In the user-centered design paradigm, information systems are created entirely tailored to the users who will use them. When the functions of a complex system meet a simple user interface, users can use the system conveniently. While web personalization services are emerging as a major trend in portal services, portal companies are competing for a second service, such as introducing 'integrated communication platforms'. Until now, the role of the portal has been content and search, but this time, the goal is to create and provide the personalized services that users want through a single platform. Personalization service is a login-based cloud computing service. It has the characteristic of being able to enjoy the same experience at any time in any space with internet access. Personalized web services like this have the advantage of attracting highly loyal users, making them a new service trend that portal companies are paying attention to. Researchers spend a lot of time collecting research-related information by accessing multiple information sources. There is a need to automatically build interest information profiles for each researcher based on personal presentation materials (papers, research projects, patents). There is a need to provide an advanced customized information service that regularly provides the latest information matched with various information sources. Continuous modification and supplementation of each researcher's information profile of interest is the most important factor in increasing suitability when searching for information. As researchers' interest in unstructured information such as technology markets and research trends is gradually increasing from standardized academic information such as patents, it is necessary to expand information sources such as cutting-edge technology markets and research trends. Through this, it is possible to shorten the time required to search and obtain the latest information for research purposes. The interest information profile for each researcher that has already been established can be used in the future to determine the degree of relationship between researchers and to build a database. If this customized information service continues to be provided, it will be useful for research activities.

인구의 고령화 현상과 맞물려 인터넷 이용인구의 연령대별 분포에서도 최근 몇 년 간 중장년층 인구의 인터넷의존도가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이들을 위한 실버포탈이 등장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 40세 이상의 잠재 실버포탈 이용자들을 대상으로 하여 실버포탈의 성공적 수용을 위한 품질요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 인구통계학적 특성(성별)이 실버포탈 품질요인과 이용의도간의 관계에 미치는 영향도 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 관련 문헌들에 대한 검토를 통해 실버포탈 품질요인으로 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질 및 오락품질을 도출하였으며, 성별을 조절변수로 선택하였다. 이러한 연구변수의 정의를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 국내의 수도권 지역에 거주하는 40세 이상의 잠재 실버포탈 이용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 의뢰하여 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 정보품질, 시스템품질과 오락품질은 실버포탈 이용의도와 관련성이 있는 반면에 서비스품질은 이용의도와 관련성이 없다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 실버포탈의 오락품질과 이용의도간의 관계에 대해 성별의 조절효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

Recently, the number of subscribers of the webtoons published by some major internet portal companies and others is increasing and their revenues are continually rising. Accordingly, a number of studies are being conducted for this phenomenon. For the uploaders off webtoons, their works are graded and added up for the promotion review but the criteria of such a promotion system usually fall short of readers' expectations. Although most of the subscribes of webtoons are drawn into subscription mainly by the recommendation of people around them, the responses from the new subscribers were often quite different from what the portal companies have anticipated, affecting the rank of the webtoon. Thus, a promotion management system which provides a reliable and clear method of assessment is proposed in this study including the revenue and copyright management scheme for the cartoonists.

The e-mailing system has brought in an innovative information sharing of data communications and gained ground as an essential tool in doing business which ranges from delivering inside information. exchanging messages between groups and with customers to electronic advertisements. Making the most of the network communication technology, entrepreneurs have established a solid mailing system in their groupware and portal system where they carry out interactive communications through the aerial transmission. This paper analyzes the research results in the field of mailing system of the railroad portal installed by the Korea Railroad Research Institute and illustrates what has been derived in the course the software development at the same time.

본 논문에서는 사업의 성공적인 운영을 위한 IPP 운영시스템 구축 사례를 제시한다. 2018년 4기 IPP 운영대학에 선정된 이후 1차년 사업수행을 위해 학사제도와 포털시스템을 구축하였다. 학사제도는 사업운영 규정과 기존 참여대학을 벤치마킹(benchmarking)하여 정규학기와 계절학기가 연계된 4학기제를 기반으로 한 학생 참여의 용이성에, 포털시스템은 학생-기업 매칭과 교내 각종 DB와 연동한 사용 편의성을 위해 맞춤형에 초점을 두고 설계되었다. 구축된 운영 시스템을 적용한 1차 년도 운영은 사업관리기관에서 시행한 실태조사의 많은 항목에서 운영시스템에 만족도가 전국 참여대학의 평균값을 초과하는 결과를 나타냈다. 실태조사 결과를 분석한 후 개선방향을 설정하였다.

A knowledge portal is an integrated gateway for accessing relevant knowledge, collaborating and communicating with other users, and also linking internal applications which is becoming crucial in the age of information abundance. Research and development is a typical knowledge-intensive activity. However, knowledge management support in R&D has been minimal in most research organizations. In this paper, a knowledge portal is designed to support team-based researches in science and technology for searching and browsing knowledge, and also communicating with other team members, coordinating research project and collaborating with other researchers. Automating knowledge acquisition from various knowledge sources, knowledge categorization by applying text categorization method, and knowledge recommendation can help to relieve management effort and increase the efficiency of knowledge management processes. A prototype system based on the suggested model is also presented.

지금까지 우리나라의 GIS는 국가 중심의 GIS로, 사용자들이 적극 참여하거나 민간 산업 부분으로 확대되기에는 기술력, 비용 등의 한계를 갖고 있었다. 그래서 우리는 Open Source를 이용하여 종래 GIS의 한계를 극복하고 Google Map, Google Earth, Sketch Up을 연동한 Web Portal Site 구축을 통하여, 사용자들이 의사결정을 하는데 도움이 되는 효율적인 정보를 제공하며 이들이 곧 정보 창출의 주체가 되는 쌍방향적인 참여를 이끌어내고자 한다.

Many companies have integrated their internal processes with the aid of information technology. Now the focus is on interconnecting trading partners. Collaborative commerce (also known as c-Commerce) has a key role. It is not just about making it easier for business to communicate. It is about by breaking down barriers along the entire length of the supply chain. Some c-Commerce links are permanent, others get established when and where they are needed. c-Commerce is helping business in electronic supply chains to improve product delivery while cutting costs, to strengthen relationships and to reduce lead time. In this paper, we propose the concept of collaborative commerce, and design and implement Collaborative Commerce Portal (CCP) system of small and medium enterprise for marketing support. The technical definition of CCP is set of all technical elements can do collaborative commerce between small and medium enterprises with Internet or Internet. The target information of CCP includes usual and unusual information and all other information of companies used as process events. Through this, it enhances efficiency of business processes, core information sharing and marketing activation.

The diode characteristics for therapy radiation sensor have been studied by irradiating therapy radiation from the MM22 microtron accelerator. Signal processing has been performed in the pulse mode which can process the signal fast. We have designed integrator, peak detector and synchronization circuit to detect diode signal in the pulse mode for implementation of portal image. We also read the diode signal by A/D board and displayed the peak value with LabView program. Because the quality of portal image obtained by film in the case of therapy radiation is much worse than that of diagnostic film, Digital radiography system by rectifier diode detector was suggested for portal Image.

전화를 통해 인터넷 정보를 들을 수 있는 보이스 포탈(Voice Portal) 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. Voice Portal 서비스란 알고자 하는 정보를 Speech Recognition System에 음성으로 명령하면 전화를 통해 음성으로 원하는 정보를 듣는 서비스이다. Authentication의 절차를 수행하는 SMS (Short Message Service) 서버 Module, PSTN과 Database 서버사이의 Interface를 제공하는 CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Module, CTI 서버와 WWW (World Wide Web) 사이의 Voice XML Module, 정보를 검색하기 위한 Searching Module들이 필요하다. 본 논문은 Speech Recognition technology를 기반으로 한 CTI Module 설계를 구현하였다. 또한 인정 방식으로 Random한 일회용 password를 기반으로 한 SMS Authentication을 택하므로 더욱 더 안정된 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하였다.
