현재 우리나라 대학 교육환경은 내외의 많은 변화와 위기에 대하여 적극적이고 능동적으로 대응하지 않으면 안될 어려운 상황에 처해 있다. 이러한 현실을 극복하고 대학의 위상을 재정립하는 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 UI(University Identity)나 CI(College Identity)를 도입하여 현재의 이미지를 수정하거나 재창조하는 노력이 대학 경영에 있어서 중요한 요소로 인식되어 지고 있다. 그러나 UI나 CI는 교육기관이라고 하는 대학의 특성상 경직되고 강한 느낌을 갖고 있으며 그 층용에 있어서도 융통성의 결여로 변화하는 시대적 흐름에 유연하게 대응하지 못하는 결점을 드러내고 있다. 이러한 운용의 경직성과 이미지 전달의 제약을 극복하고 다양성, 친근감, 세련된 감각을 전달할 수 있는 Image Mark를 개발하여 대학이 목표하는 미래지향적 이미지를 부드럽고 친근하게 교육수요자들에게 전달함으로써 대학의 경쟁력 강화에 그 역할을 충실히 하고자 한다. 더불어 대학 이미지를 부드럽고 효과적으로 전달하고 적극적 홍보수단으로 활용하기 위하여 캐릭터도 함께 개발하였다.

It is widely known that the public library in Korea has not been developed as a social agency which makes communication process possible. The public library in Korea just plays a role of the public study room for students using their own books. There is almost no public libraries in the sense of an open collection of comprehensive materials designed for use by anyone who seeks information. This study starts from this situation. It aims at identifying the present stage of the development of public libraries in Korea through investigating librarians' consciousness in their everyday lives. For this, a case study method is used for investingating, collecting and organizing the 'discourse' of librarians in Pusan and Kyongsangnamdo area. Major suggestions include : First of all, it is most important for public library reformation to eradicate the 'conservatism' in the consciousness of librarians in their everyday lives. So, it is essential to collect their life stories in various library conditions, and make them public discourse of librarians. Secondly, the professional organization should play a role to unify the librarians. For this role, it should maintain a R&D department and strengthen PR programs. Thirdly, Researchers who study Library and Information Science in Korea should be always concerned with the real-life context in the field. The most important type of research in our third world situation is the one that is based on the present stage of the development of our own libraries and the real library situation in the field.

교통사고 발생시 119구급대의 신속한 사고현장 도착이 사고심도 감소에 가장 중요한 역할을 한다. 교통사고가 발생하여 부상자가 심정지후 4분이 경과하면 뇌손상이 시작되고 10분이 경과하면 사망할 가능성이 높은 것으로 조사되고 있다. 이에 따라 119구급대의 설치 고려시 교통사고 발생지역까지 통행시간을 고려하여 위치를 결정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 119구급대의 위치를 결정하는 방안에 대해서 기존 location theory를 검토하여 SCLM과 minisum location theory를 상호활용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 또한 기존 minisum location theory를 적용할 경우 최대통행시간($\lambda$)보다 통행 시간이 증가하는 경우가 발생할수 있는 문제점을 개선한 수정 minisum location theory를 제안한다. 수정 minisum location theory를 적용할 경우 모든 수요를 최대거리($\lambda$)내에 도착하면서 수요량과 통행시간에 대해서 최적화된 119구급대의 위치를 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라 상장기업과 코스닥기업을 중심으로 인적자원 아웃소싱 정도의 실태조사를 통하여 그 현황을 파악하는데 1차적 목적을 두었으며, 상장기업과 코스닥기업의 인적자원 아웃소싱의 활성화에 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 필요한 자료 수집을 위해 2005년 8연 1일부터 2006년 3월 31일까지 조직단위로 상장기업 650개, 코스닥기업 850개 총 1,500개 기업체에 대해 인적자원 아웃소싱에 관한 설문조사를 행하였다. 현황분석에 관한 연구결과 의하면 첫째, 인적자원 아웃소싱이 도입된 분야는 교육훈련이 가장 높으며, 다음은 인사 정보시스템, 임직원 모집과 선발 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인적자원 아웃소싱으로 외부에 이전되는 업무는 복잡하고 특수한 업무인 기획 및 설계기능 보다는 일상적이고 정형적인 업무로써 위험부담이 없는 진행 및 운영기능이 먼저 외부화 되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공한다. 첫째, 인적자원 아웃소싱 정도가 아직 다른 영역 보다 상대적으로 낮으며 활성화를 위한 전략적 운영이 필요하다. 둘째, 인적자원 아웃소싱의 활성화를 위하여 먼저 일상적이고 정형적인 단순업무를 위험부담 없이 운영해 본 후 발생된 문제점을 보완하여 복잡하고 비정형적인 핵심업무까지 확대시켜 나갈 수 있다.

감천항은 부산항의 늘어나는 화물 수요에 대처하고 북항의 기능을 보완하기 위해 개발되었다. 일반부두뿐만 아니라 1997년에는 컨테이너 부두가 개장되어 현재 최대 50,000DWT급 컨테이너 선박이 입 출항 하고 있다. 그러나 감천항은 어선, 잡종선 등 소형선박들의 입 출항의 비중이 50%에 가깝고, 동부두 방면에 건설 중인 공영 수산도매시장이 2008년에 개장할 예정이다. 따라서 감천항의 항만관제 운영계획을 설정하기에 앞서 입 출항하는 선박의 장래 연간교통량을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 감천항은 방파제 입구가 협소하며, 방파제 전방에서 선박이 통항할 때 교차상태가 상존한으로 해상충돌사고의 위험이 높아 이에 대한 교차상태위험 분석이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 감천항의 장래 교통량을 추정하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 통항위험에 대한 정량적인 분석을 수행하였다.

This paper describes the investigation on current state of cold storage facilities, and analysis on the demand prediction in the near future. And based on the analysis results, we prospect the scale of cold storage facilities in the near future. The main analysis results are summarized by the followings ; The present circumstances of cold storage facility are determined by investigating actual loading capacity, average stock amounts, and return number of cold storage facility. From the results, the present situation for cold storage facility is about 3% over. It is found that the average stock amounts increase gradually, and accordingly that the demand of cold storage facility is predicted to be increased, resulting that the capacity of cold storage facilities in 2013 expects to reach up to 5,250,000 ton. It is considered that the results of demand prediction has significant implications on the management of cold storage facility in the near future.

Contemporary architecture is developing aspects of variety design in form and material. The various architectural trends even change classical materiality. This concept has the background of current idea - digital, information, imagination with paradigm. So this study aims to show the present status of the expressions in the contemporary architecture in Korea under its dematerialized situation. And like this, we know for study about the relation between dematerialization and current architecture, still more Korean present condition. In chapter one, the background, purpose and method of study are explained. In chapter two, this study inquires the general concept of dematerial. In the process of searching for the forming basic background this study understands the characteristic. In chapter three, this study inquires the aspect of dematerialized expression in modern architect. In chapter four, with characteristics drawn in chapter three, this study show the present status of the expressions in the contemporary architecture in Korea under its dematerialized situation. In chapter five, a synthetic conclusion is presented.
