인터넷 자원의 효율적 이용을 위한 가격결정 방법 (Pricing Mechanisms for the Internet Resource)

  • Modeling for the Internet resource is important to use of limited resource efficiently. Also, the modeling could guide how we can approach the Internet problems. The many studies of price mechanism to internalize the externality, to decrease the externality from congestion, and to use the Internet resource efficiently, are widely going on. The represent styles for Internet pricing are usage-based pricing(UBP) and flat-rat pricing(FRP) and the FRP could prefers for the beginning stage of Internet introduce. The purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of Internet pricing mechanism based on flat-rate pricing, both consumer and producer side.

해외사례 비교를 통한 2014년 개정 건설기술용역 대가기준 분석 (An Analysis of the 2014 Pricing Guide for Technical Service Contracts through Comparison with Foreign Countries' Cases)

  • 건설기술용역 대가기준이 명확하고 투명해지면, 발주자와 입찰자 입장에서는 용역 투입비용에 대해 예측 및 정산이 가능하며, 실제 업무를 수행하는 엔지니어 입장에서도 실질적인 혜택이 돌아갈 수 있게 된다. 최근 정부는 건설기술용역 국제경쟁력 향상을 위해 그간 사업의 규모와 상관없이 사용해오던 공사비요율방식에 의한 대가산정방식의 사용은 지양하고 점차 실비정액가산 방식으로 개선하고 있다. 그런데 개정된 실비정액가산방식의 대가산정기준을 적용하였을 경우, 기존 방식에 비하여 153%~197% 용역비가 상승하기 때문에, 개정된 대가산정기준 적용에 논란이 없으려면 기존 정산방식이나 정산근거에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 미국, 영국을 비롯한 해외 사례와의 비교 분석을 통하여 2014년 개정된 건설기술용역 대가기준을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 큰 틀에서는 선진국과 같이 실비정액가산방식으로 원가계산방식을 일원화한 것은 매우 중요한 변화이지만, 상세내역계산에서는 해외와 달리 산정방식이 복잡하고, 직접인건비에 일부 간접경비가 포함되어 있으며, 제경비 기술료 등 간접경비를 포괄적으로 인정하여, 경비의 중복산정 문제나 집행내역의 불투명성 문제가 여전히 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 여러 해결방안을 제안하였다.

소프트웨어 운영 대가산정 방식에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Pricing Model for Software Operation)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the calculation method of the software operation pricing proposed by the software business price calculation guide from 'input manpower method' to 'rate calculation method'. The software operation pricing of the input manpower method is not objectively calculated in the domestic IT outsourcing situation where the statistical data based on the activity based estimating is insufficient and it is decided by agreement between the owner and the client. In addition, there was no standard for adjusting the productivity according to the characteristics of the operation service. In order to improve this, an operational correction factor item that can affect the software operation productivity was selected based on foreign and domestic standards, and it was confirmed through the first questionnaire to IT operation managers. In order to determine the level of difficulty of the fixed operational correction factors, the operational correction factor using AHP technique was confirmed through a second questionnaire for pairwise comparison. The operational difficulty calculation table was developed with reference to COCOMO and ITIL standards. Finally, we propose a new pricing scheme that reflects the operating rate. Regression analysis was carried out by collecting the data of the domestic public institutions on the estimated cost and the actual cost calculated from the new rate method software operation pricing. The results of the regression analysis show that the estimated cost and the actual cost are related to each other. Mean magnitude of relative error(MMRE) and PRED[25] analysis were added for accuracy analysis. MMRE and PRED also showed satisfactory results, confirming the possibility of replacing the rate method software operation pricing.

건설공사 사후평가 용역대가기준 개선방안 (A Study on Improving Pricing Criteria for Post-Construction Evaluation)

  • 건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업을 대상으로 수요 공사비 공사기간 기대효과 및 사업관리 내용 등을 준공 이후에 재평가하고, 차후 유사사업 추진 시 그 평가결과를 참고하여 발주청의 시행착오를 줄이기 위한 목적으로 2000년부터 도입되었다. 하지만 용역대가 산정기준이 마련되지 않아 사후평가 용역의 질적 저하 및 분쟁발생의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사후평가 용역데이터를 기반으로 공사비요율방식 및 실비정액가산방식의 용역대가 산정기준을 제시하였다. 용역대가 분석을 위해 기존의 사후평가 용역비와 공사비를 조사하고 공사비요율방식 및 실비정액가산방식을 통해 산출된 용역비를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 실비정액가산방식을 통해 산출한 용역비가 공사비요율방식에 비해 더 정확함을 확인하였다. 실비 정액가산방식은 시설물별 사업특성을 반영할 수 있도록 거리보정계수, 면적보정계수, 통합보정계수 등 다양한 보정계수가 적용되었으며, 선형공사(도로, 철도), 비선형공사 I(주택 산업단지), 비선형공사 II(공항, 항만, 댐, 상하수도), 기타공사로 시설물 구분을 세분화하여 산정기준을 제시하였다.

미국 Green Pricing 프로그램 평가 사례분석 및 시사점 (A Case Study on Green Pricing Program in USA)

  • 미국의 DOE(Department of Energy)산하 EERE(Energy Efficiecy & Renewable Energy)에서 신재생 에너지 프로그램 평가를 하고 있다. 특히 General program evaluation Guide에는 많은 평가기관에서 제안되었던 5가지 방법 중 Outcome 평가는 프로그램의 목적을 얼마나 달성했는지를 측정하는 것으로 일정한 기간이 지난 후 프로그램의 목적을 달성함으로써 얻어지는 결과를 추산함으로써 그 기간 동안 프로그램이 의도했던 목적을 얼마나 잘 수행했는지를 보여준다. 한국에서 시행되고 있는 신재생에너지 보급 프로그램의 성과를 정량화 분석을 통하여 평가할 수 있어 국내 적용성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 미국 에너지부 EERE로부터 지원받아 NREL(National Renewable Energy Laboratory)에서 실행한 Utility Green Pricing 프로그램을 사례 분석하였다. Utility Green Pricing 프로그램은 1993년 시작되었으며 2002년 말 미국 전역의 300여개 시설을 통한 90개의 프로그램을 발전시킴으로써 소비자가 자발적으로 재생에너지 발전을 지원하기 위한 한 방법으로 최근 이런 프로그램 수는 증가하고 있다. 2002년 말 기준으로 국가 전기 사용자의 20%, 대략 270,000명의 소비자가 선택하였고 2002년 290MW급 재생에너지 설비용량과 2003년 140MW급 시설을 담당하였으며 미국 이외에 캐나다, 일본, 호주, 12개 유럽 국가들이 시행하고 있다. 이 프로그램 목표는 어떤 프로그램이 green pricing 프로그램의 소비자 참가와 재생에너지 구매의 최대화를 돕는지를 제공하는 것으로 Data Pool은 90개 프로그램 중 더 이상 실행하지 않는 4개를 제외한 86개로 응답률은 77%였다. 분석대상은 거주자와 비거주자로써 자료는 2003년 초 66개의 green pricing 프로그램의 질문서를 토대로 도출되었다. Green Pricing 프로그램 질문서는 참여, 지난해 판매, 재생에너지 공급, 할 증금(초과 구매력), 프로그램 디자인과 실행, 마케팅, 소비자를 위한 부가서비스 이렇게 총 7부분으로 나누어져있다. 특히 거주자와 비거주자와 참여, 재생에너지 판매량, 프로그램 수명, 사용하는 재생에너지의 종류, 프로그램 가격, 비용 할증료, 프로그램 평가의 종류, 프로그램 마케팅 노력, 참여자에게 제공되는 부수적 가치와 관련된 자료를 모으기 위해 실행되었다. 종속적 변수로 프로그램 유효성 측정과 관련된 비/거주자 참여와 재생에너지 구매를 선택하였으며 독립적 변수로 프로그램 디자인과 마케팅 특징을 들었다. 분석방법으로는 이변성과 다변성 통계적 분석을 이용하였다. 이변성 분석은 쉽게 개별적 독립 변수와 종속변수와의 직접적 관계를 보여주며 다변성 분석은 보다 정확한 영향 산정을 위해 선택한 복합적 독립변수를 이용하였다. 프로그램 유효성 측정을 위해 비/거주자 참여 퍼센트와 재생에너지 구매 퍼센트를 구하였다. 그러나 이 분석에 몇 가지 제한점이 있었다. 소비자 중 국외자의 영향으로 분석에 많은 영향을 주지 않지만 single utility 프로그램은 비거주자참여율과 재생에너지 구매율에 영향을 끼칠 가능성이 있으며 독립/설병변수를 프로그램성공을 위해 거듭 강조하지만 빠지거나 무딘 변수는 여전히 존재한다. 분석 대상이 2002년까지를 대상으로 하기 때문에 시간상의 지체 역시 문제가 될 수 있다. 다중공산성 역시 독립변수간의 상관관계가 나타나면서 발생된다. 하지만 몇 가지 재미있는 결과를 얻어냈다. 프로그램 기간이 소비자 응답에 영향을 미치며 초기 거주고객의 높은 구매력이 지속된다는 것이다. 가격 할증료와 최소 월사용료는 프로그램 성공 초기 결정요인이 되지 않는다. 작은 시설이 성공 달성가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며 비거주자의 사적 이득 제공 역시 성공 강화에 영향을 끼쳤다.

경지정리사업의 확장편익-비용분석 - 충남서산시 지곡지구를 중심으로 - (An Extended Benefit-Cost Analysis of Land Consolidation and On-farm Development Project -With Respect to Jigok Land Consolidation and On-farm Development Project in Seosan, Chungnam Province, Korea-)

  • The economic feasibility analysis including benefit-cost ratio and internal rate of return of a land consolidation and on-farm development project was mainly depended upon the direct benefits and costs arising during project life. Therefore the projects were neglected in allocating the government's financial funds and loans on account of the low economic rate of return of the project. Accordingly the extended benefit-cost analysis method should be introduced and adapted to cover not only the benefit s such as non-market values of environmental and food security fun ct ions of the project but also market values of the project outputs. The main purposes of this study are (1) to prepare a guide line for economic feasibility analysis based on the IBRD and ADB guidelines, (2) to estimate the benefits from productivity increase, labor saving, savings of O&M cost of farm mechanization and project facilities, savings of farmer's burden for their public health, increasing environmental and public functional value of paddy fields, improving food security condition and formation of peaceful and uncontroversial rural society by implementing the land consolidation and on-farm development, (3) to introduce the newly adapted analytical method as the extended benefit cost analysis which could make possible to be included the values of non-market goods such as the food security and the environmental public function of paddy fields. To carry out this study, the existing publications on the guidelines for economic agricultural projects were reviewed and consultation was made with a For the post evaluation study of the land consolidation and on-farm development project, field survey in Jigok and other comparative area were made to get available information. According to the project completion report, Jigok land consolidation and on-farm development project has 55ha of benefit area out of 69ha of gross area. The project was started in November 11th, 2000 and completed october 30th, 2001. The total project costs were amounted to 2,548 million won and the annual project benefits were estimated at 335million won evaluated by domestic market prices. The ERR(Economic Rate of Return) and SRR(Social Rate of Return) of the project based on the shadow pricing system were estimated at 4.4% and 16% respectively. On the other hand, the ERR and SRR based on the domestic market value system were amounted to 6.37% and 14.62%. In conclusion, Korean land consolidation and on-farm development projects have not carried out from the view point of economic rate of return under shadow pricing system but from the view point of domestic pricing system. For the future feasibility studies on land consolidation projects have to be carried out including the non-market values as environmental and food security function of the projects.

Awareness, attitude, and behavior of global and Korean consumers towards vegan fashion consumption - A social big data analysis -

  • This study utilizes social big data to investigate the factors influencing the awareness, attitude, and behavior toward vegan fashion consumption among global and Korean consumers. Social media posts containing the keyword "vegan fashion" were gathered, and meaningful discourse patterns were identified using semantic network analysis and sentiment analysis. The study revealed that diverse factors guide the purchase of vegan fashion products within global consumer groups, while among Korean consumers, the predominant discourse involved the concepts of veganism and ethics, indicating a heightened awareness of vegan fashion. The research then delved into the factors underpinning awareness (comprehension of animal exploitation, environmental concerns, and alternative materials), attitudes (both positive and negative), and behaviors (exploration, rejection, advocacy, purchase decisions, recommendations, utilization, and disposal). Global consumers placed great significance on product-related information, whereas Korean consumers prioritized ethical integrity and reasonable pricing. In addition, environmental issues stemming from synthetic fibers emerged as a significant factor influencing the awareness, attitude, and behavior regarding vegan fashion consumption. Further, this study confirmed the potential presence of cultural disparities influencing overall awareness, attitude, and behavior concerning the acceptance of vegan fashion, and offers insights into vegan fashion marketing strategies tailored to specific cultures, aiming to provide vegan fashion companies and brands with a deeper understanding of their consumer base.

Lifestyle Segmentation: The Comparison of Islamic and Conventional Banking Customers in Indonesia

  • Understanding customer' lifestyles important for banks because it will guide in determining marketing policies, such as services, pricing, service delivery and promotion decisions. From the customer' lifestyle, banks will know what kind of customers' attitudes, interests and opinions, so they also will understand what the costumer' needs and what services needed by them. For Islamic banks, customers understanding are important because, nowadays, the competition of the banks is not only with other Islamic banks but also with the well-established conventional banks offering Islamic products or services The aims of this research paper are to describe what factors underline the customer's lifestyle of both Islamic and conventional bank, to segment the bank customers based on their lifestyles and investigate the profile of each segments, to compare the characteristics of the segments, and to identify marketing policies based on the characteristics. The population of the study is banking customers in Indonesia, in which the researchers have used judgment sampling as sample selection. There were 186 customers of Islamic banks and 244 customers of conventional bank as respondents in this study. Statistical methods employed were exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis. The finding of the study shows that there are twelve factor underlining the customers' lifestyle, namely: factor of fashion conscious, internet usage, sports spectator, financial and technology optimism, price sensitivity, independent, compulsive housekeeper, new brand tryer community activities, opinion leader, credit usage, and homebody. In addition, for Islamic banking, there are two market segments, namely fashionable-independent and innovative-social segment. Based on the lifestyle characteristics, the first segment has higher level in factor of fashion conscious, homebody, independent, optimism and price conscious, which is therefore called fashionable-independent segment. On the other hand, the second cluster has higher level in factor of new brand tryer, community minded, sport spectator, credit user, internet usage, opinion leader, and compulsive housekeeper, which is therefore called the innovative-social segment. Furthermore, for conventional banking, there are also two segments, namely persuasive-optimistic and sensitive-independent segment. The first segment has higher level on some factors, namely: opinion leader, optimism, internet usage rate, credit usage level, sport spectator, and new brand tryer. On the other hand, the second cluster is characterized by higher level in factor of price conscious, confidence, community minded, homebody, fashion conscious, and compulsive housekeeper. Managerial implications for the management of Islamic banks could be identified in this study as follows. Firstly, the twelve lifestyle factors of this study could be an alternative view in observe Islamic banking customers. The domination of both the fashionable conscious and the internet usage factor show that the aspects are quite instrumental in perceiving the customer' lifestyles, in which reflects the importance of these two aspects to customers. Secondly, in serving their customers, Islamic banks need to understand the customer lifestyle, in which the lifestyle segments found in this study provide a guide of how their needs were reflected. Finally, by understanding the segments and the characteristics each segment of the conventional banks, Islamic banks could adjust their marketing strategies differently from the conventional banks.

지역문화행사를 통한 전통산물 판매활성화 방안 (Promoting the Sales of Regional Specialty Products through Local Festivals in Rural Korea)

  • Local fairs are often part of the economic development strategy of rural areas. This study aims to find out marketing strategies for promoting the sales of regional specialty products through local festivals in rural Korea. The data were collected in late 2003 (from a sample of interviews and surveys from 351 visitors. The data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program. The results were as follows; First, the factors that visitors were considered in purchasing were quality (49.5%), commemorative value (36.9%), and reliability (33.0%). And the top reasons cited for not buying were lack of distinction (45.1%) and high prices (26.6%). The discount rates expected in markets was 16.8%. Second, 49.8% of visitors has spent over 10,000 won and their purchase pattern has been for themselves and their family. Third, the public organizations for certi(ication for visitors were the National Agricultural Cooperative Fedration (37.9%) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) (22.5%). In conclusion, it was important for local stakeholders to provide more locally-manufactured, seasonal and traditional food, and to plan more locally characteristic events for their fairs. Further recommendations have included having a guide showing pricing and quality standards for products bought at rural fairs, developing product ideas for inducing impulse purchases, active promotion and marketing at event sites, and setting a standard system of warranties on products under the certification of the local authorities and with the financial support of the MAF Such recommendations were aimed at increasing the sale of traditional and regional specialty products at local festivals.

An Efficient Game Theory-Based Power Control Algorithm for D2D Communication in 5G Networks

  • Device-to-Device (D2D) communication is one of the enabling technologies for 5G networks that support proximity-based service (ProSe) for wireless network communications. This paper proposes a power control algorithm based on the Nash equilibrium and game theory to eliminate the interference between the cellular user device and D2D links. This leadsto reliable connectivity with minimal power consumption in wireless communication. The power control in D2D is modeled as a non-cooperative game. Each device is allowed to independently select and transmit its power to maximize (or minimize) user utility. The aim is to guide user devices to converge with the Nash equilibrium by establishing connectivity with network resources. The proposed algorithm with pricing factors is used for power consumption and reduces overall interference of D2Ds communication. The proposed algorithm is evaluated in terms of the energy efficiency of the average power consumption, the number of D2D communication, and the number of iterations. Besides, the algorithm has a relatively fast convergence with the Nash Equilibrium rate. It guarantees that the user devices can achieve their required Quality of Service (QoS) by adjusting the residual cost coefficient and residual energy factor. Simulation results show that the power control shows a significant reduction in power consumption that has been achieved by approximately 20% compared with algorithms in [11].
