생체인식 기술은 신뢰성과 편의성을 제공하는 차세대 정보보안기술이며, 글로벌 시장 규모의 상승추세와 비접촉 방식의 수요도 증대되고 있다. 포스트 코로나 시대 핵심기술로 비접촉방식의 생체인식 출입통제 시스템이 비대면과 자동화 기술까지 가능하여, 국내 뿐만 아니라 미국, 유럽, 중동 등 해외시장에서 크레 활약하고 있다. IoT 기반 스마트 디바이스 맞춤형 센서 개발과 H/W 시스템 확보에 기업간 협조와 미국 식약청의 허가 등 요구사항을 반영하여야 하는 주의사항이 있다.

2019년 전 세계를 강타한 코로나19 발생 이후 포스크 코로나 시대를 준비하면서 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)에 대한 요구가 과학기술 영역 뿐만 아니라 사회 전체로 급격하게 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 전환을 위해 요구되는 혁신 기술 분석을 위해 국가R&D사업을 대상으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 전환의 성공적 이행을 위한 정부 정책과 R&D 추진 전략 수립에 있어 주요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As customer needs for eco-friendly transportation services increase, strategies of major global shipping companies are being established to meet them. Even if logistics costs increase, more and more shippers are choosing shipping companies that fulfill their social responsibilities through decarbonization, and against this backdrop, global shipping companies want to strengthen corporate social responsiveness and reduce shipping environmental costs. In the post-corona era after COVID-19, it is necessary to review the latest Green Shipping management strategies of shipping companies emerging as a new normal for the shipping and logistics industries. This study aims to explore trends in the latest Green Shipping management strategies of global shipping companies pursuing environmental load suppression in the shipping and logistics fields. Among the previous studies, some studies analyzed the green shipping policies of major shipping countries, but they did not deal with the latest policies over time, and few previous study has conducted a fact-finding analysis on the latest Green Shipping management strategies of major shipping companies at the corporate level. This study attempted to analyze securities reports by major domestic and international shipping companies and to present the latest Green Shipping management strategies by shipping companies.

코로나19로 말미암아 언택트(Untact) 시대가 도래하였다. 코로나 바이러스의 위협 가운데서 대면이 힘들어 졌기 때문에 온라인이 발달할 수밖에 없다. 이런 시대 가운데 하나님께 드리는 예배조차도 온라인으로 드리게 되었다. 온라인에 가장 익숙한 세대인 청소년들은 온라인 예배에 쉽게 적응하는 모습을 보인다. 포스트 코로나 시대에도 온라인 청소년 예배는 계속될 것으로 전망된다. 그렇다면 과연 온라인 청소년 예배가 가능한지에 대한 신학적 성찰이 필요하다. 신학적 성찰을 통해 온라인 청소년 예배에 대한 신학적 정당성을 확인하고, 좀 더 나은, 좀 더 바른 온라인 예배가 될 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 청소년들의 눈높이에 맞춘 온라인 예배, 청소년들의 영적인 필요를 채워주는 온라인 예배가 기획되고, 준비되고, 시행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 예배의 정의, 예배의 요소, 예배의 장, 예배의 역사를 살펴보면서 온라인 청소년 예배에 대한 신학적 정당성을 살펴보았다. 그리고 청소년기의 특성을 살펴보면서 온라인 청소년 예배가 왜 중요하고 필요한지를 제시하였다. 그다음 지금 각 교회에서 진행하고 있는 온라인 예배보다 더 발전되고 바른 온라인 청소년 예배를 기획하기 위해 온라인 청소년 예배의 목적과 내용, 방법에 대해 살펴보면서 온라인 청소년 예배의 실제를 제시하였다.

포스트 코로나 시대의 수요 변화와 급변하는 물류 환경 속에서 콜드체인 물류 섹터의 중요성이 부각되고 연관 산업도 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 콜드체인의 범위는 식품에만 한정되지 않고 의약품, 반도체, 화훼 등 다양한 분야로 확장되고 있으며, 최근에는 백신 보관과 수송에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 수요 증가에 기인한 국내 저온시설 및 관련 시설 신설과 개보수 급증 현상은 장기적 관점에서는 콜드체인 연관 산업이 향후 포화상태에 이르러 성장 둔화로 이어질 수 있다. 이에 대비하여 AI, 블록체인, IT 기술과 연계한 콜드체인 인프라 구축에 대한 노하우 축적, 한국의 선진국 진입과 방역 우수국가 등의 이점을 활용하여 잠재적 틈새시장인 유엔 조달시장 진출을 고려해 볼만 하다. 유엔 조달시장에서 콜드체인 시장은 저개발 국가를 중심으로 수요가 증가하고 있고, 지속 성장세를 전망한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 콜드체인 연관기업의 역량을 분석하고 국내외 콜드체인 물류 시장 동향, 해외시장 진출 현황을 조사하고 전문가 심층 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 콜드체인 산업의 유엔 조달시장 진출 전략을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 예비교사를 대상으로 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육을 온라인 환경에서 실행하기 위한 교육과정의 개발과 적용에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 ADDIE 교수설계 모형에 따라 15주 과정의 소프트웨어와 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육과정을 설계하였다. 온라인에서 사용할 수 있는 도구로 스마트폰 기반의 EPL인 포켓코드와 그에 포함된 각종 센서를 사용한 프로그램을 주제로 교육을 실시하였다. 프로그램 적용 결과 예비교사들의 교수효능감은 개인효능감, 교수학적 지식, 테크놀로지 교수내용 지식, 결과 기대, 학생에 대한 신념이 모두 유의미하게 향상되었다. 소프트웨어 태도 부분은 소프트웨어 흥미와 소프트웨어의 가치 부분이 유의미하게 증대되었고 소프트웨어 공학자에 대한 인식은 변화가 없었다. 일반적으로 피지컬 컴퓨팅의 경우 조작 활동이 많이 들어가 온라인 환경에서 실행하기 어렵다. 해당 연구와 같이 비대면 환경 또는 블렌디드 환경에서 효율적인 교육을 지속할 수 있는 다양한 교육과정이 개발되길 기대한다.

The post-corona era is having a major impact on university campus life, and campus cultural life has undergone drastic changes. In the process of adapting to this change. The existing face-to-face learning method is converted to non-face-to-face learning, and kiosks representing campus self-service are increasingly used. Subsequently, in order to match the characteristics of public places such as university campuses and provide better self-service, there are no related studies considering UI design elements of kiosks and characteristics of kiosks. This study conducted a survey on Chinese university students considering the characteristics and usability of university campus kiosks through user interface design elements in terms of design by considering previous studies. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between color, icon, typography, which are elements of kiosk interface design, and convenience, reliability, and usability, which are characteristics of a kiosk. In this study, the design elements and characteristics of the unmanned self-service system kiosk UI used by students at four universities in Korea and China were set as the scope of the study, and related documents were organized and surveyed in Korea and China. Case analysis and comparison method Through the kiosk usage characteristics of 4 universities were derived. The usability evaluation criteria use the five evaluation criteria suggested by the authority JacobNidsn. The survey and analysis of this study were conducted for students who had experience using kiosks at two universities in China, and kiosk UI design elements were organized through survey and analysis of a total of 200 people.

우리는 곧 포스트 코로나 시대를 마주하게 될 것이다. 현재, 한국보건복지인력개발원에서 운영 중인 보건복지 인력 대상 직무교육 본래 목적 달성과 교육 일관성 유지를 위한 변화 혁신이 필요한 시점이다. 본 고에서는 보건·복지 직무교육 콘텐츠를 집적하여 효율적·효용성 있는 교육과정 운영을 위한 대안을 찾기 위해 국내·외 문헌고찰을 했다. 이를 통해 오픈 플랫폼 구축 가능성을 점검하고 충분한 대안으로서 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단했다. 오픈 플랫폼의 수요자는 보건복지 서비스 인력(종사자), 전문가(교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 대상 국민, 관련 시민사회단체 등이다. 또한, 제공자(suppliers)는 강사진(연구자, 교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 보건복지개발원을 포함 보건복지 관련 공공기관이 될 것이다. 보건복지 부문 직무교육 오픈 플랫폼 구축을 통해 대상자의 교육 접근성과 학습관리시스템 운영이 가능하겠다, 무엇보다도, 교육 전문가의 업무 중복과 예산 효율화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the levels of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and social stigma among nurses caring for Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) patients. Methods: 169 nurses caring for COVID-19 patients participated in this study. Data collection was conducted at university hospitals from March 1 to August 31, 2020. Data analysis was performed for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients using SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Results: The mean scores of PTSD, depression and social stigma were 25.16±16.80, 17.26±8.63 and 5.83±2.84, respectively. The PTSD scores were significantly different between the department (F=2.89, p=.037). Depressive scores were significantly different between the marital status (t=2.27, p=.024) and the department (F=4.91, p=.003). Social stigma scores were significantly different between age (F=6.49, p=.002), marital status (t=-3.30, p=.008), having or not having children (t=3.82, p=.001), department (F=5.82, p=.001) and clinical experience (F=7.43, p=.001). Positive correlations were found between PTSD and depression (r=.70, p<.001) and social stigma (r=.22, p<.004). Conclusion: Integrated assessment and management are required to address the psychological and emotional problems faced by nurses caring for COVID-19 patients, and active follow-up measures should be considered.

포스트 코로나 시대의 얼라이언스 컨테이너 선사들은 선복축소 전략으로 사상 최대의 호황을 누리고 있는 반면, 화주기업은 물류비용의 증가로 수출입 가격 경쟁력 악화 상태에 직면하였고, 화주기업의 물류서비스를 대행하는 국제물류주선업체(포워더)는 운임 상승 부담으로 화주 기업 유치의 과열 경쟁과 수지악화 상태에 있다. 본 연구에서는 유관기관의 연구자료, 문헌연구, 통계자료 및 해외 전문 네트워크의 자료를 선행연구로 하고 국내 포워더를 대상으로 하는 특화 물류시장 진출에 대한 수요조사를 결과를 기반으로 하였다. 수요가 높은 것으로 나타난 콜드체인, 프로젝트 물류, 유엔조달물류, 위험물 분야를 분석하고, 포워더의 시장진출 전략을 제시하였다.
