Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system application is expanded to food chain from farm to table to supply safe livestock products with consumers in Korea. The objectives of this study were to analyze the HACCP operating conditions in butcher shops and to suggest for better HACCP implementation. We analyzed the HACCP inspection reports for butcher shops implemented by the Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2012 to compare the rate of HACCP non-compliances. The overall rate of non-compliances was higher in 2010~2012 than 2007~2009. The current inadequate HACCP operating level was directly related with the business size. Ninety-nine percent of the butcher shops were very small business with under 10 employees in Korea, and these small-sized businesses usually had great difficulties in implementing HACCP due to lack of technical expertise and financial resources. To overcome the obstacles and to facilitate more effective HACCP application and operation in butcher shops, government should play a leading role in developing flexible and simplified HACCP-based system which merges both the pre-requisite and HACCP principles.

This study conducted research over status of employment and living by collecting questions & answers from retired soldiers after service in ROK Army more than 5 years in last 5 years. As the methodology of this research, the status of employment has been provided from the Citizen Insurance Public Corporation, and conducted interviews for all individuals in addition to the receiving of questions & answers. Also, the statistic data prepared and submitted for Congressional Audit & Inspection from MND was also utilized for the purpose of research. In conclusion, the situation faced with retired soldiers after their retirement is showing the future of reflection of oneself to the personnel in active service who must do their best only for their duty to keep national security. If those personnel in active service are worrying about their future returning to civilian society after retirement, it will not only become an impediment to perform their duty but also bring invisible weakening of military power to defend our nation in result. This is the rationale for the necessity of providing support for social adaptation, reemployment and inauguration of retired soldiers.

가동검사의 검사결과는 이미 전에 실시한 가동중검사 결과와 비교 검토하게 된다. 비교 검토한 결과, 변화가 일어나지 않았으면 그것으로 좋으나, 만일 변화가 일어났다면 그 검사 결과를 평가 하여 어떠한 조치를 취할 것인가를 결정하게 된다. 이 경우 조치라 함은 어떤 변화가 일어난 부 분을 수리, 대체하거나, 또는 다음 검사 기간까지는 구조적 건전성에 관계 없다는 것이 확실히 규 명될 경우, 방치하는 것 등을 말한다. 그러나, 가동중검사에는 이미 언급하였듯이 그전의 검사 결 과와 비교 검토하게 되는데, 그때에 기초가 될 자료가 필요하다. 그래서 발전소의 일차냉각계통에 대한 수압시험이 완료되면 가동전검사(Pre-Service-Inspection)-사용점검사라고도 한다-를 수행 하여 가동중검사에 대한 기초자료로 삼는다. 가동점검사는 가동중검사 때에 상호 비교검토할 기 초 자료를 취하는 것이 목적이므로, 가동전 검사시의 검사방법 및 기술 등을 포함한 검사조건은, 앞으로 시행될 가동검사때의 예측되는 검사조건과 될 수 있는대로 동일한 상태가 되도록하여 그 검사결과 치를 비교함에 있어, 일어난 변화는 진정으로 원자료를 가동함에 의해 일어났다는 것을 보증할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이에 따라 특히 가동에 따라 접근하여 검사할 수 없는, 방사능의 오염될 부분의 가동전 검사에서도 가동중 검사시에 사용될것으로 예상되는 종류의 원격조정장치 룰 사용하여 비파괴검사를 사용하고 그 기록을 유지보관하여야 한다.

In this study, the personal-computer program was developed to predict prestressing losses containment structures of Nuclear Power Plants by concrete creep and shrinkage. This program is constituted of three parts, which are pre-processor, calculation module and post-processor. Input data for his program are : material properties of concrete, rebar, liner and duct, test results of concrete creep and shrinkage, relative humidity, dimension of containment structures, and the number of prestressing tendon related on containment structures. To obtain better results, this program was made to reflect the prestressing losses due to influence that occurred after prestressing each tendon, thus it can predict prestressing losses and allowable prestressing forces of each tendon. As a case study, this program was applied to containment structures of Youngwang 3 & 4 NPP's and analytical result was compared with test results in In-service Inspection of containment structures. From this comparison, it was proved that this program could well predict prestressing losses by concrete creep and shrinkage.

장기간의 원자력발전소 운영과정에서 가동전 중검사는 설비의 건전성을 확인하는 매우 중요한 점검과정이다. 가동전 중검사 결과 많은 양의 검사데이터가 생산되며 이러한 검사데이터는 과거 검사결과와 비교하여 결함지시의 성장여부 등이 검토될 수 있어야 하며 후속 검사를 위한 기초 데이터로 활용될 수 있어야 한다. 또한 검사에 사용되는 검사장비, 검사자, 검사절차서, 관련 도면, Codes & Standards 등 검사자원의 체계적인 관리가 필요하며 이를 위한 정보시스템의 지원이 필수적이다. 또한 수작업으로 작성되는 가동전 중검사계획(LTP 등) 작성업무의 자동화가 필요하며, 검사계약이 경쟁체제로 전환됨에 따라 검사업체의 변경 여부에 관계없이 검사결과의 연속성이 유지되어야 하며 검사절차나 양식 등의 표준화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현안사항을 개선할 수 있는 데이터베이스 응용시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 그 개발 과정을 소개한다.

Brazing fitting which is one of the aircraft hydraulic power system components is widely used for saving weight and achieving higher reliability. Any inherent defects or damage of fitting can cause system failure and/or physical damage of human body due to highly pressurized fluid. Radiographic testing(RT) technique and additional micro-structure investigation on cut-away surfaces have been accomplished to find out some defect-like-inhomogeneity in the fittings. The radiography results showed that some defect-like-inhomogeneity existed inside body. Additional micro-structure investigation on cut-away surface reveals that the inhomogeneity is due to internal voids. In this study, it can be is said that RT technique can be a useful tool for field acceptance test of hydraulic brazing fitting in short time.

This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System. Also it make sure the the substantial information security check service will be accomplished, prevent a maintenance accident beforehand and improve an enterprise outcome independently by institutional system performance securement and enterprise.g corporate performance.

Background: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of drug utilization review (DUR) evaluation indicators on safe drug use by comparing the changes in DUR inspection rates and drug duplication prescription prevention rates between the pre- and post-implementation of the DUR evaluation indicators of the Healthcare Quality Evaluation Grant Initiative. Methods: This study used DUR data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service in 2018 (pre-implementation) and the evaluation results of the Healthcare Quality Evaluation Grant Initiative in 2023 (post-implementation). The dependent variables were the DUR evaluation indicators, including DUR inspection rate and drug duplicate prescription prevention rate. The independent variable was the implementation of the DUR evaluation indicators, and the control variables included medical institution characteristics such as type, establishment classification, location, DUR billing software company, and number of beds. Results: The results of the analysis of the difference in the prevention rate of drug duplicate prescriptions between the pre- and post-implementation of the DUR evaluation indicators of the Healthcare Quality Evaluation Grant Initiative showed that the prevention rate of drug duplicate prescriptions increased statistically significantly after the implementation of the DUR evaluation indicators. Conclusion: The policy implications of this study are as follows: First, ongoing evaluation of DUR systems is needed. Second, it is necessary to establish a collaborative partnership between healthcare organizations that utilize DUR system information and the organizations that manage it.

The main purpose of this study is located at developing Ominibus Monitoring System(OMS) for the purpose of the internal management, which enable to establish job standards, find out matters to be improved, and appreciate for its treatment in a systematic way. It is through developing subjective or objective estimation tool with use of importance, perceived level, and complex index at international airport by each principal service items, The direction of this study came towards for the purpose of developing a metric analysis tool, utilizing the Quantitative Secondary Data, Analysing Perceived Data through airport user surveys, systemizing the data collection-input-analysis process, making data image according to the graph of results, planning service encounter and endowing control attribution, and ensuring competitiveness at the minimal international standards. It is much important to set up a pre-investigation plan on the base of existent foreign literature and actual inspection to international airport. Two tasks have been executed together on the base of this pre-investigation; one is developing subjective estimation standards for departing party, entering party, and airport residence and the other is developing objective standards as complementary methods. The study has processed for the monitoring services at airports regularly and irregularly through developing software system for operating standards after ensuring credibility and feasibility of estimation standards with substantial and statistical way.

As the unlimited natural source of a country, radio waves are widely being used in the daily life toward knowledge based information society. Therefore it is necessary to provide a long term policy of radio waves management policies based on market situation to cope with rapidly changing wireless technology and effective use of radio resources. Literary survey and analysis were accomplished for the rules and regulations in the radio station approval system and post-approval policies for mobile communication service. In conclusion, this study propose an blanket radio approval policy as well as self declaration of conformity(SDoC) of radio waves technical regulation and advanced radio inspection procedure. This study has significance in providing reference for introducing deregulation policy in the radio communication imdustry.
