  • This study tries to analyze the possibility of application of project financing to electricity industry and analyze the management of risks happening in the process of foreign project procurement and construction. Those are based on the trends and analysis of project financing in foreign projects. Risks are 'classified as risks before completion of projects and risks after completion. Project financing is key element of exportation and financial strategies and activation of project financing may provide the acceleration of the efficient financial market.

조직간 관계 유형별 정보교류 행태와 적합한 전자상거래 전략 (Forms of Inter-organizational Relationships, Patterns of Inter-organizational Information Flow, and Relevant E-commerce Strategies)

  • Purpose This study suggested the four forms of inter-organizational relationships(IORs): partnerships, inter-dependence relationship, trust relationship, and market relationship. The purposes of this study include the demonstration of four forms of IORs and the investigation of the relationships among forms of IORs, inter-organizational information flow(IOIF), kinds of e-commerce strategies, and the supply-chain performance of a firm. Design/methodology/approach The empirical data were collected through post-survey. 92 survey data were collected. With a cluster analysis, we confirmed four types of IORs, and the relationships among critical variables. Findings The results of cluster analysis showed that according to the types of IORs, the frequency and quality of IOIF are different. Appropriate kinds of e-commerce strategies were examined under the each types of IORs, which cause specific patterns of IOIF. It was found that the adoption of e-procurement strategy can improve the supply-chain performance of a firm in trust relationship. It was also observed that under partnerships, the use of e-partnerships strategy can contribute to the improvement of supply-chain performance.

국내 콜드체인 산업의 유엔 조달시장 진출방안 (A Study on the Entry of the Domestic Cold Chain Industry into the UN Procurement Market)

  • 포스트 코로나 시대의 수요 변화와 급변하는 물류 환경 속에서 콜드체인 물류 섹터의 중요성이 부각되고 연관 산업도 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 콜드체인의 범위는 식품에만 한정되지 않고 의약품, 반도체, 화훼 등 다양한 분야로 확장되고 있으며, 최근에는 백신 보관과 수송에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 수요 증가에 기인한 국내 저온시설 및 관련 시설 신설과 개보수 급증 현상은 장기적 관점에서는 콜드체인 연관 산업이 향후 포화상태에 이르러 성장 둔화로 이어질 수 있다. 이에 대비하여 AI, 블록체인, IT 기술과 연계한 콜드체인 인프라 구축에 대한 노하우 축적, 한국의 선진국 진입과 방역 우수국가 등의 이점을 활용하여 잠재적 틈새시장인 유엔 조달시장 진출을 고려해 볼만 하다. 유엔 조달시장에서 콜드체인 시장은 저개발 국가를 중심으로 수요가 증가하고 있고, 지속 성장세를 전망한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 콜드체인 연관기업의 역량을 분석하고 국내외 콜드체인 물류 시장 동향, 해외시장 진출 현황을 조사하고 전문가 심층 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 콜드체인 산업의 유엔 조달시장 진출 전략을 제시하였다.

  • This study develops a new system for generation system simulation and operational planning (namely, KPWR-X) including GMS(Generator Maintenance Scheduling), UC(Unit Commitment), and LF(Load Forecasting) for new power system environment in recent. The KPWR-X provides operator and planner to help the generation system more safely and economically. GUI developed in this study makes operator feel in convenient to control whole power system. In future, it is expected that generation company, ISO, and fuel procurement, etc. may use an instructional tool developer's suggestion for application. It will be also applicable to establish the operational strategies for generation control, fuel procurement and power system risk management.

  • 본 연구는 전자상거래 사업을 추진하는 기업을 대상으로 연구하였다. 전자상거래 활성화를 위해 기업이 추진하는 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략이 지식 경영 실천 유형인 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형은 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 결과적으로 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략은 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형도 경영 성과에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 해외건설시장에서는 산업설비 분야를 중심으로 기획, 설계, 구매조달, 시공을 통합하는 EPC(Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) 형태의 발주물량이 증가하고 있으며, 토목산업 분야에서도 점차 Design-Build 발주사례가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 발주환경의 변화에 따라 프로젝트종합관리, 기본설계 등 건설엔지니어링의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 아직까지 국내 건설산업은 시공 위주의 산업구조에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 토목산업의 엔지니어링 역량을 제고하고, 장기적으로는 설계-시공 균형발전을 위한 산업 차원의 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 국내외 건설산업 현황을 분석하였으며, 국내 건설업체들의 인식수준 및 니즈 파악을 위한 설문조사와 발전방안의 실효성 검토를 위한 전문가 심층면담을 순차적으로 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 국내 토목산업의 설계-시공 균형발전 방안은 1) 토목설계업 관리체계 효율화, 2) 토목설계업 관련 제도 선진화, 3) 고부가가치 우수인력 육성, 4) 엔지니어링조합 및 컨소시엄 구성, 5) 해외건설 협력기구 조직 및 운영으로 구분하여 제시되었다.

철도망 구축을 고려한 철도시스템의 기술개발전략 (A Strategy of Technology Development for the Railway System based on Railway Network)

  • Studied was a strategy of technology development for railway system in terms of railway network. First, The successful launch of the Korean HST system has not only decreased logistics burden but also significantly transformed the Korean trunk-line railway network, revolutionizing the logistics and technology sectors and reinvigorating the Korean railway industry in one century. Korean railway industry sector is now investing to develop many different types of railway system(G7, Post G7, tilting train...) so that these kinds of various railway system development should be integrated with the National Inter-modal Transportation Network Plan. To secure sufficient capacity that is required by the National Railroad Plan, the railway industry needs to establish mid- and long-term train purchase and operation strategies in compliance with railway construction and operation policies. During a railway construction planning, train operators, based on their train operation strategies, should come up with measures to closely cooperate with project operators from the planning stage through to the opening of a railway system. To be more precise, train operators should establish long-term train procurement plans reflecting both long-term national railroad network plans and plans for each railway line in order to suggest appropriate roles and schedules for each line. Also, based on the long-term railway plan, directions should be decided concerning the research and development of trains in advance.

한국 기업의 중국 유통시장의 진출 전략에 관한 연구 (A study on the Entry Strategy of Chinese Distribution Market in Korean Company)

  • The China has opened the distribution market completely since it joined the World Trade Organization on Dec 11 2001. The notable features of Chinese distribution market are the transition from the consumers' monolithic demand to diversification for the luxury goods, well-being products. The regional characteristics of consumers are smart, conservative, optimistic and advanced. and the open door policy has prompted the capitalistic economy gradually. We analyzed the Chinese distribution markets and came up with the following strategies. First, we recommend the setting of the key regional market not covering the whole chinese markets. then we can extend the main market step by step. Second, we need to cooperate and advance with the Korean distribution companies which entered into markets already. Third, we need to acquire the competitive and stable distribution channel in China. Fourth, we need to implement the localization strategy in terms of human resources and procurement. Fifth, the consignment management can be another strategy. I hope this research can be a little help to those who wish to expand to the Chinese markets.

  • CM services have continued to grow since the establishment of CM policies in 1997. Recently, strategies for overseas CM services have widely been discussed, because the CM services have expected synergy with planning, engineering, procurement and construction. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM trends and prospects. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years (between 1997 and 2013) published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine current status and future direction of CM industry.

  • Web-based collaboration platforms present construction project teams with an opportunity to improve the efficiency of document exchange, better control project communications and enhance team collaboration. However, many construction professionals are still not convinced that these platforms, in their current form, are fit-for-purpose and yield sufficient efficiencies for the construction procurement process. In an attempt to improve the current ICT diffusion process, this paper evaluates the implementation of a web-based collaboration tool on the Lane Cove Tunnel (LCT) project in Sydney, Australia. Moreover, the paper provides strategies for achieving more effective implementation of web-based collaboration platforms in the construction sector.
