  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

These expectations are expressed by product qualities that consumers consider important when they purchase. Therefore, to identify quality elements that reflect consumer requirements would be a useful guide for companies. The purposes of this study are to find out quality factors of apparel product, to identify apparel product quality elements using Kano's theory, to find attributes of product which improvement are required. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas in South Korea participated in the study and a quota sampling method was used. A questionnaire was arranged with four separate subject sections, importance of quality, Kano's questionnaires, and demographics. Data from 525 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: Six dimensions of product quality(i.e., usefulness, performance, aesthetic, symbol, individuality and appearance) were identified. According to Kano's quality elements, performance was categorized into must-be quality which could lead to product dissatisfaction. Usefulness and appearance were categorized into one-dimensional quality which lead to both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Aesthetic, symbol, and individuality was categorized into attractive quality which could lead to satisfaction. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the product development process.

And then, they may experience satisfaction/dissatisfaction and emotions elicited products or services. The satisfaction and emotions may be important concepts in consumer behavior such as brand attitude, purchase intentions and using. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotions elicited clothing products on product satisfaction and using in postpurchase. The subjects in this study were selected 500 females. The data were collected by using questionnaires, and 431 data were analysed. The results were as follows: The emotions in postpurchase process were consisted of three dimensions; unpleasure, pleasure, security/activity. These three emotions had the causal effects on product satisfaction significantly, and the unpleasure influenced stronger than others on satisfaction. In addition, the emotions were related to using and the ownership of clothing products. The emotions of pleasure and the security/activity influenced on the ownership, and the security/activity and unpleasure influenced on using clothing products. Therefore, the results in this study imply that consumption emotions elicited clothing products would be multidimensional, and the emotional factors would be important indicators for explaining the satisfaction. • Purpose - Currently, the distribution environment has been changing rapidly because of the advent of super-supermarkets (SSM),which adopt the "price break" and "lowest price" strategies. Specifically, a diversification of the distribution environment allowed customers to reasonably decide where to shop. With a broadened range of criteria governing the choice of a store, determining changes in the distribution environment should be based on customer satisfaction surrounding the service levels of SSMs. This study examines the effects of service quality and product quality of SSMs on customer satisfaction levels, and analyzes whether these factors affect customers' revisit intention directly. Research design and methodology - A survey method was used and 127 SSM customers responded to the questionnaires that were developed to measure service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, and store revisit intention. A multi-regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results - Except hypothesis 2, the other seven hypotheses were supported. Hypothesis 2 suggested a positive relationship between product factors and customer satisfaction. Conclusions - This study found a systematic effect of service factors and product factors on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth, and consequently on store revisit intention.
