The purpose of this study was to identify the perception of hospice nurses on suffering, the type of stracture and characteristics of suffering. The research process is followed : First, the researcher selected 35 statements on suffering using content analysis of in-depth interviews and a literature search Second, the researcher asked 38 hospice nurses to classify the statement cards. The result of the research showed that the hospice nurse's perception of suffering can be divided into 4 types (Self-recognition, Suffering-elimination, Relation-restoration, and Meaning-endowment). The total explained variance was 46 percent. In relation to this, nursing intervention skills could be presence, listening touch, hope, reassurance, and comforting which result in positive effects between nurse and hospice client.

The Doppler in neurosonologic examination could be applied to blood flow to determine its movement, the direction of its movement, and how fast it is. Indicies of the Doppler study denoted velocity, direction, and amount of RBC in the examined vessel. Systolic. diastolic, and mean blood flow velocities represent velocity of RBCs in a sample volume. Blood flow direction to the probe means direction of RBC to the probe. Size of amplitude displays toe amount of the RBCs passing the sample volume. Spectral broadening means presence of turbelence. The RBC movements and hemodynamics at the examined vessels can be estimated by analysis of Doppler indicies The formation and meaning of each of neurosonologic Doppler study is described in the present review.

All kinds of artwork, including multimedia and digital image that has been subliminated into an af mediating two numbers 0 and 1 in recent age, are self-sufficient and autonomous in themselves. Nevertheless, each of those artworks can be realized as a real entity only if its appreciator is capable enough to explore some potential meaning out of it through his or her own perceptual work. According to Mikel Dufrenne, an artwork is composed of three existential tiers: "le sensible" or the sensible material; "fe representation" or the subject(le sujet), and "1′expression." Dufrenne contends that our esthetic perception can be realized by way of three steps that are comparable to those three tiers: perception of the presence of the body("le sensible"), contemplative perception by way of imagination("le representation"), and reflective perception ("1′expression") as a result of dialectics of sense and sensibility. This paper argues on the aesthetic perception with regard to digital image expressed by two numbers 0 and 1, putting focus on the epistemological role of sensibility(감) that explores "1′expression" a la Dufrenne.

The aim of this study is to understand the meaning of Form drawing in which Louis 1. Kahn's principal thought is immanent through the detail analysis on design process of the Phillips Exeter Academy Library, based on his sketches and writings. The basic form is composed of three different space: one where students come together in the presence of books, another for the storage of books, and a third for reading in the light. Through the design process in the Exeter library, the basic form is maintained and it is derived from the consideration of the human activities in the library Particularly, the basic form is shaped around the idea that learning necessarily Involved two complementary activities: on the one hand, the quiet introspective act of reading, and the other, the interpersonal exchange of ideas. And the basic form plays an important role in controlling the relationship between program requirements and formal transformations in the design.

Study of computational model of the concerted Diels-Alder reaction between 9,10-dimethyl anthracene (as donor) and tetracyanoethylene (as acceptor) in absence and in presence of aromatic solvents (benzene, mesitylene and hexamethylbenzene, as donors) using an AM1 semi-empirical method. AM1 method used to study the neutral charge transfer complex models that could be expected between donor and acceptor during the course of the concerted Diels-Alder reaction. Calculated enthalpies of reaction of the charge transfer complexes models showed physical and chemical meaning for explain the effect of aromatic solvents on the kinetic process of concerted Diels-Alder reaction that contains tetracyanoethylene.

The relationship between doffing and body has been fixed, deconstructism evoked doubt about not only presence or absence of body but also identity for wear. In the result, meta-body which is beyond the existent body was proposed through deconstruction of body which is main concept for doffing. The decostructive body have an effect on the way of expressions and forms for doffing as well as the rational doffing, and propose various types of body absence in clothing. The results are: 1. the absence of gender identity 2. the absence of wholeness in harmony 3. the absence of doffing form 4. the absence of meaning as clothing

According to the development of VLSI integration technology and getting bigger the circuit size, it is a significant problem to verify systemized circuit. The faster and more accurate verification has very significant meaning in the field of electronic industry because it can yield the product comparably faster and reduce the trial and errors. In spite of the presence of various kind of Integrated Circuits it's not always easy to get the right part. Besides, it is hard to find a vendor for a small quantity consumers like who develop prototype applications. In this study, we've tried to get the logical signals from the PC based device we've developed that correspondents with the real ICs. It can emulate decoder ICs, multiplexers, demultiplexers and basic logic gates.

Many viruses including mouse hepatitis virus, corona, measles, and sidbis viruses are known as causative virus of inducing demyelination which means destruction of myelination in nervous system of mice. The purpose of this study is to investigate processing of myelination by co-culture of Schwann cells and neuronal cells and demyelination induced by infection of sindbis virusin rat. Schwann cells and neuronal cells from dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in embryos (E16) of rat were cultured in vitro respectively. The purified neuronal cells with anti-mitotic agents and purified Schwann cells were co-cultured. After that, infection of sindbis virus into this myelinated co-culture system was performed. Myelination and demyelination process were observed using antibody of myelin basic protein meaning presence of myelination.We identified myelination and demyelination processing using antibody of peripheral myelin protein 22 (PMP 22) meaning presence of myelinated neuron. The paper aims to figure out the meaning of money in terms of communication in which we can find the specific communicative and cultural form of money. In the modern capitalist society, we cannot limit money within the economical terms - for example, store of value, medium of exchange, unit of account and means of payment - because money mediates all human activities beyond the economic boundary and conveys specific meaning in the social and the cultural area. Money can be the medium of the cultural and the communicational as well as the medium of the economic. In this respect, we've try to articulate money with linguistic or semiotic insight. Through this theoretical dialogue, we find two significations of money as a medium of communication. The first signification is meta-signification which drives the individual to the unlimited accumulation of the money. Meta-signification displace the second signification of the money that is the singular, over-determined and the mosaic significations. In this process money can be the signifier without signification. And then, money is the Master signifier which all sign should be identified imaginary. Finally, Money is not only the re-presense (Darstellung) of all sings but also the representative (Vertretung) of all signs. But this double position creates some tensions and makes master signifier of money unstable. Man's analysis of Bonapartism, which shares the linguistic or semiotic insight, shows the crack of the re-presence between the representative. Like Marx's analysis, the money has the tension between two signification which makes the room for the struggle to signify.

This study purposed to examine the relationship between personal goals and perceptions of calling. For the purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 371 workers(finance, educational service, IT service sector) in Metropolitan area. Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, correlation analysis. The results were as follows. The individuality of personal goals and presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different according to school career and the social responsibility, resource provision of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling according to religion existence. Also, the individuality of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling were significantly different according to organization type and according to their job, the presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different. According to groups which have high or low integrative social relationship goals, perceptions of calling were significantly different. There was a correlation between the integrative social relationship goals and the perceptions of calling. Therefore, in order to encourage workers' perceptions of calling, the importance of integrative social relationship goals were verified. And it is necessary to have supporting systems to let workers design their life goals through their job in their organization.
