Flywheel의 중량(重量)이 소형(小型) 디젤기관(機關)의 성능(性能)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Flywheel Weight on Engine Performance for the Small Diesel Engine)

  • 우리나라 보급(普及)된 동력경운기(動力耕耘機)에 탑재(搭載)된 6, 7.5kW 수냉식(水冷式) 4 Cycle 디젤 기관(機關)의 성능향상(性能向上), 중량경감(重量經減), 생산비(生産費) 절감(節減)을 도모하고져, 기관(機關) 기획(企劃), 설계시(設計時) 고려할 수 있는 기본(基本) 자료(資料)를 얻기 위하여 동력경운기(動力耕耘機) 탑재용(搭載用) 기관(機關)의 기존(旣存)의 타(他) 부품(部品)은 고정(固定)하고 Flywheel의 중량(重量)만을 32.2, 29.7, 26.4, 24.2kg 등(等)의 4수준(水準)으로 감소(減少)시키면서, 출력(出力), 열과소비율(熱科消費率), Motoring loss, Toque, 진동량(振動量), 열효율(熱效率), 등(等)을 측정(測定) 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 기관(機關)의 최대(最大) 출력(出力)은 6kW 기관(機關)은 7.43kW, 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 7.85kW이었으며 Flywheel의 중량(重量)을 32.2kg에서 24.2kg으로 감소(減少)시켰을때 6kW 기관(機關)은 7.70kW로 0.27kW의 출력(出力)이 증가(增加)되었고 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 7.85kW에서 8.25kW로 0.39kW의 출력(出力) 향상(向上)이 되었다. 2. Flywheel의 중략(重量)을 감소(減少)시킴으로서 결과소비율(練料消費率)은 6kW 기관(機關)은 300.8g/kW-h에서 296.8g/kW-h로 4.0g/kW-h, 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 313.6g/kW-h로 0.8g/kW-h로 0.8g/kW-h가 감소(減少)하였다. 3. 기관(機關)의 효율(效率)은 Flywheel의 중량(重量)을 32.2kg에서 24.2kg으로 감소(減少)시켰을 때 6kW 기관(機關)은 76.1에서 76.8로 0.7%, 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 76.68에서 77.02kW로 0.34%가 증가(增加)하였다. 4. Flywheel 중량(重量)이 32.2kg에서 24.2kg으로 감소(減少)함에 따라 진동량(振動量)은 6kW 기관(機關)의 경우 X축(軸)및 Z축(軸)에서는 약간 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)이 있으며 7.5kW 기관(機關)의 경우 모든 방향(方向)과 6kW 기관(機關)의 Y축(軸)에서는 약간 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)이었다. 5. Motoring loss는 flywheel 중량(重量)이 32.2kg 2200 rpm (6/7.5kW)에서는 2.33/2.46kW이었고 24.2kg에서는 1.76/1.84kW로 감소(減少)하였다. 위의 결과(結果)를 종합(綜合)하여 고찰(考察)해 보면, 이론식(理論式)에 의한 Flywheel의 중량(重量) 6kW 기관(機關)이 19.7kg 이었고 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 24.59kW이었으며 실험결과(實驗結果) 7.5kW 기관(機關)은 7kg, 6.0kW 기관(機關)은 10kg 정도 감소(減少)시켜 기관(機關)의 건중량(乾重量)을 감소(減少)시키는 것이 타당한 것으로 인정(認定)된다.

하저 지반특성 규명을 위한 전기비저항 탐사 (DC Resistivity method to image the underground structure beneath river or lake bottom)

  • 수로는 약선대를 따라 형성되는 경우가 많으며, 특히 강을 따라 단층이 발달하는 경우가 많다. 교량과 같은 수상 구조물의 건설을 위하여 탐사의 필요성이 많았음에도 불구하고 육상과는 달리 수상 전기비저항 탐사가 활발하게 적용되지 못한 것은 현장탐사와 해석의 어려움 때문이었다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 양질의 자료 획득이며, 양질의 자료 획득이 육상탐사보다 어려운 것은 영상화하고자 하는 지하구조가 물로 덮여 있다는 점에서 연유한다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 점에 중점을 두고 수치 모델링과 현장탐사 사례 분석을 통하여 수상 전기비저항 탐사 자료의 특성, 현장 탐사와 해석 방법에 대하여 논하였다. 수상 전기비저항 탐사는 전극이 물 표면에 혹은 물 바닥에 설치되어 있는가에 따라 탐사자료의 획득방법, 고려사항, 해석 방법이 달라지므로, 전극을 물 표면에 띄운 경우와 바닥에 설치한 경우로 나누어 논의를 전개하였다. 이를 통하여 하상 전기비저항 탐사는 수 층 하부 지반을 정확하게 영상화할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 수상 전기비저항 탐사에서 전극을 물 바닥에 설치하는 것이 물 표면에 설치하는 것보다 훨씬 더 분해능이 높은 영상을 획득할 수 있으나, 육상탐사에 비하여 지하구조에 대한 민감도는 훨씬 낮고, 유동전위 등에 의하여 전기잡음이 높을 가능성이 높기 때문에 육상탐사보다 훨씬 높은 S/N 비를 갖는 현장 탐사자료의 획득이 필수적이며 가능한 한 높은 분해능을 갖는 전극배열을 선택하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다 전극을 물 바닥에 설치하는 방법은 고분해능 영상을 제공할 수 있기 때문에 지하의 정밀 영상을 획득하기 위한 정밀탐사에 적합하다. 이에 반해 물 표면에 전극을 띄워서 자료를 획득하는 방법은, 특히 이동하면 연속적으로 탐사하는 스트리머 전기비저항 탐사는 매우 빠른 시간에 넓은 지역을 탐사할 수 있기 때문에 개략탐사에 많은 활용이 기대된다.향상을 위해 좀더 적극적인 치료가 필요하다.과 TIMP-2의 발현의 정도는 차이가 있었으며, 각 장기의 특정한 세포에서만 발현이 되었다. TIMP-1의 경우 간과 신장에서는 방사선에 의해 발현이 증가되었으나 폐에서는 발현이 증가되지 않았다. TIMP-2의 경우 폐에서는 방사선에 의해 발현이 증가하였으나 간과 폐에서는 방사선에 의한 발현의 변화는 불규칙적이었다. 방사선 조사 후 경과 시간과 방사선량에 따른 발현의 변화도 일정하지 않았다.EX> 발현의 감소가 관찰되어, Captopril이 조기 폐손상을 억제하는 방사선보호제로서 기전의 일부에 $TNF\alpha$$TGF\beta1$이 관여함을 확인할 수 있었다.주의 정책으로 우리 민족의 정서와 문화를 보존하는 일에 등한시하여 왔다. 이 때문에 우리 민족 고유의 뿌리를 점차 잃어가고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 도시노점상을 정리하기 위한 목적으로 정부에서 도시 5일장을 개장한 것은 역사의 아이러니라 아니할 수 없다. 이렇게 정부주도로 개장된 5일장이 운영되어 온 지 2년이 되어가고 있다. 개장 초기에는 시에서의 지원도 적극적이고 소비자들의 호응도 좋았으나, 최근에 들어 활성화의 속도가 둔화되면서 도시 5일장의 개념을 재정립할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 정부의 주도로 시작된 5일장이므로 정부의 적극적인 추진하에 풍물시장 번영회와 활성화 방안을 모색해야 한다. 쌍다리 풍물시장의 5일장을 활성화하기 위하여 도시 5일장의 개념을 ${\ulcorner}$국민들의 생활수준이 향상되고 여가를 즐길 수 있는 여건이 형성되고 있으므로 전통문화(향토문화)를 유지하고 시민들의 정서함양에 기여할 수 있는 여가공간 조성${\lrcorner}$으로 규정해야 한다. 이러한 개념 하에 5일장의 주체를 명확히 하기 위해 시청 지역경제과를 중심으로 지자제의 실시에

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. The results showed that the functional characteristics of the polymer valve compared favorably with those of the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. 30621 T00401030621 ^x Explosive evaporative removal process of biological tissue by absorption of a CW laser has been simulated by using gelatin and a multimode Nd:YAG laser. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. One of the major problems in EIT has been the inaccessibility of internal voltage or current data in finding the internal impedance values. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. A9 a consequence of using dominant feature parameters method proposed in this paper, discrimination rate of 91.11% was obtained for Thyroid Gland cells. 30625 T00401030625 ^x An electrical stimulator was designed to induce locomotion for paraplegic patients caused by central nervous system injury. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.   • 연구는 설문지를 통하여 치과위생사의 인구사회학적 특성, 근무관련 특성, 건강행태와 생활스트레스, 사회심리적 스트레스, 직무스트레스, 자아존중감을 조사하고 이들이 타액 내 코티졸 농도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 연구대상은 2010년 2월 현재 대구 경북 치과 위생사 협회에 등록된 219명의 치과위생사로 하였으며, 타액 채취는 오후 5시를 기준으로 전후 30분까지 하였으며, 타액채취와 설문지를 동시에 할 수 있는 날짜를 선정, 2010년 3월 12일부터 3월 26일까지 실시하였다. 생활스트레스에서는 현재직장 근속년수(p<0.05), 자가 건강상태, 규칙적인 식사(p<0.01)에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 사회심리적 스트레스는 연령(p<0.05), 일일 근무시간(p<0.01), 자가건강상태, 수면시간, 규칙적인 식사, 취미여가활동(p<0.01)에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스는 학력(p<0.05), 직무경력, 직급, 같은부서의 인력 적절성, 현재직장 근속년수(p<0.05)가 유의한 차이가 있었다. 자아존중감은 자가건강상태(p<0.01), 수면시간(p<0.05), 취미여가활동(p<0.01)에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 타액 코티졸 농도에서는 정규시간 외 근무일(p<0.05), 자가건강상태(p<0.05)가 유의한 차이가 있었고 직무스트레스와 타액 코티졸 농도에는 약한 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.01). 건강행태가 생활스트레스에 대한 경로계수는 -36.807(p<0.05)로, 건강행태가 사회심리적 스트레스 -5.209(p<0.001)로, 건강행태가 자아존중감 0.561(p<0.05)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 생활스트레스가 사회심리적 스트레스 0.012(p<0.05)로, 자아존중감이 사회심리적 스트레스 -2.437(p<0.001)로, 사회심리적 스트레스가 직무스트레스 0.523(p<0.001)로 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 직무스트레스가 타액 코티졸농도 -0.060(p<0.05)로 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구에서는 직무스트레스가 타액 코티졸 농도에 유의하게 영향을 미치나 음의 상관성을 보여 만성적 직무스트레스에 의한 코티졸 농도의 고갈을 고려해 볼 수도 있겠다.

생팥 및 삶은 팥의 열수 추출물의 유용 생리활성 평가 (Evaluation of Useful Biological Activities of Hot-Water Extracts of Raw-Red Bean and Boiled-Red Bean (Phaseolus radiatus L.))

  • 식품으로 사용되는 팥은 생팥이 아닌 증자팥을 사용하며, 고온의 열수로 삶은 후 제조된다. 본 연구에서는 팥을 이용한 고부가가치 식품개발 연구의 일환으로, 생팥의 열수 추출물 및 팥을 삶은 후 증자액을 폐기하고 제조한 증자팥의 열수 추출물을 조제하고 이들의 유용성분 및 항산화, 항균, 항당뇨 및 항혈전 활성을 비교 평가하였다. 생팥 및 증자팥의 추출효율은 각각 16.2% 및 14.8%로 생팥이 1.1배 높았으며, 총 폴리페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 환원당 함량은 생팥이 증자팥보다 각각 2.5배, 2.1배 및 1.5배 높았다. 생팥의 DPPH 음이온 및 ABTS 양이온 소거능 및 환원력 평가 결과, 증자팥보다 모두 높게 나타나, 팥의 항산화 활성이 고온의 열수 삶기 과정 중 소실됨을 알 수 있었다. 반면, nitrite 소거능은 생팥보다 삶은 증자팥에서 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 항균 활성 평가결과, 생팥의 열수 추출물에서만 그람양성 세균에 대한 활성이 나타났으며, 증자팥의 경우 항균 활성은 $500{\mu}g/disc$ 농도까지 나타나지 않았다. 또한 in-vitro $\alpha$-amylase 및 $\alpha$-glucosidase에 대한 저해활성과 항혈전 활성에 관련된 thrombin, prothrombin, coagulation factors에 대한 저해활성 평가 결과, 생팥의 비가열 추출물과는 달리, 생팥 및 증자팥의 열수 추출물은 전분분해 저해 및 항혈전 활성이 인정되지 않았다. 본 연구결과는 생팥 및 증자팥의 열수 추출물의 항산화, 항당뇨 및 항혈전 활성이 비가열 에탄올 추출물보다 미약하며, 생팥의 유용활성이 증자팥에서는 거의 남아 있지 않음을 제시하고 있으며, 팥을 이용한 고부가가치 식품 제조 시 적합한 삶기 공정 및 팥 증자액의 효율적인 이용에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제시하고 있다.

일본 온천을 중심으로 본 물을 매개로 하는 치유의 경관에서의 여성적 요소 (The Feminine Factor of the Therapeutic Landscape by Water from a Perspective of the Japanese Hot Spring)

  • 본 연구는 물을 매개로 하는 물리적 치유의 경관이 갖는 신체적, 문화적, 공간적, 경제적 의의가 어떤 형태로 여성을 중심으로 하는 공간에서 나타나는지 살펴보고, 이를 여성을 위한 쉼터로서의 기능, 여성을 위한 배려의 기능, 여성을 형상화한 기능으로 나눠 검토하는 것에 목표를 두고 있다. 여성을 위한 쉼터로서의 기능에는 신체적 의의가 가장 두드러지게 나타나며, 온천수와 온천욕, 분위기, 부대시설, 안전한 밤문화 등으로 구체화된다. 이러한 매개를 통해 여성은 자유로움, 온천수가 온전한 상태로 회귀시켜주는 힘, 끊임없이 제공받는 치유의 장치, 안전하게 보호해주는 것, 마음을 열고 자연스럽게 타인과의 교류 등을 느끼게 된다. 다음으로 여성을 위한 배려의 기능에서는 물을 매개로 하는 치유의 경관이 갖는 문화적 의의가 두드러지게 되는데, 이는 온천에서 발견할 수 있는 문화이기도 하지만, 배려에 바탕을 둔 일본의 문화가 자연스럽게 혼합되어 나타나는 현상이라 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 송영버스, 오카미상 혹은 나카이상의 서비스, 장식품, 장난스러운 설치물, 개인공간의 확보 등을 통해서 다양한 즐거움을 느낄 수 있고, 누군가 지지해주고 혹은 지켜주고 있다는 느낌을 받게 되며, 신체적인 아름다움뿐만 아니라 정신적인 아름다움까지도 추구하게 된다. 마지막으로 여성을 형상화한 기능은 문화적, 공간적, 경제적 의의 등 폭넓게 나타나는데, 광고매체, 온천과 관련된 표식, 신사, 오브제, 상품화된 매개체 등을 통해 다양하게 드러난다. 이러한 기능은 건강함, 쉼, 편안함, 친숙함 혹은 익숙함, 사랑이 이루어지거나 혹은 행복한 결혼 생활로 이어진다는 이미지 등으로 승화된다. 이상을 통해 온천을 중심으로 나타나는 여성을 위한 치유의 요소는 자유로움, 안전함, 신체를 뛰어넘는 효과, 즐거움, 치유의 지속성, 아름다움, 희망 등으로 수렴되며, 이러한 요소들이 유기적으로 결합될 때 여성의 온전하지 않음은 온전함으로 회복되는 치유의 효과가 드러나는 것이라 할 수 있다.

  • 디지털이라는 새로운 커뮤니케이션 미디어의 등장은 경이로운 한편 문화적 긴장이기도 하다. 인간의 능력을 극적으로 확장시켜주는 산업기술들은 우리가 그것에 적응해 가는 속도보다 훨씬 빠르게 세력을 확대하고 곤다. 이것은 예외 없이 인간에 대한 개념 자체를 뒤흔듦으로써 새로운 문화의 내용과 형식을 만들어낸다. 디지털의 영향으로 우리나라 방송환경은 지상파, 케이블, 위성, 인터넷 등으로 다원화됨으로써 다매체, 다채널 시대로 진입되었다. 디지털 문화피서 방송은 정보전달과 커뮤니케이션 매체로서 과거보다 더 큰 영향력을 발휘하게 되었다. 이 같은 방송환경의 변화는 TV 시청자들을 능동적인 커뮤니케이션의 주체자, 참여자, 이용자로서 미디어를 선택하고 이용하는 존재라는 새로운 개념의 수용자로 출현시켰다. 본 연구는 채널선택의 주체로 능동적 수용자가 방송의 중심에 서게 되면서, 방송의 코어 아이덴티티(Core Identity)에 대한 문제제기를 브랜드를 통해 구조화시키고자 한다. 능동적 수용자에 대한 인지심리학적 접근방법으로 이야기 스키마(Schema) 이론을 적용하여 '정보처리과정(information processing)'과 연관되어 있는 '인지적 과정(cognitve processes)'을 설명할 수 있다. 이것은 이야기가 있는 디자인으로서 브랜드의 스토리텔링 사례로 나타난다. 연구범위는 지상파 TV 방송에서 시사 교양 단위 프로그램들을 대상으로 했으며, 기간은 2004년 5월에서 8월에 걸쳐 방송중인 브랜드를 국내외 각 방송사별로 사례 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 방송의 채널 아이덴티티가 단위 프로그램의 브랜드 전략에서도 함께 고려되어야 한다 것은 중요하였다. 특히 방송사를 대표하는 프로그램은 별개의 단위 프로그램으로 취급되어서는 안 되며, 채널 아이덴티티를 형성하는 내용과 형식에서 함께 다루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 앵커의 브랜드화 역시 방송의 브랜드 정체성에 중요한 변인이 될 수 있음을 재차 확인할 수 있었다.

블루베리 농축식초 제조 및 이들의 항산화 및 항균 활성 (Production of Concentrated Blueberry Vinegar Using Blueberry Juice and Its Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities)

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 생리활성을 가졌다고 알려진 블루베리의 식품산업 이용률을 높이고자 블루베리 농축식초를 제조하였으며, 종초가 블루베리 농축식초의 이화학적 특성, 항산화 활성 및 항균 활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 선정된 주모용 효모(Saccharomyces cerevisiae SRCM 100610), 종초용 초산균(Acetobacter pasteurianus SRCM 101342) 및 블루베리 농축액을 활용하여 제조한 블루베리 농축식초의 당도, pH, 총산도, 총 페놀성 화합물, 갈변도(280 nm과 420 nm)는 각각 $11.05{\sim}12.70^{\circ}Brix$, 2.63~2.98, 1.65~5.72%, 3.03~4.24 mg/mL, 0.95~1.50 및 0.11~0.20이었으며, 종초 첨가량이 증가할수록 당도와 총산도는 증가하였으나 pH, 총 페놀성 화합물 및 갈변도는 감소하였다. 항산화 활성은 DPPH 라디칼 검정, ABTS 라디칼 검정 및 환원력에서는 control이 가장 낮은 $EC_{50}$ 값(23.80, 19.48 및 79.21배의 희석배율)을 보였으나 SOD 유사 활성에서는 종초 40% 첨가구가 가장 낮은 $EC_{50}$ 값(46.19배의 희석배율)을 나타내었다. 항균 활성은 종초 40% 첨가구의 clear zone diameter 값이 Escherichia coli KACC 10115에서는 4.31, Staphylococcus aureus KACC 1927에서는 4.59, Listeria monocytogenes KACC 10764에서는 5.81 및 Bacillus cereus KACC 10097에서는 3.97로 가장 높게 나타났다. 한편 항산화 활성은 총 페놀성 화합물 함량, 갈변도(at 280 nm), pH 및 총산도의 결정계수($R^2$) 값이 0.82~0.99를, 항균 활성에서는 pH와 총산도의 $R^2$ 값이 0.92~0.99 이상의 높은 값을 나타내어 강한 상관성을 보였다. 결과적으로 선정된 주모용 효모, 종초용 초산균 및 블루베리 농축액을 활용하여 제조한 블루베리 농축식초는 건강 기능성 식품으로의 가능성이 있다고 판단된다.

  • 현대는 산업 문명의 발달로 시장의 세계화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 비슷한 품질과 서비스를 제공하는 수많은 기업들은 각기 다양한 방법으로 자사의 제품을 차별화하며 보다 많은 시장점유율과 매출액, 이윤을 창출하기 위하여 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 중에서 가장 대표적인 것이 자사의 브랜드를 강력하게 만틀어 관리하는 일이다. 현대의 소비자는 상품을 사지 않는다. 그들은 복잡한 설명서도 읽지 않으며, 가격으로 물건을 평가하지도 않는다. 단지 자신의 머릿속에 각인된 브랜드를 선택한다. 브랜드는 오늘날 고도의 마케팅 전략의 핵심 도구로 취급되고, 또한 중요한 법적 자산으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서, 기업의 마케터들은 자사 제품의 가치를 높이기 위한 수단으로서 브랜드 자체의 명성을 구축하는 데 심혈을 기물이고 있다. 유명하고 좋은 이미지를 가진 브랜드만이 충성 스러운 고객기반을 확보할 수 있고 가격 경쟁에서 유리한 위치를 점할 수 있으며 안정된 수 익을 확보할 수 있기 때문이다. 이와 같이, 브랜드는 비록 무형적이지만 제품이 가진 어떤 유형적인 특성보다도 중요하게 생각되고 있는 것이다- 단순히 생산자나 제품을 구별하는 수단을 넘어 중요한 자산으로 인 식되고 있으며, 이러한 맥락에서 브랜드 자산가치의 개념이 만들어 진 것이다. 본 연구는 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 미치는 영향요인으로서 내부마케팅 요인, 마케팅믹스 요인, 브랜드수의 증가요인의 3가지 요인을 설정하여 설문조사를 통한 판매자의 평가 결과로 어떤 요인이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 내부마케팅요인(조직구성원간의 직무만족, 조직구성 원간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션), 마케팅믹스요인(제품 품질, 가격정책, 유통전략, 광고 및 홍보 활동), 브랜드수의 증가요인(시장환경의 불투명성, 시장진입의 선발감)이 모두 다 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
