  • Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.

  • Biotechnological research and development are moving at a very fast rate. The subject has assumed greatest importance in recent years in the development of agriculture and human health. The science of biotechnology has endowed us with new tools and tremendous power to create novel genes and genotypes of plants, animals and fish. The application of biotechnology in the fisheries sector is a relatively recent practice. Nevertheless, it is a promising area to enhance fish production. The increased application of biotechnological tools can certainly revolutionise our fish farming besides its role in biodiversity conservation. The paper briefly reports the current progress and thrust areas in the use of synthetic hormones in fish breeding, production of monosex, uniparental and polyploid individuals, molecular biology and transgenesis, biotechnology in aquaculture nutrition and health management, gene banking and the marine natural products.

  • Global primary energy demand is projected to increase by 1.7% per year from 2000 to 2030. Almost three-quaters of the increase in demand will come from the transportation sector. Fuel cell hybrid vehicle technology has the potential to significantly reduce energy and harmful emissions, as well as our dependence on foreign oil. In this paper, a systematic and logical methodology is developed and improved mainly to design light duty fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle. We investigated structure and characteristics of light duty FC hybrid vehicle carefully. It can easily be expanded to analyze vehicle-to-grid power connectable plug-in NeHEV. A fuel cell hybrid neighbourhood electric vehicle configuration has been studied in-depth utilizing the proposed methodology.

  • Despite economic sanctions, including Western countries' ban on exports of advanced technology, North Korea is regarded as being equipped with independent technology power in the science technology sector as shown in its launch of intercontinental ballistic missile. However, North Korea has been shrouded in mystery in terms of software technology level. Chosun Computer Center, a software development institution representing North Korea since 2006, mobilized IT experts from Kim Il-sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology and launched a project for an independent development of a computer operating system (OS), called "Red Star." Recently, it made public the 2.1-version. The OS program, which was manufactured in two types for a server computer and personal computer and are being supplied to institutions and individuals.

  • At present, in case of circular conductor, various water blocking methods are in use for power cable. But, in case the shape of the conductor is sector shaped, segment conductor it was very difficult to make the water blocking segment conductor. This paper describes the developement details of the water blocking segment conductor applied with swellable powder.

  • In this paper I examined economies and implications of "Net Neutrality" and Internet Freedom. It is argued that mandating Net Neutrality would be likely to reduce economic welfare. Instead, the government should focus on creating competition in the broadband market by liberalizing more spectrum and reducing entry barriers created by certain local regulations. In cases where a broadband provider can exercise market power the government should use its antitrust enforcement authority to police anti-competition behavior. To assure Net Neutrality, it is needed to make sure of fair competition and to facilitate flexible prices. Especially it is needed to invest consistently to the sector of Network.

  • Recently, our electric industry confronts a structural change and high competiveness environment in the course of deregulation. Rapid growth in electricity demand, financial need for new power plant construction, and envionmental problems have led to search for more efficient energy production and energy conservation techmologies. Especially, residential and commercial buildings consumes 40% of electricity demands and building energies are increasing more and more in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the electricity use of commercial buildings by end-use. Also, we will use it as a basic informations of DSM potential evaluation and evaluation process based on different approach by sector and type of potential.

  • Gasoline engine have proved its utility in light, medium and heavy duty vehicle in every sector of the world community. The concern about long term availability of petroleum and the increasing threat for the environment by the increasing load of vehicular emission, compel the technology to upgrade itself for meeting the challenges. CNG is environmentally clean alternative to the existing SI Engines with out much change in the hardware. Many researchers have found this as a potential substitute to meet the energy requirement. Higher octane number and higher self ignition temperature make it a good gaseous fuel. Although power output is slightly lesser than the gasoline it's thermal efficiency is better than the gasoline for the same SI Engine. Results showed that reduced CO, hydrocarbon emissions is a favorable outcome, with slight increase in $NO_x$ emission when compared with gasoline fuel to dual fuel mode in the existing SI Engines.

  • The purposes of this study are to classify farm area and to develop farm system by region. The factor analysis was used as a main analysing tool to approach these purposes in this study. The farming of Kyung-Ju area in cropping sector is classified into 11 cropping systems. The distribution of specialized regions is very distinctive by the cropping systems. The specialized regions resulted from this analysis are different by factor. An efficient means to raise agricultural competitive power is to realize farm specialization by region according to productivity factor.

  • One of the hazard of nature is a drought. Its impact varies from region to region and it is difficult for people to understand and define due to differences in hydrometeorological and social economic aspects across much of the country. In the most general sense, drought originates from a deficiency of precipitation over an extended period of time, usually month, season or more, resulting in a water shortage for some activity, group, or environmental sector. Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) is well known and has been used to study aridity changes in modern and past climates. The PDSI index is estimated over US using USHCN historical data.(e.g. precipitation, temperature, latitude and soil moisture). In this study, low frequency drought variability associated with climate variability such as El-Nino and ENSO is mainly investigated. With respect to the multi-scale analysis, wavelet transform analysis is applied to the PDSI index in order to extract the low frequency band corresponding to 2-8 years. Finally, low frequency patterns associated with drought by comparing global wavelet power, with significance test are explored.
