While most of countries today are opposing the issuance of private-led cryptocurrency, nevertheless they are actively jumping into the issuance of government-led digital currency such as CBDC. This article aims to find an answer to this dual attitude of countries. To achieve the purpose, this article finds out the characteristics of political power and economic interest that digital currency has and applies it to the international dimension of the Bretton Woods II System. Then come up to the conclusion that the answer can be found in the fact that the current dual attitude of countries is closely related to the crisis of the international monetary order. The Bretton Woods II System, which led the world economy through reckless monetary expansion based on credit currency, exposed its limitations through the 2008 global financial crisis and put countries into difficulties. In this situation, the cryptocurrency, which appeared by raising the issue of the monopoly power of the central authority in issuing currency, had no choice but to act as an opportunity to drive countries further and further into a corner. This article views CBDC as a national response to address these issues. In other words, countries maintain their monetary power by absorbing the challenge of private digital currency at the government level through CBDC, and use this as a stepping stone to reorganize the international monetary order in crisis with the intention to use it as a means to their advantage. That is what this article is trying to argue.
Since 1960's Korea has undergone rapid modernization which has problem on the change of industrial society. This phenomena led the trend that tended to produce residence only in the quantity. However, supply-oriented policies for increasing the penetration rate of housing but only in the mass production of housing, the quality of life has not reached the demand of the residents. In this reason, the purpose of this study is to derive the factors of social integration plan through the public rental housing with characteristics of social housing. Therefore, the subjects of this study are social integration public rental housing in USA, Netherlands and Korea. Specially USA and Netherlands are advanced countries where public rental housing policies and design have been established long ago. In this reason, it is needed to analysis the cases and find a new method to compare with Korea's public rental housing. Accordingly it is expected that the result of case studies shows First, it is necessary to realize a community plan that continuously encourages communication and participation for social integration. Second, It should aim at a mixed community of small-income groups through private-public cooperation rather than government-led large scale public housing construction. Third, it is needed that develop various policies and systems and realize them in social integration plan.

With the advent of the post-2020 climate regime, the hydrogen industry is growing rapidly around the world. In order to build the hydrogen economy, it is important to identify social issues related to hydrogen and prepare countermeasures for them. Accordingly, this study conducted a semantic network analysis on hydrogen news from NAVER. As a result of the analysis, the number of hydrogen news in 2020 increased by 4.5 times compared to 2016, and as of 2018, the hydrogen issue has shifted from an environmental aspect to an economic aspect. In addition, although the initial government-led hydrogen industry is expanding to the mobility field such as privately-led fuel cell electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel, terms showing concerns about the safety such as explosions are constantly being exposed. Thus, it is necessary not only to expand the hydrogen ecosystem through the participation of private companies, but also to promote hydrogen safety.

The purpose of this study is to perform a gap analysis between public-private partnership urban parks of Korea currently in their initial stage and various foreign cases that have been established in terms of planning(formation of public-private partnership${\rightarrow}$creation of parks${\rightarrow}$operation and management of parks) and to propose improvements for each process of planning. As a result of the gap analysis on domestic and foreign public-private partnership urban parks, the future course to be followed by urban Korean parks can be summarized as follows. First, if the public-private urban parks that exist at present were led by a single or small number of partners centered on local government entities, urban parks from that point on must be created and managed based on efficient multi-sector partnerships. Since urban parks are public spaces where public benefit is more important than profit, diverse voices of public-private sectors must be reflected with a long-term perspective. Second, urban parks are not a place to be completed but a public space which continues to develop. Therefore, they must be approached with a focus on the process instead of the result. The existing concept of domestic public-private partnership is inclined to creation of urban parks. This suggests than the government had been focusing only on quantitative increase in urban parks. In order to create values as a public space for local communities, public-private partnership is also required in operation and management of urban parks. Third, public-private partnership management of urban parks can become more effective through active community participation. Participation by local communities takes long time because transition in the consciousness about values of urban parks must be presumed. Thus in Korea, non-profit organization like Seoul Green Trust should accumulate successful creation and management of small and large urban parks through public-private partnership will settle in our nation.
1. This study focuses on recent developments of trade transaction between Korea and China. The volume of trade is most rapidly increasing. There have been many items considered to ensure the proper, impartial, and rapid settlement of disputes in private laws by international arbitration. The article contains recent tendencies and proceedings of cases including place of arbitration, language, and so on. 2. The contract made between parties has led to some interpretational, legal questions. Interpretational questions rise mainly from differences of legal systems and legal questions on applying law. The characteristic features of the contract have different meanings, so some articles of the contract can be construed unlawful as a result. 3. As regards the Arbitration Act of Korea, Article 10, the Arbitration Agreement and Interim Measures by Court stipulate the following: A party to an arbitration agreement may request from a court art interim a measure of protection before or during arbitral proceedings. This article examines the application of Article 10 of the Arbitration Act of Korea.
Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communications has become a crucial technology for next-generation communication networks owing to its hyperconnectivity capabilities. We examine the progress and application areas of LEO satellite communication services. The LEO satellite communication industry has transitioned from being predominantly driven by governments and institutions to being led by the private sector, following the trajectory of the NewSpace movement. Leading corporations such as SpaceX Starlink and Eutelsat OneWeb are deploying LEO satellite networks to offer internet services, while Telesat is preparing to establish its satellite communication network. LEO satellite communications is expected to have a major impact on various sectors of society, particularly for upcoming sixth-generation services. Therefore, the South Korean government must promptly formulate policy support strategies aimed at invigorating the LEO satellite communication industry. This can be achieved through initiatives such as bolstering research and development and extending corporate assistance.
In my study, I analysed and criticised the change of applied works based on a design drawing of a private forest road in Chungchengnam province from 1990 to 2003. The aim of this study is to obtain the fundamental resources for establishment the green forest road which is environment friendly. Working expenses of forest road was gradually increased by a business year. In particular, the working expenses dramatically increased in 1999-2000. In change rate of cost of construction by works, earth work rate of the cost of constructions was declined: from 25.4% in 1990-1999, to 18.5% in 2000-2003. However, the total cost of the construction of slope protection work and structural work increased. Nevertheless the rate of the cost of constructions are not increased where as the earth work rate of the cost of constructions were reduced. The rate of the price construction materials and the cost of construction was the main causes which was led by the extension of the standard requirement of applied work and the increase of the materials of applied work. In other word, materials of structural work and slope protection work increased. If the increase of the cost of construction has seem through the increase of contractual materials and extension of the standard requirement would led to weak competitiveness of forest road. Therefore, diverse method of constructions need to apply and a new method should be developed.
Design is a knowledge service industry that is undervalued in Korea despite its large impact on the development of high - tech industries such as national industrial policy and the fourth industrial revolution. In the design industry, the strategic outsourcing system collapses. This phenomenon is not confined to the domestic market, and the design service companies of design-developed countries such as Europe and the US are also struggling with the classic. Accordingly, some implications were found through the case study of domestic design projects, including overseas, that private companies are more concerned with design cost reduction and cost structure to secure liquidity rather than improving design quality level and pursuing innovation through design outsourcing. It is big. As design is a core competency of a company, internalizing core design tasks, and as products and services become platforms, regional design countermeasures have been reduced, which has led to a decline in the cost standard for large companies' design service outsourcing. In design service industry, design outsourcing is performed at the request of the client, and the service value of the outsourcing is received. In the early 2000s, the importance of design management led global consulting companies to pursue M & A rather than cooperate with design service companies, and Samsung Electronics and other large corporations acquired a large number of excellent design personnel and developed their own design management research institute. This study investigated the design service outsourcing cases of public and private companies (large corporations, midsize companies) widely in relation to the design service price criterion, and grasped the indicators of the actual size and level of the design industry. I will make suggestions about the value and direction of the global design industry through interviews with experts and literature on the changes and influences of these cost criteria.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the psychological empowerment of security guards to their service orientation and organizational performance. The subjects in this study were 300 security guards who were selected by purposive sampling from the population that consisted of the workers in private security agencies located in the cities of Chungan and Ahsan in 2011. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 271 respondents were analyzed. The statistical package SPSS WIN 18.0 was employed to make a factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, psychological empowerment affected service orientation. Better meaning and better self-determination led to better service human resources management, better service leadership and better service encounter management. Second, psychological empowerment exerted an influence on organizational performance. Stronger impact and better meaning led to stronger organizational commitment, higher job satisfaction and better performance. Third, service orientation had an impact on organizational performance. Better service human resources management, better service leadership and better service encounter management were followed by stronger organizational commitment, better job satisfaction and higher performance. Fourth, psychological empowerment exercised a firsthand and secondhand influence on service orientation and organizational performance. Given the findings of the study, managers of security agencies should keep in mind the unique working environments of employees, and they should empower employees to show what they can do in consideration of their changing working environments and let them assume the responsibility for their own job performance. That will encourage them to provide better service for customers, which will serve, in turn, to bolster the organizational performance.
There has been criticism that the government-led makerspace did not reflect the actual demand of makers, so there was a limit to performance creation. In this regard, the study aims to diagnose the current status and problems of makerspace and to suggest the implication to respond to policy demand. To this end, we analyzed the current status of makerspace by utilizing the government documents. Then, we conducted a survey of SMEs related to ICT devices that experienced makerspace, and analyzed their opinions on D·N·A technology demand, management difficulties, and governments' support policies. As results, the study proposed several improvement measures to upgrade makerspace as a digital conversion platform as follows. First, due to the nature of the existing industry for introducing D·N·A technology, there is a limit for companies to enter the market on their own, so comprehensive support from the government is needed. Second, it is necessary to establish and expand an empirical test bed for the development of new products and services so that various types of metaverse contents can be discovered and digital transformation convergence models of existing businesses can be derived. Third, by modifying the support method to operate the makerspace as a platform that implements the government-led start-up support policy, boldly transfer what the private sector can do well to the private sector. The participants of Industry·University·Institute Collaboration should freely share ideas and help the common problem be solved. Based on the problems and the findings for improvement, it is expected that the current makerspace would be upgraded to a digital conversion platform suitable for the demand of the field.
