Background: Radiation accidents having occurred in recent containing the accident in Fukushima nuclear power plants of Japan were resulted to the increase in some public concern, anxiety and confusion for radiation or nuclear safety. The public anxiety for radiation is not being decreased though the announcements done in radiation research institutes in Korea. Therefore, this study aims at providing an effective system for radiation publicity to the public members by the clipping analysis for the radiation articles reported in the media. And, the relation between those radiation issues and the radiation perception to the public members is analyzed. Materials and Methods: The radiation articles reported by them in 2013 and 2014 have been collected, and they are then classified with the article characteristic, field and tendency. Classified articles have been reviewed by dividing as two year. The 210 articles have been compared for their tendencies, characteristics and fields by year reported, and their characteristic comparison by reported year are then reviewed. Results and Discussion: Though the frequency that the radiological accidents have occurred in worldwide is far low compared to the accidental frequencies occurred in the general industrial fields, the radiation perception is being still deteriorated because of its special problem, which is defined as exposure, contamination or radioactivity, about radiation. The basic principles for radiation communication were suggested for preventing some unnecessary misunderstanding due to the variation of understanding for radiation issues. Conclusion: It is necessary to perform a variety of strategies for the publicity in improving the radiation perception, to build a relationship with the press or the media and then to consistently interact with them. Radiation communication must be performed by radiation experts or complete charge department, and must be consistently performed and be taken predictable patterns.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to analyze the news articles related to Korean Medicine(KM) and compare trends in news reports from 2018 to 2022. Method : News articles related to KM were collected through the BigKinds, the news bigdata service of the Korea Press Foundation. News reports from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022 were searched. 2,950 news articles out of a total of 12,497 met the inclusion criteria. First, quantitative changes in media coverage were analyzed by year, media outlet, and month. For qualitative analysis, two authors independently coded the content of news articles, discussed them until consensus, and consulted with a third researcher to classify them. In addition, keywords extracted by the BigKind's Topic Rank algorithm were compared and analyzed in each year. Results : The number of news articles on KM decreased by 42% in 2022 compared to 2018. Over a fiveyear period, the Naeil Shinmun reported the most on KM among newspapers, while the Hankyoreh did the least. Among broadcasters, YTN reported the most and SBS did the least. When analyzing the reports by category, the most common was 'treatment', followed by 'prevention' and 'scientification'. As a result of extracting keywords with high weight and frequency, 'immunity' and 'immune system' ranked the first and second in 2018, while 'COVID 19' and 'medical law violation' did in 2022. Conclusion : The decrease in media reports on KM during the COVID-19 epidemic period seems to be due to the limited role of KM in responding to infectious diseases, and efforts to expand the scope of KM can induce increased media reports and social interest.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라 국민들의 주요 관심 교육정책인 '고교학점제' 관련 언론기사들을 한국언론재단의 빅카인즈(BIGKinds) 시스템을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 1월 1일부터 2019년 11월 30일까지 기간을 설정한 후, 총 54개 언론사의 '고교학점제' 관련기사들을 추출하였다. 그 다음, 추출된 '고교학점제' 관련 기사들을 대상으로 뉴스트렌드 분석, 네트워크 지도 구현, 핵심어 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시 등의 연구과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구결과는 '고교학점제'의 정책 진행 과정성의 과제 및 쟁점들을 해결하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

언론은 국민적인 공감대와 여론을 형성하며, 특정 쟁점을 집중적으로 보도하면서 사회적 영향력을 발휘하는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지금까지 기록관리학계에서 시도되지 않고 있는 언론보도 분석을 통해 지난 14년간(1998년-2011년) 공공기록관리 제도의 형성과 변화과정에서 중요하게 다뤄진 쟁점들은 무엇이고, 이들 각 쟁점이 언론에서 어떻게 보도되고, 기사에 등장하는 정보원을 파악하여 누가 해당 쟁점에 대해 적극적으로 대응하고 확산해왔는지 분석하는 것에 목적을 두었다.

디지털 시대에 개인의 프라이버시 및 인격권 보호를 위해 잊힐 권리(the right to be forgotten)를 보장해야 한다는 주장이 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 본 논문은 유럽에서 촉발된 잊힐 권리에 대한 논의가 개인정보보호를 중심으로 링크 삭제 청구권이라는 법적 권리로 구체화된 반면, 한국에서 진행되고 있는 잊힐 권리 관련 논의가 언론 기사로 인한 개인의 인격권 침해 전반에 대한 피해 구제 차원으로 확대되면서 기사 삭제 청구권을 포함하는 법적 권리로 변용돼 논의되는 상황에 주목했다. 이에 본 논문은 잊힐 권리의 개념 및 그 보호법익을 해외 사례를 통해 파악한 후, 국내의 표현의 자유 규제 법률들을 살펴봄으로써 현재 추진되고 있는 기사 삭제 청구권 신설의 타당성을 검토했다. 한국은 헌법 21조 4항, 정보통신망법, 형법상의 명예훼손죄와 모욕죄, 민사상 명예훼손 손해배상 규정, 언론중재법, 공직선거법, 방송통신심의위원회의 심의, 대법원 판례 등으로 인격권과 명예훼손을 구제하는 법망이 해외에 비해 꽉 짜여 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 여기에 추가해 언론중재법에 기사 삭제 청구권을 신설하는 것은, 링크 삭제 청구권을 인정하지만 언론 기사 자체를 삭제하지는 않는 세계적 추세와 결을 달리할 뿐 아니라, 상충하는 법익들을 비교형량할 때 표현의 자유를 심대하게 침해할 위험이 크다고 주장한다.

본 연구는 신문 기사에서의 드론과 범죄에 관한 이슈를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국언론재단의 온라인 뉴스 아카이브인 빅카인즈에서 1990년 1월 1일부터 2021년 5월 1일 기간 동안 11개 중앙지와 28개의 지역 종합지의 '드론'과 '범죄' 조건에 맞는 1,213건의 신문기사를 수집하였다. 그중 117개의 핵심 키워드를 대상으로 키워드빈도, 중심성분석, 네트워크 구조 구축, CONCOR 분석, 밀도 매트릭스 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 주요 이슈는 8개로 분류되었으며 신문 기사 속의 드론과 범죄에 관한 보도 분석을 통해 국민의 사생활 보호와 불법 촬영 예방, 항행 안전 확보, 사회적 치안 유지와 해결, 테러와 전쟁 등에 관한 정부의 정책 수립과 사회적 문제점들이 중점적으로 논의되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 드론과 범죄에 관련한 인문사회학적 연구 분야의 확장을 시도하며, 구체적으로 드론 관련 범죄에 대한 현황과 대책을 정책적 함의와 언론적 함의로 제언하였다.

프레스 금형의 가공 및 제작 공정의 자동화란 불필요한 반복 작업을 피하여 시간을 절약하고 표준 품질의 가공물을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 자동화의 범위는 3차원 금형설계, 머시닝 센터, 와이어 컷 방전가공, 도면작업까지를 포함하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 컨트롤박스제어 센서에 사용되는 Irp브라켓으로 3차원 금형설계 후에 동일한 환경에서 프레스 금형의 가공 및 제작 공정 자동화에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다.

이 연구에서는 1990년부터 2018년까지 29년간의 도서관을 주제로 한 뉴스 기사 37,818 건을 대상으로 양적 분석과 내용분석을 통해 도서관에 대한 언론 보도 경향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 시기별, 주제별, 언론사 유형별 기준에 따라 언론 보도의 양적 변화 추이를 분석한 후, 키워드 빈도 분석과 언어 네트워크 분석을 통해 시기별 보도 내용의 변화 추이와 기사에 내재된 언론 프레임을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 언론은 도서관의 정보제공 기능과 교육적 기능, 그리고 문화적 기능에 주된 관심을 보였으며, 언론의 관심 주제 변화 추이는 사서직 처우 문제를 제외하고는 대체적으로 도서관계 이슈의 변화 추이와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 언론이 도서관 기사 보도에 대해 취하는 주된 태도는 보도기능과 광고기능인 것으로 나타났다.

This study aimed to observe trends in the literature on research, development, and innovation management in the energy sector, using performance assessment systems. The paper presented a bibliometric analysis of 40 studies on the subject. These materials come from ScienceDirect, Scopus and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) databases from 2006 to 2016. The results showed an increasing trend in the number of publications on the theme, showing the scientific community's interest in the subject. In addition, it was verified that the predominant language used to write the publications was English, the country that most published articles in the area was Brazil and most of the articles were produced through collaboration between researchers. It was found that the journal with the greatest number of publications on the subject was the Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences, while the Expert Systems with Applications journal presented the article with the greatest number of citations. This analysis allowed us to identify important points of the research and its future directions, in addition to enabling a better understanding of the world trend of the subject approached.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to devise a way of the dental hygienist to explore the articles of dental hygienist that were presented in the newspaper during the recent 3 years of Korea. Methods : This study is to examine dental hygienist articles with content analysis in the KINDS(Korean Integrated News Database System) of the Korean Press Foundation. Data were gathered from the printed newspaper of Korea over a period of 3 years - 1 March, 2005 to 30 March 2008. News reports, comments and letters to the editor were analysed, which revealed an image of dental hygienist that we would like to explore and debate. The obtained data from the frequency, percentage, chi-squared test between categories after inter-coder reliability test (reliability 0.96). Results : The articles of dental hygienist according to type of newspaper, 'local newspaper' showed higher frequency than 'metropolitan newspaper'. It mix '치과위생사'(42.3%), '치위생사'(49.4%), and '위생사'(3.9%) in use of name. The article pattern, 'news' 40.0%, 'information commentary' 18.3%, 'interview man' 15.8%, 'special news' 14.2% in metropolitan newspaper, then, 'news' 72.6%, 'information commentary' 23.2% in local newspaper (p<0.05). Most plenty of subject is 'administration system', and then 'celebration', 'publicity'. It showed 'seoul' was 'information commentary', 'country' was 'administration system', 'whole' was 'legal duty', 'unrelated area' was 'social living' in the topic of article according to newsbeat(p<0.05). Conclusions : These results suggest that it is necessary to publicity name, duty of dental hygienist in metropolitan newspaper officially.
