본 연구는 대규모 유가공업체 매일유업과 전라북도 고창군 낙농가 간 유기농 원유 계약생산을 대상으로, 계약생산이 고창군에서 시작된 배경을 고찰하고, 계약생산의 실제와 계약주체 간 관계를 중심으로 계약생산의 특징을 규명하고, 이로 인해 나타나는 지역 낙농업의 변화를 설명하였다. 사례지역의 유기농 원유 계약생산은 시장개방으로 위기에 처한 기업의 제품 다각화 전략과 고창군의 청정 환경, 그리고 지방정부와 낙농가의 긍정적 태도가 맞물리면서 성립되었다. 고창군의 유기농 원유 계약생산은, 한편으로는 참여 농가의 생산규모를 선택적으로 증가시킴에 따라 역내 낙농가 간 생산규모의 격차를 유발하고 있으나, 다른 한편으로는 계약농가의 유기농가로의 전환을 통해 역내 유기농업의 확산을 가져옴에 따라 관행농업 중심의 계약생산에 대한 일반의 우려를 불식시키고 있다.

This study investigates a buyer-supplier supply chain, in which a buyer delegates the production process to a supplier as in many practices. The consumer's buying intention and overall supply chain performance are affected not only by the buyer's decision on sales price but also by the supplier's decision on product quality. Therefore, the buyer has a motivation to control the supplier's quality investment. Among various incentive schemes that the buyer can adopt in practice, we consider a revenue-sharing contract and investigate its unique characteristics. By comparison with a typical wholesale price contract, we reveal that the revenue-sharing contract can enhance supply chain's overall performance, including quality, demand, and profits of not only overall supply chain but also each player. We contribute to the academia and the supply chain practice by providing important guidelines in adopting incentive schemes and effectively managing product quality in a supply chain.

'Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project (SPL Project)', a case study in this report, is the first construction project of a U.S. liquefaction facility for shale gas export overseas. This study analyzes the SPL Project to give understanding and a guideline to Korean EPC companies by benchmarking about effective risk-sharing strategies on EPC contracts. This study consists of three parts. The first summarizes the liquefaction process adopted on the SPL Project, named the 'ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade Process', and compares it with other competitive liquefaction processes. The second introduces the unique features of the SPL EPC contract by comparing it with two other EPC forms of contracts: a FIDIC Silver Book for onshore plant projects and a contract of an offshore oil production (FPSO) project. The third focuses on the complexity of project financing (PF), especially lenders control and impact on the EPC contract such as covenant provisions to constrain variations and changes on the EPC Contract. From these conclusions, it is anticipated that this case study can provide a guideline for successful performance of Korean EPC contractors overseas.

태양광, 풍력 등 신재생 에너지 생산이 다양해지면서 생산과 소비를 동시에 할 수 있는 마이크로그리드 시스템이 소개되었지만 국내에서는 아직까지 자동화된 전력거래 기술 도입이 필요하고 생산 및 중계인의 보호할 장치가 필요하다. 일반적으로 여름에는 태양광을 통한 전력 가격 하락이 예상되어 생산자 보호가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로그리드 환경에서 블록체인(Blockchain)을 활용한 사용자 간 투명하고 안전한 선물 전력거래 시스템을 제안한다. 선물이란 간단히 말해서 고정된 가격과 미리 정해진 선물 가격에 구매자가 전력을 사는 의무를 가지거나 판매자가 전력을 팔아야 하는 의무를 갖게 되는 계약이다. 본 시스템은 블록체인 네트워크 내에서 신뢰할 수 있는 실행코드인 스마트 컨트랙트(Smart Contract)를 이용하여 사용자의 개입 없이 자동화된 동작으로 선물 가격을 검색하고 전력 거래를 체결하는 선물 거래 알고리즘을 제안한다. 만일 전력 생산자가 생산계획 시에 최대 생산 시기(하지)의 가격이 하락할 가능성이 있다고 생각이 되면 선물시장에서 선물을 먼저 팔아 놓고 최대 생산 시기(하지)에 선물을 되사서 이익을 내어 현물시장에서의 손실을 보전할 수 있다. 또 중계업자는 판매계약 체결 시에 전력 가격이 상승될 우려가 있으면 선물시장에서 먼저 선물을 매입하고 판매계약 이행 시 선물을 청산하여 이익을 실현시켜 현물시장에서의 손실을 보전할 수 있게 된다.

Due to the recent uncertainty of market situations such as the escalation of petroleum prices, increased production capacities of plants, limitations of the available EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractors, and the increase of raw material prices, EPC contractors have had a tendency to include a higher reserve contingency in the lump-sum turnkey contract price. In order to overcome the changes in the market, the plant project construction industry has started to apply the converted lump-sum turnkey contract in plant construction market. This study was focused to find the associated risks and to analyse the identified risks on recent trend of application of the new contract type, which is the converted lump-sum turnkey contract. It was recognized from the analysis that quality and cost have more high priority risks than other project objectives. This paper also suggests the mitigation plan for identified risks to achieve project objectives appropriate to the converted lump-sum turnkey project from the viewpoint of an EPC contractor keeping transparency with owner.

Index adjusted ration method has been widely utilized in public construction secter for contract sum adjustment by price fluctuation. In this method. the Production Price Index are used for calculating the base ratio. but the PPI can't reflect the property of construction project in respect of the selected item and weight structure. In this research we prove the problem of using the index adjusted ration method in contract sum adjustment by price fluctuation. and improve it by using the construction cost index. which has the property of construction project. And the result. we figure out the difference between the PPI and CCI by $6.7\%$ in maximum value.

Switching to organic farming practices in agricultural production reaches the end of the period it takes an average of five years. During this period, agricultural soil management to improve the investment must be sustained. Results of the survey of environment-friendly agricultural lease rates appear to approximately 54.2% lower than agricultural practices. Environmentally friendly agricultural land is leased on a long transition period of the contract cost, many buried incompleteness, uncertainty of contract fulfillment(opportunistic behavior) occurs when the transaction costs. This ultimately can hinder the spread of organic farming. Thus, the qualitative development of organic farming and land leasing in order to minimize transaction costs, should that occur. The alternative 'cooperative long-term lease contract' is a system.

본 연구는 뉴질랜드에 기반을 둔 초국적 유통업체 제스프리사와 제주도 서귀포시 농가 간 제스프리 골드키위 계약생산에 주목하고, 계약생산의 목적과 실제를 고찰하여 지역농가가 초국적 농식품 체계에 어떻게 통합되고 있는지를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 지역농가는 계약생산을 통해 제스프리사의 글로벌 수급 전략에서 로컬 시장의 수요를 충당하는 역할을 수행함에 따라 제스프리사가 주도하는 초국적 농식품 체계에 통합되고 있다. 이 과정에서 계약기업은 생산요소 공급에서 제한적인 역할만을 담당하고, 생산기술의 현장 적용에 있어서도 현지 생산자와 협력을 통해 진행하고 있다. 이로 인해 지역농업에 대한 계약기업의 통제력은 제한되고, 지역농가와 기업 간 관계는 농가가 능동적으로 생산에 참여함에 따라 수평적인 관계를 형성하고 있다.

The studies of correspondence between novel and nation-state, among which The Rise of the Novel by Ian Watt is supposed to be the first book, have flourished for more than twenty years, encouraged by Benedict Anderson's and Cathy Davidson's works. According to them, the novel should come simultaneously with, or after the foundation of the nation-state, and testify to its production or the emergence of its subject/citizen. This paper questions about these prepositions, trying to introduce a new paradigmatical approach, "between global and transnational historical approach," to first novels in transatlantic areas including England and atlantic coastal areas. In its complex relation to a variety of colonial, post-colonial, and transnational geopolitics, various cultural practices such as history, traveler's tales and epistolary novels can be included in the genre of the novel. The idea of the sexual contract by Carole Pateman is very useful because it helps more clearly understand the nature of relation between men and women in the capitalist reproduction, while the social contract tells about the relation between men as citizens. Unlike Freud in Totem and Taboo, Zilboorg argues that there were primordial and violent scenes such as rape before the first sexual contract. This paper will illuminate that "the rise of the novel" corresponded with the emergence of the sexual contract. In the so-called first novel Pamela, the heroine Pamela was threatened to be violated by Mr. B., and was really even confined in his cottage. Mary Rowlandson's The Captive Narrative shows that her body was confined as an English female captive, and troubled with imaginary rape by Indians which resulted in the unequal sexual contract between her and her puritan community in America. However, Leonora Sansay's Secret History in an alternative communality, which was not a nation-state, was different from both novels mentioned above, in that it shows the possibility of emancipation from their unequal marriage, the sexual contract. Therefore, it can be argued that "between global and transnational historical approach" has a possibility to provide a new vision of global sisterhood and solidarity to recognize globalized women's violence, and free themselves from the unequal sexual contract.
