Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government to gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia. Current Government has Northeast Asian Economic Hub Strategy including construction of SOC in Northeast Asia for promoting peace, promotion of formation of Northeast Asia Community, logistics hub, Financial hub and national innovation for R&D Cluster. To realize Northeast Asian logistics hub, the Northeast Asia logistics hub road map has undertaken as follows: expansion of logistics infra in Incheon Airport, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port, systematic improvements such as adjustment of investment distribution, special logistics companies, transparent customs in logistics transactions, logistics manpower, improvement of system supporting global logistics and attraction of international logistics companies to the logistics center, construction of seamless and paperless logistics information network, Northeast Asia railway infra. The purpose of this paper is to study investment priority and improvements in the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub Road Map and to contribute to gain the national competitive advantage as logistics hub in Northeast Asia

The importance-performance analysis (IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that produces a priority of managerial attention for the customer satisfaction. This study attempted to compare various different approaches of IPA such as direct and indirect measurement of importance, and traditional four quadrants grid model and diagonal grid model of IPA. Data on 17 inpatient service quality attributes were collected from 234 inpatients of a general hospital. Eight IPA grids were produced to compare the result of each model. Based on the study results the strength and weakness of each model were discussed, and a set of recommendations for practical application of the IPA in hospital settings was suggested.

기존 철도교량은 과거로부터 각종 개량이 시행되고 있고 사회적·기술적인 요구 등으로 새로운 개량계획이 수립되고 있지만 해당 개소가 많고 소요비용이 막대하여 한정된 예산에서는 무엇보다도 효율적인 시행계획이 필요하다. 각종 개량계획을 체계화시키기 위해서는 시스템 차원의 문제로 간주하여 요소들을 정의하고 기술해야 하며 중요도, 상관관계 등은 평가기법을 이용하여 종합화가 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 의사결정의 목적에 부합하도록 다양한 평가기준 하에서 대안들을 상호 평가하는 최적화 선정과정을 거쳐 각종 개량계획의 우선순위를 결정하고자 하였다. 체계화 설정과정과 선호도 평가를 위해 AHP 분석기법이 적용되었고 보다 적정한 개량계획의 요소를 도출 선정하고자 수행공학의 절차과정이 활용되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest agenda priorities for nursing service R&D (Research and Development) related policies development. Methods: Two steps in developing the agendas and priorities were performed in this descriptive study. First, nursing service R&D agendas were extracted through needs assessment of nursing researchers and practitioners. Then, the priority of agendas was set by Analytic Hierarchy Process by ten experts who were representatives of nursing and other healthcare professionals. Results: Six core areas and forty-six nursing service R&D agendas were developed. The priority of agendas was different according to the evaluation criteria depending on weight value of nursing services. Conclusion: In order to select and promote nursing service R&D projects within national healthcare policy, nursing service R&D policy should be proposed with consideration to the importance of the criteria in reflecting characteristics of nursing care. By strengthening R&D capabilities for quality improvement and sensitive awareness of national directions for healthcare R&D policies, nursing service R&D can be appropriately promoted.

본 논문에서 소개하는 새로운 라우팅 프로토콜은 무선 멀티미디어 센서 네트워크에서 다중경로와 다중 우선순위 기반의 라우팅 프로토콜 (MMRP)이다. 제안된 MMRP는 소스부터 싱크까지 다중 라우팅 경로를 선택하고, 선택된 라우팅 경로 내의 잔여 에너지와 전송지연에 따라서 우선순위 레벨이 할당된다. 즉, MPEG 비디오의 경우 높은 우선순위를 갖는 I 프레임은 높은 우선순위의 라우팅 경로를 통해 전송이 되며, P와 B 프레임의 경우 낮은 우선순위를 갖는 라우팅 경로를 통해 전송되도록 한다. 제안된 MMRP 프로토콜은 무선 멀티미디어 센서 네트워크에서 낮은 전력소모 특성을 만족하면서 작은 전송 지연을 고려하는 시간 민감 응용 분야에 적용이 가능하다. MMRP 프로토콜에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과는 다중경로 라우팅을 지원하거나 지원하지 않는 프로토콜과 비교 시, 에너지 절약적인 부분에서는 23.48%에서 23.11% 그리고 지연 부분에서는 81.6%에서 32.01%로 향상을 보였다.

This study aimed to develop a plan for effective performance of a watershed through correct identification of a river watershed by using the flowrate of the river and water quality data, which is the basis for the establishment of the water environment policy. The target river for water quality improvement was selected based on the monitoring result for 4 water systems in Chungcheongnamdo province in the recent 3 years. The result of analysis for the distribution of discharge capacity by a pollution source group for the water quality improvement target river showed that most of the target river has a high discharge capacity in the water system for living and livestock. Analysis for the density of the total discharge capacity of the whole watershed of Chungcheongnamdo indicated that the river that needs water quality improvement has high BOD concentration and high discharge load density at the point that this river is located. Thus, for efficient watershed management through selection and concentration, Chungcheongnamdo needs to improve the target river in priority. Stepwise planning is also required to establish and execute the water quality improvement in order to satisfy said target water quality, and establish the index for the water improvement rate for its evaluation.

본 연구는 Kano 모델의 이원적 품질분류와 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수(PCSI Index)를 기반으로 드럭스토어와 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질을 비교, 분석하여 서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 요소들을 파악하고, 제시함으로써 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. Kano 모델 분석의 평가이원 표에 대입하여 품질 특성을 분류하고, 고객만족 계수(CSC)와 PCSI 지수를 이용해 화장품 서비스 품질 요소들의 개선 우선순위를 진행하였다. 그 결과, Kano 모델을 활용한 분석에서 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장 서비스 품질 요소에 대한 대부분의 항목이 매력적 품질 요소로 평가되었다. PCSI 지수 비교 결과, 드럭스토어 화장품 매장의 경우 '신뢰성', '반응성', '공감성' 항목이, 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 경우 '공감성', '신뢰성' 항목의 품질 요소들이 개선 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타나, 해당 요소가 개선될 경우 고객 만족도가 향상될 잠재력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 분류 및 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 우선순위가 파악됨으로써 실무적인 시사점이 제공되어, 향후 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 지침 수립에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문은 SRT 시스템에서 고정 우선순위 정책을 사용하는 쓰레드가 기존보다 더 빠른 응답시간과 반환시간을 갖도록 하기 위한 개선된 스케쥴링 모델과 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 보조 실행 큐를 첨가하여 고정 우선순위 정책을 사용하는 쓰레드의 빠른 실행 및 에이징(aging)에 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 방식과 비교하였 으며 그 결과, 새로 제안된 모델의 경우, 고정 우선순위 쓰레드의 반응시간과 반환시 간이 기존보다 향상되었다.

The international standard, ISO-11783, was designed for the communication within an agriculture machinery. Even if it is based on the CAN (Control Area Network) protocol, its extended features which include point-to-point communication and large data transmission support show different network performance from the standard CAN. This paper proposes a dynamic priority allocation method to improve the real-time performance of ISO-11783. Computer simulation shows reduction of the deadline-missed cases and community latency via proposed algorithm.

본 논문에서는 유한 크기의 출력 버퍼를 가진 ATM 스위치에서 셀 지연 요구와 셀 손실 요구를 고려한 2-레벨 임계치를 갖는 우선순위 제어 방식을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 우선 순위 제어 방식은 유한크기를 가진 하나의 버퍼에서 두개의 임계치를 두어 손실에 민감한 셀에 대해서는 셀손실률을 개선하고, 지연에 민감한 셀에 대해서는 셀 지연 시간을 개선하는 방법이다. 본 방식에서는 우선순위 제어 방식을 이론적으로 구하고 수치해석을 통해 셀손실률과 평균셀지연을 구하였다. 셀의 서비스 품질 특성에 따라 두개의 임계치를 적절히 조절함으로써 셀손실률 또는 평균셀지연의 개설효과를 얻을 수 있음을 확실히 알 수 있다.
