices and the implementation of a HACCP program. Furthermore, dietitians should continue to provide consulting, training, and technical assistance to schools on HACCP implementation.
Software-related training can be considered essential in situations where software is an important factor in national innovation, growth and value creation. As one of the implementation methods for engineering education, various education through virtual simulations that can educate difficult situations in a similar environment are being conducted. Recently, the construction of smart factories at production and manufacturing sites is spreading, and product inspections using vision systems are being conducted. However, it has many difficulties due to lack of operation technology of vision system, but it requires a lot of cost to construct the system for education of vision system. In this paper, provide an educational virtual simulation model that integrates computer and physics engine camera functions and can extract and transmit video. It is possible to generate an image of 30Hz or more at an average of 35.4FPS of the experimental results of the proposed model, and it is possible to send and receive images in a time of 22.7ms, which can be utilized in an educational virtual simulation educational environment.

As the electronic processing of music gradually is developed, there has been growing interest in automatical input of music. As a result, various researches which input music in the computer has been studied. However, previous studies have drawbacks that only the experts can do it. In other words, if beginners would like to use traditional production program of music scores than prior knowledge is required. To resolve this, we propose system painting music scores automatically using a bandwidth of soundsource, after extracting the voice sounds created by amateurs. The System provides amateurs with convenience so that they can compose. As well as, the System provides the ability to play music that produced by the computer. By using the system, amateurs can compose using voice and simple system handling. And, they can make a music that plays desired instruments.

Humanity in the 21st century is ushering in an era of practical use of AI. Until now, even though the industrial structure has been advanced, mankind has seen that the abstraction of knowledge production is only their own domain, but they have doubts about that belief. Therefore, this paper tried to examine the identity of modern humanity from the perspective of the result of knowledge accumulated from the past. These discussions were summarized and presented in a historical model called "Changes in the way of accumulating knowledge step by step" starting from the emergence of the earth and mankind. The first stage of this analytical model is the "accumulation of DNA knowledge" until the emergence of human intelligence on Earth. The second stage is the process of "accumulating civilized knowledge" by human biological intelligence, which has become capable of producing knowledge on its own. It is currently classified into three stages and it is considered that it is entering the stage of "accumulating mechanical knowledge" using AI technology. This paper proposes human history as such a step-by-step knowledge accumulation model and describes related discussions.

A drone invented for the military has been increased the range of application with the development of relevant technology, and it influences to include the private area. Currently, the use of drone has been increasing in many areas, such as agriculture, unmanned parcel service, production of image contents, and architecture. In 2021, South of Korea, a drone certificate system for drone flight is introduced and on operation. In case of drone flight with the maximum takeoff weight as 2kg or up, the flight experience and practical examination are required, whereas in case of drone lighter than 2kg, the online education qualification is enough to operate it without the flight experience and practical examination. Recently, the drone related accidents have been increasing with the rapidly supply of camera drones with the maximum takeoff weight as less than 2kg. This paper introduces the characteristics of the camera drone to meet burgeoning demand, and discusses an education plan for the camera drone.
Background: Korean Red Ginseng (Panax ginseng) has been shown to exert antihypertensive effects. In particular, ginsenoside Rg3 is thought to be a potent modulator of vascular function. The present study was performed to examine the antihypertensive efficacy of Korean Red Ginseng (KRG) extract and Rg3-enriched KRG (REKRG) extract. Methods: Spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) andWistar-Kyoto rats (WKYs) were divided into six groups (WKY control, WKY-KRG, WKY-REKRG, SHR control, SHR-KRG, and SHRREKRG), and systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured at the carotid artery, followed by injection of 3mg/kg KRG or 3mg/kg REKRG. Results: REKRG treatment significantly decreased SBP and DBP 3hours post-treatment in the SHR group compared with SHR control group. However, SBP and DBP were not significantly different in KRG-treated SHRs compared with control SHRs. REKRG treatment did not significantly alter SBP or DBP 3hours post-treatment in the WKY group compared with WKY control group. Similarly, there were no differences in SBP or DBP with KRG treatment in the WKY group and WKY control group. Both KRG and REKRG increased endothelial nitric oxide synthase phosphorylation levels in the aorta, and the increases in endothelial nitric oxide synthase phosphorylation levels by REKRG treatment were higher than those with KRG treatment. Similarly, nitric oxide production in plasma from WKYs and SHRs was also increased by both KRG and REKRG. Conclusion: These results suggest that REKRG has a more beneficial effect on blood pressure control than KRG in SHRs.
