국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형의 타당화 (Validation of NCS based Vocational Curriculum Procedures Developing Models Recognized by National Competency Standards Experts)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차의 모형을 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 데 있다. 이 연구를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 연구 방법은 NCS 국내 외 관련 선행 및 문헌 연구 고찰, 전문가의 심층 면담(검토 자문) 내용과 델파이 예비 조사를 거친 결과를 토대로 델파이 연구를 3회 실시하였다. 이와 같이 국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형의 타당화에 관한 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차의 개념적 모형(안)에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 델파이 예비 조사 도구 검증 위원 10명을 대상으로 검증한 결과, 전체 평균이 4.70 이상이고 내용 타당도는 모두 1.00으로 매우 타당하게 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형(안)에 대한 타당성을 델파이 예비 조사 도구를 사용하여 검증하였다. 델파이 예비 조사 도구 검증 위원 10명을 대상으로 다음과 같이 순차적으로 검증한 결과, 개발 절차 모형(안)의 영역별 문항에 대한 내용 타당도가 모두 1.00이고 내용의 구성 요소에 대한 내용 타당도 또한 모두 1.00으로 매우 타당하였다. 그리고 개발 절차 모형(안)의 구성 요소 간 상호 연계성과 통합성에 대한 내용 타당도도 모두 1.00으로 조건을 만족하는 매우 타당한 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 델파이 패널 위원 26명을 대상으로 델파이 본 조사를 제1, 2, 3 라운드별로 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 개발 절차 모형(안)의 영역별 문항, 내용의 구성 요소, 구성 요소 간 상호 연계성과 통합성에 대한 제1, 2, 3 라운드의 합의도가 모두 .75 이상으로 전체적으로 타당하였다. 여기서 제3 라운드의 합의도가 전체 1.00이며 수렴도 역시 모두 .00으로 조건을 만족하는 매우 타당한 결과(29개 문항 중 1개 문항 제외)를 나타내었다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 제3 라운드 델파이 조사 연구에서 델파이 패널 위원들의 의견이 완전하게 합의가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 당초 델파이 패널 선정 기준을 엄격하게 강화한 결과이며, 동시에 델파이 패널 위원들의 적극적인 참여 의지가 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

USE OF NEAR-INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY TO PREDICT OIL CONTENT COMPONENTS AND FATTY ACID COMPOSITION IN OLIVE FRUIT

  • The University of Cordoba conducts since 1991 a breeding program to obtain new olive cultivars from intraspecific crosses. The objective is to obtain new early bearing and high-quality cultivars. In plant breeding, many seedlings must be tested to increased the chance of getting desirable genotypes. Therefore, fast, cheap and accurate methods of analysis are necessary. The conventional laboratory techniques are costly and time-consuming. Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) can satisfy the characteristics requested by plant breeders and offers many advantages such as the simultaneous analysis of many traits and cheap cost. The objective of this work was to asses the performance of NIRS to estimate oil fruit components (fruit weight, flesh moisture, flesh/stone ratio and oil flesh content in dry weight basis) and fatty acid composition in olive fruit. Genotypes from reciprocal crosses between ‘Arbequina’, ‘Frantoio’ and ‘Picual’ cultivars have been used in this study. A total of 287 samples, each from a single plant, were scanned using a DA-7000 Diode Array VIS/NIR Analysis System (Perten Instruments), which covers the visible and NIR range from 400-1700 nm. All samples were analysed for fatty acid composition (gas chromatography) and 220 for oil fruit components (oil content by nuclear magnetic resonance), 70% and 30% of samples were randomly assign for the calibration and validation sets respectively. The preliminary results shows that calibration for palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids were highly accurate with calibration and validation values of $r^2$ from 0.85 to 0.95 and 0.76 to 0.91 respectively. Calibration for palmitoleic and estearic acids were less accurate, probably because of the narrow range of variability available for these fatty acids. For the oil fruit components, calibration were high accurate for flesh moisture and oil flesh content in dry weight basis ($r^2$ higher than 0.90 in both calibration and validation sets) and less accurate for the other characteristics evaluated. The first results obtained indicate that NIRS analysis could be an ideal technique to reduce the cost, time and chemical wasted necessary to evaluate a large number of genotypes and it is accurate enough to use for pre-selecting genotypes in a breeding program.

A Study on the Development and Validation of Digital Literacy Measurement for Middle School Students

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 리터러시의 구성요인을 확인하고 요인별 문항들을 추출하여 디지털 리터러시 측정을 위한 척도를 개발, 타당화하는 것이다. 선행연구 분석과 연구진의 숙의을 통하여 예비문항들을 개발하여 2차례에 걸쳐 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시한 결과, 본조사를 위한 65개의 문항이 선정되었다. 문항의 타당화 작업은 본조사로 수집된 데이터에 대한 탐색적, 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 검사 및 준거타당도 검증의 과정으로 진행되었다. 그 결과, 31문항으로 구성된 4요인 구조(1요인: 디지털 테크놀로지 & 데이터 리터러시-9문항, 2요인: 디지털 콘텐츠 & 미디어 리터러시-8문항, 3요인: 디지털 커뮤니케이션 & 공동체(Community) 리터러시-9문항, 4요인: 디지털 웰니스 리터러시-5문항)를 확인하였으며, 모델의 적합도 지수들이 양호한 것으로 나타났고, 척도의 신뢰도 Cronbach's alpha도 .956으로 매우 적절한 수준으로 평가되었다. 또한, 기존 근거에서 디지털 리터러시와 상관관계에 있을 것으로 예측되었던 인터넷자기효능감과 자기주도학습능력이 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계(p<.001)로 나타나 개발된 척도의 준거타당도가 확보되었다. 마지막으로, 연구의 실천적, 학문적 함의와 후속연구에 대한 제언 및 한계점이 제공되었다.

Bulk tank milk의 품질평가를 위한 퍼지기반 추론 (Fuzzy reasoning for assessing bulk tank milk quality)

  • 우유생산 농가에서는 그들 젖소의 우유를 저장하는 탱크 (bulk tank milk: BTM)로부터 채취된 샘플로부터 분석된 우유에 대한 품질관련 항목들, 즉 체세포 수 (somatic cell count: SCC), 표준 plate count (standard plate count: SPC), 사전 incubation count (preliminary incubation count: PIC) 등에 관한 정보를 정기적으로 제공 받는다. 이러한 정보는 일정기간 쌓이게 되면 우유의 품질을 유지하고 목장을 관리할 수 있는 중요한 지식 베이스가 될 수 있다. 그러나 우유 품질이나 목장의 관리상태를 평가하는 기준은 모호하고 퍼지한 용어로 많이 표현되고 있다. 즉 우유 품질을 최상급, 상급, 중간, 불량으로 표시하거나 목장의 관리상태를 아주 양호, 양호, 미흡 등으로 표시한다. 이러한 서술방식은 퍼지이론에서의 모호한 상태를 표현하는 기준과 많이 부합되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 BTM으로부터 추출한 샘플로부터 미생물학적 분석을 통해서 나온 결과를 이용해서 BTM의 품질과 목장의 관리상태에 대하여 추론하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 따라서 퍼지추론엔진에 기초하여 퍼지로직 기반의 추론방법을 개발하고 실제 데이터를 이용해서 평가하였다. 입력 데이터로는 Bulk Tank SCC, SPC, PIC, laboratory pasteurization count (LPC), non agalactiae Streptococci, Streptococci like organisms, Staphylococcus aureus등이다. 이러한 입력자료에 근거하여 BTM의 품질상태를 아주 양호, 양호, cooling문제, 청결문제, 환경적 mastitis, 환경적/청결 복합문제로 분류하고, 낙농가로부터 채취한 실제 데이터를 이용하여 추론하였다. 본 퍼지 추론 결과는 낙농생산자, 컨설턴트, 수의사 등 관련 종사자들에게 의사결정을 위한 참고자료로서 활용이 가능하다.

연하 곤란이 동반된 급성 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 장관 영양 프로토콜 개발 및 효과 (Development and Evaluation of an Enteral Nutrition Protocol for Dysphagia in Patients with Acute Stroke)

  • Purpose: The study was done to develop an evidence-based enteral nutrition (EN) protocol for effective nutritional support for dysphagia in patients with acute stroke, and to evaluate effects of this protocol on clinical outcomes. Methods: A methodological study was used to develop the EN protocol and a quasi-experimental study to verify the effectiveness of the protocol. The preliminary EN protocol was drawn by selecting recommendations from previous well-designed EN guidelines, and then developing additional recommendations based on high-quality evidence. Content validation was assessed by an expert group, and clinical applicability by care providers and patients. The scale-level content validity index of the final EN protocol was 0.99. Assessment was done of differences in percentage of caloric goals achieved and presence of undernutrition, aspiration pneumonia, and gastrointestinal (GI) complications after application of the EN protocol. Results: In the EN protocol group, the percentage of caloric goals achieved ($R^2=.24$, p=.001) and the reduction of GI complications (p=.045) were significantly improved, but the presence of undernutrition (p=.296) and aspiration pneumonia (p=.601) did not differ from the usual care group. Conclusion: Results indicate that the new EN protocol for dysphagia in patients with acute stroke significantly increased their nutritional intake and reduced GI complications.

Domain Decomposition Approach Applied for Two- and Three-dimensional Problems via Direct Solution Methodology

  • This paper presents an all-direct domain decomposition approach for large-scale structural analysis. The proposed approach achieves computational robustness and efficiency by enforcing the compatibility of the displacement field across the sub-domain boundaries via local Lagrange multipliers and augmented Lagrangian formulation (ALF). The proposed domain decomposition approach was compared to the existing FETI approach in terms of the computational time and memory usage. The parallel implementation of the proposed algorithm was described in detail. Finally, a preliminary validation was attempted for the proposed approach, and the numerical results of two- and three-dimensional problems were compared to those obtained through a dual-primal FETI approach. The results indicate an improvement in the performance as a result of the implementing the proposed approach.

  • Toward more accurate determination of the water cycle in association with climate variability and change as well as baseline data on the impacts of this variability on water resources, the Coordinated Enhanced Observing Period (CEOP) was launched on July 1,2001. The preliminary data period, EOP-1, was implemented from July to September in 2001. The first annual enhanced observing period, EOP-3, is going to start on October 1,2002. CEOP is seeking to achieve a database of common measurements from both in situ and satellite remote sensing, model output, and four-dimensional data analyses (4DDA; including global and regional reanalyses) for a specified period. In this context a number of carefully selected reference stations are linked closely with the existing network of observing sites involved in the GEWEX Continental Scale Experiments, which are distributed across the world. The initial step of CEOP is to develop a pilot global hydro-climatological dataset with global consistency under the climate variability that can be used to help validate satellite hydrology products and evaluate, develop and eventually predict water and energy cycle processes in global and regional models. Based on the dataset, we will address the studies on the inter-comparison and inter-connectivity of the monsoon systems and regional water and energy budget, and a path to down-scaling from the global climate to local water resources, as the second step.

  • System thermal-hydraulic codes have been used in the past decades in the areas of design, operation, licensing and safety of Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs). The development and validation of these codes have reached a high degree of maturity, through the consideration of huge experiments and advanced numerical models. Nowadays, the analyses are based upon realistic approaches rather than the conservative evaluation models. However the applications of these computational tools require preliminary qualification issues. Although huge amounts of financial and human resources have been invested for the development and improvement of codes, the calculation results are still affected by errors. In the sophisticated nuclear technology, design and safety of NPP, these errors must be quantified. An overview of the state of the art of the current thermal-hydraulic system code is developed and the need of uncertainty analysis in code calculations is emphasized. Several sources of uncertainty have been classified and commented, and typical applications of such methods are shown.

졸업을 앞둔 간호학생의 핵심간호역량 측정도구 개발 (Development of Nursing Competence Scale for Graduating Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a nursing competence scale for soon to be graduate nursing students and to verify its validity and reliability. Methods: This study is a methodological study for development of a scale. Based on literature review and group discussion of 13 professional experts, 40 preliminary items were developed and the content validity was verified. Psychometric testing was performed and data were collected from 141 soon to be graduate nursing students of a university. Construct validity was verified by factor analysis and reliability was calculated. Results: The analyses resulted in a scale named the Nursing Competence Scale for Graduating Nursing Students (NCS-GNS), consisting of 30 items covering eight categories: nursing professionalism, integrated nursing through critical thinking, communication skills, nursing leadership, respect for life, stress management, nursing research, and core nursing skills. For the entire scale, the explained variance was 66.72% and Cronbach's alpha was 0.906. Conclusion: NCS-GNS was developed and its validity and reliability were verified. This scale can be used to evaluate nursing competence for graduating nursing students.

Satellite FEM Validation test for High Frequency Jitter Analysis

  • The aim of the test is to provide an experimental basis to validate the prediction of the FEM for high frequency jitter analysis due to reaction wheel. The principle is to measure structural transfer functions between the input disturbances at RWA base plate and the accelerations near the end tips of payload, in a configuration close to the operational model. The spacecraft shall have to be suspended, in order to be representative of on-orbit boundary conditions. The results of the test shall be compared to the output of the FEM analysis, and if needed, local upgrades of the FEM and/or margin policy shall be defined in order to guarantee a good test/FEM consistency. Test results were compared with the transfer functions of the FEM, which is globally tuned based on the results of vibration test and consequently have lower damping coefficients values than 1% in the frequency range of 60~200Hz. The damping coefficients estimated from the figures of FRF test results are different from the theoretical FEM, but the magnitude trend of FRF of the test results is somewhat similar with the analytical, it is expected that the overall jitter effect of final estimation is nearly same with the preliminary analysis result in which the damping coefficients were assumed to be 1% for all modes in FEM.
