최근 드론(초경량 무인비행장치)에 대한 관심이 점차 높아짐에 따라 방송촬영, 재난현장, 레저 등 이를 활용하는 분야도 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 그러나 드론의 활용이 높아지는 만큼 사생활 침해, 해킹 위협 또한 높아지고 있다. 드론에 탑재되는 고해상도 카메라는 실시간 동영상 및 사진 촬영이 가능하고, 언제 어디서든 촬영할 수 있어서 일반 주택, 빌딩, 호텔 등에서 사생활 및 소유권 침해 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 드론 상용 제품의 카메라에 대한 보안 취약점 분석 실험을 수행하고, 그 결과를 통해 외부의 비인가 공격자의 카메라에 대한 접근 및 침입 시도로부터 드론을 안전하게 보호하기 위한 대응 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 이를 통해 제작 단계에서부터 기술적 보완장치 장착, 관련 항공법 및 법제도 정비 등 드론 산업 활성화 정책이 마련되기를 기대한다.

This research aimed to understand the current status of early childhood education and to develop a future direction of early childhood English education. One group interview and three private interviews were conducted with 10 early education teachers to obtain in-depth understanding of the problems inherent in English education. The findings show that there is an internal conflict in the teachers regarding the value of English education in early childhood. In addition, there are external conflicts with the children the parents, the English teacher, the program director, and the government in English education. It is concluded that the early childhood educators felt an internal conflict regarding the current, inappropriate execution of early English education which is lacking a suitable educational plan including goals and practices. Furthermore, the teacher's preference for English also contributed to the internal conflict regarding the belief in early childhood English education. Secondly, the external conflicts included: English teachers with inadequate understanding of comprehensive early childhood development, parents who show excessive interest in early childhood English education without regard to childhood development, the reality that early childhood English education is mostly influenced by the attitudes of the program director without regard for the conflicts experienced by the early childhood teacher, and the politics of the government continuing to ignore the reality that early childhood English education ontinues in practice without being included in the national curriculum.

To design senior housing that support residents' health is one of the comtemporary issues in Korea. As elderly people became more healthful and reach, people became interested in the health and health promotion. This trend encouraged this research study. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the middle aged people's opinions and behaviors related to health issues, and to suggest design considerations for senior housing. The survey used questionnaire from 476 residents living in Seoul and Gyeong-Gi area. The analysis used descriptive statistics, one-way anova and t-test. Primary findings are as follows: (1) Most of the respondents considered that their health state is 'good' and mental health is more important than physical health. (2) Many people exercise regularly for the promotion of health at a gym. (3) Results show that social relationship effect on health, and dietary life and walking medical examination account highly. (4) As the respondents are higher income and education level, the health-related behavior is more actively. Moreover the respondents who are women feel a great interest about health issues. These results suggest directions for planning of the senior housing. (1) Planning the space for the health-promoting behavior in the house or support a private gym-not a local facilities-. (2) Service for the information related health issues - medical examination, news of the health issues (3) Support the maintenance a good - social relationship (4) Consideration the space with health-related behavior like walking and dietary-life. The senior housing can reflect the health-related opinions and support health-related behavior of the elderly people.

최근 분양가 상한제 시행 ${\cdot}$ 분양원가 공개 등으로 건설 사업비에 대한 사회각층의 관심이 고조되고 있으나, 사회기본시설에 대한 민간투자법 ${\cdot}$ 분양가 상한제 등에서 제시하고 있는 원가체계(구성항목)가 상이하여 혼선이 예상된다. 현재까지 원가관리 및 비용 산정 등에 관련된 많은 연구결과물이 제시되었으나, 지속적인 DB축적 불가 ${\cdot}$ 원가체계의 표준화 미비 ${\cdot}$ 활용방안 제시 미비 등으로 연구개발 이후 사장되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기 수행된 공사의 실적자료를 효율적으로 수집, 관리하고 건설생산 단계에서 활용할 수 있도록 양질의 정보 형태로 가공한 후 DB구축을 통하여 원가정보 활용방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 궁극적으로는 발주자의 사업에 대한 이해와 설득을 통한 사업수주능력을 극대화하고, 차후 원가관리 업무에 유용한 도구개발의 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 스마트기기의 보급과 맞물려 편리함을 장점으로 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 시장의 관심을 받으면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템이 정말로 안전한지에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있는 상황이다. 클라우드 환경의 특성상 서비스 제공자는 데이터를 위탁받는 입장에서 사용자의 개인정보를 유출할 수 있게 되는데, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 완전 동형 암호가 대두되고 있다. 완전 동형 암호는 사용자의 암호화된 데이터를 복호화하지 않고 연산을 가능하게 하는 암호체계이다. 완전 동형 암호를 이용하면 기밀성을 보장하면서 암호문에 대한 키가 없어도 연산을 수행할 수 있기 때문에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협 요소들을 제거하는데 효과적일 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협 요소들을 조사하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 완전 동형 암호에 대하여 살펴본다.

Following the UN Conference on Environment and Development held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992, a number of companies began to incorporate the concept of Environmental Sustainability into their business activities. Soon after this, interest in business sustainability within the academic world began to grow and a number of universities in Europe and North America decided to develop environmental management education-related materials and curricula under the support from their respective govemments and private companies. Starting in 1996, a wide-range of environmental management education programs also began to appear in several Korean universities. However, in contrast with the gradual evolution of environmental management education into a single study field internationally, environmental management education in Korea has not become fully specialized, nor has it developed in a systematic manner. In order to enhance and facilitate domestic environmental management education in Korea, universities must put more effort into differentiating environmental management education courses from regular environmental courses through the development of curricula related to business management. The business world has an immense impact on the environment and international environmental regulations are steadily becoming stronger. In this light, environmental education programs need to extend their sphere of study not only to the spread of knowledge and sensitivity towards the environment among members of the general public, but also train businessmen to have an understanding of how their actions impact the environment.

우리나라의 철도산업 구조개혁 관련 논의는 1998년 철도청 경영진단을 시작으로 2005년 한국철도공사의 출범, 2013년 수서발 KTX 법인 면허 발급과 민영화 논란에 이르기까지 지속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 철도산업 구조개혁이 10년 이상의 장기성을 통해 이루어진 점에 비추어, 이러한 정책변동은 여러 외적 변수와 장기적인 정책주체들의 상호작용에 기인하여 이루어졌다고 보고, 옹호연합모형을 적용하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 철도산업 구조개혁은 연합(Coalition)간의 합의점을 도출하지 못한 채 정권교체 등의 시점에 보다 우월한 지배연합에 의해 정책이 추진되었다고 볼 수 있으며, 이러한 정책의 성공적인 집행을 위해서는 깊은 갈등관계 속에서의 상이한 정책선호와 도구들을 중재하고 절충할 수 있는 대안을 도출하는 정책중개자의 역할이 중요할 것으로 판단하였다.

본 연구는 미용 특성화고의 방과후학교 미용교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 미용교육에 대한 교육 인식이 효과와 만족도, 재수강의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 각 의도간의 상관관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 조사 결과, 조사 대상자들은 방과후학교 미용프로그램에 대해 흥미와 적성이 맞을 것 같아 선택하였으며, 방과후학교 미용교육을 통해 사교육비의 부담이 줄어든다는 긍정적인 응답을 확인하였다. 또한, 조사 대상자들의 미용교육의 인식과 효과, 만족도 및 재수강의도 간의 상관관계가 확인되었다. 향후 본 자료를 기초로 하여 미용교육의 질과 만족도를 높이기 위한 방과후학교 미용교육 프로그램의 효율적인 운영 방안이 필요할 것으로 사료되어 진다.

본 연구는 방문객 관점에서 벗어나 축제 개최지역에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 과연 지역주민들은 축제를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가라는 연구문제 아래 충남 보령지역주민을 대상으로 2008년 머드축제기간 동안 보령시내에서 수행되었다. 연구결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 축제개최지 지역주민의 지역축제 효과요인 인식에 있어 문화적 요인은 정(+)의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경제적 효과요인은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 문화적 요인에서는 기존의 선행연구들과 일치된 결과를 보이고 있으나 경제적 효과요인에서는 일반적인 축제의 긍정적 경제파급효과와는 다른 차이점을 보였다. 구체적으로 보령시는 축제의 성공적인 개최도 중요하지만 더 다양하고 구체화된 지역주민 의견 수렴을 위한 공청회와 세미나 등의 기회확대를 통해 실질적으로 일반 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통해 축제개최 지역주민들이 축제에 참여한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 축제를 인식하는 데 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 축제참여 경험여부를 조절변수로 하여 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조절효과는 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 축제참여도는 지역축제에 대한 지역주민의 축제만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보령시는 외지 방문객뿐 아니라 지역주민들의 적극적인 축제참여를 위한 지속적인 노력을 강구해야한다고 사료된다.

최근 인터넷 개인방송 산업이 급격히 성장하면서 이를 운영하는 대형 플랫폼 기업, 크리에이터, 그리고 콘텐츠 자체에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 개인방송 산업의 양적성장과 더불어 관련 연구 역시 증가하고 있지만 서비스 이용자인 시청자 측면의 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 Hedonic-Motivaition System Adoption Model (HMSAM)을 적용하여 개인방송 이용자의 내재적 측면에서 시청동기를 도출하고 시청의도와 몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 개인방송 콘텐츠의 유형을 실시간 콘텐츠와 비실시간 콘텐츠로 구분하여 시청동기 요인의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 통제성을 제외한 이용자의 외재적, 내재적 동기가 시청의도 및 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 콘텐츠 유형에 따라 이용자의 시청의도 및 몰입에 미치는 요인의 영향력이 다르다는 것을 검증하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 결과를 통해 다양한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
