Polyurethanes containing z-Iysine segments in the main chain (PULL) were synthesized from 4,4'-diphe-nylmethyl diisocyanate, poly(tetramethylene glycol), and z-Iysine oligomer as a chain extender. The PULL film was treated first with a $10\%$ HBr-acetic acid solution and subsequently with a saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution to produce a primary amine group on the surface (PULL-N). Lactobionic acid (LA)-immobilized PULL (PULL-L) was prepared by the coupling reaction of the PULL surface amine groups and the LA carboxylic acid groups. The surface-modified PULLs were then characterized by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy, electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis, atomic force microscopy, and contact angle goniometry. In the hepatocytes adhesion experiment, the cells poorly adhered to the PULL surface, although they adhered moderately well to the PULL-N surface. On the other hand, the cells adhered well to the PULL-L surface, suggesting the good affinity of the surface $\beta$-galactose moieties for hepatocytes. When hepatocytes were cultured in the presence of epidermal growth factor for 48 h, the cells rapidly aggregated on the PULL-L surface, whereas they aggregated only slowly on the other surfaces. The PULL prepared in this study has the potential to be used as a coating material for the enhancement of hepatocyte adhesion.

This study develops the evaluation model which is for assessing on the side of users in expressway service areas. The direction of development on Evaluation Criteria is all about on the side of necessity of service area users, the reflection of current conditions, the construction of total evaluation criteria, and the examination of connecting study with current study. After that, this study examines previous evaluation criterias and researchers will select the primary provision of evaluation through FGI, and they derive the final evaluation criteria throughout the verification of suitability on Evaluation Criteria. Throughout AHP analysis which is a professional survey system of users, researchers derive on the side of facilities, on the side of operations, on the side of environments, and on the side of services in order by the weightings.

Care for the human spirit is a core component of quality end-of-life care. Logotherapy, based on the premise that the primary motivation of human beings is to find meaning and purpose in life, can be helpful in providing care for patients, families, and loved ones in hospice care. The use of Socratic dialog in posing questions about one's life experiences, values, and attitudes is a useful method of evoking reflection. Guidance for finding meaning, even until one's last moments, can be found in the three categories: (a) tasks or deeds, (b) experiences of love and beauty, and (c) attitudes chosen in spite of a fate that cannot be changed. Self-transcendence, defined as getting outside the self for the good of others, can add meaning to life. A growing body of research concerning meaning-centered therapy is promising for improving spiritual well-being and a sense of meaning and purpose in life.

This study analyzed the processes of lesson plan, implementation, and reflection by a professional learning community with five teachers who were teaching second grade students in the same elementary school. The results of the study showed that the learning community helped the teachers prepare for a lesson effectively, enhance their teaching practices, and reflect on their teaching methods. However, the teachers had difficulties in re-designing and implementing the collaborative lesson plan in their classrooms and had a tendency to talk about their feelings about lessons rather than meaningful comments for subsequent lessons. The successes and difficulties revealed through this study are expected to provide us with directions of learning communities for improving teachers' professional development.

Local company which has excellent patent technique is required design development for sales growth and enhancement of market competitiveness. For the solution about this requirement of small and medium company, the patent office and Chooncheognbukdo are jointly progressing the value consideration business of local design, and the design is improved through this. This study is to show the illustration of the design developed by business process of V company for 'the development of external design of LED LAMP fitted into the environment in tunnel' as a project ordered by S company, and the improvement patent was created with simulation development in considering design recognition of supporting company and the competitiveness of the product by successful performance of the external design development based on patent technique. Through the effective change method of LED LAMP in tunnel and the suggested result of LED LAMP reflection method, the beneficiary company has progressed the corporate body from the individual business, and at present the primary product was completed by securing manufacturing basis facilities for manufacturing and sales. Local small and medium company became a strong design company by connecting design development supporting business through the supporting method of the fusion of design and patent.

Research question and method play important roles in conducting a research in a scientifically valid way. In today's digitalized research environment, social network service (SNS) has rapidly become a new source of big data. While this shift provides new challenges for researchers in Korea, there is little scholarly discussion of how research questions can be framed and what statistical methods can be applied. This article suggests some basic but primary types of example questions for researchers employing social big data analytics. Further, we illustrate the interface of the intended data set specifically for SNS-mediated communication and information exchange behaviors. Lastly, a statistical test known as proper method for social big data is introduced.

First, suggestions of improvements of zones in bicycles users' evaluations, Second Suggestions of the current conditions by GIS and the result of model analysis, Third Clarify of major provisions in terms of zones by using Spider Map.

The purpose of this study is to observe, to analyze of the preservice teachers' naive theories about the change of season. And it is to find a instruction strategy which can solve problem about this. The general idea about the change of season is observed by the 3 methods which are simply explaining with words, explaining with pictures and models. The author is to find the similarity. difference and relationship which the preservice teachers have about the general idea about the change of season. The important changable primary factors, which can effect to the general Idea formation, are naturally dragged out through the observation of preservice teachers participation. For this study, 4 first year preservice teachers of one of national university of education are used. Before the interview. the author tries to form rapport with the preservice teachers. Experiment materials, pencil. paper, camcorder, digital recorder and interview note were used for the study with reflection of them just way they are. As the result of the interview. all of 4 preservice teachers had not being understand the concept about the change of season and the three ways of explanation methods were not matched each other, so it is revealed that the general Idea of the change of season, which the preservice teachers have, is not strongly formed. In spite of the repeated study of the change of season from elementary school to university, it has many problem about recognition of the general idea about the change of season which pre-elementary teachers have. Therefore it is needed to improve the experiment in elementary science text book and naive theories by the activity which is explaining the change of season in three dimension space. to prevent the naive theories which the preservice teachers may have.

In this paper, we propose a variable RGB interleaving technique for efficient data transmission in LED based visible light communication system. Visible light communication systems that utilize light as a resource for data transmission are affected by the nature of light and the three primary colors of light. However, the nature of light, such as light reflection, diffraction, and superposition, causes interference of the data to be transmitted, causing burst errors in the data. Such a problem causes the BER performance of the visible light communication system to degrade. To solve these problems, this paper attempts to utilize the variable RGB interleaving technique. Through variable RGB interleaving, data burst errors can be reduced and inter channel interference in a visible light communication system can be reduced. In addition, if the proposed system is applied to meet the QoS that depends on the importance of data or the requirements of the user, it can provide QoS requested by the user and enable efficient data transmission.

The problem of outdated and surplus facility-items in existing Rural Living Environment Renewal Program(RLERP) makes this study focus on restricting the range of facility sorts for the purpose of coㅁins with the changing rural living environment. In the four aspects of plan establishment, project implementation, comprehensiveness and linkage between programs, this study made an analysis of the existing RLERP that has 4-stage hierarchy, namely, Gun(county), Myun(primary administrative district), village and project site level Firstly, Myun and upper level policy programs fulfill the comprehensiveness and planning aspects, but have defects in the implementation and linkage aspects. Secondly, the village level programs satisfies more or less the four condition, but give rise to the problems of equity between the project target village and the non-target, and of generalization of the planning method applying to a specific village. At last, project level programs, controlled by several ministries, have defects in comprehensiveness and linkage aspects, exposing the sectoralism of central government. Above all, the existing RLERP has so many facility items, which have led to inefficient investment till now. Therefore, it's necessary that the environmental facilities should be selected(simultaneously reduced ), referring to following 5 criteria. (1) Exception of facilities relating to agricultural production. (2) Confined to public facilities to be constructed by government support. (3) Common-use facilities located in small town and below level area. (4) Consideration of not only the present need but also the future need of rural residents. (5) Reflection of a regional difference of mountain, plane and suburban area. Just 13 kinds of living environmental facilities are finally selected as the result of the selecting work, which can be an new alternative for RLERP. Concludingly, the selected facility items should be integrated into a designated project site by the prepared plan in order to enhance the efficiency of RLERP, investment and also to satisfy the four analytic aspects mentioned above.
