핀치게이지와 단미 한약재를 이용한 사상체질감별에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sasang Constitutional Diagnosis Using Pinch Guage and Herb)

  • 1. Purpose This study was performed to find the objective Sasang Constitutional Diagnosis, The O-ring test is thought to be one of the several methods to classify constitution. But the O-ring test has several problems. I studied the Sasang Constitutional Diagnosis which is used by Pinch-Guage and Herb Drugs for alternative methods. 2. Methods I tested 89 person's grasping power with changing the medical herb which is exist on person's another hand. conclusion of the test was compared with that of QSCC II to confirm the significance of this study. 3. Results and conclusions Soyangin group, Taeumin group, Male Soyangin goup, Male Taeumin group and Male group have a significant result on converting grades statistically.

  • This paper presents the design of attachments for dual arms of disaster responding heavy machine. The heavy machine handles a variety of tasks such as cutting, shredding, picking and moving in unstructured environment. Despite the need for rapid response, the heavy machine has difficulty in repeatedly replacing the attachment depending on the task. Thus, we propose a method to solve this physical and functional contradiction relation by using TRIZ separation principles. Above all, the existing equipment and the required working scenarios were surveyed and summarized in order to separate the attachments functionally for right-handed, left-handed and two-handed operation. Then, we proposed the design directions and conceptual design as following: multi function type attachment A, for precise operation and various operations; grab type attachment B, for grasping irregular objects and auxiliary device for both arms to handle bulky objects.

  • In this paper presents a control algorism for myoelectric hand prosthesis(MHP) with 2 degree of freedom(DOF), which consists of a mechanical hand, a surface myoelectric sensor(SMES) for measuring myoelectric signal, a control system and a charging battery. The actuation for the 2-DOF hand functions such as grasping and wrist rotation was performed by two DC-motors, and controlled by myoelectric signal measured from the residual forearm muscle. The two controllers were made of a RISC-type microprocessor, and its software was executed on a real-time kernel. The experimental results were showed that the proposed a control algorism is feasible for the MHP.

궤도차량용 보조동력장치 엔진룸 내부 열유동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermal and Fluid Characteristics inside Engine Room of Auxiliary Power Unit for Tracked Vehicle)

  • This research is intended to grasp the characteristics of heat flow inside auxiliary power device engine room to obtain the design basic data through numerical analysis and experiment. For experiment cost reduction, numerical analysis was done to obtain quantitative data by observing the change in temperature distribution of major parts according to changes in normal condition, incompressible condition, engine surface heat emission rate and absorption temperature with the use of commercial STAR-CD. The experiment was done by grasping the temperature distribution of major interested parts inside engine room in loaded and unloaded conditions during engine operation. The temperature distribution data here will serve as useful design data during APU engine room designing.

인간형 다지 다관절 로봇 핸드의 개발 (Design and Control of Anthropomorphic Robot hand)

  • In this study, an anthropomorphic robot Hand, called "SKKU Hand III" is presented. The hand has thirteen DOF(Degree-Of-Freedom) and is designed based on the skeletal structure of the human hand. Each finger module(except thumb module) has three DOF and four joints with a saddle joint mechanism which has two DOF at the base joint. Two distal joints of the finger module are mechanically coupled by a timing belt and pulleys. The thumb module is composed of a finger module and an additional actuator, which makes it possible to realize the opposition between the thumb and the other fingers. In addition, the palm DOF of the human hand is mimicked with a spatial link mechanism between the index finger and the thumb. Thus, it can grasp objects more stably and more strongly. For the modularization of the robotic hand all the driving circuits are embedded in the hand, and only the communication lines supporting CAN protocol with DC power cable are given as an interface. Therefore, it is possible to apply it to any robot system the interface. To validate the feasibility of the SKKU Hand III, a series of the representative grasp experiments such as power, precision, intermediate grasp etc. are carried out with the object around us and its operation is demonstrated.

A methodology for evaluating human operator's fitness for duty in nuclear power plants

  • It is reported that about 20% of accidents at nuclear power plants in Korea and abroad are caused by human error. One of the main factors contributing to human error is fatigue, so it is necessary to prevent human errors that may occur when the task is performed in an improper state by grasping the status of the operator in advance. In this study, we propose a method of evaluating operator's fitness-for-duty (FFD) using various parameters including eye movement data, subjective fatigue ratings, and operator's performance. Parameters for evaluating FFD were selected through a literature survey. We performed experiments that test subjects who felt various levels of fatigue monitor information of indicators and diagnose a system malfunction. In order to find meaningful characteristics in measured data consisting of various parameters, hierarchical clustering analysis, an unsupervised machine-learning technique, is used. The characteristics of each cluster were analyzed; fitness-for-duty of each cluster was evaluated. The appropriateness of the number of clusters obtained through clustering analysis was evaluated using both the Elbow and Silhouette methods. Finally, it was statistically shown that the suggested methodology for evaluating FFD does not generate additional fatigue in subjects. Relevance to industry: The methodology for evaluating an operator's fitness for duty in advance is proposed, and it can prevent human errors that might be caused by inappropriate condition in nuclear industries.

운동선수의 자기관리와 자기성찰 및 감성지능의 관계 (The relations among Sensitivity Intelligence, Self-managment and Self-reflection of the Athlete)

  • 이 연구는 운동선수의 자기관리와 자기성찰에 의한 감성지능을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 규명하기 위한 연구대상은 대학운동선수 총 200명을 무선으로 표본추출 하였다. 운동선수로 협회 등록이 되어있는 대학선수 중에서 서울지역 소재 K대학을 중심으로 최종 표집하였다. 자기관리는 허정훈(2001)이 사용한 선수자기관리 문항을, 자기성찰은 황주연(2011)이 검증한 문항을, 감성지능은 김성은(2010)이 사용한 감성지능을 사용하였다. 설문구성은 5점 리커트(Likert)척도이며, 신뢰도계수인 내적합치도는 .68~.85이다. 조사절차는 자기평가기입법으로 완성된 설문지를 상관분석과 다중회귀분석으로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 자기관리의 훈련관리는 자기탐색에, 대인관계관리와 몸관리는 타인이해에, 몸관리는 타인탐색에 정신력관리는 자기이해 등에 정적으로, 고유행동관리는 타인탐색에 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기관리의 정신력관리는 자기감성인식에, 정신력관리와 생활관리는 감성활용에, 정신력관리는 타인감성인식에, 정신력관리와 대인관계관리는 감성조절에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 타나났다.

절단부위에 따른 수무지 재건의 기능적 평가 (Functional Evaluation of Thumb Reconstruction according to the Level of Amputation)

  • In 1980 Morrison and O'Brien reported their experiences about the reconstruction of amputated thumb using wrap-around neurovascular free flap from the great toe with a nonvascularized iliac bone graft. From then it has been considered to be a good reconstructive procedure for the amputated thumb, but it's indication has been limited distal to the metacarpophalangeal(MP) joint. We have performed 37 cases of wrap-around free flap from the great toe for the reconstruction of thumb amputated at distal or proximal to the MP joint and investigated their functional results according to the level of amputation. Level of amputation was distal to the MP joint in 25 cases and proximal to it in 12 cases. Pinching and grasping power, two point discrimination and the amount of opposition to the other fingers were compared to the uninjured hand. Pinching and grasping power were not significantly different according to the level of amputation but the amount of two point discrimination was significantly high in the cases amputated proximal to the MP joint. The opposition of reconstructed thumb to the other fingers was completely possible in all cases amputated distal to the MP joint. In 12 cases amputated proximal to the MP joint of the thumb, opposition was completely possible in 6 cases in which the iliac bone block was fixated in the position of $30^{\circ}$ flexion and $45^{\circ}$ internal rotation but in 6 cases in the fixation of $30^{\circ}$ flexion and $30^{\circ}$ internal rotation, the opposition of reconstructed thumb to the ring and little fingers were impossible in 5 cases and only to the little finger in 1 case. In this study, we concluded that even if amputation proximal to the MP joint, it is no more contraindication of the wrap-around free flap procedure for thumb reconstruction, however in these cases we recommend iliac bone block fixation in the position of $30^{\circ}$ flexion and $45^{\circ}$ infernal rotation for the better functional outcome.

12주간 복합운동이 비만 여대생의 신체조성 및 기초체력 향상에 미치는 영향 (The effects of combined exercise training 12weeks on body composition and basic physical strength in obese college women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 12주간 복합운동이 비만 여대생의 신체조성 및 기초체력 향상에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 취지를 충분히 설명하고 자발적 참여의 동의서를 작성한 D대학교의 여대생 12명이었으며, 과거병력과 현재 특별한 질환이 없고, 규칙적인 운동경험이 없는 자들로 구성하였다. 이들은 실험 전 신체조성검사 및 기초체력검사인 좌 우악력, 배근력, 유연성, 순발력, 근지구력을 측정하고, 12주간 복합운동 실시 후 평균 표준편차를 산출하기 위하여 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 실험 전, 후 차이 검증은 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간 복합트레이닝 운동집단에서 참여 후 체중, 골격근, 체지방량 및 좌 우악력 및 배근력, 순발력은 통계적으로 유의(p.<05)한 감소와 증가를 보였고, 유연성은 약간의 증가를 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 변화를 보이지 않았으며, 통제집단은 유의한 변화가 없었다. 이상을 종합해 보면 12주간 복합운동은 여대생의 근육을 증가시켜 기초대사량이 증가하여 체중 및 체지방을 감소시켜 건강관련 기초체력 향상에 의미 있는 운동프로그램이 될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.

고려시대(高麗時代) 시위제도(侍衛制度)에 관한 사적고찰(史的考察) (A Social Historical Study on Security System of Goryo Period)

  • 시위군은 궁성(宮城)의 수위(守衛) 및 국왕, 왕실세력의 행차시 최측근 군사력으로 일반군사조직이 붕괴되는 고려말까지 존속되었던 군사조직이었다. 외침(外侵)이나 내란(內亂)등으로 왕권이 위협받을 때 더 굳건한 시위조직이 구축되었고, 그 규모나 능력 면에서도 강화되었다. 고려시대의 시위조직은 군사조직의 일환으로 중앙군과 지방군으로 나뉜다. 2군은 국왕의 시위군이고, 6위는 수도경비와 국경방위의 임무를 맡고 있었다. 중앙군의 지휘관들은 상장군.대장군 등으로 일컬어 졌고, 그 휘하에 장군들이 있었다. 문신귀족들이 국가의 중요정책을 도병마사에서 의논했듯이 상장군 대장군 등은 무관들의 회의 기관인 중방에서 군사문제를 의논했는데, 중방은 나중에 무신정변이 일어나 무신들이 집권한 뒤에는 권력의 중추 기구가 되었다. 무신정권 시기에는 현대적 의미의 사설 시위조직인 도방과 내도방이 출현하게 된다. 또한 최씨정권기에는 사설 시위에만 그친 것이 아니라 때로는 국가 공무에 참가하기도 하였으며, 최씨일문에 전횡을 증오하고 반대하는 순기능적 역할도 수행하였다. 오늘날 세계 어떤 국가의 헌법(憲法)을 살펴보더라도 그 국가의 국왕 및 국가원수는 대외적으로 국가를 대표하고 대내적으로는 국가와 국민을 보호할 책임이 있다. 따라서 국가원수의 시위(侍衛)는 한 개인의 생명과 신체를 보호하는데 머물지 않고 국가의 안위를 보호하는 국가안위적(國家安危的) 차원에서 한치의 오차도 없이 완벽하게 이루어 져야한다. 또한 국가원수에 대한 시위(侍衛)는 시위기관에 부여된 최대의 임무인 동시에 국가의 안위에 직결된다는 사실을 인식하여 부단한 노력을 해야 할 것으로 사료된다.
