Aim of this research is suggesting a satisfied studying space for lecturer, student and curriculum by abstraction of improvement plan which based on investigation and analysis of the space that teacher is using in lecturer and study support facility in school which managed in 'Department system'. This research focused on analyse of teacher's laboratory, teacher's room, and common room in middle and high school which managed and designed by 'Department system' and registered on 'Seoul office of education' and designed in management of department system between 2009 and 2012. With these process, a conclusion of this research is as in the following. Firstly, plan of teachers' private place which is efficient and stable is required through to get out of module which can cover subject band and grade band. Secondly, we have to focus on size of teachers' convenience facilities for convenience or official usage, movement radius, and improvement of working environments. Thirdly, 'Subject type teachers' laboratory' which organized by teachers who teach same subject is more efficient than 'Task type laboratory' which organized by teachers who working on same task for management of school. In fourth, 'Task type teachers' laboratory' arranged regardless with teachers' class room to teach, and it makes lack of connectivity between teacher and class room.

2012년부터 "지적재조사에 관한 특별법"이 시행됨에 따라 우리나라의 지적재조사사업이 본격적으로 추진되고 있으나 사업예산 확보의 어려움과 도심지역을 중심으로 필지면적 증감에 따른 토지경계 설정 및 조정금 산정, 사업 주체와 토지 소유자 또는 경계를 이웃한 토지소유자 등 이해당사자 간의 의견 대립의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우리나라보다 앞서 지적재조사를 추진하고 있는 일본의 관민경계제도의 분석을 통해 지적재조사 사업에 있어 경계설정 등 합의사항 추진 시 복잡한 이해관계를 한번에 결정하려하지 말고 이해관계자 대상을 줄여 단계적으로 추진할 필요가 있다. 또한 관민경계 선행조사를 통한 지적재조사의 비용절감 방안도입이 필요함에 따라 MMS를 이용한 정밀도로지도 구축사업등과의 연계, 지적재조사를 위한 선행조사사업 등의 도입, 관민경계기본조사 정보의 중요도와 국토조사정보로의 활용적 가치를 고려하여 도시재생, 도시계획업무 등과 연계추진이라는 방향을 제시하였다.

An intensive watershed survey including water quality measurement of 6 times was carried out in order to find out the relationship between pollutant load and water quality in a small stream watershed where livestock wastewater is the main source of water pollution. The findings from the survey are as follows. 1) The number of livestock showed large disagreement among county office, myon, and insite survey. It is vital to check the data at the beginning of watershed survey. 2) The fluctuation of streamflow and water quality was so large depending on the day of measurement that it is essential to set up continuous telemetering system to get reliable data about delivery ratio of pollutants. 3) It was helpful for setting the priority of investigation to check water quality and quantity at several points along the stream after dividing the watershed into 5 drainage areas. 4) To control the livestock wastewater, especially in case of cows, it is necessary to have roof system and prevent overland flow from the ground. In case of pig farms, it is recommended to have public treatment system instead of private treatment system. The exact emission load of livestock wastewater was difficult to estimate, and requires more study.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the static (SFF) and kinetic frictional forces (KFF) of a computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing lingual bracket (CAD/CAM-LB) with those of conventional LB (Con-LB) and Con-LB with narrow bracket width (Con-LB-NBW) under 3 tooth displacement conditions. Methods: The samples were divided into 9 groups according to combinations of 3 LB types (CAD/CAM-LB [Incognito], Con-LB [7th Generation, 7G], and Con-LB-NBW [STb]) with 3 displacement conditions (no displacement [control], maxillary right lateral incisor with 1-mm palatal displacement [MXLI-PD], and maxillary right canine with 1-mm gingival displacement [MXC-GD]; n = 6/group). While drawing a 0.016-inch copper or super-elastic nickel-titanium archwire with 0.5 mm/min for 5 minutes in a chamber maintained at $36.5^{\circ}C$, SFF and KFF were measured. The Kruskal-Wallis method with Bonferroni correction was performed. Results: The Incognito group demonstrated the highest SFF, followed by the 7G and STb groups ([STb-control, STb-MXLI-PD, Stb-MXC-GD] < [7G-MXC-GD, 7G-MXLI-PD, 7G-control] < [Incognito-MXLI-PD, Incognito-control, Incognito-MXC-GD]; p < 0.001). However, there were no significant differences in SFF among the 3 displacement conditions within each bracket group. Within each displacement condition, the Incognito group demonstrated the highest KFF, followed by the 7G and STb groups ([STb-control, STb-MXLI-PD] < Stb-MXC-GD < 7G-MXLI-PD < [7G-control, 7G-MXC-GD] < [7G-MXC-GD, Incognito-MXLI-PD, Incognito-control] < [Incognito-control, Incognito-MXC-GD]; p < 0.001). MXC-GD exhibited higher KFFs than MXLI-PD in the same bracket group. Conclusions: The slot design and ligation method of the CAD/CAM-LB system should be modified to reduce SFF and KFF during the leveling/alignment stage.

현재 보험범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있으나 정부차원에서 보험범죄를 적발하거나 방지하기 위한 전문조직은 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 보험범죄로 인한 피해는 인명과 국민경제 측면에서 매우 심각한 실정이다. 보험범죄는 보험회사의 경영수지를 악화시키는 것은 물론이고, 보험금의 부정유출로 인해 보험사의 손해율을 악화시킴으로써 보험사 부실의 원인이 될 수 있다. 이는 결국 보험사의 보험료 인상으로 이어져 결국, 보험가입자의 보험료 인상이라는 문제를 야기시킨다. 이러한 이유로 1996년부터 보험회사들은 보상조직 내에 보험사기를 전문적으로 조사하기 위한 보험범죄특별조사팀(Special Investigation Unit, SIU)을 구성하기 시작하였다. 하지만 현재의 SIU는 보험범죄의 예방을 위한 다양한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기에는 아직 그 인력과 재원이 부족한 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구는 갈수록 심각한 사회문제로 주목받고 있는 보험범죄를 실제 현장에서 담당하고 있는 SIU 구성원을 대상으로 현재의 근무환경과 보험범죄에 대한 일반적 인식이 그들의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았다. 본 연구는 이러한 현장조사 분석을 바탕으로 현재 SIU 구성원들의 보험범죄 인식 및 근무 환경을 분석하고, 직무만족 향상을 통하여 구축할 수 있는 효과적인 보험범죄 대응 방안을 마련하는 데에 목적이 있다.

지식정보사회가 고도화되어가며 개인정보가 가지는 가치와 중요성은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 최근 빅데이터 기술 발달과 클라우드 환경의 보급에 따라 개인정보의 침해나 유출 가능성은 증가하였으며, 공공부문의 다양한 정보를 개방하고 공유하려는 시도는 정보 활용을 통한 가치창출 가능성을 높여주고 있다. 이러한 개인정보에 대한 논의가 진행되어온 연구경향을 분석하기 위하여 2000년부터 지금까지 논의된 연구논문과 보고서를 중심으로 연구자가 설정한 분석기준에 따라 분석하였고, 그 결과에 기반을 둔 몇 가지 제언을 정리하였다. 이를 간략히 보면, 첫째, 개인정보 연구가 질적 법제도적 차원에서 정보보호를 주로 강조하면서 논의되어 왔다. 둘째, 개인정보의 중요성에도 불구하고 정부기관이나 국책연구원에 비해 학계에서의 심도있는 논의가 부족하였다. 셋째, 실태파악이나 현황조사 수준에서 진행된 경우가 다수를 차지하고 인과관계나 영향요인을 분석하려는 연구는 많지 않았다. 향후 개인정보 연구를 보다 발전적으로 진행하기 위해서는 개인정보 자체에 대한 체계적이고 심도있는 접근, IT패러다임의 변화에 맞는 연구범위의 확대, 계량적 방법 등 다양한 연구방법론의 적용과 학제간 연구 활성화, 공공부문 뿐만 아니라 민간부문에서의 개인정보 사용과 관리에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) recently with the introduction of a new solar power development as the market expands, land shortage of solar power as an alternative site for installing solar water development has emerged. Solar water dams, reservoirs and water by taking advantage of available solar power development a new concept of private forest land in a way does not involve destruction of the forest land and water resources through efficient use of environmentally friendly energy production and water quality improvement There are a variety of benefits. This paper won the nation's first solar power to enforce the selection of the optimal location for solar power's award for planning theory and research techniques are intended to establish. Award of the solar system through the analysis of a few research-related materials and renewable energy systems project implementation process to establish an initial investigation techniques as well as the existing dam located about fitness will be assessed. In this study, solar water conducting business in the current analysis with considerable planning and installation of solar installation for the economic and environmental cost of the evaluation period and is expected to be able to give you one.

he objective of this study was to investigate home network systems presently applied in multi-housing complexes and resident's usage to improve the utilization of these systems and services as well as maintenance methods. Subjects were 27 housing complexes equipped with home network systems in west Pangyo area. The investigation methods of communal network systems were observed and photographed. Unit systems were investigated through photography, interviews, and observation focusing on the utilization of Wall-Pads by visiting one unit of each housing complex. The results are as follows: (1) Most housing complexes that we investigated were built with high-grade IT infrastructure. Also, remote meter reading, electronic security, vehicle access, and building access systems were established. Wall-Pads with similar functions were installed in 23 housing complexes, excluding private rental housing complexes. (2) Even though people were well aware of the need for common systems within their housing complexes, only 10~20% of Wall-Pad menus were used. (3) Low utilization rates of home network stem from Wall-Pad menus which were user-unfriendly, and a lack of user training for the complex's common system and unit system. Therefore, to promote active use of home network systems, the systems must be diversified in accordance with user characteristics. In addition, the Wall-Pad menus should be reorganized to be user-friendly.

As a rapid development of electronic commerce transactions in these days, the security and private protection problems became more important matters under the electronic transaction base. Because electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there can be the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice, and very hard to verify authenticity of transaction as well. In addition, it is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not, and also have much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic commerce transactions and electronic documents, the digital signature and certification system with cryptography skill is inevitably necessary. As the wide use of digital signature together with beginning of digital government and financial transaction, not only the issuance of electronic certification, but certification market came to gradually expand. In Korea, after enacting digital signature act in 1999, the act contents were expanded to the wide range of contents complying with global standards from the end of 2001 to April, 2002, including the new clause of certification problems. And the act was put into operation now. Therefore, in this paper, we'd like to suggest development scheme through the investigation on electronic certification related problems, such as, concepts, procedures, service conditions here and abroad.

This study provides a systematic investigation about objective personal image consulting, tool development and image-making research by analyzing the status of the Korean image-consulting industry and education. For the research, we carried out literature surveys of books on image consulting and previous research reports. In particular, we surveyed image consulting businesses that have internet web sites, and educational institutes. The results of the survey are as follows: First, domestic image consulting businesses in Korea are investigated about 93 private companies and 4 associations. They do the image making, color consulting, and education for individuals and business. Second, professional image consulting education is carried out not only in the 93 private companies, but also in the continuing and professional studies for adults of 10 universities. Furthermore, more then 90 universities have specific academic programs related to the image consulting such as facial management, beauty coordination, cosmetology, stylists, fashion events, broadcasting stylists, and so on. Third, a typical image consulting job is the personal shoppers who assists VIP customers in department stores. Professionals and politicians have personal fashion stylists for their image making. Today, the job has expanded to public fashion therapist. Fourth, the contents of an image consulting education have appeared in similar industries and educations. These contents include fashion styles, personal color analysis, make-up, facial expressions, gestures, perfumes, accessories, etc. This study is based on research on the current Korean image-consulting industry, and will enable follow-up details to be implemented. using the basis of this study for a strategic self-image formation system.
