The purpose of this study is introduction of social and economic benefits of environmental improvements of Korea green road certification system. Focus of Evaluation Criteria is possibility of quantification on environmental improvements. Proposed evaluation items is noise, air pollution, water quality, ecological and green spaces, waste, and space resistance. The results of this study is expected to be used to support of Green Roads Rating System in korea.

For the past seven years, the increase in the energy consumption of universities in Korea has been 3.7 times higher than the overall increase in the energy consumption across Korea (22.5%). This is an example that shows that universities have been a massive source of greenhouse gases. Such an increase has been attributed to the new and expanded construction of architectural structures on campus. Many people argue that the increasing number of buildings may cause waste of energy and loss of efficiency. Therefore, this study was conducted as a preliminary study to derive energy efficiency measures for new university buildings. The two aspects of energy-saving as required by the eco-friendly structure certification standards have been applied to analyze the use of new/renewable energy and the energy consumption of new university buildings that have applied light density and light engineering methods. Based on these results, the major sources of energy of existing buildings and new university buildings were compared to comparatively discuss how effectively they improve energy performance.

Concern for noise problems of a commercial aircraft in community and cabin is increasing due to the more restrictive regulation and customer requirements. This paper introduces to the work packages of the aircraft noise engineer for the development of a commercial aircraft. First of all, the noise engineer establish the design requirement and objectives(DR&O). Then the design and analysis are performed to satisfy with the DR&O during the conceptual and preliminary design phase. And the test and evaluation(T&E) are carried out to verify the analysis results and to acquire the type certification.

Recently, uncertainty of hardeness became a major concem for the people working on the laboratory evaluation and accreditation. It is required to indicate uncertainty of hardness tester on the report after calibration. In addition to this, uncertainty of certified hardness reference block is also required to indicate on the certification sheet. Method on the evaluation of uncertainty in hardness measurement is agreed only recently for Rockwell hardness C scale. In this paper, a preliminary calculation of uncertainty based on type B evaluation has been made for hardness testers which satisfies the requirements of Korean Standards. It was found that the tolerance limit of mean value specified in KS should be increased to be compatible with the calculated uncertainty.

Purpose: In EU, the animal welfare regulations are strengthening. Also, in Korea, for strengthening of animal protection laws, animal welfare farm certification scheme is being prepared to enforce. To get the certification of animal welfare farm, especially for sows, individual specific feeding in sow group is necessary in accordance with the animal welfare regulation. Also, liquid feeding is reported to be more effective for farrowing as well as dry sow. Therefore, in this study, a electronic liquid sow feeder using RFID which could be fed to farrowing sow simultaneously is developed. Methods : We manufactured a prototype of appropriate elements which were evaluated in the preliminary test for selecting RFID tag, supply pump, mixing type, etc. With the prototype, the performance test for liquid feeding gilt was done in group raising training barn. Results : The performance test result shows the C.V.(coefficient of variation) of liquid mixing and feeding is 0.77~1.97% and 2.4~5.3%, respectively, which means the system could feed sows uniformly. The feeding time of pneumatically activated ball valve is 2 seconds per 0.9 kg of liquid feed. The eating time for gilt were 65 seconds in average. Conclusions : The prototype could feed sow uniformly, and deliver the liquid feed 9 times for a sow continuously. Also, total eating time for a sow was 18 minutes in one visit to the prototype of feeding station.

As our society and industry develop, disputes are becoming ever more complicated and diversified to the point that it is alleged that dispute resolution by court proceedings has certain limits and setbacks. Therefore, it is commonly suggested that mediation by a qualified mediator should come as an alternative method, and there have been many attempts to establish and provide mediation service in the courts and government authorities. To comply with a party's autonomy, which is the essential basis of mediation, and to promote the use of mediation, it is highly recommended that private mediation, rather than court-driven or administrative mediation, shall take the initiative. In the meantime, despite a number of academic research and attempts to increase the awareness and use of mediation nationwide, we have not yet seen meaningful developments due to the longstanding misunderstanding and discredit of mediation. In contrast, Italy has begun to revitalize mediation by enacting 'Legislative Decree No. 28/2020' following the 'Directive 2008/52EC' of the European Parliament and encouraging the so-called via-mediation policy. It is acknowledged to have significantly contributed to the development of private mediation in Italy and the increased use of mediation as a dispute resolution method. It shall be particularly noted that Italy's mediation proceedings have certain traits, including preliminary mediation meetings, mandatory involvement of legal counsel, and tax benefits for the settled cases by mediation. Italy's efforts would provide people with meaningful lessons and perspectives. As society strives to promote private mediation to distribute and utilize the judicial resources' inefficient ways, institutions need to develop practical measures to increase the number of civil and commercial disputes in the mediation proceedings. To that end, legislative efforts to enact relevant laws necessary to provide incentives to disputing parties and establish integrated education and certification programs to train qualified mediators need to start soon.

Integrated aircraft synthesis process for rapid analysis and design is described in this paper. Data flow between different analysis fields is described in details. All the data are divided into several groups according to importance and source of the data. Analysis of design requirements and certification regulations is carried out to determine baseline configuration of an aircraft. Overall design process can be divided into initial sizing, conceptual and preliminary design phases. Basic data for conceptual design are obtained from initial sizing, CAD and geometry analysis. Basic data are required input for weight, aerodynamics and propulsion analyses. Results of this analysis are used for stability and control, performance, mission, and load analysis. Feasibility of design is verified based on analysis results of each discipline. Design optimization that involves integrated process for aircraft analysis is performed to determine optimum configuration of an aircraft on a conceptual design stage. The process presented in this paper was verified to be used for light aircraft design.

The purpose of this study was to identify the focus of key issues - the view, the trouble, supplementary measures and future divection research, and commercialization${\cdot}$ popularization on natural dyeing. Delphi tests were performed with 36 professional in the academic, the industrial, and the art world. Questionnaire of 1round composed of open-ended question related the view, the trouble, supplementary measures and future divection research and commercialization${\cdot}$popularization. And a 5 point Likert Scale was used to evaluate them in 2 and 3 round. Results of this study and the order of importance in the focus of key issues are as following: The trouble are immoral business ability, using of excessive mordant and lack of standardization. Supplementary measures and future divection research are dyer education, choosing stuff on natural dyeing and consumer education${\cdot}$publicity. And commercialization${\cdot}$popularization are the development of brand, the production of specific goods by regional groups, high-grade articles and the certification system in quality.

This paper provides the foundation to settle the new paradigm in the beauty industry service quality by confirming the beauty industry service quality influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty through the actual verification. The scale of this study for measurement of beauty industry service quality is confirmed through the certification of reliability and feasibility with questionnaire investigation after confirmation of contents and preliminary feasibility. The dimensions and items for measurement of beauty industry service quality are selected with service ability(6), tangible(4), responsiveness(3), reliability(2), conveniency(2). And it is confirmed that the level of service quality is changing unlike a beauty-shop facility or cost recognized traditionally as a key factor to occupy the higher position in competition of beauty-shops. This thesis presents the important point of current issue about kinds of strategy which beauty industry should establish in providing the beauty industry service for occupying higher position in keen competition.

As demand for drone test flight is rapidly increasing, it is difficult for Goheung Aviation Center alone to meet the test flight demand. Newly developed drones or modified existing aircraft carry potential flight risks due to unpredictable flight performance or poor pilot skill when performing test flights outside the test site. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure sufficient test flight space for the safety verification of manned and unmanned aircraft. Therefore, this study analyzed the status of domestic flight test site and chapter 5 of ICAO DOC 9184-AN / 902 Part 1 (Airport Planning Manual). And to build a comprehensive flight test infrastructure, the methodology for preliminary evaluation of candidate sites for flight test sites and a method for evaluating infrastructure test sites was presented.
