TPS를 이용한 자동차 Press 부품 가공 W사 사례연구 (A Case Study W Company on the productivity innovation by changing U-Line into the TPS)

  • This study began the study by instructing enterprises to change Batch Production into U-Line. This study suggested TPS U-Line building model process and applied it to some of their product line. By connecting concerned process elements into continuous operations. Outside orders were also switched to inside operations and executed in continuous operations, thereby about 100Km of transit distance became zero Km, Production lead Time was incredibly reduced. After all, 90% of Production Lead Time, 50% of handling fault, 3/4 of workers decreased and Productivity per Person enhanced which involves improving Batch Production into Continuous Production and applies it to the real world, so that small and medium enterprises can consult this study if the company is willing to make an improvement to their product line.

  • Because of advanced control technology, Shop floor control system of various kinds of equipment and machinery need a web based remote monitoring to control process efficiently. This paper presents the development of Operation Control System. Operation Control System(OCS) is based on intelligent web monitoring, so that OCS is improved the working condition for the line of heat treatment process and the product's quality. The developed OCS is consisted of Atmega128(MCU) based on embedded system, running the data logging of the line of heat treatment process. Web monitoring system is based on CS8900 ethernet controller and TCP/IP for remote monitoring responsibility between a server and clients and controlling the progress of entire system. The developed OCS is implemented on the line of heat treatment process and shows the improvement of environment condition, product's quality and efficiency of process line.

제품품질 개선을 위한 가공조건의 생성과 지속적 향상 방법론 (Generation and Continual Improvement of Cutting Conditions for an Enhancement of Product Quality)

  • 절삭가공에서 가공조건은 가공비용의 감소와 제품 품질의 향상에 영향을 주는 주요 요인 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 밀링작업을 대상으로 가공조건을 보다 효율적으로 수정하고 이를 지속적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방법론과 이를 기반으로 개발된 작업설계시스템을 소개한다. 개발된 시스템은 (1) 표준 가공조건을 세부 공정별 요구 사항이 만족되도록 수정하고, (2) 퍼지아트맵 신경회로망 모델을 이용하여, 생성된 가공조건을 온라인(incremental) 학습한 후, (3) 보다 효율적인 새로운 가공조건이 생성되었을 때 이를 교체알고리즘이라 불리는 제안된 알고리즘을 이용하여 기존의 가공조건을 대체하는 3가지 핵심 기능으로 구성된다. 우선 새로운 방법론이 적용된 작업설계시스템의 전반적인 내용을 소개한 후, 다음으로 다양한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 방법론의 성능을 예시한다. 마지막으로 실제부품에 적용한 실행 결과를 기술하고 토의한다.

成人 女性의 水泳服 購買行動에 관한 硏究 -製品評價基準을 中心으로- (A Study on Adult Women`s Swimming Suit Buying Behavior -Focused on Product Evaluation Criteria-)

  • The purpose of this study was analyze how korean adult women\`s swimming suit buying behavior varied according to consumer characteristics. Especially, it was intended to provide basic materials for swimming suit product development and quality improvement appropriate to consumer characteristics with a focus on product evaluation criteria. Questionnaire research was conducted for 850 adult women resident in Seoul, to whom questionnaire were distributed and who were asked to complete their questionnaires. 1. As for buying motive, of swimming suit buying behavior, it was shown that the highest proportion of adult women bought their new swimming suit because their old swimming suit was wornout and most adult women tended to buy their new swimming suit or their own will rather than at others\` suggestion. 2. As for the source of information at a time. of swimming suit purchase, adult women collected information from the product on display most and bought their swimming suit in a planned way in relation to the degree of purchase planning. 3. As for product evaluation criteria, adult women showed the high scores in order of the type and quality of material, activity and functionalism, dimensions and fitness. 4. In many cases actual swimming suit purchasers were the adult women who bought their swimming suit, and they used the department store or the large shopping center as the place of purchasing the swimming suit. Its reason was that the department store or the large shopping center had a diverse assortment of products. As for the degree of their travelling companion\`s influence, it was found that most adult women were influenced by their travelling companions when purchasing their swimming suits. 5. As for the level of satisfaction with swimming suit purchase, it was shown that adult women were generally satisfied with their swimming suit purchase. It was found that their level of satisfaction was higher in order of activity and functionalism, the type and quality of swimming suit materials, and ease in washing management while they showed the low level of satisfaction with price, the fastness of color to washing, light and detergents and durability.

젓갈제품의 미생물학적 품질표준화에 관한 고찰 (Critical Review on the Microbiological Standardization of Salt-Fermented Fish Product)

  • 전통발효 식품인 멸치 젓갈은 영양적 특성과 우수한 기능성으로 인하여 한국적인 식단에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 조미식품 중의 하나이다. 멸치젓갈은 원료와 제조 기법상에 있어서 위생학적인 안정성과 함께 개선해야 할 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주로 멸치 젓갈의 숙성에 관여하는 미생물상과 미생물의 분리 방법 그리고 최종 제품의 품질향상을 위하여 추진해야 할 연구 방향 등에 대하여 고찰하였다. 멸치젓갈에 관여하는 미생물은 세균속에서는 Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Pediococus sp. 및 Micrococcus sp. 등의 균속이 우세하며, 그 외 Vibrio sp., Clostridium sp., Serratia sp., Achromobacter sp., Streptococcus sp., Brevibacterium sp., Halobacterrium sp., Flavobacterium sp., Corynebacterium sp., Acinetobacter sp., Sarcina sp.와 Staphylococcus sp. 등이, 효모균속에서는 Torulopsis sp. 및 Saccharomyces sp. 등이 분리되는 것으로 보고되었다. 젓갈 제조 공정의 과학화와 제품의 균일성을 위해서는 이러한 복합 미생물 중 우수균주를 유전자 조작으로 개량시켜 발효 및 숙성 기간의 단축과 동시에 최종제품의 품질을 향상시킨다. 그리고 품질표준화를 위해서는 유용미 생물을 탐색하여 다양한 제품 개발과 아울러 최종제품의 상품성을 유지 할 수 있는 위생학적인 관리로써 유통 안정성을 확보하여야 할 것이다.

Framework of micro level e-Learning quality dimensions

  • This study was to analyze important dimensions and its factors of micro level of e-learning determining the quality of e-learning. E-learning dimensions and their factors were identified and developed from the analytical review of related researches. From literature review and survey as well as expert interview, six categories of e-learning identified from this study were: 1) curriculum content, 2) usability, 3) instructional design, 4) evaluation -both process and results, 5) management, and 6) refinement and improvement. A total of thirty-seven factors determining the quality of the e-learning six categories were identified. The rank order and contribution rates for each categories and factors were calculated to explain how importantly they contribute to the quality of e-learning. Also three dimensions such as controlling the e-learning quality, e-learning fundamental dimension e-learning process dimension, and e-learning product dimension, were explained. This study suggests a useful guidance for e-learning quality and evaluation framework for better results.

  • Cost reduction, time to market, and quality improvement of software product are critical issues to the software companies which try to survive in recent competitive market environments. Software Product Line Engineering (SPLE) is one of the approaches to address these issues. The goal of software product line is to maximize the software reuse and achieve the best productivity with the minimum cost. In software product line, software components are classified into the common and variable modules for composition work. In this paper, we proposed a dynamic composition process based on aspect-oriented programming methodology in which software requirements are classified into the core-concerns and cross-cutting concerns, and then assembled into the final software product. It enables developers to concentrate on the core logics of given problem, not the side-issues of software product such as transactions and logging. We also proposed useful composition patterns based on aspect oriented programming paradigm. Finally, we implemented a prototype of the proposed process using Java and Aspect to show the proposed approach's feasibility. The scenario of the prototype is based on the embedded analysis software of telecommunication devices.

30mm 자동포용 폐쇄기의 내구성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Durability Improvement of Breech Block for 30mm Automatic Gun)

  • 본 연구는 30mm 자동포에 적용 중인 폐쇄기의 내구성을 향상시킴으로서 제품의 신뢰성을 증가시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 대상인 폐쇄기는 왕복운동을 통해 탄의 장전, 약실 폐쇄, 탄피 추출 등의 기능을 하는 포의 주요 구성품으로 높은 신뢰성이 요구되지만 운용 중 폐쇄기 균열이 조기에 발생됨에 따라 개선이 필요하였다. 개선을 위해 원인 분석을 수행하여 균열은 반복적인 충격에 의해 발생함을 확인하였다. 그러하여 다음과 같은 개선방안을 연구하고 입증 사격을 통해 효과를 증명하였다. 개선방안으로 소재 변경으로 충격 흡수에너지를 증가시켰으며 균열 부위의 R 값을 증대하여 응력 집중을 완화하였다. 또한, 쇼트피닝 추가, 크롬도금 삭제, 단조 방법 변경으로 피로수명을 증가시켰다. 개선품의 입증 사격 결과 5,000발까지 사격 장애가 발생하지 않았고 균열의 시작이 늦춰졌으며 그 깊이가 작아졌다. 따라서 개선방안이 적용된 폐쇄기는 기존 제품 보다 내구성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 유사제품의 내구성 향상, 폐쇄기 균열 성장 속도 예측(수명 연구) 및 균열 허용 기준 설정을 추진할 때 유용한 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

3차원 텔레비전의 품질측정 방법론 (Methodology for Measuring the Quality of Three-Dimensional Television)

  • 새로운 IT제품인 3차원 텔레비전(3DTV)은 우리생활에서 TV가 방송을 시청하는 도구 이상으로 다양한 분야에 활용될 수 있다는 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 3DTV는 2차원 TV보다 우수한 효능을 갖지만 내제된 문제점을 개선하기 위해 지속적인 기술개발을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 혁신기술들은 품질이 수용과 사용에 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 효과적인 품질측정 방법으로 품질개선을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 계층적분석과정을 사용한 3DTV의 품질 측정 방법을 제안하였다. 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 3DTV의 품질기준들을 도출하고, 품질측정 방법으로 품질 갭을 계산하는 대신 상대적 품질척도인 품질비율 개념을 제안하였다. 네 가지 유형의 품질개념을 제안하였고, 수치적인 예제를 통하여 3DTV의 품질점수 도출과 3DTV간 품질 우선순위를 계산하는 절차를 보였다.

Practical Activities of Education and Consulting to Improve Product Quality in a Small-medium Woollen-yarn Manufacture

  • Even though the woollen-yarn-making process as a whole has received much attention from customers in recent years, but yet there exist many problems to improve quality, productivity, and working environment in a small-medium woollen-yarn manufacture. To achieve the aim for improvement of quality and productivity, we have performed a period of education and training for workers. And thus this paper reports a study carried out them in the company located in near Pusan. Also, this paper describes a study how has a small-medium company introduced the education for the workers by authors. Among the possible outcome of this study is that the company does encounter considerable difficulties in the education and training. But to improve the quality and productivity, we assert that the company has to overcome these courses. We all recognize that the employer has been prepared for education and training to improve the employees' working conditions for a long time.
