To overcome obstacles and to attain the goals of practical training for the students in the department of physical therapy it is necessary to effective an effective system for practical training. And to develop a good System it is essential to monitor the response of the students in practical training of physical therapy and to gather fundamental data. The author made up a questionnaire to the students in the department of physical therapy after the end of practical training course. The questionnaire consisted of 13 questionnaire for the general characterisitcs of the students, 19 questions for the degree of satisfaction (4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the content 3 for the time assignment and 4 for the evaluation) and one open question. As results the students were satisfied with the practicality and fresh experience. But they were relatively unsatisfied with the environment of the practical training and the number and sincerity of the trainers. Especially they were dissatisfied with the correspondence with the objectives of education, conection with the lecture, communication with the trainers, time assignment and evaluation. As a Part of efforts to formulate an effective system fer practical training it is necessary to estabilish concrete goals and detail check lists to guide both trainers and students.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to propose a standardized guideline for clinical training courses among dental hygiene departments of colleges in Korea. This study comparatively evaluated periods and durations of the curricula and specific domains, credits and hours of clinical training classes, and institutions providing practical lessons, and calculated the total credits and hours. Methods: From August 15 to September 15, 2017, a literature review was conducted in dental hygiene departments of 82 schools around the country in order to investigate the current conditions of clinical training in each educational system. Furthermore, 5 colleges were selected from each type of educational system, and their credits and hours for clinical training were analyzed in subjects of practical training for clinical dental hygiene, practical training for dental clinic, practical training for local community dental health, clinical training, and pre-clinical level practical training. The total credits and hours were calculated on the basis of analysis results. Results: The findings revealed that the hours of clinical training classes and hours per credit for practical training in the dental hygiene departments as well as the practical training institutions varied between the colleges. In some cases, the hours of practical training were not indicated. Standardized clinical training in the dental hygiene department was allotted 675 hours, whereas practical training in local community dental health studies was allotted 105 hours, which totaled to 780 allotted hours. Conclusions: There was a significant difference among the colleges in terms of the current conditions of clinical training in the dental hygiene department. The literature review revealed that a total of 780 hours was allotted to clinical training, and this was significantly more than the standard (500 hours) set by the. Moreover, these clinical training hours were lower than in advanced countries or other health and medical treatment occupations. Therefore, efficient improvement is required in order to provide a timely guideline for clinical training.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the teaching effectiveness and adequacy of practical training in nursing students. Methods: This descriptive research was conducted using a convenience sampling. The sample consisted of 619 nursing students with experience in practical training among five colleges, located in four cities. The data collection was performed using self-reported questionnaires. Research tools, developed by Kim (1996), were used to measure the effectiveness of clinical instructors and the adequacy of practical training developed by researchers. The data was analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Results: The average of teaching effectiveness was 3.43 (out of 5) and adequacy of practical training was 3.33 (out of 5). Teaching effectiveness and adequacy of practical training showed a significant positive correlation (r=.74, p<.001). Teaching effectiveness and each sub-area: adequacy of practical training, practical contents (r=.59, p<.001), practical attitude (r=.45, p<.001), practical instructor (r=.62, p<.001), practical environment (r=.46, p<.001), and practical evaluation (r=.64, p<.001), revealed a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: Nursing students prefer the actual training from professors who are more professional and clinical experienced. Professors presenting the theory lectures should also be aware of clinical practice so that education can be more professional and effective in terms of clinical practice.

Purpose: The practical examination portion of the National Dental Licensing Examination (NDLE) is slated to be administered in the latter half of 2021 in the form of a clinical performance examination that comprehensively evaluates the patient-dentist interaction using standardized patients (SPs). The SPs should be equipped with the basic qualities and capacity as evaluators for a fair and reliable administration of the test. Materials and Methods: In this study, we analyzed the existing training materials for SPs who participated in domestic and overseas practical tests for the development of training materials for SPs through seminars and surveys of 11 dentistry schools and colleges. Result: First, SPs should be selected according to the basic quality criteria and capacity, which they must possess, and the preliminary basic training about the details which they must have knowledge of and be provided through videorecorded cases before the implementation of the preliminary field training. Second, the roles of SPs and the calibration process of the evaluation result forms are needed when conducting the preliminary field training for SPs. After watching video-recorded scenario cases, the SPs participate in discussions about the watched videos before proceeding to calibration practices of evaluation result forms. Third, because the Type A questionnaire of the practical examination of the NDLE is dependent on the SPs' capacity and training, the fairness of the practical test is largely dependent on the SPs. Therefore, practicing the roles as evaluators and evaluation training should be provided using practical test items that can improve the reliability of the test and show a high level of reproducibility about the same case. Conclusion: The findings of this study will be utilized for the development of training materials for SPs, so they can participate in the administration of a fair and reliable practical examination of the NDLE.

The practical apprenticeship training is important and takes part in one fourth of the curriculum in university(college) nursing education. The quality and quantity of practical training influence the quality of nursing student ability. This study have planed to find out actual condition of practical apprenticeship training for university(college) nursing education and develop the reform measure in Korea. The questionnaires were sent for directors of nursing department in university(college) and the directors of nursing in hospitals which were chosen by systemic sampling and have over 500 beds. The response rate was 48.4% in total. The results were as follow : 1. There were 2 kinds of training system ;subject training and comprehensive training. The comprehensive training was done frequently in college education. There were gaps of subject between the lecture and the practical training education for professor, part time lecturler and assitant. 2. There was the shortage of training fields especially in college education. 3. The training content by university(college) personnel were care conference, orientation, ward rounding. The content by hospital nursing pernnels were bedside nursing skills and nursing process application. The headnurse acted the important role in training education. For improving the actual condition of training apprenticeship in university(college) nursing education, it is necessary that the Ministry of Education should make the accreditation system on the preparation of training hospitals for university(college) nursing education. The Academy Society for Nursing Education can do the central and coordination role to improve the training apprenticeship for nursing education in Korea.

Purpose : The purpose of the research is that get a cut above clinical practice effect through satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, oversight of training and evaluation system. Clinical training consists of part of university in Gwang Ju and Jeon nam. Method : The target of training student was studying at physiotherapy a tree or four-year-course collage in Gwang ju and Jean nam. Data collection period is from 21 November 2012 to 1 February. We explained how to do a means of collecting data and get students consent fill in questionnaire. Data collection prossed by using spss 10.1 program also independent proofs, descriptive statistics, crosstabulation, regression analysis and frequency analysis. Results : The subjects average age is 24 in general characteristic. A school system of subjects was a tree-year-course students. They were 58people(39.1%). A school system of subjects was a four-year-course students. They were 90people(60.9%).The male was 72(48.6%) and the female was 76(51.4%). We researched to know about satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, environment of practical establishment, trainee manage and evaluation method. All-round satisfaction of clinical training average was 1.90 Satisfaction of clinical training period and content average was 1.83Satisfaction of environment of practical establishment average was 1.88 Satisfaction of clinical training establishments' trainee manage and evaluation average was 1.94 Conclusion : It is important that student can get specific their future and can do at clinical throught clinical training after their graduation improving satisfaction of clinical training would give to impact a physical therapist reserve.

The purpose of this study is the development and application of practical education program for the security of semiconductor equipments maintenance technology. For securing the semiconductor equipments maintenance technology, this study aims to research on the Training and Development. The main field of HRD is about the Training and Development. We develop the practical education program applying the ADDIE Model to conduct the education training. This developed program tests the education training on the officers of Samsung Electronics, the maker of semiconductor. By the test, we hope to provide the technology education program focusing on the practical experiences of systematic and effective companies.

In order to normalized the Earth Science Education, experiments and geologic field trainings are very important. But it have not carried out on account of many difficulties in current High School of Korea. These difficulties are lack of time, many problems of the text book, heavy teaching load, shortage of facilities and experimental equipments, and poor quality of teacher etc. The practical training of geologic field trip is very important in Earth Science Education. Finally, wirter propose a new teaching plan of geologic field training as follows: 1. The teacher must prepare the guide paper of field geologic training. 2. Subjects of practical training must simplify. 3. The teacher must take a pre-field investigation in order to get the teaching plan and the preparation of practical field training. 4. Let students observe for themselves on this guide, as if they were geologists. 5. The teacher must conclude about practical training after the working.

The purpose of the study is to show the need for the development of standard materials which can be used for flight training and pilot practical tests in the future. In this paper the flight training and evaluation references of flight training institutes certified by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation(MOCT) are compared with references of the international organization such as ICAO and FAA. As a result it is found that the flight schools certified by the MOCT have used different references for flight training and evaluation. Therefore, this study suggests creation and operation of an expert advisory group to develop new standards for flight training and evaluation, so called " Flight Training Manual", in Korea.
