본 연구는 1997년부터 1998년까지 서울시 관할구역 안의 토양오염 실태를 파악하기 위하여 설치한 측정망 90개 지점에서 토양 시료를 채취하여 분석하였다. 이 연구는 토양측정망 내의 BTEX농도를 Purge & Trap방법으로 측정, 분석하였다. 결과로서는 서울시내의 90개 지점 모두 BTEX가 검출되었다. BTEX의 1998년 최소, 최대 평균농도는 각각 0.047mg/kg, 2.618mg/kg, 0.437mg/kg 이었으며 90개 지점모두 토양환경보전법의 토양오염 우려기준(공장 산업지역)보다 낮은 농도를 나타내었다.

From the ancient times, herbs, animals and minerals were used as natural medicine to cure human disease in diverse ways. One of the representative forms in oral intake is decoction. But medicinal decoction degenerates as time passes just as all foods do by the environmental factors, such as micro-organism, enzyme, light and the air. Nowadays, as medicinal decoctions are kept in bottles and retort pouch for longtime, some standard data for preservation is necessary. In order to measure the standard statistics for safe preservation, Youngsunjetongeum used to treat rheumatism, and gout 'were used. According to this experiment which measured pH, specific gravity, analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory effect, the results were as follows: 1. No remarkable change was found in pH and in the specific gravity of decoction. 2. As for the analgesic effect induced by acetic acid in mice, no remarkable decrease in its medicinal efficacy was found, until the 9th day, but it showed in its medicinal efficacy from the 11th day. 3. As for the resultant anti-inflammatory effect caused by vascular permeability, induced by carrageenin and acetic acid, no remarkable decrease in its medicinal efficacy was found until the 9th day, but showed decrease in its medicinal efficacy from 11th day. In conclusion, keeping the natural medicinal decoction more than 9 days should be avoided.

In this paper, we analyze the current phenomenon of child abuse crimes based on the information gathered by the National Child Protection Agency. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the seriousness of child abuse by biological parents based on the analyzed information and propose measures against it. Comprehensive and integrated measures are needed for child abuse committed by biological parents due to abuse concealment, continuity of damage, and inactive national intervention by considering punishment on attackers through national intervention, fundamental in-depth psychological counseling, therapeutic care, promoting recovery of victims, and ultimately continuous and regular management and monitoring as a long-terms measure. To do so, developing customized and individual educational programs and make them obligations can be first presented to identify child abuse in advance and build up preventive systems based on the principle of family preservation. In addition, problems should be addressed at a fundamental level by performing various and active therapeutic treatments such as psychological treatment, mental treatment, or drug treatment gradually and through phases for biological parents who commit child abuse and contributing to recovering the relationship. Furthermore, proper protection and treatment service should be provided to children victimized by abuse by extending professional children care facilities and adopting the professional family commission system as measures by separating family.

본 연구는 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 경기도 부천 소재의 H 병원에 입원한 20명의 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 중재 전과 후 상지 기능과 삶의 질을 평가하기 위해 뇌졸중 기능회복 평가, 운동 활동 지표, 뇌졸중 영향 척도, 캐나다 작업 수행 평가, EQ-5D를 사용하였다. 대상자들을 무작위 할당하여 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련을 시행한 실험군 10명과 보존적 작업치료를 시행한 대조군 10명으로 할당하였다. 중재 후, 두 그룹 모두 상지 기능의 향상을 보였으며, 중재 전과 후 운동 활동 지표, EQ-5D 평균 변화량 비교에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 캐나다 작업 수행 평가 결과 다림질하기, 빨래 널기, 수건 접기 활동이 대조군에 비해 실험군이 수행도, 만족도의 향상을 보였다. 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 삶의 질 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 이러한 연구 결과는 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련을 만성 뇌졸중 환자에게 임상적 중재로 활용하는 근거가 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 매장문화재 보존형 역사공원의 설계 여건으로서 관련 법규와 제도를 고찰한 후, 비지정문화재를 보존조치한 능곡선사유적공원, 안산신길역사공원, 용죽역사공원에 대한 사례 연구를 진행하여 설계 양상을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역사공원 관련 법규에 따르면 유적지의 보존과 활용을 동시에 만족시켜야 하고, 역사관련시설공간, 광장, 휴게공간, 운동공간, 교육문화공간, 편익공간을 도입할 수 있다. 둘째, 매장문화재의 보존만 강조한 공간구성과 동선 체계에 의해서 유구보존공간과 기능적 공간들이 격리되고, 주변 토지이용을 고려한 이용행태를 수용하지 않아서 역사공원의 효용성이 적었다. 셋째, 건축적 방식의 노출 현지보존, 움집 재현, 복토 현지보존 후 철쭉이나 석재로 수혈주거지 위치를 표시하는 소극적 유구보존방식과 관람 위주의 활용으로 인하여 역사공원의 정체성이 약했다. 넷째, 이용자 접근을 막는 울타리가 유구의 체험을 방해하고, 노출된 유구의 상부를 보호하는 수직 구조물이 역사공원의 경관을 압도하였다. 다섯째, 매장문화재 정보를 전달하는 안내판에 전문용어 위주의 텍스트와 발굴 사진만 제시하여 유구 공간을 이해하기 어려웠다.

본 연구는 자연유산의 미래의 수요자인 대학생들을 대상으로 천연기념물, 명승으로 대별되는 자연유산과 국 도립공원, 생태 경관보전지역과 같은 유사 개념을 얼마만큼 올바르게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보고, 보존 중요성 등 태도차원에서 각 개념 간의 경쟁구조를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 보존의 중요도는 '천연기념물>생태 경관보전지역>국 도립공원>명승'의 순으로 나타나 천연기념물보다는 명승을 상대적으로 덜 보존적으로 인식하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 순천만, 설악산, 창녕 우포늪, 홍도, 독도, 문경새재, 한라산, 성산일출봉, 영월 고씨굴, 태안 신두리 해안사구 포함 관광명소 10개소를 대상으로 자연유산 유형을 올바르게 인식하고 있는지를 대응분석한 결과, 전반적으로 응답자들은 자연유산에 대한 개념을 바르게 인식하고 있지 않다는 것을 파악할 수 있었으며, 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있도록 인식제고 프로그램 마련이 필요하다. 다차원 척도법을 활용하여 자연유산 유사개념 경쟁구조(유사성)를 파악한 결과, 포지셔닝 맵에서 천연기념물과 명승이 비교적 멀리 떨어져 나타난 것을 볼 때 각기 차별화되는 방문자 관리가 요구된다. 포지셔닝 맵 상에 나타난 자연유산 유사개념 경쟁구조와 각 개념에 대한 태도를 구성하는 속성결합의 결과를 살펴보면, 자연유산을 비롯한 네 개념 모두가 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않은 것으로 보아 향후 차별화된 홍보전략이 필요하다. 응답자들도 자연유산을 활용보다는 보존의 대상으로 생각하는 경향이 있는 것으로 파악되며, 다양한 관리주체 때문에 천차만별인 관리 수준을 체계화할 필요가 있다고 여겨진다.

The dried persimmons is produced fungi and develop browning, hardening in circulation at normal temperature. To resolve such problem in commercial value preservation, the research was conducted to measure the quality changes of dreid persimmons depending on pre-treatments and packagings at low temperature ($0^{\circ}C$) during 6 month storage. The rate of weigh loss, fungi, browning, hardening, surface chromaticity were changed a little in the "Cinnamon" pre-treatment and N/LDPE.

Recently, to the development of a highly information-oriented society to a large increase in dependence on power, Accordingly, it is need that active development and spread of preservation technology on accident prevention in operation electrical equipment. However, to lack of the use on maintenance technology of power equipment and to increase of power usage is growing deterioration of power equipment, this is a cause on casualties, property damage and the occurrence of disasters is a growing. GIS equipments which are operated from domestic except the equipment which manages from the big business are depend on a most visual inspection, and do inspection method or measuring instrument etc. a condition which is not supplied widely. Currently, many to measure instrument used in domestic is very expensive or foreign, it will be able to substitute this, the development necessity of the diagnosis technique and the measuring instrument is demanded.

The rate of weight loss, fungi, browning, hardening were changed a little in the low temperature($0^{\circ}C$) storage and N/LDPE.

The culture property which is designated with the domestic national treasure and the treasure does not manage protection or preservation as value of culture property of national form. South Gate which is a national treasure class culture property (Soong le) put on the large calamity which is lost with this fire. This thesis intends to understand the aspects of security danger from the research on actual condition of safety supervision department in cultural properties of Korea and propose security plans against disasters to cultural properties through the comparative study with Japan which is advanced nation of culture property prevention of disaster.
