The purpose of this study is to summarize the changes in virtual reality utilization in model houses through the time-by-year example of model houses and to study the use and future development of virtual reality technologies in model houses. As a result of compiling and analyzing characteristics of virtual reality utilization flow in model houses of apartments, it is as follows. First, the market for apartment model houses using virtual reality was gradually expanded for the purpose of brand promotion by private construction companies. Second, technologies that utilize virtual reality in apartment sales are changing from virtual space construction to virtual content implementation. Third, it is changing from the existing method of face-to-face and method of accessing actual promotional media to the form of publicizing apartments using virtual reality. Through this research, it is estimated that it will be used as an information medium and a form of experience using physical environment and virtual reality in a physical model house for consumers looking for model houses. This study presents the future direction of the model house, and develops it as a post-sale maintenance / management system through ICT technology (3D scanning, 3D modeling, virtual content) Further research on the technology is expected to be needed.

Purpose: Cardiovascular or respiratory complications of acute intoxication are the most common causes of mortality. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or specific antidotes help manage these cardiac or respiratory complications in acute intoxication. On the other hand, some cases do not respond to ACLS or antidotes and they require some special treatment, such as extracorporeal life support (ECLS). ECLS will provide the chance of recovery from acute intoxication. This study examined the optimal timing of ECLS in acute intoxication cases. Methods: This paper is a brief report of a case series about ECLS in acute poisoning. The cases of ECLS were reviewed and the effects of ECLS on the blood pressure and serum lactate level of the patients were analyzed. Results: A total of four cases were reviewed; three of them were antihypertensive agent-induced shock, and one was respiratory failure after the inhalation of acid. The time range of ECLS application was 4.8-23.5 hours after toxic exposure. The causes of ECLS implementation were one for recurrent cardiac arrest, two for shock that did not respond to ACLS, and one for respiratory failure that did not respond to mechanical ventilator support. Three patients showed an improvement in blood pressure and serum lactate level and were discharged alive. In case 1, ECLS was stared at 23.5 hours post toxic exposure; the patient died due to refractory shock and multiple organ failure. Conclusion: The specific management of ECLS should be considered when a patient with acute intoxication does not recovery from shock or respiratory failure despite ACLS, antidote therapies, or mechanical ventilator support. ECLS improved the hemodynamic and ventilator condition in complicated poisoned patients. The early application of ECLS may improve the tissue perfusion state and outcomes of these patients before the toxic damage becomes irreversible.
The COVID-19 virus is a β-genus virus that causes infection by mediating the angiotensin convertible enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor, which is distributed in large numbers in the human respiratory tract. The disease requires effective post-management of antibody production by complete healers and vaccinators because there is no perfect remedy for the virus infection. This study aimed to develop recombinant proteins specifically responsive to neutralizing antibodies in clinical specimens and use them to develop a rapid diagnostic kit to diagnose neutralizing antibodies quickly and conveniently against the COVID-19 virus and confirm the possibility of commercialization through a performance evaluation. Rapid diagnostic kits using COVID-19 S1 RBD recombinant proteins can be applied to rapid diagnostic kits, with positive percentage agreement (PPA) and negative percentage agreement (NPA) of 100% and 98.3%, respectively, compared to the U.S. FDA-approved ELISA kits. If the performance of the rapid diagnostic kit is improved and neutralizing antibodies can be analyzed quantitatively using quantitative analysis equipment, it can be used as important data to predict immunity to the COVID-19 virus and determine additional vaccinations.
The virtual reality training has been suggested as an intervention to improve physical function. But, the effects of virtual reality training focused on improving ADL in patients with acute stroke are unclear. Purpose of this study was to examine the effect of virtual reality training on hand function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with acute stroke. Sixteen patients with acute stroke were included in this study. The experimental group (VRA group) received 30 minutes of virtual reality training focused on ADL for each session, while the control group received 30 minutes of conventional virtual reality training. To examine the hand function and ADL of the subjects, the study used Jebsen-Tylor Hand Function Test (JTHFT) and Korean Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI), respectively. Both groups showed significant improvements in hand function of affected and unaffected sides, and in K-MBI total score before and after the intervention. The experimental group showed significantly greater improvements in the self-care domain of K-MBI after intervention than the control group. These findings suggest that the virtual reality training focused on ADL may have a better effect on self-care than conventional virtual reality training in patients with acute stroke.

The library faced an unexpected crisis of COVID-19, and as a countermeasure strategy, non-face-to-face online service has been reinforced. Therefore, this study attempted to present a plan to overcome the challenges arising from rapidly changing external environment and current crisis. To this end, data search, electronic library, library service, cultural event and open space management status of 288 public libraries serviced as an integrated site were investigated. Based on this, the meaning of online services in the post-COVID-19 era and the implication of it were examined. As a result, first, the increase in the use rate of online data search services with the spread of non-face-to-face culture, second, the expansion of the services of the electronic library, third, the diversification of non-face-to-face, online services, fourth, expansion of online cultural event services, fifth, the diversification of open space services were proposed, sixth, Introduced an artificial intelligence system for unattended loan return based on access and the Seventh, expansion of experiential cultural support services and educational contents through VR, AR and MR. It is deemed necessary for the research on the future direction of the library's non-face-to-face services to be conducted by investigating the current status of online services in various types of libraries and the types and case studies of library services in the era of COVID-19.
In recent years, with the rapid development of large and medium-sized urban rail transit in China, the total operating mileage of high-speed railway and the total number of EMUs(Electric Multiple Units) are rising. The system complexity of high-speed EMU is constantly increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety of equipment and the efficiency of maintenance.At present, the maintenance mode of high-speed EMU in China still adopts the post maintenance method based on planned maintenance and fault maintenance, which leads to insufficient or excessive maintenance, reduces the efficiency of equipment fault handling, and increases the maintenance cost. Based on the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of PHM(prognostics and health management). This thesis builds an integrated PHM platform of "vehicle system-communication system-ground system" by integrating multi-source heterogeneous data of different scenarios of high-speed EMU, and combines the equipment fault mechanism with artificial intelligence algorithms to build a fault prediction model for traction motors of high-speed EMU.Reliable fault prediction and accurate maintenance shall be carried out in advance to ensure safe and efficient operation of high-speed EMU.

This study was performed to develop a priority list for post-managements of leachates from 64 mine waste dump sites in Korea. For this, leachate quality, leachate quantity, and other factors were considered as evaluation criteria and the weights of 10 subfactors were calculated using Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) based on a survey from 20 experts in the field of mining environment. Calculated weights were 0.769, 0.147 and 0.084 for leachate quality, leachate quantity, and others, respectively, indicating that experts consider leachate quality as most important. Based on this approach, we classified the 64 mine waste dump sites into five grades from Grade I to Grade V. Ten were classified as Grade I, 1 as Grade II, 1 as Grade III, 33 as Grade IV, and 19 as Grade V.
This study conducts differential analysis on the financial positions of Korean shipping companies before and after the bankruptcy of the H carrier, looking specifically at their financial ratios, profit and loss patterns, and other factors related to their financial operation. Firstly, it was discovered that major measures of financial health, such as average assets per carrier, were not affected by the bankruptcy of the H carrier. However, despite this, most carriers experienced large changes in profits and losses, with total sales and shipping revenues averaging 424.5 billion won and 381.7 billion won respectively before the bankruptcy, but falling by half to 252.1 billion won and 234.6 billion won after the bankruptcy. Additionally, charter revenues and expenses also dropped by more than half. EBIT/sales and pre-tax revenue margins were also heavily affected after the bankruptcy, with both figures averaging 8% and 3% respectively before the bankruptcy, but falling into the negative range at -2% and -8% post-bankruptcy, resulting in significant deterioration in operational profitability. The study concludes that there is an urgent need to establish a global sales network, improve cost structures, and consistently secure stable cargo in order to increase Korean carriers' profitability. Of all financial measures, liquidity and total asset efficiency were identified as the most severely-impacted by the H carrier bankruptcy, thereby requiring the most pressing policy addressing.

Background and Objectives With increasing frequency of car accidents, patients of dizziness caused by car accidents are also increasing. Various types of dizziness or vertigo can occur from car accidents depending on different injury mechanisms. Since accurate diagnosis is important for providing proper treatments, we evaluated clinical characteristics related to vestibular function of patients with dizziness caused car accidents. Subjects and Method In this retrospective case review study that runs from January 2011 to March 2013, a total of 82 patients with dizziness following car accident were enrolled consecutively. We analyzed the final diagnosis of dizziness according to different mechanisms of injury during car accident through clinical record review. Patients who developed dizziness within one month of car accident were included, excluding those who had temporal bone fracture and previous history of dizziness. Results Of the different types observed, 36.6% was head injury, 24.4% whiplash injury, 3.7% complex injury, 2.4% others and the rest was unknown. In the final diagnosis, the different types included 36.6% benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), 23.2% unclassifiable dizziness, 18.3% cervical vertigo, 7.3% labyrinthine concussion, 3.7% BPPV with labyrinthine concussion and the rest was others. Of the different types of dizziness symptoms, 58.5% was headache, 45.1% was audiologic symptoms, and others included earfullness, tinnitus and hearing disturbance. Tinitogram and pure tone audiogram results show that 2.9% (27 people) of patients have tinnitus and 7.3% (6 people) have hearing disturbance. Conclusion An accurate diagnosis and timely management would be very important in forming a proper approach for post traumatic vertigo patients.
To find out the a Study on experiential consumption and development of the customized cosmetics on female university students in their 20s, this study conducted sampling using probability sampling from cosmetics major students in S City from September 1 to October 30, 2020. In this study, a study model was designed for a total of 30 people and studied as an Experience-Consume Experimentation. First, the result of the pre-purchase survey revealed that skincare cosmetics had the highest percentage for being selected by 30 people for "the preferred cosmetic type per the perception regarding customized cosmetics." Second, the result of the pre-purchase survey revealed that 11 people answered skincare cosmetics, 1 person answered shade cosmetics, and 2 people answered fragrance products (perfume, diffusers, etc.) for "the experience type for customized cosmetics." Third, the result of the post-purchase survey revealed that 29 people are willing to recommend the products, while 1 person is not. For the appropriateness of the price, 23 people answered yes; 7 people answered no. for the characteristics of the experience, 24 people (80%) answered that they selected ingredients according to their skin type; 9 people answered that the price is cheap considering they received 1:1 consultation; 18 people answered that they made a choice per their preferences (skin type) rather than per brands; 3 people answered that their self-esteem is stronger as if they received personal care. Therefore, customized cosmetics are expected to increase the attractiveness and purchase rate of female students in their twenties given that 'Human Touch,' genetic analysis, and 'hyper-customization technology,' which requires new development of customized cosmetics experience consumption for female college students in their 20s.
