폴리머 디스퍼션을 이용한 프리팩트 콘크리트용 주입 모르타르의 배합에 관한 연구 (Mix Design of Polymer Grouting Mortar for Prepacked Concrete Using Polymer Dispersions)

  • Prepacked concrete has recently been used in the special constructions fields such as underwater concrete work, heavy-weight concrete work, underground structure work, partial repair works for damaged reinforced concrete structures. and polymer-modified mortars have been employed as grouting mortars for the prepacked concrete. The purpose of this study is to recommend the optimum mix design of polymer-modified grouting mortars for prepacked concrete. Polymer-modified mortars using SBR and EVA emulsions as admixture of grouting mortars for prepacked concrete are prepared with various mix proportions such as sand-binder ratio, fly ash replacement ratio, polymer-binder ratio. and tested for flowability, viscosity of grouting mortars, bleeding ratio, expansion ratio, flexural and compressive strengths of grouting mortars and compressive and tensile strengths of prepacked concretes. From the test results, it is apparent that polymer-modified mortars can be produced as grouting mortars when proper mix design is chosen. We can design the mix proportions of high strength mortars for prepacked concrete according to the control of mix design factors such as type of polymer, polymer-binder ratio, sand-binder ratio and fly ash replacement ratio. Water-binder ratio of plain mortars for a constant flowability value are in the ranges of 43% to 50%. SBR-modified mortar has a little water-binder ratios compared to those of plain mortar, however, EVA-modified mortar needs a high water-binder ratio due to a high viscosity of polymer dispersion. The expansion and bleeding ratios of grouting mortars are also controlled in the proper value ranges. Polymer-modified grouting mortars have good flexural. compressive and tensile strengths, are not affected with various properties with increasing fly ash replacement to cement and binder-sand ratio. In this study, SBR-modified grouting mortar with a polymer-binder ratio of 10% or less, a fly ash replacement of 10% to cement and a sand-binder ratio of 1.5 is recommended as a grouting mortar for prepacked concrete.

  • The purpose of this study is to assess performance of prepacked DFRCC material compared with the DFRCC material which is made by using general mixing method. From 4r-point bending test, bond strength test and chlorine ion penetration test, flexural stress, -deflection relations, bond strengths, and durability assessment have been obtained. From the experiments, premixed DFRCC shows relatively good performance.

  • Prepacked polymer mortar that is mainly composed of MMA monomer and used for the patching and restoring materials of concrete structures was developed, and its hardening and strength properties were experimentally surveyed. Results of study show that the permeance of binder into the aggregate was excellent for the case of PMMA mixing ratio of below 10%, the surface hardening inferiority was not generated for the case of the ratio of over 5%. Working time of the prepacked polymer mortar and hardening shrinkage tended to decrease as the PMMA mixing ratio increased. On the other hand, the ratio turned out not to decisively affect on compressive and flexural strengths. Regardless of PMMA mixing content, the adhesive strength was about 2.5 MPa. Occurring the desquamation on the substrate of cement concrete showed the adhesive strength of MMA prepact polymer mortar was excellent.

  • Fast-setting cement is usually used for emergency repair construction of roads, bridges, buildings and so on. In this study, we tried to develop fast-setting ultra early strength mortar for prepacked concrete and evaluated the properties of fresh and hardened concrete with it. The flowability of the mortar was high enough to be easily poured into coarse aggregates. It showed high early strength development which can make it possible to use newly constructed structures within $3\~4$ hours regardless of curing conditions such as curing temperature and curing environment. And it also showed good resistance to drying shrinkage and chemical attack.

  • 이 연구는, 프리팩트 콘크리트 공법을 적용하여, 상대적으로 높은 열전도도를 가진 굵은 골재를 먼저 채우고 이 사이를 고유동성 그라우트로 충전하는 개념의 열전도도성 되메움재를 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 열전도도가 개선된 되메움재는 지중열 교환기 혹은 지중 송전설비의 열교환 효율을 높일 수 있다. 부순 콘크리트를 골재로, 그라우트는 플라이애시 기반으로 설정하였으며, 소량의 시멘트를 사용하여 고화하였다. 연구 결과, ASTM D 6103 기준 플로우 450 mm 이상의 유동성을 갖는 플라이애시-시멘트-가는 모래 기반 그라우트를 사용하여 최대 25 mm 크기의 자갈을 충전할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 자갈로 충전된 되메움재의 열전도도는 1.7 W/m·K 이상으로, 자갈 없이 유동화된 그라우트로는 달성할 수 없는 높은 열전도도를 보였다.

  • This study experimentally evaluated the performance of damaged section which was repaired using polymer materials in reinforced flexural flexural members Six different materials, two types of polymer, two types of polymer-cement and two types of cement, were used by means of injection method on prepacked concrete and spray mortar patching method. As results, the repair works could be done easily and surfaces of the repaired section were smooth.

시멘트모르터 충진형 포장제도의 최적 설계 (Optimal Design of Cement Mortar Pouring type Paved Track)

  • Recently, the development of the paved track is required as a low-maintenance of conventional line. The main reason is that the line capacity and bearing of track are increased progressively. The important factors of paved track are stability and applicability. To be based on this subject, Cement Mortar Pouring(CMP) paved track is developed. CMP paved track is a kind of ballast reinforced track using the prepacked concrete technique. The most important thing to design the paved track is to optimize the track structure considering various conditions. Because construction environment is very limited, cost is expensive and it has very complicated behavior. On this paper, structural characteristics of the paved track are investigated using the 3D finite element analysis to verify the optimized structure of the CMP track.

  • 남조류의 독성물질인 microcystin을 HPLC로 분석하기 위해 지금까지는 ODS cartridge를 사용하였으나 본 연구에서는 CN cartridge를 사용하는 새로운 분석 방법을 시도하였다. CN cartridge는 0.5M 초산 용액으로 처리되었으며 Microcystins RR과 LR을 용리시키기 위해 30% Acetonitrile 용액이 사용되었다. CN cartridge를 이용하는 분석 방법이 기존의 ODS cartridge를 이용하는 방법보다 훨씬 더 정확한 정량을 할 수 있었다. 특히 Microcystin LR의 경우 피크 면적에서 현저한 차이를 보였다.

  • Gravel ballasted tracks are used as a basic structure for the domestic railway tracks. However, such kind of tracks has few disadvantages with service life of the structure, such as rapid deterioration of the tracks. Due to this reason, there is a need to develop low maintenance track to improve the service life of the conventional line tracks. CMP paved tacks are one of the kind of concrete tracks those were manufactured by using the prepacked concrete techniques. The purpose to develop paved tracks is to reduce the maintenance cost. The most important controlling factors to design the paved tracks are surrounding environmental condition and repeated train loading. In this study, in order to investigate the deformation characteristics such as displacement, earth pressure, strain ratio, and crack along the repeated loading cycle, cyclic loading test through real scale model was carried out.
