전동지게차용 변속 구동부 및 시험기 설계 (Design of Speed-Variable Driving System and Tester for Electric Forklift Truck)

  • The usage of electric forklift truck is gradually increasing due to the convenience at conveying and arranging the materials in the industrial field. In this study, the author designed and suggested the optimum driving system and load tester which both of them are the most important part of the forklift truck. The planetary gear is chose to driving system because it makes big power even though the motor size is small. The gear teeth of planetary gear were designed and the designed planetary gear was tested considering the yield strength and the abrasion of gear teeth. The B-Type electric brake which consists of multiple plates and operates with non-magnetic type was connected with a single shaft in the driving system. So, it can be applied at the sudden braking situation which has the torque increment. And it has the compact size and excellent durability Load tester can give the various levels of load to the planetary gear of driving system in the electric forklift truck and it can also measure the levels of the load which were applied. Therefore, we can measure the noise, torque and perform the durability, vibration tests using load tester. It will be economical because many kinds of test can be performed using reasonable priced load tester The driving system of electric forklift truck which has sufficient competitive can be manufactured using our designed planetary gear reducer with reasonable price. The designed load tester can use for checking the performance of other reducers, as well.

표면 침투 보강제에 의한 콘크리트 열화 방지 성능 평가 (Evaluation of Penetrating and Reinforcing Agent for Preventing Deterioration of Concrete)

  • 콘크리트 구조물의 사용 년수 증가에 따른 열화 (aging) 방지 및 내구성능 향상을 목적으로 개발된 유무 기합성 표면 침투 보강제의 성능 및 적용성을 실험적 방법으로 입증하였다. 본 연구에서는 무기 재료인 TEOS (tetra-ethoxyorthosilicate)와 유기재료인 acrylate monomer를 용액중축합 방법으로 합성함으로써 졸-겔 반응 (sol-gel process)에 의한 실리케이트의 내구성능 향상 효과와 함께 유기모노머의 부드럽고 유연한 충격 완화층 형성을 통한 콘크리트의 성능 개선 효과와 isobutyl-orthosilicate 등의 성능 개선 물질을 추가함으로써 콘크리트 침투 후의 열화 억제 성능을 향상시켰다. 개발된 유무 기합성 표면 침투 보강제는 침투 후 콘크리트 내부 공극을 물리 화학적으로 안정된 화합물로 충진 시킴으로써 구체 강화에 따른 압축강도 증가 효과는 물론, 염해 및 탄산화, 동결융해 및 복합열화 등의 사용 환경적 열화 요인에 대한 내구성 향상 효과가 높아 콘크리트 구조물의 효율적인 수명 관리 기법으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • ${\cdot}$저준위 방사성폐기물 처분시설의 주 인공방벽으로 콘크리트 구조물이 고려되고 있다. 콘크리트는 투수성이 낮아 물의 침투를 최소화할 수 있으며, 핵종 물질의 누출 차단에도 효과적이기 때문이다. 그러나 콘크리트에 열화가 발생하면 처분구조물의 구조적 안정성이 낮아지며, 투수성이 증가하여 외부로부터 물의 침투로 인한 핵종물질 누출 가능성이 높아진다. 따라서 처분구조물의 오염물질 격리 성능을 증진하기 위해서는 콘크리트의 열화를 최소화하여야 한다. 콘크리트 구조물의 대표적 열화 원인으로 황산염의 침투, 염화물 침투에 의한 철근 부식, 칼슘 수산화물의 침출, 알카리-골재 반응, 그리고 구조물의 반복적인 동결-융해가 있다. 이러한 열화과정의 공통적 원인은 구조물에 물 및 유해한 화학물질이 침투하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 열화원인 및 메커니즘 검토에 기초하여 인공방벽으로서 콘크리트 처분구조물의 장기적 내구성을 확보하기 위한 설계 및 설계수명 평가 방안을 검토하였다.

운전조건이 PEM 수전해 셀의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Operation Conditions on the Performance of PEM Water Electrolysis)

  • 재생에너지 자원이 풍부한 제주도에서 수전해 시스템을 활용하여 그린수소를 생산하는 실증단지를 준비 중이며, 수전해 시스템의 장기 운영시 상황을 검토하기 위하여, PEM 수전해 셀을 가속시험평가 하여 수전해 셀의 내구성을 검토하였고, 제주도 풍력기반의 전력패턴을 적용하였을 때 수전해 셀의 내구성을 검토하였다. 가속시험평가 (저전류-고전류 반복 인가)를 800시간 진행한 후, PEM 수전해 셀의 성능이 최대 10%, 운전조건에서 5.5% 감소되었으며, 임피던스 분석결과 PEM 수전해 셀의 Ohmic 저항보다 전극의 분극저항이 크게 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 제주도의 풍력패턴을 적용하여 내구성평가를 진행한 경우, PEM 수전해 셀의 성능이 최대 1.6%, 운전 조건에서 1% 미만의 성능감소를 보여주었으며, 임피던스 결과 Ohmic 저항 및 전극의 분극저항의 변화가 작은 것을 알 수 있다.

  • Diesel power plants are frequently used as a power supplier on the island and the isolated places where electric power is required. The heat efficiency of the low speed 2 stroke diesel engines is higher than those of 4 stroke diesel engines or other heat engines and further its mobility and durability is also better than other engines. They can be also easily repaired and maintained. With these advantages, demand for the use of the low speed 2 stroke diesel engine as a power source is increasing. However, there are some disadvantages with these diesel engines such as the bigger vibrating excitation forces generated by higher combustion pressure in cylinder and by the inertia force of the reciprocating parts. Further, engine vibrations are transfered into their adjacent buildings and manufacturing factories and eventually produces local vibrations. In order to reduce X-mode vibration of engine body, several methods have been introduced in the recent researches. In this paper, accordingly, a new vibrationcontrol method applying a synchrophaser and a top bracing between two diesel engines is adopted in order to reduce these structural vibrations of diesel power plant. It was experimentally verified that the structural vibrations were greatly reduced by the phase adjustment for the 6th order X-mode vibration with the synchrophaser and the top bracing.

수상 자전거의 동력전달장치 설계 (Design of Power Transmission System of a Water Bike)

  • The power transmission system has always been considered critical for a human powered boat(or water bike) since it first showed up at Human Powered Vessel Festival. Mechanical problems, such as abrasions and other damages of the gear system for the power transmission, lead to poor durability and low efficiency of a boat. This paper described mechanical problems and a design process of power transmission system and then suggested the method to solve the problems. It is selected a module and a type of gears that are structurally stable thus can transmit the power durable. Especially the lower gear box is applied to CRP(contra rotating propeller) system for improving the structural stability and the propeller efficiency as well. As the results, the upper and lower gear box are designed and manufactured. And from the trial test, it is confirmed that the power transmission system is reliable.

야전용 액체 연료개질 1 kW급 하이브리드 전원시스템 제어 연구 (Control Model of 1 kW Class Tactical Hybrid Power Generation System with Liquid Fuel Processor)

  • A fuel cell/secondary battery hybrid power generation system could extend well beyond the efficiency and interoperability of the conventional diesel generator. The suggested power source system consists of 2.3 kW class PEMFC, 100 Ah lithium polymer battery, and two DC/DC converters by serial connection type. It was known that interoperability of sub-systems is the key factor for stable and optimal control of the hybrid power generation system. The modeling and simulation methods have been proposed to reduce the number of configurations and performance tests for components selection and select the optimized control condition of the power generation system. The control model for power source system is implemented based on the empirical formulation and carried out in the Matlab/Simulink environment. The results show that the simulation can be used to establish the algorism of prototype and increase the durability of the power source system.

FMEA를 활용한 재제조 파워스티어링 오일펌프 시험법에 대한 최적화 연구 (The Optimization Study on the Test Method of Remanufactured Power Steering Oil Pump by Using FMEA)

  • Currently government certified test method for an automobile remanufactured products is insufficient. Thus many automotive parts in the remanufacturing market are lacking proper evaluation criteria and production of defective products are causing customer dissatisfaction. In this paper a power steering oil pump, which requires stringent manufacturing standards, is studied by the failure mode and effect analysis approach. The research suggested that the test criteria such as discharge flow characteristic test, tightness test, pulley run-out test, pressure switch operation test, low temperature test and rotation pressure durability test should be performed to evaluate the reliability of remanufactured power steering oil pumps. As a result of tests, the performance of remanufactured power steering oil pump satisfied the evaluation criteria of pressure switch operation test and low temperature test. However, the remanufactured power steering oil pump failed to satisfy the evaluation criteria on discharge performance test, tightness test and pulley run-out test. These performance evaluation tests proved the necessity of standard process for the remanufactured power steering oil pump.

  • This paper describes a Accelerated Life Test (ALT) with the electrical contact erosion suitable to the evaluations of high-reliability and durability devices such as magnetic contactor. Recently, an electrical devices company was interested in accelerated life test (ALT), the product liability (PL) and the short-term testing model of electrical life test (ELT). In order to estimate a model for testing fee and period, need to the statistical analysis method with the acceleration factor(AF). Usually customer/manufacturer regard their device failure to the over-current or heavy duty condition, while devices view shape of contact erosion owing to operational duty problem. In this paper, additional method of evaluation estimated the operated cycles by weight of contact erosion with a used of regression analysis by MINITAB.

원전구조물의 고강도철근 적용을 위한 구조적 목표성능분석 (Analysis of the Structural Target Performance in order to Apply High-Strength Reinforcing Bars for the Nuclear Power Plant Structures)

  • Because of the high level of the safety and durability, a lot of reinforcing bars is placed in the concrete structure of the Nuclear Power Plant. But the overcrowding re-bars cause some problems during the construction as the diseconomy, construction delay, quality deterioration, and so on. These problems can be solved by applying the high-strength reinforcing bars to NPP structure. To achieve this, after analysing the structural target performance like the control of cracks, adherence, shear, torsion, development of reinforcement and earthquake-resistance, the results of the analysis will be reflected in the structural performance evaluation test.
