본 연구는 한국우정의 우편물류통합정보시스템(PostNet)의 구축 사례를 통하여 정보시스템 통합의 단계별 추진과정과 성공적인 실행동인을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PostNet은 조직상의 통합(조직구조 개편), 전략적 통합(업무처리절차 재설계), 기술적 통합(데이터통합, 어플리케이션통합, 통합플렛폼 구축)을 상황적으로 고려하여 정보시스템 통합을 수행하였다. 또한 통합과정에서 세 가지 측면의 통합을 목적에 맞게 연계되도록 구현하였다. PostNet은 기존에 물리적 통합 및 하드웨어 통합의 단계에 머물러 있던 정보시스템 통합의 수준을 경영 목표, 운영 목표와 일치시키도록 진일보시켰다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 한국우정은 물류산업 내에서 최대의 물류망, 조직 서비스를 보유하고 있다 따라서 본 논문의 결과는 향후 정보시스템 통합의 이론적 근거의 틀을 제시할 뿐 아니라 특히 물류시스템 통합에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, ordinary mail is decreasing continuously by the development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) including E-mail, messenger service, and etc. On the contrary, parcel post is increasing by the increase of online shopping, home shopping, and etc. Aside from these changes, the demand for various mail acceptance and delivery means is increasing with the increase of single households and dual-income couples. To overcome these environmental changes, Korea Post installs unmanned post offices which are composed of various unmanned mail acceptance and delivery postal systems. In this paper, we propose the methodological approach for the site selection of unmanned post office among the existing post offices and the installation standard of unmanned postal system considering the operation cost by the mail volume.

Recently, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have become increasingly popular in the last few decades, and overseas' M&A are particularly increasing to sharpen corporate competitiveness on a global scale. Previous studies showed that one of the main reasons attributes to failures of mergers was the lack of attention to merging information systems. In recent years, both academy and industry have more focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and the integration of information systems (IS) between two companies is one of the critical success factors of corporate. This paper focused on Post-Merger IT (Information Technology) Integration Methodology of Cross-Border M&A. We followed a single-site qualitative case study method in order to investigate the type of phenomenon in M&A's natural setting. Moreover, we examined a typical energy and power company case in order-based industry, so that other industry players may have different results to determine post-merger IT integration method and scope.

이 논문은 PostgreSQL/PostGIS 기반의 궤적 정보 저장과 질의에 대하여 기술하고 있다. 최근 모바일 단말 기술의 발전과 함께 위치기반서비스와 이동 객체 궤적에 관련된 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 궤적은 이동 객체가 시간에 따라 변하는 위치정보들의 모음이며, 위치기반서비스를 위한 가장 중요한 정보중 하나이다. 기존의 공간 데이터베이스 시스템은 이동 객체 데이터 타입을 지원하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 공간 데이터베이스로 많이 활용되고 있는 PostgreSQL/PostGIS 상에서 궤적 데이터 타입을 구현하고, 궤적 연산을 위한 궤적 질의 함수들을 제안하고 있다.

"디지털 가전용 Post-PC"라는 새로운 유형의 정보 단말기를 Post-PC 요소기술(CPU, OS, Middleware)들을 바탕으로 구현하고 그에 대해 설명한다. 개발된 플랫폼은 XScale 기반의 하드웨어에 운영체제는 임베디드 리눅스를 사용하고 윈도우 시스템은 임베디드 QT를 사용하여 설계되었다. 기존에 나와있는 다양한 Post-PC 제품들과 비교하여 차이점 및 장 단점에 대해 논하고 차기 개발될 플랫폼이 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 새로운 방향을 제시한다. Post-PC 표준 개발 플랫폼으로의 활용과 임베디드 응용 소프트웨어의 개발 플랫폼으로의 활용, 기타 응용 제품 개발에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

최근, 지공간 정보 처리와 분석을 위한 여러 가지의 공개 소스가 개발되어 다양한 응용 개발 프로젝트에 적용되고 있다. 지형공간 분야에서 공개 소스는 뷰어, 응용 프로그램 인터페이스, 개발 환경으로 제공되는 엔진 소스코드, 툴 킷 등과 같은 여러 가지 유형으로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 간편한 다중 공간정보처리 툴 킷을 구현하기 위하여 공간 데이터베이스 엔진으로 발표된 PostgreSQL-PostGIS를 적용하였다. 이 결과는 특정 응용 분야의 질의나 분석 기능을 포함하는 응용 시스템 개발시에 적용될 수 있다. 설계 및 구현 작업은 PostgreSQL 데이터베이스에서 운영되는 OGC 라이브러리와 C 인터페이스인 LIBPQ를 이용하였다. 결론적으로 가용성, 확장성, 대용량 처리, 안정성 등의 이점에 따라 PostGIS는 다중 공간정보를 다루는 대부분의 응용 시스템 개발 시에 이용될 수 있는 중요한 대안이 될 수 있다.

In this study an evaluation method is proposed, with the strong relationship between the ante and post audit works evaluation. The ante evaluation does in general and systematic ways, with past audit results and proposals. The criteria-based evaluation is used for the audit activities and outputs. The critical success factors for the projects applies to the activities evaluation and product evaluation framework to the output. The ante and post evaluation have the cross evaluation items to be the whole and continuous one. Eighteen common evaluation items are derived, with their own evaluation elements in detail, which have only differences of the actually done and expectations between the ante and post. The proposed evaluation makes the ante and post one to be related with each other in a systematic and objective ways, to enhance the reliability of audit results and effectiveness of the audit.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation perspectives of IT business value and empirically analyze the differences of evaluation perspectives between ex ante evaluation and post implementation evaluation, and among various information system types. 4 evaluation perspectives which have been used in the previous studies and in the field of industry practices are financial, customer, internal process, and growth, which are based on the BSC model. Data of 98 information systems have been collected from 89 companies including manufacturers, banks, insurances, and stock trading companies. As results of multi-way MANOVA test, 3 out of 8 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. While the order of importance of 4 perspectives in ex ante evaluation is customer, financial, internal process, and growth, the order of post implementation evaluation appears to be much different : that is, internal process, customer, financial, and growth. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of interactive pictorial education on community dwelling older Korean adults' self-efficacy and knowledge for safe medication. Methods: A quasi-experimental, three-group pre- and post-intervention design was used in this study. The interactive pictorial education was designed to suit the learning patterns and psychomotor skills of older adults. The education content, dealing with safe medication, was delivered over three sessions. A total of 136 older adults from local senior centers were assigned to one of the three groups: a) interactive pictorial education plus information booklet (experimental); b) education only with information booklet (conventional); or c) no intervention (control). Results: Participants receiving interactive pictorial education had significantly higher self-efficacy (F=24.32, p<.001) and knowledge (F=24.26, p<.001) scores than the information booklet or control group at post intervention. Post-hoc analyses indicated that both the interactive pictorial and the information booklet groups had significantly higher self-efficacy and knowledge scores than the control group at the post-test point (p<.05). Furthermore, the interactive pictorial group had higher self-efficacy and knowledge scores than the information booklet group at the post-test point (p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that the interactive pictorial education is an innovative approach that provides a means for older adults to learn appropriate medication use to improve their own health. It empowers older adults with different literacy levels to enhance their self-efficacy and knowledge for the safe use of medication.

This study is the process of making high-definition TV broadcast color correction affects the end result comparison is focus on implement through study. In the production process and the impact on the color Correction in the video as an study for UHD, 4K, 6K video production workflow improvement of an effective program in the present and time and cost in the post production process, color correction for the final video through the production and overcome the failure of further in-efficient color correction study will help you to solve the problem. This study is the color changes over the course of the final video to see how much influence color correction of post-production. Color correction using a program of courses in Visual quality, regularly presented the possibility to retain and make on high definition video production post-production process for color correction method is utilized as the basis of study.
