조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 활용한 녹색 공공건축물 조성의 비용지불의사액 추정에 관한 연구 (A study on the WTP estimates of green public buildings by the Contingent Valuation Method)

  • 본 현재 우리나라 온실가스 배출은 2020년까지 BAU 대비 30% 감축을 목표로 하고 있으며, 이를 위해 정부는 다양한 온실가스 감축 정책을 추진 중에 있다. 특히 공공건축물에서의 온실가스 감축 효과는 현재 활발한 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 공공건축물은 시민들의 세금으로 운영되고 관리된다는 점에서 에너지효율 개선을 통한 온실가스 감축이 반드시 요구되기 때문이다. 이러한 배경에 따라, 본 연구는 공공건축물을 실질적으로 이용하는 주민이 어느 정도 수준에서 비시장 재화에 대해 환경적 가치 판단을 갖고 있는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 초기제시금액 중 금액이 높아질수록 응답자의 지불의 사가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지불여부에 따른 2차 제시금액도 마찬가지의 결과를 보였다. 또한 이중양분선택형 CVM의 분석에 따르면 소득 수준은 비용지불의사에 양(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나 이외에 변수들은 별다른 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 녹색 공공건축물 조성에 있어 더 효과적인 온실가스 감축 정책을 추진하기 위해서는 지역주민의 참여가 반드시 필요한 것으로 보인다.

해상풍력발전의 에너지단가(COE)절감 시나리오 연구 (Study on Cost of Energy(COE) Reduction Scenario of Korean Offshore Wind Power)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive COE reduction targets of offshore wind power in Korea. In addition, innovation factors for achieving the COE reduction targets were derived. Also the COE reduction targets of offshore wind power was to improve that national policy, technology, industry and improving regulations would like to help. The results of this study has been created based on the various assumptions, scenarios and experts' discussions. Currently, offshore wind power generation price is 229.72won/kWh in 2012. According to the study, COE of offshore wind power has been proposed 88.8won/kWh at third scenario by 2030. This result has shown competitiveness with fossil fuel power generation.

환경 쿠즈네츠 가설하의 일인당 이산화탄소 배출량의 에너지 가격 탄력성 추정 (Estimation of Energy Price Elasticity of per Capita CO2 Emissions under Environmental Kuznets Hypothesis)

  • 화석연료를 중심으로 한 에너지 가격의 상승 추세가 이산화탄소 배출의 자연스러운 감축에 미치는 영향을 파악해 보기 위해, 본 논문은 일인당 이산화탄소 배출량의 에너지 가격에 대한 탄력성을 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 OECD 29개국의 1978년에서 2009년까지의 패널 자료를 구축하였으며, 환경 쿠즈네츠 가설을 검증하기 위한 추정 모형을 이용하였다. 추정 결과, 실질 에너지 가격지수가 1% 상승할 때, 일인당 이산화탄소 배출량은 0.26 ~ 0.31% 가량 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 탄력성의 크기는 이산화탄소 배출량의 감축 목표 설정에 있어 서 향후 예상되는 에너지 가격의 지속적 상승의 영향을 감안해야 함을 시사한다. 아울러 에너지 가격 변화의 영향을 고려하여 추정된 환경 쿠즈네츠 곡선의 존재 역시 강건하고 유의하게 확인되었으며, 그 소득 전환점은 모형설정에 따라 22,200 ~ 48,500달러의 범위에 놓이는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

한국거주 외국인 채식주의자의 한국음식 선호도 및 한식선택속성 (Survey of Preferences and Choice in Korean Cuisine of Foreigners who are Vegetarian)

  • Korean food is being recognized for its excellence. This paper attempts to provide material for the popularization of Korean cuisine with respect to foreign nationals living in Korea who are vegetarian by studying their Korean cuisine knowledge and preferences. The results of an Importance-Performance Analysis showed that though the importance values of traditional spice use such as garlic and the consideration of ingredient price were high, their performance values were low. Thus, these were areas identified as needing major improvement. Repeated measured data analysis was performed to determine variations in the perception of major factors for the development of Korean cuisine. The results indicated that simplification of seasoning was the most important factor followed by diversification of food ingredients, resale of vegetables in small quantities, ease of obtaining Korean cuisine recipes, and popularization of herbal and temple food, in that order. The least important factor in developing Korean cuisine was determined to be the reduction in levels of salt. Conjoint analysis was performed on the choices affection the selection of Korean cuisine, and price was found to be the most important factor. It was also determined that the effectiveness in the combination of fusion style, health oriented, concurrently served, medium to low price Korean cuisine was highest in preference. The next highest preferred combination was traditional style, health oriented, concurrently served, medium to low price Korean cuisine. The most significant factor to keep in mind in developing Korean dishes for foreign vegetarians was determined to be price. Furthermore, it was important to not simply reduce caloric intake but to use healthy ingredients and cooking methods.

경제성을 고려한 CER 적정 발행가격 분석 (An Analysis on the Optimal Level of Primary CER Price Regard as Economic Feasibility)

  • CER 유통가격은 시장의 거래가격을 모니터링 함으로써 파악할 수 있으나 CER 발행가격을 알기 위해서는 개별 청정개발체제(CDM) 사업에 대한 투자비용을 통해 직접 추정하는 방법밖에는 없다. CER 적정 발행가격을 추정하기 위해서는 실물옵션(Real Option)의 개념을 도입해야 한다. 배출권가격의 불확실성을 고려한 CDM 사업 투자의 최적 시점은 투자를 촉발하는 배출권가격의 수준으로 정의된다. 본 연구는 경제성을 고려한 CER 적정 발행가격의 수준을 분석하는 것과 발행가격을 추정하는 과정에서 도출된 가격, 물량 자료를 통해 CER 공급곡선을 추정하는 데 목적이 있다. 우선 분석모형에 배출권가격의 불확실성을 반영하여 적정 CER 가격 수준을 도출한다. CER의 적정 가격은 CDM 사업이 가능한 손익분기점 수준과, CDM 사업 투자를 1년 지연시켰을 때의 옵션가치를 고려할 경우의 손익분기점 수준으로 나누어 분석한다. 다음으로는 CDM 사업이 가능한 손익분기점을 만족하는 CER 발행가격을 가지고 공급곡선을 추정하고, 이 공급곡선 추정 식에 발행가격 수준을 대입하는 시뮬레이션 추정을 통해 공급의 가격탄력성을 계측한다.

베이지안 동태확률일반균형모형을 이용한 유가충격 및 에너지 소비구조 전환의 효과분석 (A Study on the Effects of Oil Shocks and Energy Efficient Consumption Structure with a Bayesian DSGE Model)

  • 본 연구는 유가충격 및 에너지절감유도정책충격의 효과를 고려할 수 있는 베이지안 동태확률일반균형모형의 구축을 통해 이들 외생적 충격들의 역할과 함께 현재 우리나라에서 진행 중인 고효율 에너지 소비구조로의 전환이 유발시키는 경제적 효과에 관해 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 유가상승충격은 소비, 고용, 투자 및 산출량에 부정적 효과를 주었으며, 자본 1단위당 에너지 소비량 절감을 유발시키는 에너지절감유인정책충격은 에너지 소비량의 절감과 함께 소비, 고용, 투자 및 산출량에 긍정적 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 분산분해 결과는 유가충격이 설비가동률, 에너지 소비량 및 산출량의 단기적 총 변동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 에너지절약정책충격 역시 기술충격과 유가충격에 비해 그 크기와 지속성 면에서 미미한 수준이나, 이들 변수들의 단기적 총 변동을 일정부분 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 석유소비의 비중 축소 및 에너지 소비의 효율성 증대는 유가충격이 주는 부정적 효과를 약화시켜, 이와 같은 에너지 소비구조의 전환이 유가변동의 충격을 축소시키고 있다는 최근의 논의들과 부합됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The bearer of the power sector's ETS compliance cost is power consumer for the following reasons. Firstly, power companies are constrained in establishing appropriate strategies to comply with ETS regulations due to the structural differences between the domestic power market and emission trading system. In other words, because power companies do not have a right to determine price and production of electricity, they have to compete with other companies under disadvantaged conditions in the emission trading market. Secondly, because ETS compliance cost is part of power production costs as it is also clearly written in the national greenhouse gas reduction road-map and the second energy supply plan, the cost should be included in power price following the power market operation rule. Thirdly, the most effective method to reduce carbon emissions in power sector is to reduce power demand, which is efficiently achieved through raising power price to a realistic level. Low power price in Korea is the major cause of rising power demand which is also the major cause of rising GHG emission. Therefore, power sector's ETS compliance cost should be included in power price to encourage power consumers' actions on reducing power consumption. Fourthly, when externality cost occurs in the process of delivering public services, usually beneficiary pay principle is applied to identify the cost bearer. Since electricity is one representative public good, the bearer of power sector's ETS compliance cost is power consumer.

  • This study reviews the scientific management theories and discusses those theories within the food service industry. By providing the principles and the practical implications of the theories on the food service industry, this study tries to identify their philosophies and usefulness to the industry so that the managers in the industry use them in their dylmanic operations. In the fastly changing modern globalized world, we now face a situation where it's becoming more and more difficult to mange a restaurant business. In order to build a food industry business that can maintain a continuous development in today's business environment, one will have to apply the professional management theory in a cost-reduce strategy. It is more important though to have managers, organization members, in short, any person who can work to be motivated in accomplishing these two major issues-income increase and cost reduction. In this erawhere it's getting so difficult for researches on possible strategies for these business managers to overcome their difficulties. It is for certain that in the upcoming second millenium the travel and tourism industry will be one of the world's biggest industry worldwide. Korea's hotel industry has developed since the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and has shown great amount of competition within the same business. Thus managers have become acquainted with the "know-how" strategy and the practical and scientific managemnet theories were introduced. This helped not only to increase income but also to maximize profit. However, rather than concentration on the "Hard-ware" aspect "Soft-ware" related professional management strategies were developed along with professionalism and human service were emphazied. As such, the actual cost of food and beverages are for the hotel industry business managers the biggest shortterm expense item. Due to the natural state of food items, there is a great chance of "Loss" in preservance, and this is the reason it is complicated to effectively maintain food. As a consequence, very often, the failure to managea hotel or restaurant depends on the capability of the food and beverage preservance mangement: on how they are able to manage effectively the original price of food and beverage. Finally, the main problem of the original price management of food and beverage in Korean hotels are: a) No fixation of set price b) The difficulty to calculate the price difference between a set price and an original price. c) Lack of professinalism in managing the food and beverage original price. d) Lack of perception of the highest ranking management personnels. So as to reform these matters it is necessary to : a) Reform on the management accounting system b) Emphasize to the people in charge on the idea of original price management c) Reinforce original price mangement prevention and assurance of indepedent inspection rights d) Reat manpower

  • This paper is written to analyze systematically the varieties of informations about cooking stream procedure on the basis of the basic theory of installation and arrangement such as SLP(Systemic Layout Planning) and to deduce the plan for the device, installation and arrangement suitable to cooking stream procedure. Through the substantial improvement in the modeling of hotel L, the optimization of the capacity of installation and arrangement, and the reduction of food resource stream and its movement and through the analysis of cooking stream procedure by disposing and dividing the main kitchen into three individual ones, the improvement of productivity in comprehensive cookery such as the specialization and equalization of cooking procedure and improvement effect of the price-reduction. Moreover, as for the problem of arrangement of installation, it was displayed that the effect went up to twice through the flexible production-related systems such as the improvement of arrangement, reduction of cooking preparation time, the standardization of cookery.

  • More and more medium and small enterprises do business across the world according to generalization of online shopping mall such as eBay and Amazon. But high export and import transportation cost make weak the price competitive power of medium and small enterprises products. Then this paper deals with the development of new business model which can reduce the transportation cost for global logistics through efficiently overcoming the constraints as length, size, and weight of product. We explain this model with application for company which export the automobile parts. We can expect the transportation cost reduction by 50%.
