육.해도 통합수치도 제작 기술 개발과 응용 방안 (A Study on the Technology Development and Application Plan for Making an Integrated Digital Map of an Electronical Navigational Chart and a Digital Terrain Map)

  • This study is to develop the technology and the ways of the practical use of the integrated digital map of and Electronical Navigational Chart(ENC) and Digital Terrain Map(DTM) for the effective and scientific based conservation, development and management. In this study, as preliminary studies to make eventual integrated maps, the concept of coastal areas are defined and the characteristics of digital maps developed by Korean Geography Institute and National Marine Investigation Institute are carefully analyzed. A test coastal map was developed based on the integrated digital map, a high resolution satellite image and Global Positioning System. Results from the edge matching analysis of coastal lines shows 8 meters difference in maximum. The problems, causes and solutions for the edge matched differences are described. Furthermore, the practical value of utilization, future use and various field of application are described based on the integrated digital map data base of coastal area.

  • 최근 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 함께 Mobile 컴퓨터 환경도 함께 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이로 인해 오프라인 컴퓨팅 및 네트워킹을 이용하던 사용자들이 Mobile 컴퓨팅 환경을 자주 이용하게 되고, Mobile 솔루션에 대한 사용자의 요구도 다양화되고 있는 추세이다. 이 중 Mobile 지도 서비스는 휴대하기 편한 Pocket PC라고도 불리는 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)는 자신의 현재 위치를 확인할 수 있는 GPS(Global Positioning System)가 급속도로 보급됨으로써 Mobile 환경에서 가장 활용도가 높은 서비스로 부각되고 있다. 가까운 미래의 IT기술은 GPS와 PDA 등을 연계한 e포지션의 폭발적인 이용 증대와 국내 원천기술에 의한 세계적인 사업모델의 탄생이 눈앞에 현실로 다가오고 있다는 점을 감안하면, GPS를 활용한 Mobile 기술력 확보는 국가적 차원에서 대단히 중요하다는 견지를 같이하는 전문가들이 많다. 이러한 시대적 요구 환경 하에서, 본 논문에서는 JAVA VM 기반의 무선위치추적 제어미들웨어와 GIS 프로그램(Vector MAP Viewer)을 구축함으로써 APTS의 효율성에 관한 연구를 제안하고, 앞으로의 향후 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Photogrammetric Modeling of KOMPSAT Stereo Strips Using Minimum Control

  • This paper describes an experiment for three-dimensional positioning for a pair of KOMPSAT stereostrips using the ancillary data and a single ground control point. The photogrammetric model for three-dimensional positioning was performed as follows: first, initialization of orbital and attitude parameters derived from ancillary data; second, adjustment of orbital and attitude parameters for the satellite to minimize the ground position error with respect to a GCP using the collinearity condition; third, determination of actual satellite position; and lastly, space intersection. This model was tested for a pair of stereo strips with 0.6 base-to-height ratio and GCPs identified from a 1:5,000 scale digital map. As the result, the satellite position of offset was corrected by only one GCP and the accuracy for the geometric modeling showed 38.89m RMSE.

Geospatial data Acquisition Using the Google Map API

  • Most Korean and overseas major portal sites include map servers to provide map services, and offer open APIs to allow their users to make use of maps or spatial information directly. At the early design stage, geographic spatial data do not tend to require high accuracy, and thus there would be no problem using data which have been obtained and then utilized through map servers provided by portal sites. This study has chosen the shortest route between starting point and destination, using GIS techniques. Moreover, for the chosen route, it also has calculated the elevation for the cross-section, using Google map and GPS measurements. This study aims to create APIs, which can extract vertical profile of routes from the Google Map server, by using JAVA, and to compare centerline profile results obtained by GPS(Global Positioning System) to explore their utilize abilities. The result demonstrated a height error of 0.5 to 1 m, compared to the GPS results, but they were mutually satisfactory. In short, the data extracted in this study are useful for centerline profile drawings in selecting routes, such as streets, Olle roads, and bike lanes.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰에서 위치인식기반의 LBS서비스를 위해 GPS 수신모듈에서 NMEA(National Marine Electronics Association)의 문장을 분석하고, GPS 수신기에서 NMEA의 위치정보를 웹 서버로 전송하기 위한 파서를 설계한다. 또한, 구글지도(Google Map)의 API규격에 따라 GPS 수신기의 위치좌표 값을 XML파일로 변환하는 구글 지도용 API를 설계한다. 본 논문의 결과로 스마트폰의 GPS 수신기는 NMEA 문장과 구글 지도용 API의 연동방안과 웹 서버가 구글 지도용 좌표 값의 매핑(Mapping)을 통해 이동체의 위치와 GPS 수신기의 이동경로를 확인할 수 있는 실시간 위치정보 서비스가 가능한 센서 웹 서비스를 구현할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 GPS에 의해 측정된 차량의 주행 궤적을 지도상의 도로와 매칭시키기 위한 새로운 지도매칭 알고리즘을 제안한다 이는 차량항법장치에서 중요한 기능인 차량의 위치 정밀도를 간접적으로 향상시켜 준다 제안한 알고리즘은 주행중인 차량을 Singer 모델의 상태방정식으로써 모델링한 후 칼만 필터를 적용하여 차량의 위치를 정확히 도로 위로 위치시킴과 동시에 위치정확도를 개선시켜 준다 그리고 교차로에서는 실제 주행경로를 정확히 판단하기 어렵기 때문에 칼만 필터링에 의해 추정된 위치값을 선형회귀(linear regression) 시킴으로써 차량의 진행 방향각을 결정한 다음 각 도로의 방향각과 비교하여 치량의 주행경로를 판단하도록 한다

Feasibility Study of Patient Specific Quality Assurance Using Transit Dosimetry Based on Measurement with an Electronic Portal Imaging Device

  • This study was designed to measure transit dose with an electronic portal imaging device (EPID) in eight patients treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), and to verify the accuracy of dose delivery to patients. The calculated dose map of the treatment planning system (TPS) was compared with the EPID based dose measured on the same plane with a gamma index method. The plan for each patient was verified prior to treatment with a diode array (MapCHECK) and portal dose image prediction (PDIP). To simulate possible patient positioning errors during treatment, outcomes were evaluated after an anthropomorphic phantom was displaced 5 and 10 mm in various directions. Based on 3%/3 mm criteria, the $mean{\pm}SD$ passing rates of MapCHECK, PDIP (pre-treatment QA) for 47 IMRT were $99.8{\pm}0.1%$, $99.0{\pm}0.7%$, and, respectively. Besides, passing rates using transit dosimetry was $90.0{\pm}1.5%$ for the same condition. Setup errors of 5 and 10 mm reduced the mean passing rates by 1.3% and 3.0% (inferior to superior), 2.2% and 4.3% (superior to inferior), 5.9% and 10.9% (left to right), and 8.9% and 16.3% (right to left), respectively. These findings suggest that the transit dose-based IMRT verification method using EPID, in which the transit dose from patients is compared with the dose map calculated from the TPS, may be useful in verifying various errors including setup and/or patient positioning error, inhomogeneity and target motions.

여성기성복 상표이미지의 포지셔닝에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Positioning of Brand Image of Ready-made Lady Wear)

  • This study intends to provide strategic positioning of brand image analysed from the view point of perceptual dimensions of clothing consumers. Consumers are segmented on the basis of the attributes of brand image, and in each segment, perceptual map is composed according to multidimensional scaling. The results are as follows; 1. According to the Benefit Segmentation, it is statistically significant that the consumers are divided into 'product-factor oriented group 'and' image-factor oriented group'. 2. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the 'similarity of brand image,'image-factor oriented group 'perceives more differently than 'product-factor oriented group' 3. From the analysis of perceptual map with the evaluation of attributes of brand image, price, promotion and design are significant determinants in 'total consumer group'. In addition, store image is significant determinant in' image-factor oriented group' and quality is significant determinant in' product-factor oriented group'. According to the evaluation of consumers on 8 brands with determining attribute-vector, ranks of brands in each segment are similar in the vector of price and promotion but different in the vector of design between segment groups. 4. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the preference of brand image, the distribution of preference and position of ideal point are different between segment groups. 5. With evaluation of purchase habit, statistically significant differences are found between groups segmented in the degree of importance of attributes, purchasing motive, purchasing time, sources of information and expenses for clothes.

지자기 기반 실내 위치 추정을 위한 지자기 벡터 보정법 (Vector Calibration for Geomagnetic Field Based Indoor Localization)

  • 지자기 벡터는 센서가 바라보고 있는 방향에 따라 그 값이 달라지는 특성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 그런 문제를 최소화하여 지자기 기반 실내 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있도록 지자기 벡터 보정법을 제안한다. 지자기 기반 실내 위치 추정에서 사용되는 핑거프린팅 기법은 자기장 지도와 현재 위치에서의 자기장 값을 매칭하여 위치를 추정해낸다. 이때, 자기장 센서는 사용자의 이동 방향에 따라 읽어 들이는 자기장 벡터 값이 달라지기 때문에 위치 추정 정확도가 낮아진다. 이를 해결하기 위해 많은 연구들은 자기장 벡터 크기를 사용하지만, 이는 지문의 고유성을 감소시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지문의 고유성을 유지할 수 있는 자기장 벡터를 그대로 사용하되, 벡터 크기처럼 사용자의 이동방향에 영향을 받지 않도록 벡터 값을 보정하는 방법을 제안한다. 임의의 방향으로 걸어본 결과, 본 연구에서 제안된 보정법을 사용하면 자기장 지도와의 매칭 정확도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.
