This paper is a continuation of study semi-potentness endomorphism rings of module. We give some other characterizations of endomorphism ring to be semi-potent. New results are obtained including necessary and sufficient conditions for the endomorphism ring of semi(injective) projective module to be semi-potent. Finally, we characterize a module M whose endomorphism ring it is semi-potent via direct(injective) projective modules. Several properties of the endomorphism ring of a semi(injective) projective module are obtained. Besides to that, many necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for semi-projective, semi-injective modules to be semi-potent and co-semi-potent modules.

The purpose of this study was to characterise the subacute toxic potency of i.v. administered KHPC-005 and 006. Few test compounds-related toxic effects were observed in body weight gain, clinical signs, urinalysis, hematological parameters and serum biochemical values. Gross necropsy and histopathology revealed no evidance specific toxicity. Our data indicated that no-observed effect level of KI-IPC-005 and 006 were estimated to be 10mg/kg and 4mg/kg in male rats, and 10mg/kg and 1.33mg/kg in female rats, respectively.

CBNU-1 has been used as a folk medicine in India for general physical strengthening, anti-aging, blood sugar stabilization, urinary tract rejuvenation, enhanced brain functioning potency, kidney rejuvenation, immune system strengthening, arthritis, hypertension and many other application for numerous conditions. The present study was conducted to evaluate the possibility of CBNU-1 as fertility agent. (omitted)

The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) are a primary regulator of lipid metabolism. Potency for activation of PPAR$\gamma$, one of a subfamily of PPARs, particularly mirrors glucose lowering activity. We prepared thiazolidinediones featuring benzoxazole moiety for subtype selective PPAR$\gamma$ activators. 5-[4-[2-(Benzoxazol-2-yl-alkylamino)ethoxy]benzyl]thiazolidine-2,4-diones have been prepared by Mitsunobu reaction of benzoxazolylalkylaminoethanol 8 and hydroxybenzylthiazolidinedione 6 and their activities were evaluated. Most compounds tested were identified as potent PPAR$\gamma$ agonists.

We are reporting a case of esophageal hemangioma, which is a very rare disease with only 24 cases having been reported. A 31-year-old male with dysphagia was shown to have a hemangioma of the upper thoracic esophagus and resection of the lesion cured this problem. Once diagnosed in symptomatic patient, treatment should be instituted because of followings; 1. growth potency to large size, 2. possible complications such as hemorrhage and obstruction, and 3. exclusion diagnosis of malignancy. Surgery is the treatment of choice due to its effectiveness and safety, but endoscopic removal may be possible for small tumors and those on a pedicle.

Antioxidant activity of diarylbutane type lignans was evaluated in TBA-reactant assay to elucidate the structure-activity relationship. The antioxidant potency of lignans increased with increasing the number of hydroxyl groups, with the exception of macelignan(I), which showed a more potent activity than demethyl meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid(III).

Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the regularity of block triangular fuzzy matrices. This leads to characterization of idem-potency of a class of triangular Toeplitz matrices. As an application, the existence of group inverse of a block triangular fuzzy matrix is discussed. Equivalent conditions for a regular block triangular fuzzy matrix to be expressed as a sum of regular block fuzzy matrices is derived. Further, fuzzy relational equations consistency is studied.

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is one of bronchial adenoma which arising from submucosal gland or mucosal gland of lower respiratory tract. The symptoms of the tumor were produced by bronchial irritation and bronchial obstruction such as coughing, pneumonitis, and atelectasis. The malignancy potency of this tumor was determined by histologic pattern but high grade malignancy was uncommon and so distant metastasis was rare. Three treatment modality such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy were used for treatment but radiotherapy and chemotherapy were lesser effective than surgery. So Early and radical resection of tumor was recommended. Here we report one case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma which treated with radical resection.

The discussion of this study is that we proposed a new construction to improve the potency of LCOS projection monitor. We suggest a new construction that uses special optics coating to reduce the green channel and obtains a purer white field. Compared with the voltage method to adjust on the monitor, we can get higher contrast gradient.

A series of 2-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxyethylamine derivatives containing a tetrahydrocarbazole linker were prepared and evaluated for their ${\beta}_3$-adrenoceptor agonistic activity. Several compounds showed potency comparable to CL-316243.
