  • As a current popular technology, the blockchain has a serious issue: the private key cannot be retrieved due to force majeure. Since the outcome of the blockchain-based Bitcoin, there have been many occurrences of the users who lost or forgot their private keys and could not retrieve their token wallets, and it may cause the permanent loss of their corresponding blockchain accounts, resulting in irreparable losses for the users. We propose a recoverable private key scheme for consortium blockchain based on the verifiable secret sharing which can enable the user's private key in the consortium blockchain to be securely recovered through a verifiable secret sharing method. In our secret sharing scheme, users use the biometric keys to encrypt shares, and the preset committer peers in the consortium blockchain act as the participants to store the users' private key shares. Due to the particularity of the biometric key, only the user can complete the correct secret recovery. Our comparisons with the existing mnemonic systems or the multi-signature schemes have shown that our scheme can allow users to recover their private keys without storing the passwords accurately. Hence, our scheme can improve the account security and recoverability of the data-sharing systems across physical and virtual platforms that use blockchain technology.

  • To support the establishment of Information Security Management System, the private sector and the public sector have taken some measures. In the private sector, KISA(Korea Internet & Security Agency) has certified ISMS system based on "The Act on Communication Network Use Promotion and Information Security etc.". In the public sector, No authentication system has been established. Instead, NIS(National Intelligence Service) has enforced 'Information Security Management Condition Evaluation' based on "Electronic Government Act". This article compared ISMS control parts of the private sector with that of the public sector and analyzed the non-enforcement parts of ISMS implementing two sectors for years. Based on this, I would like to consider the method of establishment for efficient ISMS.

  • Our society nowadays sees the increase in damage from crime on lives and properties by leaps and bounds in line with the economic take-off, and as a result, the raise of individual income. When considering such a hike in crime, it is desirable that the police framework be enhanced. However, thanks to the failure to correspond to this, it could be safely said that a good portion of accountability was shifted to the private security industry in regard to security for the people. Accordingly, the request for escort security business is on the increase regarding expansion and improvement about this industrial sector. As such, it is necessary to get the related system rearranged for authority on the part of escort guards, who are directly exposed to numerous crimes. On top of this, dispersion is required for the escort security businesses centralized in the metropolitan area. It is also necessary for the security guard system to be strengthened and disintegrated into details so that the escort security services are available to people in more safe and easily manners than ever before. When the qualification regime is operated based on this refreshed system, the efficient escort security work would be realized. The dichotomy into act on Special Security Guard and act on Security Business should be dealt with once again for integration as an issue on the front burner in the academic area, and through which the escort security market could be fit for the globalization as well. This paper would provide the solution that leads to more professional and efficient results from comprehension of progress situations in reality by starting from the concept on private security to the analysis of the conditions in this industrial sector.

If the personnel in private security provide an advanced service in applying knowledge and technique to the field when in training, they can obtain the reliability from people. With the point of this side, practical and systematic training is essential to the restoration on the private security industry. The personnel of private security face many people in the field. So they must work with an active concept that can prevent additional crime from behavior suspicions through scientific observation method and systematic inquiry method rather than negative work with providing a friendly service in the field. For conducting this concept, therefore, this study suggested the improvement training program of "Question and Research Guides" from new employee training on existing private security. The scientific observation standard is specifically suggested from the study 'people watching' of Professor Morris, D. and an act contact question from lead technique that US FBI, police, and inspection institute are taking through the feature of human act and 'METT' that is the program for emotion capture training through human minute look is going to be applied on "Question and Research Guides" training. This will provide the educational mood for students with the training content that is available for the practical training program and the real work, and will help to restore the private security industry with obtaining people's reliability through the scientific work and advanced field treatment.

Period division of private security through overall revision of 「Security Services Industry Act」 can be roughly divided into three periods. The first is a settlement period. It is a period when the present five business areas were completed rom 1976 to 2001. Beginning with facility and escort security in 1996, five types of jobs have been prepared. so far by adding personal protection in 1996, and machine and special security in 2001. The second is a quantitative growth period. It is a period when quantitative development is made on the institutional basis. As various culture, sports and arts events are increasing based on the demand of security services due to an increase in the people's sense of security, quantitative development was made, which additionally influenced the downward trend of capital and the possibility of having two jobs through revisions. The third is a qualitative growth period. From 2013 to the present is a period when quantitative growth has slowed and qualitative growth has been made. • Since the establishment of Security Business Act in 1976, the Korean private security industry has rapidly grown in the qualitative and quantitative aspects. In the circumstance, various roles of private security guards have been demanded. A private security guard as the first contactor of the users of multi-use facilities should first find an accident field situation and make a response when an accident occurs, and should give first aid as most as possible until emergency medical workers arrive. However, there is a lack of first-aid education for the private security guards who are responsible for the safety of facility users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is first to find how many times private security guards have job and first-aid education, and analyze how the education count influences their first-aid ability; secondly to analyze how private security guards' satisfaction with first-aid education influences their first-aid ability. To achieve the purpose, this researcher conducted a questionnaire survey on first-aid ability of the private security guards working in the metropolitan areas. For data analysis, Stata se/ 14.0ver was applied. For the analysis on validity and reliability, exploratory factor analysis was conducted and a Cronbach's a value was drawn.
