욕조에서의 전위분포 해석 및 전격재해 위험성 평가 (Analysis of the Electric Potential distribution and Evaluation of Electric Shock Risk in Bathtub)

  • This paper presents the evaluation electric shock risk In bath so that we made and designed a bathtub which is the same size in real public bath. and then we did an experiment, provided of electric leakage in various conditions so, we measured how to form an electric potential and knew the electric potential is formed variously under exposed conductor in bath. also we made certain that electric shock risk is down if we insert an insulated pipe in bathtub pipe which is prevent from being formed the electric field sharply.

침수 상용전원에 의한 감전위험성 검토 (A Study on the Electric Shock due to Submerged Power Source)

  • 본 논문에서는 상용전원이 침수되었을 경우, 이에 의한 인체 감전의 위험성을 실증실험을 통해 검토하였다. 실험을 위해 한쪽 벽면에 노출된 충전부가 설치된 모의수조를 구축하고 내부에 도전성 수용액을 채운 후, 전원으로부터의 거리, 방향, 도전성 수용액의 전도율 및 수위에 따른 전위를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 수중에 설치된 전원장치로 인한 전위분포는 거리에 따라 달라지지만, 침수 수용액의 도전율, 노출된 충전부로부터의 각도 및 측정높이는 전기적으로 미치는 영향이 거의 없음이 확인되었다.

  • Extracellular stresses induce heat shock response and render cells resistant to lethal stresses. Heat shock response involves induction of heat shock proteins (Hsps). Recently the roles of Hsps in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer are attracting increasing attention and have accelerated the study of heat shock response mechanism. This review focuses on the stress sensing steps, molecules involved in Hsps production, diseases related to Hsp malfunctions, and the potential of proteomics as a tool for understanding the complex signaling pathways relevant to these events.

달 착륙선 하이브리드 충격 흡수장치의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of the Hybrid Shock Absorber for Lunar Lander)

  • The shock absorber is very important in various mechanical field. Without the shock absorber, the structure might be broken. For lunar lander, honeycomb shock absorber to absorber the shock by using plastic deformation of honeycomb has been used. It is cheap and simple to use but impossible using again without changing the honeycomb. The oleo-pneumatic type shock absorber is not able to use in the cosmos because it is vacuum and its temperature. This study suggests the hybrid shock absorber combined spring-ratchet mechanical shock absorber and eddy current electromagnetic damper. The ratchet restricts rebound of lunar lander and the spring converts the impact energy to the potential energy of the spring. The eddy current damper dissipates the impact energy by eddy current force without contact between the parts. This hybrid shock absorber is reusable while the honeycomb shock absorber isn't. The impact absorbing test of the hybrid shock absorber was carried out. This paper shows that the compared results the hybrid shock absorber with ratchet and without ratchet and evaluates the possibility of using for lunar lander.

마운트 시스템을 갖는 유연 로터-베어링 시스템의 기초전달 충격에 대한 유한요소 과도응답 해석 (A FE Transient Response Analysis of a Flexible Rotor-Bearing System with Mount System to Base Shock Excitation)

  • Turbomachinery such as turbines, pumps and compressors, which are installed in transportation systems such as warships, submarines and space vehicles, etc., often perform crucial missions and are exposed to potential dangerous impact environments such as base-transferred shock forces. To protect turbomachinery from excessive shock forces, it may be needed to accurately analyze transient responses of rotors, considering the dynamics of mount designs to be applied with. In this study a generalized FE transient response analysis model, introducing relative displacements, is firstly proposed to accurately predict transient responses of a flexible rotor-bearing system with mount systems to base-transferred shock forces. In the transient analyses the state-space Newmark method of a direct time integration scheme is utilized, which is based on the average velocity concept. Results show that for the identical mount systems considered, the proposed FE-based detailed flexible rotor model yields more reduced transient vibration responses to the same shocks than a conventional simple model or a Jeffcott rotor. Hence, in order to design a rotor-bearing system with a more compact light-weighted mount system, preparing against any potential excessive shock, the proposed FE transient response analysis model herein is recommended.

  • This paper presents study on the electric potential distribution when have a short in skeet lamp. In order to measure electric potential testing ground is built in. A experiment is conducted to simulate dry and submerged situation of street lamp. The street lamp is leaked by artificial means. And electric potential is measured in grounded street lamp and street lamp alone. The results show that touch voltage of grounded street lamp is possible to more high than street lamp alone. And the electric shock hazard is high because high electric potential is distributed near submerged street lamp. Also if street lamp is submerged ground is not useful to decrease electric shock hazard.

하드디스크 드라이브의 충격해석 및 실험적 검증 (Shock Simulation and Experimental Verification of HDD)

  • 본 논문에서는 반정현파 형태의 충격을 받는 HDD에 대한 충격해석을 수행하고, 그 타당성을 실험적으로 검증하였다. 일반적으로 센서를 이용한 제품의 충격실험을 통해서는 제한적인 정보만을 얻을 수 있지만, 컴퓨터를 이용한 해석기술은 제품의 파손현상을 규명하는데 필요한 보다 광범위하고 상세한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 하지만, 이러한 해석결과는 여러 요인들에 따라 매우 민감하기 때문에 그 타당성을 검증하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 200G/1ms의 전자기 충격실험과 300G/2ms의 낙하충격실험을 통하여 HDD의 조립단계별로 LS-DYNA를 이용한 유한요소해석의 신뢰성을 검증하였다.

  • The protective effect of human urinary trypsin inhibitor(UTI) on acute hemorrhagic shock in beagle dog was studied. Hemorrhagic shock was experimentally induced in thoracotomized beagle dogs by removing blood and maintaining low arterial blood pressure for 30 min, and then blood removed was entirely transfused back into the dogs within one hour. When the blood was transfused, UTI was administered together to check the potential protective effect of UTI on hemorrhagic shock. The arterial blood pressure recovery was accelerated slightly by UTI treatment. Blood pH and $P_{a co2}$ returned to normal level in shorter time in the UTI treatment group. These data suggest that UTI may have protective effects on experimentally induced hemorrhagic shock.

Impact of External Temperature Environment on Large FCBGA Sn-Ag-Cu Solder Interconnect Board Level Mechanical Shock Performance

  • The mechanical stability of solder joints in electronic devices with Sn-Ag-Cu is a continuous issue since the material was applied to the industry. Various shock test methods were developed and standardized tests are used in the industry worldwide. Although it is applied for several years, the detailed mechanism of the shock induced failure mechanism is still under investigation. In this study, the effect of external temperature was observed on large Flip-chip BGA components. The weight and size of the large package produced a high strain region near the corner of the component and thus show full fracture at around 200G level shock input. The shock performance at elevated temperature, at $100^{\circ}C$ showed degradation based on board pad designs. The failure mode and potential failure mechanisms are discussed.
