본 연구는 국제무역에 있어서 물류규제와 물류역량에 대한 물류업계 종사자들의 평가지표라 할 수 있는 물류성과지표를 활용하여 한국과 아세안 FTA의 상품무역 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. World bank에서 발표한 물류성과지표는 관세통관, 물류인프라, 선적의 용이성, 물류서비스, 운반의 적시성, 물품추적역량의 6가지 세부항목과 총점으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류성과지표를 관측변수로 하여 페널데이터 중력모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 물류성과지표의 총점과 세부항목 모두 상품무역량 증가에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 한국과 아세안 양국교역 증대를 위해 물류비용을 현실화하고 물류 규제를 철폐하며, 물류 환경을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다는 사실을 확인해주는 것이다.

컨테이너 부산김해공항은 부산 경남 지역의 중요 항공 거점이며, 세계 5대 항만인 부산항과 근접해 있으면서도 그 규모나 역할에 맞지 않게 약소한 실정이다. 현재, 김해공항의 지속적인 취항 노선의 증가 및 이용 항공사가 증가하고 있지만, 포화 상태인 시설 및 군사공항을 겸하고 있어 높은 한계성에 직면하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산김해공항의 현 시점 및 개발 계획을 기초로 선용품물류를 중심으로 하여 부산국제공항의 발전을 예상하여, 국제공항의 시설 확충에 따른 물류비용 및 시간의 저감을 고려한다. 또한, 선용품물류를 기준으로 주요 항공노선의 우선순위를 검토하여 부산의 항만물류산업에 기여를 검토하고자 한다.

중국 물류 산업에 큰 변화가 있었음에도 중국 물류의 연구 동향에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 기존 연구는 운송 효율성, 창고 위치 및 항만 효율 등과 같은 세분화된 주제로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2017년까지 중국 물류의 연구 동향을 SNA방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자료는 해외저널에서 수집되었으며, 총 82 개 관련 학술지가 분석대상으로 사용되었다. 2000년에서 2017년까지 기간을 나누어 분석을 진행하였고, 첫 번째 기간 (2000-2008)은 "Globalization", "Hong Kong", "FDI" 및 "outsousing"과 같은 키워드가 상위 키워드로 도출되었다. 두 번째 기간(2009-2013)의 결과는 "internation trade", 및 "reverse logistics"와 같은 키워드들이 도출되었고, 세 번째 기간(2013-2017)에는 "3PL", "warehousing", "railways", "supply chain", "economic", "port" 및 "Belt and Road"등의 키워드가 상위로 나타났다. SNA 방법을 사용한 중국물류 연구 트렌드 분석 결과, 세계화 상황에서 중국이 급속히 변화함에 따라 중국 물류의 연구동향이 진화하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

This study focuses on analyzing the economic effects and probes the necessity of establishing a customs free zone at the Port of Busan. It first considers the economic effects of establishing a customs free zone at the Port of Busan, then suggests policy prescriptions for introducing and operating the free zone system and improving the logistics functions of the Port. The timeline of this study is focused on 2007, when all of Busan Port will operate as a customs free zone and the first stage of the New Busan Port and distribution parks will be built and opened for operation. The regression analysis, which was conducted using the inter-industry relations table(input-output table data), provided a quantitative prediction on the effects of making Busan Port into a customs free zone. Regarding the impact of a free zone system on the domestic and regional economy, this research found that the impact of a customs free zone on domestic industries and the regional economy once the customs free zone is established throughout all of Busan Port would be highly positive. The positive economic effects on the domestic and Busan regional economy might be further strengthened if the value-added logistics function of Busan Port could be supplemented by effective linking to the hinterlands.

In order to improve inefficient and unproductive factors and in response to criticisms of the failure in harbor privatization introduced in 1997, the Korean government introduced the Port Authority system, which is commonly adopted in advanced harbors in the world. This research examined the theoretical background of harbor management system and various cases of harbor management in foreign countries. The desirable introduction of Port Authority system must be preceded by the settlement of problems in harbor structure and operation. In addition, the Port Authority Act, which restricts the autonomy of harbor corporations, should be improved for user-centered Port Authority system. Strategies for the successful introduction of Incheon Port Authority are as follows. Firstly it is required to establish consumer-centered harbor operation system. The second requirement is to activate the harbor logistics industry through the development of nearby logistic complexes led by Port Authority and, by doing so, to promote the development of local economy. Thirdly it is essential to lay the foundation of mutual prosperity through developing profitable businesses by linking localities and harbors, and to suggest a crisis control network for Port Authority and local self-governing bodies to cope jointly with crises in logistics and natural disasters.

한국의 물류산업은 가장 빠르게 성장하고 있는 국가 기간산업이다. 이러한 물류산업의 발전을 뒷받침하기 위해 정부는 물류관련 법령의 제 개정이 빈번하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 물류산업의 범위가 광범위하고 관련부처가 많아 법률의 적용이 제외되는 분야도 있고, 중복 규정, 하위법령 정비 부족 등 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 먼저 국회가 제정한 법률을 통해 물류와 유통의 정의 및 물류산업 및 유통산업의 범위를 정리할 필요가 있다. 국회에 계류중인 물류정책기본법에서는 광의의 물류 정의를 규정하고 있으며 향후 유통의 개념과 중복 내지 충돌할 우려도 있다. 물류산업에 대한 정의 및 범위를 명확히 하는 것도 필요한데 현재 한국표준산업분류에서 물류는 운수업으로 되어 있으며, 여행업과 장례 운영업까지 포함되어 있다. 그리고 물류시설업과 물류서비스업에 대한 구분도 명확하지 않다. 2006년 도입된 종합물류업의 인증과 발전을 위해서는 운송업, 물류시설업, 물류서비스업으로 구성되는 물류사업에 대한 정확한 통계가 필요하다. 따라서 물류관련 정부 부처는 통계청 등과 협의하여 물류산업의 범위를 명확히 하여 정확한 통계를 바탕으로 한 정부정책 수립과 물류사업의 발전이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 물류사업 발전을 위해 지속적인 규제완화와 물류서비스업에 관한 지원과 육성을 위한 법제정비가 필요할 것으로 보이며, 전체 물류관련 법규의 내용 가운데 조정이 필요한 분야는 물류관련 국가계획이다. 국가물류기본계획을 포함하여 유통, 항만, 공항 등 각 분야별 행정계획의 작성이 법에 규정되어 있으나 계획 상호간의 조정 장치는 마련되어 있지 않다. 그리고 정부부처 간에 물류표준, 물류정보의 보안 등 여러 분야도 상호 중복 규정되지 않도록 하는 노력도 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Purpose - The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has promulgated strict regulations on emissions in the maritime shipping industry. LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is, therefore, recognized as the optimal fuel alternative solution. The aim of this study is to select the most suitable location for an LNG bunkering port. This is formulated as a multiple-criteria ranking problem regarding four candidate ports in South Korea: the ports of Busan, Gwangyang, Incheon, and Ulsan. Design/Methodology/approach - An analysis employing the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR) methodology is carried out, and the multiple-criteria evaluation of various factors influencing the location selection, such as the average loading speed of LNG, the number of total ships, the distance of the bunkering shuttle, and the degree of safety is performed. Then, based on the combination of both the collected real data and experts' preferences, the final ranking of the four ports is formulated. Findings - The port of Busan ranks first, followed by the ports of Gwangyang and Ulsan, with the port of Incheon last on the list. Originality/value - The Korean government could proceed with a clear vision of the candidate ports' ranking in terms of the LNG bunkering terminal selection problem.

This study will examine the consolidation that is occurring in the shipping industry and its effects on Busan's status as a key transshipment hub in Southeast Asia as well as what measures the port must implement to attract transshipment traffic. With this in mind heading forward, trends in transshipment cargo, problems facing the port, as well as the current status of transshipment volumes at the Port of Busan must be fully understood so that thorough research can be done into appropriate measures to stimulate growth and attract cargo traffic. In this study, We analyze the current problems and status of transshipment cargo at Busan Port and factors affecting the competitiveness of transshipment cargo at Busan New Port, Korea's key import/export gateway, have been examined. We show the Strategies to Attract Transshipment Cargo at the Busan New Port which is to become a an optimal transshipment port, a port's internal environment including the scale and location of its hinterland, facilities and tariffs as well as the external environment including global networks and logistics IT management must be carefully considered as they are all key actors affecting cargo volumes.

This paper suggests how can we guarantee terminal quality of service like ship waiting time ratio and ship residing time applying RFID(Radio Frequence IDentification) technology, raising up rapidly as a fundamental solution of new growing industry, to port information system. Also, lead time of whole port logistics can be decreased for reduction of loading & discharging time resulted from productivity improvement of G/C(Gantry Crane) and YT(Yard Tract) etc as applying RFID technology to terminal operation.

Over the last two decades, Vietnam's record on economic growth was remarkable, with a lot of potential to develop, Vietnam's GDP per capita growth has been among the best in the world. City logistics play a crucial role in Vietnam's economy, the more effective these services are the more competitive of the industry and trade of each country is. However, the logistics system in Vietnam is spontaneous and lacking professionalism. This paper aims to analyze Vietnam's economy overview and evaluate the development of logistics in three big cities of Northern Vietnam by using a set of criteria used in the TOPSIS method. .As a result of the analysis, the value of Ci* for storage and transportation is 0.91, which is the highest value in Hanoi.
