Background: This study was to investigate the effects of spinal strengthening exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise(core exercise program) on trunk muscle strength, flexibility and balance, lumbar function. The subjects of this study were the eighteen subjects who was registered in private guard company. The each exercise group of 9 persons were chosen by random controlled trial. Methods: We used instrument BTE, Libra, Ruler Measuring tape to measured trunk muscle strength, flexibility, balance and lumbar function. Results: The result of this study were summarized below; The flexor muscle strength was improve in lumbar stabilization exercise(core exercise) group(p<.05). The extensor muscle strength was improve in lumbar stabilization exercise(core program) group(p<.05). The trunk flexibility was improve in spinal strengthening exercise group and lumbar stabilization exercise group(p<.05). The balance ability was improve in spinal strengthening group and lumbar stabilization exercise group(core program) group(p<.05). Conclusion: With the above results, demonstrated effects of spinal strengthening exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise in each private guard and security in this study.
This study presents a plan of construction for cooperating crime prevention system between public police and private security to provide positive safety, and crime prevention activity for clients. A method of this study, this paper used statistics analysis and literature study. This study, an introduction is at the chapter I , a role of public police and private security at the Chapter II, the realities of private security industry of korea at the Chapter III, the police service relating with private security and operating realities at the ChapterIV, the problems and a plan of construction for co-operating crime prevention system at the ChapterV, and conclusion at the ChapterVI. In conclusion, It is needed a public information strategy, partnership between the police and guard, establishment of special office for private security, and the improvement of the quality in security corporation.
Although more priority is given to politicians from the aspect that they represent people and decide the future of country, the current situation is that politicians are not free from terrorism because of insufficient guard-concerned law, negative social recognition and increased crime and terrorism. The measure for politician terrorism shall be handled from the aspect of national security rather than public peace. For the purpose, basic legal foundation shall be prepared and specialized guard technique considering specialty of politician shall be established. Although the 17th National Assembly proposed revised legal plan to protect politician from terrorism, it is suspended, expired and abolished now. The legal plan presented by members of the National Assembly was simply restricted to the scope of public guard. The study divided establishment of legal foundation into two things. The first one is the dispatch type of effective public guard and the second one is the transfer to private guard. Second, the study suggested environmental development method of politician guard. in the environment of politician guard, the study suggested improvement and development method by analyzing social recognition, politician's mind and voter's mind psychologically. After the beginning of human society, if human race is continued, political activity won't disappear. It is obvious that the safety of political leader is very important issue for human race because he plays the role to decide the future of human. In the future, more specialized, effective law shall be prepared and deeper study of scholar shall be performed.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of using spinal stabilization exercise for the improvement of atrophy of the multifidus and psoas major, of pain and disability with chronic low back pain in private guard and security. For 42 patients diagnosed with CLBP, and divided into spinal stabilization exercise group(SSEG) and general spinal strengthening exercise group(GSSEG). Each exercise was conducted for 10 weeks. Pain and disability were measured before and after exercise using the Visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Oswestry disability index(ODI). Cross section area(CSA) of both the left and right multifidus and the psoas major at the upper end plate of L4 were measured before and after exercise using computed tomography(CT). After 10 weeks of exercise, the both group's pain and lumbar disability were significantly decreased(p<0.01). Also there was significant difference in both group(p<0.05). In addition, the CSA of the left and right multifidus and posas major were significantly increased as compared to the pre-exercise in both group(p<0.01). But SSEG's cross sectional areas of multifidus was more significantly increase than GSSEG(p<0.05). In summary, Spinal stabilization exercise is more effective in improving atrophy in private guard and security patients, in reducing patients' pain and disability. It is an effective treatment to aid rehabilitation in these cases.
This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.

Lastly about a matter communication between the National Police Agency, and Security Association, not only look at from an authority's angle, collecting information, corresponding ability but now it is considered to grope each other cooperation device together among organizations not only the National Police Agency but also, National Organization, National Intelligence Service, the prosecution, Presidential Security Service Guard, Army etc.
Private security will be of great importance in the coming 21st century. In the future, most of the crimes will be violent and frequent. In order to prevent crimes private security must be dealt with in public service area and private area. For this reason, nowadays studies on private security is going on actively. But in reality, serious studies on theoretical backgrounds of private security has not been made yet. Currently, almost all of the theories propose various grounds, such as administrative, economic, and social grounds. And they are based on five backgrounds, that is, profit-oriented enterprise theory, economic reduction theory, vacuum theory, interest group theory, and private management theory. The article furnishes several grounds in addition to these. They are local self-government, management of local self-government, and task-force of guard enterprise. In this article, I am going to present some perspectives in classifying the theories. They are administrative, economic, and social perspective. They are shown as follows by figure. In conclusion, based on theoretical backgrounds mentioned above, private security will be advanced constantly in the future. But in carrying out studies on private security, approaching method of proposing the developmental model is more important than theoretical approaching method.
Security Act has been partially revised many times since it was revised to "Security Service Act". Main contents of such revision consist of the addition of security work such as protection or special security, responsibility enforcement of security company or security guard and systematic management of security service based on security work of previous security service act. But, it needs to be checked out that the fundamental matter about the concept of 'security' is directly related as double-edged sword in such flow of legal revision. That is because security service satisfies the multiple needs for security in the modern risky society and is based on the concept of active management whose goal is to forster and develop the function of actual security service comparing that current "Security Service Act" regulates the formal security service whose goal is permission of security service and systematic management based on article 2 as previous facilities and manned security that is guard duty-centered security service in another respect. So, this study pointed out the limit of interpreting security and security service in "Security Services Industry Act" in respect of providing private security service and drew the conclusion that the legislation and efforts are required for 'security for citizen' by reinterpreting the legislation and revision of private security service-related law as the normal regulation of "Security Services Industry Act" and the special law of "Private Security Services Industry Act".
