신규간호사의 재직의도 영향요인 (Affecting Factors of New Nurse's Intention to Retention in Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship among intention to retention, role conflicts, psychosocial job conditions and job satisfaction of new nurses, and identify affecting factors for intention to retention. Methods: Data were collected from 136 new nurses who were graduated at 2016 and working now in general hospitals by self-reported questionnaire. The relationship among variables were analyzed with Pearson's coefficient correlation and affecting factors for intention to retention were identified by using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The mean score of intention to retention was $2.63{\pm}0.28$. Intention to retention was significantly different by the working ward, hope period for work, and reason for retention. Intention to retention had positive relationships with work organization and job contents, and job satisfaction, but negative relationships with frequency of role conflict, demands at work. Job satisfaction and meaning of work identified as influencing factors inn intention to retention. Conclusion: It is needed a positive hospital environment to improve adaptation in clinical nursing practice and to emphasize professionalism including value of nursing and meaning of nurses' work for new nurses.

무작위 대조군 실험 연구에서 치료의향분석 (Intention-to-treat analysis)에 대한 고찰 (Review of Intention-to-Treat Analysis in Randomized Controlled Trials)

  • 서론 : 본 연구는 무작위 대조군 실험(Randomized control trial: 이하 RCT) 연구에서 치료의향분석(Intention-to-treat analysis)의 올바른 활용에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다. 본론 : 치료의향분석은 RCT 연구에서 무작위 분배 이후에 모든 대상자의 데이터를 결과에 포함하는 분석방법이다. RCT 연구의 결과는 일반화에 있어서 매우 높은 타당성을 갖는다. 이런 측면에서 중도 탈락을 포함한 모든 대상자의 데이터를 결과 분석에 포함하여야 그 결과를 실제 임상에 적용했을 때 중재의 효과가 예측 가능하기 때문이다. 이런 이유로 RCT 연구에 대한 질평가 도구들은 치료의향분석 실시여부를 확인하고 있다. 그럼에도 많은 연구자들은 치료의향분석의 이해도가 낮아 잘못 활용하고 있거나 활용하지 않는 경우가 많다. 결론 : 본 고찰 연구를 통해 국내 많은 연구자들이 치료의향분석방법을 정확하게 이해하고 올바르게 활용하여 RCT 연구에 반영할 것을 기대한다.

노인간호 교육과 노인유사체험으로 구성된 노인간호 교육프로그램의 적용 및 평가 (Implementation and evaluation of gerontological nursing education program: consist of knowledge about nursing care for elderly and elderly simulation experience)

  • 본 연구는 유사실험 설계를 적용하여 간호학 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 노인간호에 대한 전문지식과 함께 공감증진 노인유사체험을 포함한 교육프로그램이 전문지식만을 포함한 교육프로그램에 비해 대상자들의 노인에 대한 태도와 노인간호 실천의도에 보다 긍정적인 효과를 보였는가를 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 전문지식과 함께 공감증진 노인유사체험을 제공받은 실험군이 전문지식만을 제공받은 대조군에 비해 중재 후 노인에 대한 태도(t=2.56, p=.026)와 노인간호 실천의도(t=6.73, p=.003)에 있어 더욱 긍정적이기는 하였으나, 집단 내의 중재 전-후의 차이는 가설에서 설정된 바와 다른 양상을 보였다. 전문지식과 함께 노인유사체험을 제공받은 실험군의 경우는 중재 전에 비해 중재 후 노인에 대한 태도(t=1.22, p=.170)나 노인간호 실천의도(t=-0.08, p=.470)에 있어 미미한 정도로 개선되었거나 거의 변화가 없었으며 대조군의 경우는 중재 후 노인에 대한 태도(t=-2.33, p=.012)나 노인간호 실천의도(t=-1.08, p=.150)에 있어 오히려 부정적으로 변화된 것으로 나타났다.

인사제도에 대한 구성원 인식이 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 경력정체성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Employee's Perception of HR Practices on Organization Commitment and Turnover Intention: The Mediated Effect of Career Plateau)

  • 본 연구는 인사제도에 대한 구성원의 인식과 조직몰입 및 이직의도 간의 관계에서 내용적 경력정체성이 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검토했다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 내용적 경력정체성을 독립변수인 교육훈련제도와 평가보상제도, 종속변수인 조직몰입과 이직의도간의 매개변수로 설정한 연구 모형을 설정하였다. 본 연구 모형을 실증하기 위해 보건의료업종의 근로자 442명으로부터 수집된 데이터를 대상으로 공분산구조분석 결과, 교육훈련제도에 대한 구성원의 인식은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 이직의도에는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 평가보상제도에 대한 인식은 조직몰입과 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개 분석 결과, 내용적 경력정체성은 교육훈련제도 인식도가 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 효과를 간접 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 구성원들의 조직몰입과 이직의도를 관리하는데 있어 내용적 경력정체성을 적극적으로 관리할 필요가 있으며, 그 관리 방법으로서 조직 내 인사제도들에 대한 구성원들의 인식을 충분히 검토하여 제도 설계와 시행이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

소비자의 가치 인식과 합리적 행위에 기반한 가정에서의 물 절약 행동에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Household Water Conservation: The Role of Consumers' Water Value Perception and Reasoned Action)

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify effective ways to induce water resources conservation for general water consumers. Methods: In order to find the core factors to motivate water saving behavior for general consumers, this study utilized the theory of reasoned action which is well known as one of the most frequently used theory in consumer's green behavior analysis. Results: Among six hypothesized relationships in the research model four were proved to be statistically significant. The relationship between attitude toward water savings and the water saving behavior was found to be significant but only through the behavioral intention. Conclusion: Consumers with positive attitude on water conservation will practice water saving behavior with behavioral intention. However, consumers only with high knowledge on water conservation naturally and habitually practice water saving behavior without recognizing the intention to save the water. Thus, both positive attitude on the water conservation and subjective norm must be satisfied since the two factors tend to lead to actual green behavior using different psychological routes.

Women Infant and Children program participants' beliefs and consumption of soy milk : Application of the Theory of Planned Behavior

  • The purpose of this study was to determine if Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables predict soy milk intake in a sample of WIC participants in 2 Illinois counties (n = 380). A cross-sectional survey was used, which examined soy foods intake, behavioral beliefs, subjective norms, motivation, and intention. Soy product intake was low at both sites, and many participants (40%) did not know that soy milk was WIC approved. Most (> 70%) wanted to comply with their health care providers, but didn't know their opinions about soy milk (50-66%). Intention was significantly correlated with intake (0.507, P ${\leq}$ 0.01; 0.308, P ${\leq}$ 0.05). Environmental beliefs (0.282 and 0.410, P ${\leq}$ 0.01) and expectancy beliefs (0.490 and 0.636, P ${\leq}$ 0.01) were correlated with intention. At site 1, 30% of the variance in intention to consume soy milk was explained by expectancy beliefs and subjective norm beliefs (P < 0.0001); at site 2, 40% of the variance in intention was explained by expectancy beliefs. The TPB variables of expectancy beliefs predicted intention to consume soy milk in WIC participants. Therefore, knowing more about the health benefits of soy and how to cook with soy milk would increase WIC participants' intention to consume soy milk. Positive messages about soy milk from health care providers could influence intake.

보건소 근무 의사의 업무 참여가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Participation on Intention to Leave among Physicians Working in Public Health Center)

  • Background: Intention to leave was an important managerial issue among physicians working in public health centers. This study was conducted to explore the relationship between job participations and intention to leave among physicians working in health centers. Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to gather information about job participation, intention to leave and demographics among physicians (n=243) in public health centers in Korea. Job participation was measured by 15 items categorized 3 dimensions. Multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of job participation on intent to leave among physicians working in public health center. Results: Participation of medical treatment and administrative job were significantly associated with intention to leave adjusted for sex, age, income, working area, working duration, tenure, and overall job satisfaction. Therefore, physicians who actively participated in administrative job showed a lower turnover intention. Physicians who actively participated in medical treatment job had a higher quit intention. Conclusion: To retain qualified physicians in public health center, education should be reinforced to physician for administrative capacity building.

Effects of Information Quality of Online Travel Agencies on Trust and Continuous Usage Intention: An Application of the SOR Model

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information quality, Online Travel Agency (OTA) trust, and continuous usage intention provided by OTA through the application of the SOR(Stimulus-Organism-Response) model. To achieve the purpose of the study, 234 responses were used for analysis, and the hypotheses were tested through the SPSS v.21 program and AMOS v.21 programs. The research results can be classified into the following three categories. First, it was determined that accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness among the factors for information quality had a significant positive effect on OTA trust and continuous usage intention. Second, it was determined that OTA trust was found to have a significant positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, it was determined that OTA trust had an indirect effect on the relationship between accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, and continuous usage intention among the factors for information quality. This study looked at the lower dimension of information quality, which was insufficient in the field of OTA. This study can be used as basic data to, in practice, build a user-centered informational provision environment by identifying the factors that promote the continuous usage intention of consumers, which is linked to the revenue of online travel agencies.

항만 물류서비스의 기술수용모델(TAM) 적용에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Adoption of Technology Acceptance Model in The Port Logistics Service)

  • 한국과 같이 무역의존도가 높은 국가에서 항만은 국제무역증진, 해운산업의 발달 및 연관산업을 직간접으로 발전시킨다는 점에서 경제적 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한 항만은 상품의 수출입기능을 수행하는 육 해상수송의 연결지로서 뿐만 아니라 생산수단으로서 더욱 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 항만 서비스 요인들의 효율성을 달성하기 위해서는 항만 물류정보화에 대한 시스템 구축이 선행되어야 한다. 또한 항만에서의 정보기술에 대한 사용자의 수용행태를 이해하고 보다 효율적인 항만물류 서비스 목적을 달성하기 위해 지속적인 항만물류 서비스 시스템을 개선해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 항만물류서비스의 정보기술 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 기술수용모델을 기반으로 항만서비스 사용기업들의 특성을 반영한 연구모형을 개발하였다. 이와 같은 개발된 연구모형에 따라 항만물류 서비스의 기술수용모델의 요인들을 개발하여 항만서비스의 기술수용모델의 적용에 따른 효율성을 찾고자 한다. 결론적으로 항만에서 정보기술을 도입하여 항만 이용 당사자에게 제공함으로써, 항만제품 서비스 품질에 만족할 수 있고, 항만서비스에 정보기술을 도입하면 사용행동의도가 높아진다는 것이다. 그리고 사용행동의도가 실제적으로 항만 서비스 품질을 사용하는데 긍정적 효과가 있다. 따라서 항만 관계 시설에 정보기술을 도입하면, 항만 이용자에게는 업무 신속성과 비용절감, 인적감소, 항만 환경보호 등 전반적으로 직간접적인 항만 생산성 향상에 기여하게 될 것이다. 따라서 항만 정보기술의 지속적인 개발과 도입을 함으로써 글로벌 경쟁력을 발생할 것이다.

Linking the Big Five Model of Personality to Knowledge Sharing Intention

  • This study aims at empirically analyzing the relation between employees' personality and their knowledge sharing intentions, on which enough light has not yet been shed in spite of its importance. By integrating the big five model of personality with social capital theory and social cognitive theory, this study develops six hypotheses concerning the relation and empirically tests them by using 724 samples collected from employees in practice. The empirical analysis results from this study reveal that employees' extroversion and agreeableness are positively associated with their social relations and that their openness to experience and conscientiousness are positively associated with their knowledge self-efficacy, which are positively related to their knowledge sharing intentions. Based on the new findings, theoretical and practical implications are provided for knowledge management researchers and managers in practice.
